Rachel Elise Warwar, MD, FACOG, is a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist who joined RGI in September 2023. Her journey in reproductive medicine began in medical school, driven by a passion for supporting patients through the challenges of fertility treatment. With a background in teaching and a commitment to compassionate care, her approach is characterized by steadfast support, attention to each patient's individual goals, and clear communication. She believes that building trusting, honest relationships with patients is a cornerstone of successful health care.     I established care with RGI in July 2024. My husband and I had an unsuccessful IUI cycle in August. My patient care navigator at the time was wonderful, but she has since left. I also have no complaints about Dr. Zolton. However, we were unhappy with the practice overall and ultimately sought care elsewhere. Everything felt centered on money, even to the point of refusing to release our own specimens. I first asked about transferring my samples in February, and we fully started the process one month later in March. Had the clinic clearly explained every requirement at the beginning, we could have planned accordingly instead of scrambling before an IVF cycle. We were told only about storage and transfer fees. At the last minute, we were suddenly informed that a past-due balance, never previously mentioned, also had to be paid before our specimens would be released. I also repeatedly had problems with RGI regarding insurance. I strongly advise prospective patients to verify everything directly with their insurer rather than relying on RGI. Billing manager Camille even said my insurance should not have been billed for a specific charge, yet it was billed and denied. In effect, they withheld my samples because of an error unrelated to me. This was particularly frustrating because RGI requires all costs to be prepaid before any appointment. If you do not or cannot pay, the appointment is canceled without exception. The existence of a past-due amount was therefore a complete surprise because I had always been required to pay before appointments. Camille was entirely unhelpful and showed no compassion or understanding. Unfortunately, this was not limited to her; it seemed common throughout the clinic, with only a few exceptions providing a better experience. The lack of empathy made an already stressful process even harder. Fertility treatment is already emotional and stressful. I expected professional, transparent, and clear service, but did not receive it. Last-minute financial demands added unnecessary pressure to a time-sensitive, deeply personal journey. We ultimately paid to avoid delaying our IVF cycle, but the experience left us very disappointed. I waited until our specimens were no longer in their possession before posting because I did not trust them to handle the samples properly if I spoke sooner. Transparency should be a priority in a field requiring such major financial and emotional investment. I left a message for the executive director, and to her credit she called back that day. Although I appreciated the prompt response, I was essentially told this would be used as a “teaching moment” and handled internally. The truth is that compassion cannot be trained; it either exists in the culture of care or it does not. Sadly, it was severely lacking in our experience. We are relieved to be finished with this clinic and would never return. I hope others consider our experience before entrusting something as important and sensitive as their fertility journey to RGI. Edit: RGI has now added a $150 charge to the transfer fee we already paid and refuses to release our specimens until everything is paid. This is another example of their disorganization and money-first approach, which is completely unacceptable for a fertility clinic. Again, avoid this clinic at all costs—they put profit before patients.

    I completed two egg-freezing cycles with Dr. Zolton and had a wonderful experience. The entire RGI team was friendly and helpful. Even when I moved to Columbus between cycles, the process remained seamless: Dr. Zolton could still oversee everything, and I returned to Akron for retrieval. I hope I never need to use the eggs, but if I do, I will certainly return to Dr. Zolton and her team.

    I was very fortunate to work with Dr. Maseelall as my physician and Joyce as my navigator. We started at another clinic but felt like a number and were lucky to find RGI. Infertility is extremely difficult, but my husband and I felt Dr. Maseelall's treatment fit our journey very well. She did not treat us as a number; she wanted to identify the real cause of our infertility and give us the best chance of having a child. Dr. Maseelall went above and beyond. Although the process was long, emotional, and sometimes disappointing, we are now expecting our first child in a few months. Joyce and Dr. Maseelall were supportive, informative, patient, and empathetic through every high and low. I would recommend them to anyone. Special thanks also to Shi at the Independence office; she has an incredible spirit.

    I had an absolutely wonderful experience with RGI. My clinical navigator (Jillian) is phenomenal, responsive, compassionate and knowledgeable. She gave me much comfort in the year and a half we worked to get our miracle baby. Dr. Zolton is THE most wonderful doctor, she truly cares for her patients and is always available for concerns. She has successfully led us through every step of our journey, including an unexpected surgery! I will be forever grateful to her. We will be back for the next baby!😊

    Dr. Zolton and her team are truly first-rate. Infertility is difficult, but having her as our doctor made the hard days much easier. She is patient, informative, diligent, and truly tailors care to you.     I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Zolten. After 15 years of infertility and eight miscarriages, we came to her carrying so much heartbreak. She met us with compassion, honesty, and a thoughtful plan. There were a lot of hiccups along the way, and Dr. Zolten had to make some difficult calls—but those careful, sometimes tough decisions are exactly what led to our success. Now, we’re finally pregnant with our miracle baby. Dr. Zolten is the kind of doctor who truly sees you, supports you, and doesn’t give up. We’ll forever be grateful.

