    Thank you to Dr. Жексембиев Максат Серикович (Zhexembiyev Maksat Serikovich). I came from China to NGC for IVF treatment. I was fortunate to meet this doctor, who personally handled every examination and treatment throughout my care and ensured that my IVF journey went smoothly. His service was efficient and attentive, allowing my surrogacy process to proceed perfectly. The doctor is highly skilled. I retrieved 14 eggs and developed 9 embryos, which was a wonderful surprise. I sincerely thank him for the excellent service and outstanding treatment results. I will recommend this doctor to my friends. ❤️

    I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Galiya Abienovna Kilibayeva, a highly skilled and ethical physician. She restored my hope that I could become pregnant at 42, carry the pregnancy safely, and give birth. My husband and I had pursued this dream for nearly ten years. I was also examined by Zhanar Kukumbekova and appreciated her gentle touch. They do not prescribe excessive treatment; they explain exactly what steps to take… We had visited many clinics and arrived exhausted from medications…

    I cannot say anything about the clinic itself because I could not even make an appointment. The woman on WhatsApp kept making mistakes and took half a day to respond. They emphasized that an advance appointment was necessary because I would not be here long, but that made no difference. Apparently, the clinic already has enough clients and does not need new ones. Sometimes they responded with voice messages saying, “Oh, there were some mistakes; we will correct them,” and similar things. Very incompetent.
