Thank you to my doctor. Dr. Leong gave me the opportunity to become a mother. Every time we visit, I can feel a special connection between my child and the doctor. My child smiles as soon as they see the doctor.

My husband and I are extremely grateful to Alpha IVF for helping us conceive successfully. IVF treatment is physically, emotionally, and financially challenging, especially after our first attempt failed. However, with the encouragement and guidance of Dr. Leong and the Alpha Scientific team, we successfully conceived our baby boy during our second IVF cycle. Dr. Leong is very cheerful, caring, dedicated, and approachable. He always does his best to answer our questions. During treatment, when I was afraid to look at certain results, he patiently reviewed them with us and reassured us. His nursing team was also very responsible, promptly arranging appointments and answering follow-up questions. Dr. Leong supported us throughout the entire journey. He also personally performed my cesarean section with exceptional skill and is an excellent doctor. We would also like to thank the Alpha Scientific team for their hard work and patience. Their excellent skills and extensive experience made our IVF treatment successful. We also thank Dr. Wilkinson, who saw us twice when Dr. Leong was unavailable and patiently offered advice and encouragement. We therefore extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Leong, Dr. Wilkinson, the Alpha Scientific team, the nurses, and the entire Alpha IVF team.

I am an international patient who was treated by Dr. Leong Wai Yew at Alpha IVF Centre in 2026 4 for my first IVF cycle. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, both in terms of the medical outcome and the overall standard of care. A total of 29 eggs were retrieved, but only 8 were mature on the day of retrieval, and only 2 fertilized successfully. Although another 12 eggs matured in the laboratory the following day, only one embryo was ultimately obtained from these late-maturing eggs. Despite retrieving 29 eggs, the final outcome was far below expectations. After consulting several other IVF specialists, I was told that the timing of ovarian stimulation may have contributed to the failure. What disappointed me most was not only the result itself, but also that when I asked Dr. Leong about the reason, he repeatedly avoided addressing whether the treatment protocol or timing of stimulation might have been a factor. I simply wanted an honest discussion so I could better understand what happened and improve the chances of success in future cycles. My goal was to obtain enough healthy embryos from a single egg retrieval for future family planning. I now have to undergo a second egg retrieval cycle, which is not only physically demanding but also emotionally and mentally exhausting. Although IVF success cannot be guaranteed, I cannot help wondering whether a different treatment protocol or stimulation strategy might have produced a better result. The initial consultation process was satisfactory, but my experience on the day of egg retrieval was completely different. The operating table looked dirty and did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned between patients. The entire process felt rushed and impersonal, as though patients were moving through an assembly line rather than receiving individualized care. After waking from the procedure, I had severe throat pain and a burning sensation that lasted for several days, most likely caused by the endotracheal tube used during general anesthesia. I also had significant bruising at the intravenous site on my right hand that lasted for more than a week (photo attached). Although I understand these may be known side effects of anesthesia, the severity of the symptoms made me question the standard of care throughout the procedure. I also encountered an administrative issue. I changed doctors during treatment, and a cashier attempted to charge me twice for the same doctor's consultation, resulting in an overpayment of approximately 1000 Malaysian ringgit. The error was corrected only after I questioned the bill and another nurse investigated it. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience. Alpha IVF invests heavily in marketing and positions itself as one of Malaysia's leading IVF centers, but my experience did not reflect the level of professionalism, transparency, and patient-centered care I expected. In addition, the fees charged to international patients are significantly higher than at many other IVF centers in Malaysia. Every patient's experience is different, but based on my own, I would advise prospective patients to conduct thorough research, seek opinions from several doctors, and carefully consider all available clinics before making a decision.

I came on a friend's recommendation. The service is excellent 👍🏻 Anyone planning to conceive can come here! The privacy and comfort are wonderful, and the doctors and nurses are very kind. I really like it.