    My husband and I started IVF at RGI in January. We were paired with our nurse navigator, Michelle, who was warm and friendly, calmed our nerves, and always responded promptly to our messages, whether during the day or on weekends! Next, we met with Dr. Nash to discuss our IVF journey. He was very patient and carefully reviewed several protocols he thought would work best for us. Although the process can be stressful, having him as our doctor made all the difference! We were very fortunate to complete the transfer, and I truly do not think any of it would have been possible without him. Thank you, Dr. Nash! To the rest of the staff, you are all amazing!

    Every staff member and provider I met was wonderful! They responded quickly whenever I called or messaged. In-person appointments were quick and convenient, and all my questions were answered. They gave me more information than anyone else had. Infertility is already difficult and stressful, but they reduced my stress and truly cared about me! My husband and I are very pleased with the service and care they provided! ❤️

    Either thieves or incompetent. Never give them money—you may never get it back. We scheduled a virtual appointment that required a 50-dollar deposit. We canceled 4 days in advance because of the poor reviews and because they asked me to pay more, saying, “Your insurance does not cover it.” I checked with my insurance company, and they said the exact opposite. I then called twice about the refund, and they said they would process it immediately. They never did. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Overall, the way they run this company is terrible. My advice and opinion is to stay away. *****Updated June 22, 2025, based on their response. It is ridiculous that they are asking me to call after I already called several times and got nowhere. Why would I call you again?!?!

    Pros: Dr. Nash is warm and friendly. I was assigned a personal nurse navigator whom I could text during business hours. She responded quickly, and Julie was wonderful. The staff at the Akron clinic were friendly, efficient, and provided good service. Cons: Everyone must take birth control so egg retrievals can be batched, but I was not told this until I began working with this clinic. This can be detrimental for people with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR). As a DOR patient, I felt completely abandoned at this clinic. My previous clinic told me I had good eggs and that we just needed to find them. This clinic moved to donor eggs after one round. I know my case is challenging, but as a DOR patient, I would not recommend this clinic to other DOR patients. I may not succeed at another clinic, but I did not feel comfortable attempting a second round here. My assigned financial navigator communicated poorly, nothing like my assigned nurse navigator, which made trying to change clinics very stressful. Overall, the doctor and care were good, but I do not recommend this clinic if you have DOR. If you do not have DOR, this clinic may be a good fit for you.

    My husband and I have been treated by Dr. Nash since March, and I cannot speak highly enough of him and his team. With a doctor like him, you receive exceptionally attentive care. He is highly knowledgeable and experienced. I told him the direction I wanted from the beginning, and although our chances were not ideal, he was very supportive. I never felt pressured to do anything I was not ready for or comfortable with. My nurse assistant, Ashley, is also one of the kindest people I have met. She was gentle and thoughtful throughout the process. During our successful conception journey, I often texted her with problems and concerns. She reassured me every time, and ultimately we succeeded! Courtney also served as my assistant while Ashley was on leave and was equally excellent.     Let us begin with billing. Before doing anything, verify your insurance coverage. They told me my insurance did not cover certain services. I insisted that it did, but they said they would not bill my insurer because of an audit. I practically had to beg for the information needed to submit a claim independently. The billing department is also poor at returning calls and emails. Dealing with them caused tremendous stress. The next issue is patient education and communication. When we began this journey last year, I wanted to participate in the 100% IVF success program. Their website said to call for more information, so I did. They told me that you had to be at least 37 and have a known medical condition. I thought it did not apply to me because I was 34 and had no medical conditions. Their website now lists the program qualifications in detail. After reviewing them carefully, I should have qualified. I was either lied to or misled, and that is deeply frustrating. There is almost no communication between doctors and patients. At appointments, you see whoever is available. They appear and disappear, so good luck asking questions. Everything is rushed. Patient education is also poor. I did not receive post-procedure education until my third embryo transfer. There is more to my situation, but I will not share my medical history on Google. As early as January or February, I told the doctor that I felt uncomfortable as a patient there. I felt treated like a number. We spoke, and that was all. Nothing changed. After our final transfer failed in July this year, I spoke to the doctor again. I said I felt like nothing more than a paycheck. There was no communication, and if I wanted to speak with someone or better understand test results and progress, I had to pay more. I want to add that, in my view, texting a coordinator is not communication. It is fine for appointments, but reasonable concerns or questions should be addressed in person or by phone. We have one embryo left and are seriously considering discarding it because we lack confidence in this practice. I am close to giving up because our current approach is not working and I have no answers. Are there answers for me? Is there anything else we can do? I do not know. Before the last transfer, I tried to communicate with the doctor, but asking these questions alone cost me $200. It felt disgusting, as though I could only receive answers about my treatment by paying more money. ****Updated July 15, 2025**** Although our last embryo transfer was successful and our daughter arrived last month, I am keeping my review. After one helpful conversation with the doctor and the addition of a new nurse navigator, the final transfer went much more smoothly. The billing department is still terrible. I am leaving this review because I felt I had to be assertive to be treated as a person rather than a statistic. To be clear, I have no issue with my doctors. They are kind and professional. My concerns are with their practice.

