    我是一名国际患者，于2026年4月在Alpha IVF中心接受了梁伟耀医生的治疗，这是我的第一个试管婴儿周期。不幸的是，我的经历非常令人失望，无论是医疗结果还是整体护理水平都令人失望。 总共取卵29枚，但取卵当天只有8枚成熟，其中只有2枚成功受精。虽然第二天在实验室里又有12枚卵子成熟，但最终只从这些晚熟卵子中培育出了一个胚胎。尽管取卵29枚，但最终结果远低于预期。 在咨询了几位其他试管婴儿专家后，我被告知促排卵的时间可能是导致失败的原因之一。最令我失望的不仅是结果本身，还有当我向梁医生询问原因时，他却反复回避治疗方案或促排卵时间是否可能是原因。我只是希望能够坦诚地交流，更好地了解发生了什么，并提高未来周期的成功率。 我的目标是通过一次取卵获得足够数量的健康胚胎，以备将来生育之需。然而，现在我不得不进行第二次取卵周期，这不仅耗费体力，也让我身心俱疲。虽然试管婴儿的成功率无法保证，但我不禁会想，如果采用不同的治疗方案或促排卵策略，结果会不会更好。 初次咨询过程令人满意，但取卵当天，我的体验却截然不同。 手术台看起来很脏，感觉像是没有在每位患者之间进行彻底清洁。整个过程匆忙而冷漠，仿佛患者只是流水线上的流水线作业，而不是接受个性化的护理。 手术醒来后，我感到喉咙剧痛，并伴有灼烧感，这种情况持续了好几天，很可能是因为全身麻醉时使用的气管插管造成的。我的右手静脉注射部位也出现了明显的淤青，持续了一周多（附图）。虽然我理解这些可能是麻醉的已知副作用，但症状的严重程度让我对整个手术过程中的护理标准产生了质疑。 我还遇到了行政人员方面的问题。治疗期间我更换了医生，一位收银员试图就同一位医生的诊疗费向我收取两次费用，导致我多付了大约1000令吉。直到我质疑账单，另一位护士调查后，这个错误才得以纠正。 总的来说，我对这次就诊体验感到失望。Alpha IVF在市场营销方面投入巨资，并将自己定位为马来西亚领先的试管婴儿中心之一，但我的就诊体验并没有体现出我所期望的专业性、透明度和以患者为中心的护理水平。此外，他们向国际患者收取的费用也远高于马来西亚许多其他试管婴儿中心。 每位患者的经历都不同，但就我个人而言，我建议未来的患者在做出决定前，务必做好充分的调查研究，寻求多位医生的意见，并仔细考虑所有可供选择的诊所。

    My periods have always been somewhat irregular 🥲 so I usually have my uterus/ovaries checked once a year.     The appointment system is terrible. Even when they know a doctor will be unavailable, they never notify patients and simply let them arrive and wait. A doctor's time may be valuable, but patients should not have to waste an hour and a half waiting for the doctor and nurse. After seeing the doctor, you wait another 45 minutes for a nurse to give an injection. With this scheduling system, a simple visit takes nearly two and a half hours.