My periods have always been somewhat irregular 🥲 so I usually have my uterus/ovaries checked once a year. This time I came to Alpha I✌️F & Women’s Specialists for a complete women's health assessment ✨ Dr. Navdeep specializes in obstetrics and gynecology + fertility 👨‍⚕️ You can consult him about trying to conceive/women's health needs. I truly believe women should not wait until they feel unwell to get checked 🥹 Finding many problems earlier can make a real difference.

The appointment system is terrible. Even when they know a doctor will be unavailable, they never notify patients and simply let them arrive and wait. A doctor's time may be valuable, but patients should not have to waste an hour and a half waiting for the doctor and nurse. After seeing the doctor, you wait another 45 minutes for a nurse to give an injection. With this scheduling system, a simple visit takes nearly two and a half hours.

A friend referred me to Alpha IVF, where I found Dr. Navdeep. He is truly experienced and attentive. He never rushes appointments and explains every step of the plan clearly, giving me confidence in the process. Special thanks also to nurse Ker Sin, who always assists gently with examinations and patiently answers all my questions. The front desk and the entire team also provide excellent service. Sincere thanks to the whole Alpha team!

We had an excellent experience throughout our IVF treatment at Alpha IVF. Special thanks to Dr. Navdeep. He was very patient and approachable and took the time to explain everything clearly at every consultation. Even before meeting him, I had followed his educational Instagram posts and videos. Although he is very busy, he still takes time to share knowledge online. I often found answers to my questions in his videos, which was extremely helpful and reassuring. During consultations, he also carefully reviewed the medical records and history I had personally documented over the years and designed the most appropriate treatment plan for us. This meant a great deal. The nurses and embryology team were also excellent—always patient, responsive, and highly supportive throughout the process. IVF can be an emotional journey, but the encouragement and care from Dr. Navdeep and the entire team greatly eased my anxiety and stress. Thank you to all the wonderful nurses, especially Ms. Thila and Ms. Ker Sin, for their attentive care, patient answers, and prompt responses. We sincerely thank Dr. Navdeep and Alpha IVF and highly recommend them to every couple on a fertility journey.

Overall, I had a good experience with my examination here. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the process went smoothly. Thank you to Dr. Navdeep and Nurse Ker Sin! Dr. Navdeep was highly professional and patient, and he took the time to explain the examination and my condition clearly, which kept me calm and reassured throughout. Nurse Ker Sin was also kind and attentive and provided continuous care and support. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I sincerely recommend them to anyone in need. 👍

He listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly and calmly, which truly put me at ease. The clinic was comfortable, and the staff were warm and friendly. I am writing to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Navdeep and the team at Alpha IVF & Women’s Specialists/Alpha Fertility Centre. As an international patient seeking fertility treatment, the logistics could have been overwhelming, but the care and support from admission through the end of treatment were impeccable. Dr. Navdeep and Ms. Hasliana provided invaluable assistance with extending our visas, which brought tremendous relief. Visa extensions are not simple for foreigners, and their help greatly reduced the stress of treatment. With their support, we were able to focus fully on our care. Dr. Navdeep is one of the most compassionate and professional specialists I have met. He patiently explains every detail, makes sure patients feel comfortable before any procedure, and never rushes them. He always listens with empathy and prioritizes each patient's understanding and peace of mind. Because of his experience and thoughtful management of my condition, my family and I have complete confidence in him. I followed him from his previous clinic and will continue receiving care from him. I also want to give special thanks to Nurse Tila. She was a strong source of support throughout treatment—responsive, reassuring, and always there for me. Most impressive was that she and Dr. Navdeep answered important questions even after hours, sometimes close to midnight. This level of responsiveness reflects true professionalism and a firm commitment to patient safety. Thank you to Dr. Navdeep and his team for your comprehensive care and for turning what could have been a stressful experience into a positive and empowering one. We are honored to be in your care.