    Our fertility journey is over, but words cannot express our gratitude to RGI—to Dr. Nash, Dr. M, Kim, and Jillian. Three years ago, I began taking medication for egg retrieval. After retrieval, I had 2 day-6 embryos. At the first transfer, because the embryo developed slowly, I transferred 3 embryos; he has just turned 2. I clearly remember where I was when Kim called with the results of the third embryo transfer and prepared to schedule the first ultrasound. Nine months later, we transferred our final embryo; she has just turned 7 months old. These three years have been remarkable. Kim and Jillian held my hand through everything, including a missed embryo-transfer monitoring appointment that gave me the chance to see Kim again, this time for bloodwork. They are true stars. Forever grateful.

    Jillian and Dr. Maseelall provided exceptional help to my partner and me. Our experience here has been wonderful, and the treatment results so far have been encouraging. I am very grateful. Jillian is outstanding and answered all my questions and concerns. I greatly appreciate the hospital grant that gave me this opportunity. Everyone here is positive and optimistic. 10 out of 10!     The clinic's operating model feels very large and money-driven. Every doctor is undoubtedly skilled, but they do not have time to truly help you. Infertility is complex and emotionally difficult, and I disliked feeling like a small number in a huge database with no one genuinely paying attention. Billing issues can also be a nightmare.

    First, we struggled with infertility for over 7 years and had painful experiences at many clinics. Infertility feels dark and lonely, and you feel like just a number. Before coming here, we had 4 intrauterine inseminations (IUIs), one resulting in a chemical pregnancy and one causing an allergic reaction. We also had an unsuccessful IVF cycle. We had no answers, only assumptions. We had nearly given up when a close friend referred us to Dr. Maseelall. We were treated completely differently from the start! Dr. Maseelall wanted to repeat all testing from the beginning, listened to every concern, and reviewed our full infertility history. My husband's sperm morphology was 0. Other clinics said this was fine because his other values were good, but Dr. Maseelall wanted further testing and referred us to Dr. Kovac. That deserves a separate review, but we found answers there! After my husband's varicocele surgery, we waited six months and returned to Dr. Maseelall for an intrauterine insemination (IUI). The IUI achieved a pregnancy, but unfortunately it was ectopic. This was devastating, but I always felt closely monitored. Dr. Maseelall suspected an ectopic trend. On the way to my six-week follow-up, I developed severe pain, and ultrasound still showed nothing in the uterus. Dr. Maseelall gave me two options, and we proceeded immediately with successful surgery. We planned to wait two months before in vitro fertilization (IVF), but somehow conceived naturally! None of this would have happened without this clinic and Dr. Maseelall. I am now 12 weeks pregnant, and without her or this clinic, we would not be here. Other fertility clinics made me feel worthless, but Dr. Maseelall and RGI never did. She works miracles! I also want to recognize my nurse coordinator Dekota. Having a nurse coordinator available during treatment who responds almost immediately and with great care relieved so much stress. Dekota is amazing! The clinic also assigns both a nurse coordinator and a billing coordinator throughout the process, which removes half the stress. Other clinics do not offer these services! Everyone at the Akron clinic was outstanding—from the warm front desk welcome to Kim, who drew so much of my blood, haha, to the nurses, nurse practitioners, and others. They cared for us attentively throughout our fertility journey! I cannot speak highly enough of RGI, Dr. Maseelall, and the entire staff. If you are considering coming here, I hope this review reassures you!

    I felt more like a number than a patient—someone willing to give them money rather than someone they genuinely cared about. At every weekly ultrasound before my embryo transfer, my doctor, whom I will not name, made the same joke: “What a terrible morning!” It was fine the first time, but not by the eighth. After our last embryo failed to survive thawing, which was devastating, no one from the office called to check on us or ask what we wanted to do next, if anything. Someone from the laboratory simply called with the news and hung up. We chose to go elsewhere because we felt they did not truly care about us as individuals.

    My wife and I spent a great deal of time with the team at Pinnacle Fertility in Akron, Ohio, formerly Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility. We worked with them when my wife conceived our first child, who is now 2.5 years old, and I am extremely grateful for everything they did for us. Since our daughter was born, we have been working with them for about 2 years while trying for a second child, but for various reasons I have not been able to conceive. I underwent several IUIs, ultrasounds, and two surgeries, with a third scheduled because of polyps and fibroids. Unfortunately, because we live out of state, we are moving to their sister clinic to begin IVF. I am sad to leave because we had the best team, especially our coordinator, Caitlin. Caitlin stayed with me through difficult moments and tearful phone calls as I struggled to conceive a second child. I was fortunate to meet her during an ultrasound and speak with her in the office. She spent countless hours, even checking in on weekends, to ensure my appointments were scheduled, laboratory results received, tests and imaging arranged, and that my OB-GYN had completed all preparations for both surgeries. I cannot say enough good things about Caitlin. She is deeply committed to helping people like me who struggle with infertility and conception. I sincerely wish we could continue with her and the Akron team. Anyone fortunate enough to have her as a coordinator will be in excellent hands. She is the kindest, most attentive, empathetic, and organized coordinator I have worked with, and I am grateful she supported me through the hardest times. Thank you to the Akron team for everything!