    A friend referred me to Alpha IVF, where I found Dr. Navdeep. He is truly experienced and attentive. He never rushes appointments and explains every step of the plan clearly, giving me confidence in the process.     We had an excellent experience throughout our IVF treatment at Alpha IVF. Special thanks to Dr. Navdeep. He was very patient and approachable and took the time to explain everything clearly at every consultation. Even before meeting him, I had followed his educational Instagram posts and videos. Although he is very busy, he still takes time to share knowledge online. I often found answers to my questions in his videos, which was extremely helpful and reassuring. During consultations, he also carefully reviewed the medical records and history I had personally documented over the years and designed the most appropriate treatment plan for us. This meant a great deal. The nurses and embryology team were also excellent—always patient, responsive, and highly supportive throughout the process. IVF can be an emotional journey, but the encouragement and care from Dr. Navdeep and the entire team greatly eased my anxiety and stress. Thank you to all the wonderful nurses, especially Ms. Thila and Ms. Ker Sin, for their attentive care, patient answers, and prompt responses.     I am writing to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Navdeep and the team at Alpha IVF & Women’s Specialists/Alpha Fertility Centre. As an international patient seeking fertility treatment, the logistics could have been overwhelming, but the care and support from admission through the end of treatment were impeccable. Dr. Navdeep and Ms. Hasliana provided invaluable assistance with extending our visas, which brought tremendous relief. Visa extensions are not simple for foreigners, and their help greatly reduced the stress of treatment. With their support, we were able to focus fully on our care. Dr. Navdeep is one of the most compassionate and professional specialists I have met. He patiently explains every detail, makes sure patients feel comfortable before any procedure, and never rushes them. He always listens with empathy and prioritizes each patient's understanding and peace of mind. Because of his experience and thoughtful management of my condition, my family and I have complete confidence in him. I followed him from his previous clinic and will continue receiving care from him. I also want to give special thanks to Nurse Tila. She was a strong source of support throughout treatment—responsive, reassuring, and always there for me.     I came for a follow-up today and saw Dr. Navdeep, whom I have always admired. (He was previously at TMC and is now at Alpha IVF & Women’s Specialist.) I have to say, this is not just a place for IVF—the overall environment and service are truly high quality. From customer service through the consultation, you feel genuinely cared for. During the consultation, the doctor was as patient, attentive, gentle, and humorous as always. He did not simply perform the exam; he explained beforehand what he would examine, including what I would see on the ultrasound: 👉 Uterus 👉 Ovaries This kept me informed and at ease throughout the process. As a long-term patient from his time at TMC, this experience showed me that his professionalism and manner remain consistently excellent, which was very reassuring. If you are looking for a trustworthy, thorough doctor who takes time to explain things, he is well worth considering. Dr. Navdeep's assistant nurse, Ker Sin, is also very attentive and patient.     Outstanding service and technical expertise, with highly trustworthy, patient-centered staff. Thank you to my dear fertility specialist, Dr. Harris Hamza, for providing such excellent support throughout my first and second IVF journeys. Because we traveled back and forth from Saudi Arabia, it was a very worthwhile experience.     Our journey with Alpha IVF and Dr. Leong since October 2024 has been long and emotional, yet deeply meaningful. From the beginning, Dr. Leong supported me every step of the way—from diagnosing and removing a polyp to guiding us through IVF with PGT-A and ultimately delivering our baby boy safely by cesarean section. Our baby boy came from a mosaic embryo, which naturally brought many concerns and uncertainties. Dr. Leong patiently explained everything and carefully guided us through every decision. To ensure our baby’s health, Dr. Leong also arranged and personally followed up on the amniocentesis. This gave us tremendous reassurance during a stressful period. Throughout the process, the Alpha IVF team showed genuine care, encouragement, and compassion at every follow-up visit. We never felt alone. Their professionalism and sincere concern made this challenging IVF journey feel hopeful and supported.     The fees were too high, and I was not very satisfied. A routine scan and simple service cost RM840, while other clinics in Kuala Lumpur charge only RM300-400 per consultation and scan. I was disappointed, so anyone considering this clinic may want to think carefully.