I came for a follow-up today and saw Dr. Navdeep, whom I have always admired. (He was previously at TMC and is now at Alpha IVF & Women’s Specialist.) I have to say, this is not just a place for IVF—the overall environment and service are truly high quality. From customer service through the consultation, you feel genuinely cared for. During the consultation, the doctor was as patient, attentive, gentle, and humorous as always. He did not simply perform the exam; he explained beforehand what he would examine, including what I would see on the ultrasound: 👉 Uterus 👉 Ovaries This kept me informed and at ease throughout the process. As a long-term patient from his time at TMC, this experience showed me that his professionalism and manner remain consistently excellent, which was very reassuring. If you are looking for a trustworthy, thorough doctor who takes time to explain things, he is well worth considering. Dr. Navdeep's assistant nurse, Ker Sin, is also very attentive and patient. She explains anything you do not understand. Excellent 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Outstanding service and technical expertise, with highly trustworthy, patient-centered staff. Thank you to my dear fertility specialist, Dr. Harris Hamza, for providing such excellent support throughout my first and second IVF journeys. Because we traveled back and forth from Saudi Arabia, it was a very worthwhile experience. I also sincerely thank the other Alpha staff, who helped us greatly from the pandemic period through online consultations and throughout the flexible process. Thanks be to Allah, I recently delivered my second IVF baby successfully with Alpha. I look forward to my next journey, inshallah. Highly recommended.

After much consideration, I finally made my first visit to Alpha IVF. The doctors, staff, and Nurse Ke Xin were extremely supportive and gave me great emotional encouragement. The front-desk staff were also warm and attentive, especially Emily. Alpha IVF’s professionalism is truly impressive! Highly recommended 💕

Our journey with Alpha IVF and Dr. Leong since October 2024 has been long and emotional, yet deeply meaningful. From the beginning, Dr. Leong supported me every step of the way—from diagnosing and removing a polyp to guiding us through IVF with PGT-A and ultimately delivering our baby boy safely by cesarean section. Our baby boy came from a mosaic embryo, which naturally brought many concerns and uncertainties. Dr. Leong patiently explained everything and carefully guided us through every decision. To ensure our baby’s health, Dr. Leong also arranged and personally followed up on the amniocentesis. This gave us tremendous reassurance during a stressful period. Throughout the process, the Alpha IVF team showed genuine care, encouragement, and compassion at every follow-up visit. We never felt alone. Their professionalism and sincere concern made this challenging IVF journey feel hopeful and supported. We sincerely thank Dr. Leong and the entire Alpha IVF team for accompanying us throughout this journey and taking such good care of both mother and baby. Wishing everyone hoping to become parents in the near future a successful pregnancy ✨👶💛.

Thank you, Dr. Leong Wai Yew, for helping us realize our dream of having a child after an 11-year wait. Our baby boy is now 3 months old.
2025/12/03
After ten years of waiting, we finally realized this dream at Alpha IVF. Thank you to Dr. Lin Wei-Chien for his exceptional skill. We sincerely thank Dr. Lin Wei-Chien. My wife is now 29 weeks pregnant.

My experience was poor because obtaining the documents required for an Employees Provident Fund (EPF) claim was extremely difficult, and my request was completely ignored.
2025/12/05
Thank you, Dr. Lin Wei-Chien, for helping us welcome our daughter and complete our family. Your calm, thoughtful, and professional manner meant so much to us. Words cannot express our gratitude. Through every examination, concern, and step, you showed great patience and sincerity. Thank you to the doctor and all the nurses at Alpha Hospital.
2025/11/01
Today, with Dr. Lee's help and IVF, I successfully gave birth to my first child. I had two failed IVF attempts elsewhere, so this success came after a long wait. Thank you, doctor. I hope Alpha Clinic continues to grow rapidly both domestically and internationally.