    Dr. Maseelall and her team are angels. After a failed IVF cycle at a terrible fertility clinic, I contacted RGI/Pinnacle, and it saved my life. During my first ultrasound, something unusual was found on my left ovary. A follow-up ultrasound several weeks later led Dr. Maseelall to refer me immediately to a specialist, and it was diagnosed as a stage 1 granulosa cell tumor. Less than a year later, we conceived our miracle baby and are overjoyed. Dr. Maseelall and the staff here will care for you with all their hearts ♥️♥️

    I had an excellent experience with Dr. Priya and the Pinnacle Fertility Ohio team. Both of my two embryo transfers succeeded. Dr. Priya made me feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for from the start. Every step was clearly explained, and the staff ensured I felt comfortable and confident.     I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I drive two and a half hours each way to come here. Dr. Zolton is amazing! The staff are wonderful too, and everyone knows my name whenever I come for an appointment. I have never experienced such a caring clinic. I love it here!!!

    If you are assigned to Katlin, the so-called "navigator," good luck... Her communication has consistently been extremely poor. Her communication errors seriously affected my treatment, including giving me incorrect medication instructions. Katlin mishandled my treatment plan and had me take birth control pills that I should not have been taking. A qualified insurance navigator should be proactive, responsive, and accurate. My interactions with Katlin were none of these. We had to follow up constantly, and her guidance was not fully accurate, further affecting our care experience. As expected, the outcome was far from ideal. I believe her lack of professionalism was a major factor in this poor result. Based on this experience and Katlin's lack of professionalism, I believe the clinic should seriously review her performance.

    We had an excellent experience with this facility and its staff. They genuinely care about their patients and patiently guide you through every step. Whenever you have a question or concern, they respond immediately. Dr. Priya Maseelall is honest, thoughtful, approachable, and knowledgeable. My coordinator, Courtney, was also outstanding. Whenever I had a question or concern, she responded promptly. She always checked on me and guided me throughout the process. She was very considerate and helped me feel at ease throughout. I am extremely grateful to them. I highly recommend Pinnacle Fertility to anyone having difficulty conceiving and encourage them to seek help from these two outstanding women.

    I had an excellent experience at Pinnacle Fertility! The doctors and staff were very friendly and always pleasant to speak with. I never felt like just a number. I received personalized care, and they always patiently answered my questions. My primary doctor was Dr. Nash, who was consistently kind and encouraging. I also saw several other doctors during different visits... They were all excellent, so you cannot go wrong with any of them! Nurse Gina and the anesthesiologist were also always friendly and talkative, whether before egg retrieval or during transfer. My navigator, Laura, always responded promptly to my messages and made the process much easier! I was with Pinnacle Fertility for about a year and ultimately had a successful transfer. I am now 8 weeks pregnant. I had previously received care at the Cleveland Clinic fertility center, where the treatment plan did not seem truly tailored to our needs. It was also difficult to contact the doctor/nurse, and when I asked about test results, they were dismissive, as though the questions did not concern us. I am so glad I made this decision! It took considerable time and patience to reach this point, but I am confident in our decision to choose Pinnacle and in the choices that ultimately led to our success. If I could, I would keep them as my obstetrician-gynecologist and even deliver there! I would gladly drive an hour :)

    A single consultation costs $350—just to learn whether IVF might be suitable. That was upsetting. The website suggests they are not focused on profit, yet it never discloses the consultation fee, which is misleading. When booking, they simply say, “The appointment fee is $350.” I declined. I wanted to see the clinic and hear their advice, but the price is too high when I do not even know whether IVF is feasible for us.

    My experience with Pinnacle Fertility has been exceptional. I first met Dr. Maseelall when freezing my eggs in 2020 and returned in 2024 to begin IVF. Through many highs, lows, and cycles, she has remained kind, compassionate, and deeply knowledgeable. Fertility treatment can feel overwhelming and frightening, but I felt her genuine care at every visit. Dr. M was honest and explained everything patiently while offering great reassurance. This balance of transparency and empathy helped me trust the process, even at the hardest moments. My care coordinator Jillian was essential to my journey. Being able to text or call her meant so much. She answered every question promptly and thoroughly and consistently encouraged me. She supported me through difficult days and celebrated my positive pregnancy test. I will always value her kindness and friendship. Words cannot express my gratitude to the Pinnacle Fertility team. They provide more than medical care; they stand beside you throughout with genuine compassion.

    I first heard about RGI from friends who became pregnant through IVF. When our doctor said this was our only path to growing our family, we scheduled a consultation. From the beginning, Dr. Maseelall was wonderful. She took time to truly understand our situation and always made me feel supported, especially on important days when she helped calm my nerves. Our navigator Kaitlin was also excellent, always patiently answering my questions and ensuring I fully understood the treatment plan. I also built strong relationships with other nurses during weekly follow-ups, which made everything much easier. After three years of infertility, the RGI team gave us the most precious gift. Honestly, leaving RGI was difficult because they had become such an important part of our journey. We love RGI and recommend them to anyone considering IVF.