    I would like to write a review for Dr. 林伟健. I was one of his patients, and my IVF journey began in 2024/9. He is not very talkative, which I actually liked because I am rather introverted. However, he is extremely knowledgeable, explains every test result and next step clearly, and is very patient. He is very confident in his work. When he scanned my ovaries before the OPU procedure, I had only 8 eggs. I did not think that was many because I had read many blogs about women having 15 to 20 eggs. Naturally, I was worried because it is ultimately a matter of probability. However, Dr. Lin did not believe I needed a higher medication dose. After OPU, 6 eggs were retrieved, ultimately producing 5 embryos suitable for PGTA. Of these 5 embryos, 4 were of good quality. This made me realize that Dr. Lin may focus more on quality than quantity. We decided to proceed with FET (frozen embryo transfer) in 2025/1. I remained awake during the procedure. Although a nurse was somewhat unprofessional (she did not follow the instructions precisely while adjusting the light), Dr. Lin's leadership was evident. He handled the situation calmly, ensured the procedure went smoothly, and reassured me throughout—which helped me stay calm too. (After all, who would not be nervous during a procedure?!) His confidence put me at ease. He is highly skilled, and you can feel genuinely reassured choosing him as your doctor because you know you are receiving reliable care. Yes—my IVF treatment succeeded. I gave birth to a healthy baby boy in 2025/9. Thank you, Alpha IVF and Dr. 林伟健!

    I planned to have IVF here, but after reading the reviews I found that: 1. Wait times are too long. 2. The receptionists do not respect clients. I decided not to visit this clinic. It would be better to improve the customer service experience before expecting new business.

    After several years of treatment at clinics in different countries, I moved to this clinic last year and am now blessed to be pregnant. I fully recommend this place. My doctor and everyone at the clinic are caring and highly professional. The scheduling and timing are optimized.     I received IVF treatment at this clinic from 2/2025 to 9/2025, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Long wait times and unprofessional advice from nurses were the main problems. For example, whenever I scheduled an in-person consultation for 1 p.m., I received a reminder with a different time. When I raised this with staff, they told me the stated time was only an approximate estimate, which was even more confusing. I have also seen complaints about wait times in other negative reviews. During my second IVF cycle, they required payment in advance and promised that any unused amount would be refunded if additional procedures were not needed. However, this was not recorded in their system until I raised it through WhatsApp and provided proof. This confusion and lack of professionalism were concerning. The worst experience occurred during the final stage of medication before my transfer. I mistakenly took my medication at 11 a.m. instead of 11 p.m. Because it happened after hours on a weekend, I could not reach a doctor or nurse and did not know whether to take the next dose at 11 p.m. As a result, I had to restart the medication. Despite the clinic's high fees, it does not provide a 24-hour emergency service such as a WhatsApp helpline. I did not receive a response until the next business day, when I was advised to restart the medication. Nurses also gave me incorrect information several times and deleted the messages when I asked for details. This left me uneasy and frustrated. I strongly advise others to screenshot all WhatsApp messages from nurses as evidence. Although I have noticed some improvement in their management, I still encountered a problem today. I waited an hour and a half for my prescription. When I asked, I was told my number had not been entered into the system. They promised to prioritize me, but I ultimately waited another 30 minutes. I also do not understand the purpose of their number system, especially at checkout. I thought we had to wait for our number to be called before paying, but after several months I discovered it was faster to go directly to the cashier than to wait.

    Thank you, Dr. Leong and team. After three cycles (two in Jakarta and one at Alpha with no embryos), we had already given up. But Dr. Leong encouraged us to try again, and eventually we got three embryos. The first embryo transfer ended in a miscarriage, and this second embryo transfer resulted in the birth of our child — born healthy, though premature. Now, the baby is one month old and growing strong. Btw we are Indonesian.