Hello, I would like to visit your fertility center. Could you please provide contact details, such as WhatsApp?
2025/10/14
A good clinic with professional service.
2025/10/16
Alpha's technology was very helpful for someone with low AMH like me. Thank you to Alpha for all the services provided.
2025/10/25
The fees were too high, and I was not very satisfied. A routine scan and simple service cost RM840, while other clinics in Kuala Lumpur charge only RM300-400 per consultation and scan. I was disappointed, so anyone considering this clinic may want to think carefully.
2025/09/24
Many thanks to the staff here. Ms. Emily made my mother's visit very pleasant. She was very helpful. Thank you!

Why is there no response on either the phone line or WhatsApp number?
2025/10/07
I planned to have IVF here, but after reading the reviews I found that: 1. Wait times are too long. 2. The receptionists do not respect clients. I decided not to visit this clinic. It would be better to improve the customer service experience before expecting new business.
2025/10/09
After several years of treatment at clinics in different countries, I moved to this clinic last year and am now blessed to be pregnant. I fully recommend this place. My doctor and everyone at the clinic are caring and highly professional. The scheduling and timing are optimized. Special thanks to Nicole, who supported us throughout treatment, provided emotional support, and was always there for me ❤️
2025/09/17
I received IVF treatment at this clinic from 2/2025 to 9/2025, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Long wait times and unprofessional advice from nurses were the main problems. For example, whenever I scheduled an in-person consultation for 1 p.m., I received a reminder with a different time. When I raised this with staff, they told me the stated time was only an approximate estimate, which was even more confusing. I have also seen complaints about wait times in other negative reviews. During my second IVF cycle, they required payment in advance and promised that any unused amount would be refunded if additional procedures were not needed. However, this was not recorded in their system until I raised it through WhatsApp and provided proof. This confusion and lack of professionalism were concerning. The worst experience occurred during the final stage of medication before my transfer. I mistakenly took my medication at 11 a.m. instead of 11 p.m. Because it happened after hours on a weekend, I could not reach a doctor or nurse and did not know whether to take the next dose at 11 p.m. As a result, I had to restart the medication. Despite the clinic's high fees, it does not provide a 24-hour emergency service such as a WhatsApp helpline. I did not receive a response until the next business day, when I was advised to restart the medication. Nurses also gave me incorrect information several times and deleted the messages when I asked for details. This left me uneasy and frustrated. I strongly advise others to screenshot all WhatsApp messages from nurses as evidence. Although I have noticed some improvement in their management, I still encountered a problem today. I waited an hour and a half for my prescription. When I asked, I was told my number had not been entered into the system. They promised to prioritize me, but I ultimately waited another 30 minutes. I also do not understand the purpose of their number system, especially at checkout. I thought we had to wait for our number to be called before paying, but after several months I discovered it was faster to go directly to the cashier than to wait.

Thank you, Dr. Leong and team. After three cycles (two in Jakarta and one at Alpha with no embryos), we had already given up. But Dr. Leong encouraged us to try again, and eventually we got three embryos. The first embryo transfer ended in a miscarriage, and this second embryo transfer resulted in the birth of our child — born healthy, though premature. Now, the baby is one month old and growing strong. Btw we are Indonesian.

Thank you to the Alpha IVF team for the warm hospitality. From the moment you enter the clinic, the staff are welcoming. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at alpha ivf. The receptionist, yogeswary, was very humble and polite, and everything was explained very clearly... Dr. navdeep is the best doctor... The nurses working with Dr. navdeep were also very understanding and friendly. Everything was good.