    I feel this clinic values profit more than patients. They confidently guaranteed that IVF would be 100% successful and that I would have a baby within a year, so we rushed into the first cycle and then the second. The outcome was terrible: we spent tens of thousands of dollars, both cycles failed, and no explanation was provided. I begged my doctor to help me understand what was happening, but the nurse told me to see my OB-GYN—the same OB-GYN who did not know what was wrong and referred me to a specialist. Fortunately, I found an OB-GYN who continued to support and advocate for me until we discovered the real cause. If those doctors had truly listened, they would have found that I had Addison's disease, which, incidentally, requires a completely different treatment approach from what I received.

    My wife was a surrogate for another family. Everything went well until the embryo failed to implant. It was heartbreaking to see both the intended mother and my wife so devastated. The first thing the intended mother said was that no one from the clinic contacted them after the bad news. Both women felt like numbers or revenue rather than people. The significant cost of surrogacy should include patient follow-up. It is absurd that they seemed unconcerned about anyone involved. That said, the staff provide good service while you are actively involved. But the lack of follow-up is deeply disappointing and harmful to a family's mental health.

    I'm very grateful for their help in achieving pregnancy. I was so comforted by Dekota, my site navigator, who was very available, reliable, answered all my questions, and offered reassurance throughout my time with them. Melissa, who did most of my scans, was also so positive and reassuring during SUCH an anxious time. Both of them, along with Dr. M, made the fertility journey more bearable. There are multiple appointments required per cycle but there was hardly any wait to be seen--a big plus for me working full time. After multiple losses, I'm finally in my second trimester with a healthy baby!

Pinnacle made the entire process very easy. We reviewed donor profiles and selected the right embryos to try to build our family.     We never met a doctor here in person. They charged $225.00 for a “consultation” that simply repeated information we had spent all evening completing. We asked them to ensure our insurance covered everything. After they sent us an insurance coverage estimate, the actual amount was about twice the estimated cost. They were not transparent and did not truly verify coverage for testing. After we completed the initial tests, they said we might not become pregnant even with IVF, which we had already said we would not pursue. They were very eager for us to complete the “next test.” I finally said enough and did not even attend the final consultation. By the grace of God, creator of all life, we are now 14.5 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. God can do anything regardless of what greedy doctors say. We will never return for any infertility issue!

    My husband and I struggled with secondary infertility. We encountered only minor setbacks, mostly because of the stress at the time. The process was not quick, but the result was worth the wait. We completed one IUI cycle and became pregnant with twins! We could hardly believe it. After nearly 9 years of waiting, our first treatment brought an incredible and joyful surprise.     We had an excellent experience at RGI! My husband and I worked with Dr. Maseelall, who was kind, thorough, and helpful. She truly knows her field. We also saw other doctors in the practice, and all were wonderful. Everyone working there was lovely. Dr. Maseelall helped us determine that IVF was our best option. She created a comprehensive, clearly communicated plan to make the process as successful as possible.     This is my first review, and English is not my first language ❤️. My husband and I struggled with infertility for the past seven years. We tried IVF at different clinics, but every attempt failed, and I had basically given up. Then I decided not to give up and began looking for a new IVF clinic. That is when I found RGI. From the start, they returned calls quickly and showed concern, which helped me overcome my fears from previous IVF experiences, so I decided to proceed. I then met my navigator, Ashley, who is the best. She was always there with emotional support and genuine care and is one of the kindest people I have ever met ❤️. Then I met Dr. Priya. If you want a truly good doctor who cares about your health during this process, she is the best. I did not know much about IVF, and she chose the best path to help us have a child while protecting my health. I will always be grateful for such a kind and intelligent doctor 💕. I was very impressed by the embryologists. Their success rates are so high, and they are the best team compared with my terrible private IVF clinic. There, I had eight eggs but only one embryo, made two emergency room visits, and could not breathe or walk for two months. With RGI, I was back to normal the day after the procedure, cleaning, cooking, and walking without any pain. I had only three eggs, and all became healthy embryos. That is why RGI is the best. From the front desk to the nurses, doctors (Priya and Zoe), and embryology team, everyone is outstanding. Now for the good news: I am 9 weeks pregnant, feeling strong, and the baby is growing healthily. I pray the pregnancy continues and the delivery is safe. I am sorry for such a long review, but every person and every detail deserved mention ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    After two and a half years with two other fertility clinics in the area, we ultimately chose RGI Cleveland. From our first appointment with Dr. Maseelall, we felt heard, supported, and cared for. Dr. Maseelall goes above and beyond to get to know her patients; we have never felt so supported by a doctor! She is highly knowledgeable and will do everything possible to advocate for your best interests. Working with RGI was seamless. From regular check-ins with a nurse navigator (Katlin is amazing!) to a dedicated financial coordinator, RGI reduces many of the stresses IVF places on couples. Every interaction with the doctors, nurses, and receptionists at the Cleveland and Akron clinics was pleasant. This team is genuinely committed to helping you achieve your fertility goals.     I sought fertility treatment at RGI/Pinnacle. After an initial telehealth consultation with a doctor who knew very little about my medical history, I was immediately placed on their second-most expensive treatment plan. I never communicated directly with the doctor again. All communication went through nurses and their app, which felt more like a frustrating game of telephone than actual medical care. My greatest concern was their communication style. They often simply said, “Take this medication/supplement,” with little explanation. When I asked reasonable questions about why medications or supplements were prescribed, they seemed impatient. I also requested additional laboratory tests and said I was willing to pay out of pocket, but instead of discussing or explaining anything, they responded dismissively and sarcastically. We eventually stopped treatment because RGI/Pinnacle raised its prices. When I told them I could no longer afford treatment, they should have explained then that prescriptions they had issued would no longer be refilled. I understand that this is clinic policy, but it was not communicated at the time. I am now trying to obtain refills from my primary care physician. This negative review is not about unsuccessful treatment. Fertility treatment is sensitive and physically and emotionally exhausting, and my husband and I were completely new to the process. Instead of feeling supported and informed, we often felt ignored and dismissed for asking questions. I repeatedly shared my concerns with my nurse, but nothing changed. The poor communication continued, and our frustration grew. Throughout treatment at RGI/Pinnacle, my husband and I felt discouraged and alone. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend RGI/Pinnacle for fertility treatment and suggest considering other providers whenever possible.

