After several unsuccessful IVF attempts with our own eggs and sperm in our home country, we realized that we needed an egg donor. Unfortunately, egg donation treatment is not currently available in our country. While searching online for a reputable clinic that was relatively close and reasonably priced, we found many positive reviews of NGC Clinic. We contacted the clinic through an online appointment and communicated with them via WhatsApp. The online service was excellent, with clear, easy-to-follow guidance throughout the preparation process. The next day, we flew to Kazakhstan and went to the clinic. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. As non-Russian speakers visiting a fertility clinic for the first time, we greatly appreciated the clinic's smooth communication, well-organized appointment schedule, and comfortable, pleasant experience. Special thanks to Mr. Rustem at reception for his exceptional assistance. We met with Dr. Yerkenuly, attorney Darhan, and Dr. Mirislam. They patiently explained our test results and every step of the treatment process in detail. Their English was excellent, making communication easy and comfortable. The clinic was very clean, private, and equipped with modern medical technology. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the clinic has a long history and is clearly not a new or inexperienced institution. We also learned that many patients from around the world travel here for IVF treatment. Overall, I am happy to say that our experience so far has been excellent. The NGC Clinic team has provided exceptional care, professional service, and thoughtful attention throughout our treatment. We are currently halfway through our IVF treatment and hope it will be successful. Wish us luck! We will post another review after the IVF treatment is complete.

I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Galiya Abienovna Kilibayeva, a highly skilled and ethical physician. She restored my hope that I could become pregnant at 42, carry the pregnancy safely, and give birth. My husband and I had pursued this dream for nearly ten years. We underwent countless tests and even traveled to Turkey for care, without success. When I met Dr. Galiya Abienovna, she comforted me like a mother and gave me hope. Today my husband and I met with Saltanat Baikoshkarova. We listened to her clear recommendations and left feeling wonderful and hopeful. I was also examined by Zhanar Kukumbekova and appreciated her gentle touch. They do not prescribe excessive treatment; they explain exactly what steps to take… We had visited many clinics and arrived exhausted from medications…

I cannot say anything about the clinic itself because I could not even make an appointment. The woman on WhatsApp kept making mistakes and took half a day to respond. They emphasized that an advance appointment was necessary because I would not be here long, but that made no difference. Apparently, the clinic already has enough clients and does not need new ones. Sometimes they responded with voice messages saying, “Oh, there were some mistakes; we will correct them,” and similar things. Very incompetent.

I really liked it. High-quality service.