If zero stars were possible, I would definitely give them zero! If I had known four years ago, I would have left them without hesitation! This is one of the worst clinics I have ever visited! I trusted them from 2021 and attempted 8 treatments, including egg retrievals and frozen embryo transfers. All the treatments failed, of course, and the doctors/nurses blamed me, saying I was a ‘bad patient’! 1.) Poor communication! The care center never contacted the doctor to report my symptoms or condition, and the doctor was too busy to pay attention to me! I developed ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) after every egg retrieval and was ultimately hospitalized each time, but no nurse or doctor called to follow up. I vomited on the night of my embryo transfer and contacted the nurse, but the doctor knew nothing about my condition. The treatment failed, of course. 2.) The medication they gave me had a short expiration date. I requested a replacement, but they refused and would not communicate with me. The supervising nurse and communication team refused to engage and said it would be unfair for the company to bear the cost. Is it fair for me, the patient, to bear it? I spent more than $20,000 at this clinic and did not even request a refund, only replacement medication! I asked them to contact me at a specific time, but that was impossible because it was inconvenient for them. Why should I pay high fees for such terrible service? 3.) Transfers of two healthy embryos failed. They gave no reason, simply answering, ‘I don't know, sorry!’ After consulting other gynecologists, they found that my hormone levels were abnormal and unsuitable for embryo transfer, but no one tested my hormone levels before transfer! 4.) They cannot keep appointment times and are always late! What is the point of appointments if doctors or nurses are always 2–3 hours late? I was told to arrive at 9 a.m. for FET, but it was not performed until 11:30! I could not hold my bladder that long, so they inserted a catheter, charged extra, and I developed a urinary tract infection! 5.) They filmed promotional videos without patient consent while we were wearing only hospital gowns and were half-naked! This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable! 6.) Because of policy changes, the clinic deliberately delayed my treatment until 2023, resulting in treatment failure and additional costs. There are many more reasons why I will not continue treatment at Alpha. They have disappointed me enough! IVF itself is physically and emotionally exhausting, and these experiences made it even worse. The standard of care was poor. I once trusted them blindly, but I no longer do.

The best fertility center. The nurses and doctors are humble and provide excellent service. Thank you very much.

I am a foreign patient and recently completed a successful IVF cycle. From the beginning, Yoges and Kavitha at the front desk were wonderful. They were always patient and kind and answered all my questions. I felt very supported, especially when a minor issue arose during my husband's first visit for the egg retrieval. They contacted me immediately and helped resolve it smoothly. I am very grateful for their professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

I am deeply grateful for Dr. Lin's attentive care. His unmatched expertise and clear, concise explanations reassured me and kept me confident and fully informed throughout IVF. His extraordinary patience and dedication truly distinguish him. He carefully answered every question and concern without making me feel rushed, and his thoughtful approach was essential to my positive experience. My husband and I booked Dr. Lin the day after my best friend became pregnant, one of our best decisions. What could have been overwhelming became reassuring and beautiful. From day one until I delivered my baby girl safely under my OB-GYN, Dr. Lin's outstanding skill and compassionate care gave me peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend him. Alpha Ivf is equally impressive: beautifully designed, spotless, calm, and private, with a peaceful, welcoming setting that enhances the experience. Thank you, Dr. Lin, nurse Nana, and the Alpha Ivf team.

This is a highly respectable center with excellent care. I will never forget how staff member Linda treated me. I had arranged an after-hours injection, and the next day was a holiday. I asked the team to wait for me, and they did. I received the injection, and everything went well, thank God. Thank you, Linda. Thank you, Alpha team.
2025/07/31
The wait times at this clinic are simply unacceptable. The appointment system is a joke. We were asked to complete forms before the appointment, yet when our time arrived, registration alone took 30 minutes. After registering, we waited much longer to see the doctor and were finally seen two and a half hours after the scheduled time. Unfortunately, the delays continued—we waited again for medication and again to pay. The entire day was spent in lines. Worse still, the restrooms were extremely unsanitary. For a clinic positioned as high-end, failing to provide even a clean restroom for patients forced to wait for hours is disappointing. If you charge premium prices, basic cleanliness and customer service should not be optional. The entire experience was chaotic and deeply frustrating, with poor time management, disorganization, and unacceptable hygiene standards. The doctor was kind and professional, but given the long lines, the prospect of completing an entire IVF process here feels overwhelming.

Waiting time 0/10 experience. two counters, only one working🤦‍♀️ super slow

30 mins waiting time just for registration 👎 the clinic wasnt even busy! slow efficiency.