    This clinic was absolutely terrible. I was oversuppressed with birth control, resulting in 4 eggs retrieved, 2 fertilized, and 0 blastocysts. The doctor prescribed excessive medication, and my next doctor said there was no reason for so much medication because no research shows it is effective. The RGI doctor later told me the problem was my eggs and that sperm did not matter—yes, he really said that. He said he would give me one more chance using exactly the same protocol, but after that I should prepare to use donor eggs. I immediately went to Cleveland Clinic. They may not have a care coordinator available for direct communication, but their doctors are truly professional. My second retrieval produced 7 eggs and 6 blastocysts. We used Zymot—which, by the way, is a sperm-selection device—so strangely enough, perhaps sperm really does matter 🙄 Stay far away from this clinic!

    Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Zolton and the entire RGI team. After several failed IUIs and disappointing treatment and service at another clinic, I transferred to RGI, and it was absolutely the best decision I ever made. From the first appointment through every treatment and IVF cycle, the entire RGI team gave my husband and me exceptional care and attention. Dr. Zolton was highly proactive and addressed all my questions and concerns before I even had to ask. Whenever I raised a treatment question, I felt heard and valued rather than dismissed.     After trying natural conception methods, we came to this clinic. Following several tests and a poorly performed hysterosalpingogram, they told my wife she had irreversible hydrosalpinx with semen leakage, making conception unlikely. They quickly recommended removing her fallopian tubes, which would eliminate natural conception and leave IVF as our only option. Another specialist later confirmed that the hydrosalpinx diagnosis—and the claim of semen leakage—was false. We felt pressured toward an unsuitable path. If you receive a major recommendation like this, seek a second opinion. I advise caution and a second opinion because private clinics profit from treatment.

    We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with RGI Pinnacle. Although we were fortunate to have success, my review is based on the care and treatment we received, not just the outcome. Early on, you are assigned a navigator, which is a nurse you have an open text message line with during your time at the clinic. This was invaluable to us and left us with no unanswered questions at any step of the process - and we had many. Our navigator, Ashley, was beyond phenomenal and couldn't have been more helpful, responsive, or empathetic. Dr. Masaleel was our main doctor, but we also saw Dr. Zolton and Dr. Nash for certain procedures based on availability. Each of them was fantastic, and we felt very comfortable having them as part of our medical team. One thing to be aware of is that the Independence office is a monitoring satellite location, and all procedures are done at the main Akron location. This will vary depending on your treatment, but in total we wound up having about 7 appointments in Akron. The staff at both facilities across the board were wonderful. Independence is super efficient and most of my monitoring appointments were less than 15 minutes and offered at convenient times. While I can't compare our IVF experience to any of the other popular clinic choices, I'm very glad we chose Pinnacle based on both our experience and feedback we've heard from others on a similar journey. I've often seen people say that, at some clinics, you need to be a strong advocate for yourself and come armed with a lot of independent research. That was not our experience at Pinnacle. We felt very well informed, supported, and able to trust the judgment of our doctor, which was a relief during a stressful season of life. We are very grateful for the care we received and would absolutely recommend RGI Pinnacle to others going through fertility treatment.

    RGI has been a dream come true. We struggled with secondary infertility and decided to go the IVF route. Dr Jain is always up front and honest about what to expect and you can tell he truly cares about his patients and their outcomes. At RGI, you get such an individualized plan based on your needs, unlike other fertility offices where you feel like one in a heard of cattle. We have completed 3 egg retrievals with RGI and have had success with each one! My IVF coordinator, Julia, has also been such an important part of our journey! She is so caring and knowledgeable! Just like Dr Jain, she truly cares about her patients and their outcomes! Without Julia I never would have had the courage to do IVF in the first place and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is!