    If zero stars were possible, I would definitely give them zero! If I had known four years ago, I would have left them without hesitation! This is one of the worst clinics I have ever visited! I trusted them from 2021 and attempted 8 treatments, including egg retrievals and frozen embryo transfers. All the treatments failed, of course, and the doctors/nurses blamed me, saying I was a ‘bad patient’! 1.) Poor communication! The care center never contacted the doctor to report my symptoms or condition, and the doctor was too busy to pay attention to me! I developed ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) after every egg retrieval and was ultimately hospitalized each time, but no nurse or doctor called to follow up. I vomited on the night of my embryo transfer and contacted the nurse, but the doctor knew nothing about my condition. The treatment failed, of course. 2.) The medication they gave me had a short expiration date. I requested a replacement, but they refused and would not communicate with me. The supervising nurse and communication team refused to engage and said it would be unfair for the company to bear the cost. Is it fair for me, the patient, to bear it? I spent more than $20,000 at this clinic and did not even request a refund, only replacement medication! I asked them to contact me at a specific time, but that was impossible because it was inconvenient for them. Why should I pay high fees for such terrible service? 3.) Transfers of two healthy embryos failed. They gave no reason, simply answering, ‘I don't know, sorry!’ After consulting other gynecologists, they found that my hormone levels were abnormal and unsuitable for embryo transfer, but no one tested my hormone levels before transfer! 4.) They cannot keep appointment times and are always late! What is the point of appointments if doctors or nurses are always 2–3 hours late? I was told to arrive at 9 a.m. for FET, but it was not performed until 11:30! I could not hold my bladder that long, so they inserted a catheter, charged extra, and I developed a urinary tract infection! 5.) They filmed promotional videos without patient consent while we were wearing only hospital gowns and were half-naked! This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable! 6.) Because of policy changes, the clinic deliberately delayed my treatment until 2023, resulting in treatment failure and additional costs. There are many more reasons why I will not continue treatment at Alpha. They have disappointed me enough! IVF itself is physically and emotionally exhausting, and these experiences made it even worse. The standard of care was poor. I once trusted them blindly, but I no longer do.

    The wait times at this clinic are simply unacceptable. The appointment system is a joke. We were asked to complete forms before the appointment, yet when our time arrived, registration alone took 30 minutes. After registering, we waited much longer to see the doctor and were finally seen two and a half hours after the scheduled time. Unfortunately, the delays continued—we waited again for medication and again to pay. The entire day was spent in lines. Worse still, the restrooms were extremely unsanitary. For a clinic positioned as high-end, failing to provide even a clean restroom for patients forced to wait for hours is disappointing. If you charge premium prices, basic cleanliness and customer service should not be optional. The entire experience was chaotic and deeply frustrating, with poor time management, disorganization, and unacceptable hygiene standards. The doctor was kind and professional, but given the long lines, the prospect of completing an entire IVF process here feels overwhelming.

    Both transfers failed. The doctor sent my endometrial sample for testing, and the report showed no bacteria, but the doctor ignored this and prescribed no medication. They simply followed the same process without tailoring the protocol to the individual. It was a very unsuccessful experience.

    An experience that went from five stars to three, then to one. A very modern, clean, and well-equipped center. I visited on a weekday, when it was not crowded and the wait was not too long. Update: Early-morning waits are long because there is usually only one person at the counter, or the staff arrive late. Update 2: I had an emergency late in pregnancy with fresh bleeding. The receptionist still told me to wait patiently to register. I was assigned to another specialist and was not seen immediately.

    I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with the service at your hospital. I had a 1 p.m. outpatient appointment but waited until 3 p.m. without being seen. No one told me that no doctor was available that day or informed me of any delay. I learned there would be no consultation only after asking. In addition, I was given medication without any clear instructions or guidance. No one mentioned that it had to be refrigerated. As a result, I cannot go out tomorrow or take my planned business trip because the medication requires refrigeration. Had I been told earlier, I could have made the necessary arrangements or changed my plans. It is extremely disappointing and unacceptable that an expensive private hospital cannot meet basic standards for communication and patient care. I have never experienced such poor service at a private medical facility. I do not understand how the hospital can show such disregard for patients. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and resolved promptly. I expect a formal response and explanation, including what measures will be taken to ensure that other patients do not have the same experience.

    I became pregnant and tested positive on my first attempt with Dr. Collin Lee, truly the best IVF doctor in Southeast Asia. After 1 failed fresh embryo transfer in Surabaya and 1 failed IVF cycle because the embryos did not develop, it was very difficult for me to trust and begin another IVF journey. With Dr. Collin Lee, however, I knew I was in good hands. The nurses were very kind and spoke gently. We transferred 1 frozen euploid male embryo, and the embryologist told me my chance of success was 70%, which made me very happy. I also appreciate how they prioritize quality over quantity and accept patients by appointment only, unlike in Indonesia, where hormone injections are readily available without an appointment. The cost is almost the same as IVF in Indonesia. I would rather stay in Kuala Lumpur. Thank you, Dr. Collin Lee. Words cannot describe how happy I am to be pregnant. You are like an angel sent by God to help people become pregnant.