The doctor was excellent, but the wait for medication and payment was far too long and very poor.

Both transfers failed. The doctor sent my endometrial sample for testing, and the report showed no bacteria, but the doctor ignored this and prescribed no medication. They simply followed the same process without tailoring the protocol to the individual. It was a very unsuccessful experience.

An experience that went from five stars to three, then to one. A very modern, clean, and well-equipped center. I visited on a weekday, when it was not crowded and the wait was not too long. Update: Early-morning waits are long because there is usually only one person at the counter, or the staff arrive late. Update 2: I had an emergency late in pregnancy with fresh bleeding. The receptionist still told me to wait patiently to register. I was assigned to another specialist and was not seen immediately.

I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with the service at your hospital. I had a 1 p.m. outpatient appointment but waited until 3 p.m. without being seen. No one told me that no doctor was available that day or informed me of any delay. I learned there would be no consultation only after asking. In addition, I was given medication without any clear instructions or guidance. No one mentioned that it had to be refrigerated. As a result, I cannot go out tomorrow or take my planned business trip because the medication requires refrigeration. Had I been told earlier, I could have made the necessary arrangements or changed my plans. It is extremely disappointing and unacceptable that an expensive private hospital cannot meet basic standards for communication and patient care. I have never experienced such poor service at a private medical facility. I do not understand how the hospital can show such disregard for patients. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and resolved promptly. I expect a formal response and explanation, including what measures will be taken to ensure that other patients do not have the same experience.

I became pregnant and tested positive on my first attempt with Dr. Collin Lee, truly the best IVF doctor in Southeast Asia. After 1 failed fresh embryo transfer in Surabaya and 1 failed IVF cycle because the embryos did not develop, it was very difficult for me to trust and begin another IVF journey. With Dr. Collin Lee, however, I knew I was in good hands. The nurses were very kind and spoke gently. We transferred 1 frozen euploid male embryo, and the embryologist told me my chance of success was 70%, which made me very happy. I also appreciate how they prioritize quality over quantity and accept patients by appointment only, unlike in Indonesia, where hormone injections are readily available without an appointment. The cost is almost the same as IVF in Indonesia. I would rather stay in Kuala Lumpur. Thank you, Dr. Collin Lee. Words cannot describe how happy I am to be pregnant. You are like an angel sent by God to help people become pregnant.

There is no point making an appointment because the wait times are truly outrageous. For a puncture procedure, you wait 1 to 2 hours at the clinic for the doctor, then another 1 to 2 hours to collect medication.

Our IVF journey at Alpha IVF Kuala Lumpur under the care of Dr. Leong was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning, the clinic's professionalism, expertise, and genuine care reassured us. We had been trying to conceive for the past 7 years, and this was our first time undergoing IVF. Naturally, we had many concerns and uncertainties, but Alpha IVF made sure we were fully prepared at every stage. We began our IVF journey in November 2023 with our first consultation with Dr. Leong. The team carefully explained the entire process, including a clear cost breakdown, allowing us to plan ahead. After we enrolled, they provided a structured treatment plan with a schedule for injections and medications, which we took home to Kota Kinabalu. As part of the careful planning, Alpha IVF scheduled OPU (egg retrieval) at the right time to maximize the chance of success. After the embryos were created, the Alpha IVF laboratory team kept us informed of their progress, including the PGT-A test results, which provided valuable insight and reassurance. In early April 2024, we returned to Kuala Lumpur for the embryo transfer (implantation), a moment filled with hope and anticipation. After the procedure, we stayed in Kuala Lumpur for 14 days before we could have a pregnancy blood test. Those two weeks felt like the longest wait of our lives, filled with anxiety and excitement. Then the moment we had been waiting for arrived, and we received incredible news: our first IVF attempt had succeeded! The joy and happiness we felt at that moment are indescribable. We still clearly remember the emotion of having the honor of ringing Alpha IVF's “Joy Bell,” marking the beginning of a new chapter in our lives. On December 22, 2024, after months of anticipation, we welcomed a healthy baby boy into the world. He truly is our little miracle, and we will be forever grateful. Special recognition goes to Nurse Nora, who went above and beyond to help us throughout the IVF process. She was very supportive and always ready to answer our questions, making us feel comfortable and reassured at every step. Her kindness and dedication truly transformed our experience, and we are very grateful for her excellent care. For other patients, especially those traveling from abroad, we strongly recommend planning your trip carefully, as certain stages require precise scheduling. However, Alpha IVF's exceptional support made the process much easier. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Leong, Nurse Nora, and the entire Alpha IVF team for making our dream come true. Their professionalism, advanced treatment, and compassionate approach made all the difference. If you are considering IVF, we highly recommend Alpha IVF. They gave us the most precious gift—a family. With heartfelt gratitude, Joseph and Jessica