    If you are experiencing infertility or on a TTC journey, look no further. RGI and Dr. Jain have been amazing over the past year. We ultimately had two egg retrievals. The first produced only two genetically normal embryos, and both transfers failed. Dr. Jain urged us not to give up and to try again, and we trusted him. He took time on a Saturday to call my husband and me, discuss our options, and explain what we would do differently. After the second retrieval, we transferred our third embryo, and it worked! We are now 7 weeks pregnant. Dr. Warwar was also an excellent provider, as were Allison and Stacia. Donna was a wonderful nurse navigator. Thank you, RGI, for giving us our dream of building a family. We will always be grateful!

    For health reasons, I underwent two years of treatment. Throughout the process, the excellent RGI team provided attentive care, especially Dr. Akas Jain, an outstanding physician. His expertise was exceptional from egg retrieval through embryo transfer. Yesterday, May 20, on this day filled with love, I heard my baby's heartbeat for the first time. She was very kind and informative throughout the process and was genuinely happy for us, which was very encouraging after our intrauterine insemination (IUI) failed. We then decided to try IVF. The app they use relieved a lot of our stress. Although the process could feel overwhelming, they provided a clear, easy-to-follow schedule covering all medications and procedures, which helped tremendously!     My husband and I had a very positive experience at RGI. :) After trying for several years and undergoing five unsuccessful intrauterine inseminations (IUIs), we chose in vitro fertilization (IVF). RGI's process was fast from beginning to end. Our guide, whom we could text or call anytime for help or questions, was Caylee, and our doctor was Dr. Warwar. Both were excellent. You do not see the doctor often, which initially made me nervous, but they clearly communicate well. You mainly see the doctor for the “important things.” We encountered a few minor issues during egg retrieval, but they responded very quickly and guided us through everything perfectly. Their laboratory success rates are very high. We retrieved 8 eggs in total—I have low ovarian reserve—and 7 developed into blastocysts! Our first transfer succeeded. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant, so it is still early, but everything looks good so far. If I remember correctly, this clinic has one of the highest success rates in the state. I am very glad we chose RGI. :)

Dr. Jains really needs to address the lies and poor communication from the front desk and finance department!!!! Some of you should be reported!!!! Shameful! No wonder this practice has such poor reviews!!!! We will go elsewhere for IVF.

    I am sure this place is fine if you are in your 30's and covered by insurance. But if you are above 40, self pay, and have a flexible schedule, go to Greece and be treated with respect and have a vacation. Dr Jain pushed donor eggs hard just based on age before there was even an exam done. Then there was the eye roll when we went with IUI because it was all we could afford at the time. The best part of our experience was Dr. Cheadle. When she gets her own practice I hope everyone goes to work with her.

    I called for more information about egg freezing and the process, and the woman who answered simply told me, "Have you looked at our website? I suggest starting there." What kind of fertility clinic is this?! Their website did not contain the information I was asking about. People already feel uncomfortable asking these questions, and I cannot imagine how they would treat you during an initial consultation. 0/10

    Run—do not hesitate. Stay away from this company! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not explain the steps, expected outcomes, medications, or anything else. Do not deal with this money-grabbing company!

    Dr. Jain has always been wonderful and very genuine. Since I became a patient, coordination among the front desk, office, and patients has improved significantly. Overall, I think they were previously overwhelmed, but now have a much better system for handling everything. I have had 3 embryo transfers there and have been a patient for more than four years. Best wishes, and I am very grateful!

    They work quickly and efficiently. They helped me have one child, and now I am pregnant with my second :) Patient navigator Julia Case was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She answered every question and went out of her way to help me. I am very grateful to Julia and the RGI team!!

    My experience at RGI was extremely disappointing, and I am finally ready to share it. Shortly after receiving treatment from Dr. Vovall at RGI Westerville, I became pregnant but soon miscarried and chose to have a dilation and curettage procedure. The procedure itself went smoothly, but I then bled for nearly three months without receiving effective clinical intervention. Although I repeatedly informed my nurse navigator, Kayla, and asked whether this was normal, she always told me that everyone responds differently and that they would continue monitoring my HCG levels. After the emotional roller coaster of ongoing fertility problems—including the joy of finally becoming pregnant followed by a heartbreaking miscarriage—I was told that bleeding for three consecutive months afterward was normal. Meanwhile, I went to the clinic at dawn every week for bloodwork, only to see that my pregnancy hormone levels were barely declining. During this time, I never heard directly from Dr. Vovall. After a frightening episode of heavy bleeding, I called the after-hours emergency line. Further evaluation showed retained tissue from the dilation and curettage, which required hysteroscopy for removal. The persistent bleeding should have prompted earlier follow-up. A few days after the hysteroscopy, when I reported difficulty urinating, I again received no timely response and ultimately turned to my obstetrician-gynecologist in desperation. I told my nurse navigator that I had lost trust in RGI, but I did not receive a voicemail from Dr. Vovall until several months later. I eventually transferred to another clinic, where a hysterosalpingogram showed that retained tissue was still present. My experience at RGI left me deeply frustrated and hurt, not only because I lost my baby but because the time and trust I invested did not result in the medical care I deserved. I hope sharing my story helps others make informed decisions when choosing fertility care.