    There is no point making an appointment because the wait times are truly outrageous. For a puncture procedure, you wait 1 to 2 hours at the clinic for the doctor, then another 1 to 2 hours to collect medication.

    Our IVF journey at Alpha IVF Kuala Lumpur under the care of Dr. Leong was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning, the clinic's professionalism, expertise, and genuine care reassured us. We had been trying to conceive for the past 7 years, and this was our first time undergoing IVF. Naturally, we had many concerns and uncertainties, but Alpha IVF made sure we were fully prepared at every stage. We began our IVF journey in November 2023 with our first consultation with Dr. Leong. The team carefully explained the entire process, including a clear cost breakdown, allowing us to plan ahead. After we enrolled, they provided a structured treatment plan with a schedule for injections and medications, which we took home to Kota Kinabalu. As part of the careful planning, Alpha IVF scheduled OPU (egg retrieval) at the right time to maximize the chance of success. After the embryos were created, the Alpha IVF laboratory team kept us informed of their progress, including the PGT-A test results, which provided valuable insight and reassurance. In early April 2024, we returned to Kuala Lumpur for the embryo transfer (implantation), a moment filled with hope and anticipation. After the procedure, we stayed in Kuala Lumpur for 14 days before we could have a pregnancy blood test. Those two weeks felt like the longest wait of our lives, filled with anxiety and excitement. Then the moment we had been waiting for arrived, and we received incredible news: our first IVF attempt had succeeded! The joy and happiness we felt at that moment are indescribable. We still clearly remember the emotion of having the honor of ringing Alpha IVF's “Joy Bell,” marking the beginning of a new chapter in our lives. On December 22, 2024, after months of anticipation, we welcomed a healthy baby boy into the world. He truly is our little miracle, and we will be forever grateful. Special recognition goes to Nurse Nora, who went above and beyond to help us throughout the IVF process. She was very supportive and always ready to answer our questions, making us feel comfortable and reassured at every step. Her kindness and dedication truly transformed our experience, and we are very grateful for her excellent care. For other patients, especially those traveling from abroad, we strongly recommend planning your trip carefully, as certain stages require precise scheduling.     I highly recommend Dr. Wilkinson. He is very kind and understanding, and he made my entire IVF journey easy and straightforward. My treatment began in February, and I became pregnant in April after one transfer. I am very glad I chose Dr. Wilkinson from the beginning. He is also an excellent OB-GYN. Under his care, I had an elective cesarean section, and I was surprised by how small the scar was. Thanks to his expertise, the entire delivery was smooth and easy for me.     I underwent IVF here in 2023 under Dr. S, but it was unsuccessful. I paid a premium price for what they claimed was better technology. The doctor overpromised and said I would become pregnant, giving me so much hope. I was emotionally devastated, as I had lost my son 2 years earlier due to placental abruption and had undergone an unsuccessful IVF cycle at another center. My age and egg quality were blamed. I understand these facts, but they should not play with our emotions, as infertility is already painful enough. I believe IVF success is partly a matter of chance. Doctors are not God. Apart from that, the staff and services were fine. I eventually went to another center that charged less than Alpha, and I had a successful pregnancy.

    I highly recommend Alpha and Dr Lam. Dr Lam is professional and patient. Every decision he made was based on my fertility needs.     They talk about how advanced and successful their technology is, but ultimately disappoint you. There are hidden fees. How would you feel after following every step from A to Z and still not getting what you hoped for? I contacted someone who had the same outcome, and she received no answers either. It felt like a scam. We all work hard and save money hoping for a baby, only to end up heartbroken.