Perfection exists only at Alpha IVF, where I had embryos frozen for about six years. Through the power of prayer, a baby girl was born and made my family more complete. Thank you, Dr. Leong, and everyone involved in my wife's pregnancy 😍🙏

Many thanks to the Alpha IVF team, especially my doctor, Dr. Tan Chong Seong. During our first fertility assessment, he identified the cause of our infertility. Every time we saw Dr. Tan, he patiently answered and explained all our questions. Thank you, Dr. Tan, for helping us welcome boy-girl twins after our first IVF cycle.

Dr. Leong Wai Yew is an excellent, kind, smiling, experienced, and intelligent doctor who always explains things clearly. I love him and highly recommend him! 🩷 There is also a wonderful team, including Kash, who always smiles and is ready to help quickly; Julia, who is kind and always makes you feel at home; and nurses Wendy and Oon Yin, who are extremely friendly and always take the time to explain and make sure you understand. I would recommend Alpha to everyone without hesitation! Well done, team!🎉

I highly recommend Dr. Wilkinson. He is very kind and understanding, and he made my entire IVF journey easy and straightforward. My treatment began in February, and I became pregnant in April after one transfer. I am very glad I chose Dr. Wilkinson from the beginning. He is also an excellent OB-GYN. Under his care, I had an elective cesarean section, and I was surprised by how small the scar was. Thanks to his expertise, the entire delivery was smooth and easy for me. I will definitely return for my second child. 😊

I underwent IVF here in 2023 under Dr. S, but it was unsuccessful. I paid a premium price for what they claimed was better technology. The doctor overpromised and said I would become pregnant, giving me so much hope. I was emotionally devastated, as I had lost my son 2 years earlier due to placental abruption and had undergone an unsuccessful IVF cycle at another center. My age and egg quality were blamed. I understand these facts, but they should not play with our emotions, as infertility is already painful enough. I believe IVF success is partly a matter of chance. Doctors are not God. Apart from that, the staff and services were fine. I eventually went to another center that charged less than Alpha, and I had a successful pregnancy.

I highly recommend Alpha and Dr Lam. Dr Lam is professional and patient. Every decision he made was based on my fertility needs. I am grateful to have met him; he always answered all my questions carefully and patiently. Seeing him reassured me and eased my anxiety. The nurses were also friendly and excellent at drawing blood. The front-desk nurses remembered my name after only a few visits, making every visit feel welcoming.

They talk about how advanced and successful their technology is, but ultimately disappoint you. There are hidden fees. How would you feel after following every step from A to Z and still not getting what you hoped for? I contacted someone who had the same outcome, and she received no answers either. It felt like a scam. We all work hard and save money hoping for a baby, only to end up heartbroken.

The WhatsApp hotline service is extremely poor. Whenever you need help, they never resolve the issue. Superficial replies or leaving messages unread are routine. I am deeply disappointed. Please address this properly. There is no sense of responsibility at all. I would not even give one star. Very, very poor!

I heard that only day-5 embryos are transferred. Is that true? If someone only has day-3 embryos, does that mean there is no chance of transfer?