    We spent more than $10,000, had such a terrible experience, and ended up with nothing. We had conceived before, so this supposed added medical expertise—or lack of it—only wasted our money and was deeply disappointing. They did not explain what to expect in advance, and the medications listed in the “instructions” were completely different from what we actually received. We had to ask four or five times to learn what to take. We repeatedly ran out of medication because they supplied insufficient doses, and they also had us buy items we did not need, creating another unnecessary expense. Their responses show that they simply do not care. Whenever they receive a negative review—and there are many—they say the reviewer can email them but refuse to respond publicly, citing privacy. Yet they reply to positive reviews and even name people. They clearly do not care about you. They simply go through the motions and collect your money. I strongly urge anyone considering them not to choose them. Choosing SpringCreek or any of their other facilities is my greatest regret. I cannot put myself through this pain again, so this was our only and final chance.

    I underwent intrauterine insemination (IUI) treatment in 2024, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The clinic did not provide appropriate evaluation or guidance throughout the process. Even though I was not ovulating, they continued the IUI cycles without clearly diagnosing or addressing the issue. After returning to my home country, I learned that my lack of ovulation was likely related to being overweight and that weight management should have been part of my treatment plan. This was never discussed during treatment. In addition, even when I explicitly asked for guidance, they gave me no useful advice on lifestyle changes such as diet, alcohol consumption, or routine care before and after IUI. These are essential basics when trying to conceive. Overall, I feel I lost valuable time because of the lack of proper diagnosis, communication, and care. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seriously trying to conceive under time constraints. My doctor was Dr. Warwar. Please avoid this clinic.

    We previously visited another fertility clinic that told us pregnancy was impossible and donor eggs were our only option. When we said we wanted to start with basic treatment, they did not take us seriously. We spent three months there without a single ultrasound and could not reach them by phone. By contrast, Dr. Jain and Dr. Sydney supported us throughout, listened carefully, respected our wishes, and provided professional guidance while helping us remain hopeful despite the low odds. We could always reach them, and they gave us clear timelines and instructions and scheduled regular ultrasounds. Our baby is now over a year old and is the greatest joy in our lives. We are so grateful that someone recommended Dr. Jain to us.

    We had a very positive experience with Dr. Warwar and the entire staff at Pinnacle. They always kept us informed and supported and gave us realistic guidance and expectations based on our specific circumstances. My nurse navigator, Julia, and financial coordinator patiently answered every question and guided us throughout treatment. The laboratory is also truly exceptional. The results from our frozen egg sample far exceeded standard expectations, largely because of the lab's outstanding quality. Fertility treatment is a deeply personal and difficult journey, but even when challenges arose, we never felt the clinic was at fault. They were highly professional, and we ultimately achieved a wonderful outcome.

    Our experience at the clinic was extraordinary, truly perfect. We searched widely and never found a team as welcoming, caring, and dedicated as Pinnacle Fertility Ohio. We had previously made two attempts in Colombia but did not mention them because we did not want the medical team to form any preconceptions. Thanks to their expertise, however, we became pregnant on our first attempt. Mike is now two months old, and my husband and I are a happy family of three. This is an LGBTQ-friendly clinic, and we always felt safe, respected, and accepted. It offered exactly the inclusive environment we hoped for!     I think it’s important when reading reviews to understand that the people who are most inclined to write reviews had a negative experience for one reason or another. You’re not hearing from the thousands of people that credit this team for the miracle of the family that they have today. There is a family reunion every year where hundreds of people come back every year to share their family with Dr. Jain and the team. Also remember that this fertility journey is a collaboration between the fertility specialist and all of the other primary care givers. Fertility care is inherently expensive and it is not guaranteed. With that being said, we owe Dr. Jain everything. He has been an incredible partner to us through a very long and emotional fertility journey. We have been through multiple rounds of IVF and can happily say we have a 3.5 year old son and a 9 month old daughter as a result of this journey. We would not have our babies without Dr. Jain and the staff at Pinnacle Fertility. Dr. Jain is truly invested in his patients. He wants the absolute best result for his patients. Going into the fertility journey you have to understand that it is his job to give you the hard news in order to get to the best and safest result. I am grateful for the way that he has always balanced candor and compassion. He has personally reached out to check on me, deliver hard news and congratulate me at every step of this journey. I have never had a doctor call at 10pm with results or text me when he knows I’m going through a hard time. He does that because he genuinely cares about his people.     Our fertility journey was anything but easy, and there were times we wondered if we'd ever get here. Finding Dr. Warwar and her team completely changed our experience. From our very first appointment, Dr. Warwar took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. She walked us through the entire process—from retrieval to transfer—so we always knew what to expect, what the next step was, and what our plan looked like.
