A Texas native, Allison Petrini, MD, is proud to care for men and women in her home state. This Austin fertility doctor grew up outside Houston and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. She attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, then moved to New York City for further training in women’s healthcare.


After medical school, Dr. Petrini completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College, where she also served as administrative chief resident. Her outstanding residency performance earned her admission to the elite reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at the Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College.


Dr. Petrini has received many awards for excellence

During her education and training, Allison Petrini, MD, received numerous awards, including the Gold Humanism Honor Society Award, Jerome Seiler Memorial Award for Excellence in Pelvic Surgery, and Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement Award. She also received several teaching awards.


This Austin fertility doctor has authored many scientific publications and presented her research at national and international meetings. She has received several research awards, including the Society of Reproductive Surgeons In-Training Research Award and Pacific Coast Reproductive Society Paper Award.

Allison Petrini, MD, diagnoses and treats many complex causes of infertility. Her extensive reproductive medicine training allows her to treat all causes of infertility, with particular expertise in diminished ovarian reserve, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and male-factor infertility. She is also skilled in surgical infertility treatment.


Above all, she values the relationships she builds with patients. “As a fertility doctor, I can form strong relationships with patients. It is an honor to support them during such an important and vulnerable time,” she explained.


Dr. Petrini also stays busy outside her work as an Austin fertility doctor.

Family is everything to Allison Petrini, MD, and was the main reason she and her husband returned to Texas. In addition to family time, she enjoys trying different foods, traveling to experience new cultures, practicing yoga, and reading.

Dr. Schutt and her team were amazing and very supportive throughout my treatment at TFC. After years of struggling, we completed our only embryo transfer, and our daughter was born a few months later!

My husband and I will always be grateful to Dr. Vaughn and TFC. Overall, our IVF experience was wonderful and far exceeded my expectations. We interviewed four Austin doctors/clinics and chose Dr. Vaughn for his bedside manner, approach, treatment record/success rates, and more. We also appreciated the larger team, which meant faster responses on billing and other matters than at some clinics. Despite its size, TFC felt personal and friendly. Although IVF is largely clinical, the clinic and appointments felt warm. I appreciated that Dr. Vaughn tailored treatment to my body. I had heard that understaffed clinics sometimes plan around holidays and weekends, but when Dr. Vaughn was unavailable for two weekend days, I could see other doctors, which was an added benefit. I had heard TFC appointments could run late, but ours were always on time, even near the end of the day. My only advice is to ask your doctor or nurse whether you need more medication. Two front desk staff once confirmed that my prescription was sufficient, but I later ran short and had to rush to Austin to find more. Alto pharmacy was extremely helpful. Asking a doctor or nurse would have prevented this. I began IVF feeling hopeless and negative, but Dr. Vaughn countered that with hope, positivity, and compassion. He explained everything clearly, patiently answered questions, and knew us as people, not just patients. His nurses were also wonderful—special thanks to Aleix—and responded quickly to emails and calls with genuine warmth and support. Dr. Vaughn was very calm before and after retrieval and during transfer. The transfer was unexpectedly beautiful, with a warm bed, soft lighting, and soothing music, making it a personal, positive experience. Our baby may arrive any day, all thanks to TFC and Dr. Vaughn. We sincerely thank you.

After five long years of trying to conceive, we are immensely grateful to be expecting our precious daughter, thanks to the wonderful Texas Fertility Center team. From the first visit, we felt seen, heard, and supported. The doctors, nurses, and staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in our journey. Even during the hardest moments, Dr. Gavrizi provided clear communication, attentive care, and unwavering encouragement. We never felt like a number; the team truly cared. Texas Fertility Center is an excellent clinic with highly skilled doctors and support staff. From day one, Dr. Silverberg gave us hope and a plan—both urgently needed. With help from him, his nurses, and other TFC doctors, we had two successful pregnancies and three amazing babies. Their knowledge and expertise ended years of loss and disappointment and completed our family. I recommend Texas Fertility Center to anyone struggling with fertility—you will be well cared for!

Everything and the service were excellent. The doctors and nurses were very kind. However, the receptionist at the front desk provided very poor service. She coldly cut me off when I tried to explain that I was undergoing cancer treatment, that insurance would cover all costs, and why I had to complete the information. Very poor attitude.

I was deeply traumatized and needed time to heal before I could write this review. I suspect that many patients who had poor experiences at this clinic are too traumatized to write anything, which may explain why the reviews are so one-sided. After 18 months at this clinic, both of my ovaries were evaluated. Although one had a cyst, both had high AMH levels and were functioning normally. The doctor recommended laparoscopic surgery to remove the cyst. After surgery, I was told that one ovary was functioning poorly and then that it was completely nonfunctional. We underwent several IUIs and two IVF cycles with very poor results, even though my remaining ovary still had a high AMH level. He proceeded with IVF without explaining the expected outcome. They did not tell me the grades or success rates of the retrieved embryos, which I later learned is standard practice at other clinics. During the first IVF cycle, the nurse instructed me to use a different dose of stimulation medication from the dose the doctor had told me verbally. Fortunately, I caught the discrepancy because I was paying close attention. Apparently, an incorrect dose of a critical injection ‘did not matter.’ During the second cycle, the doctor was very late for the egg retrieval. By the time he arrived, I was crying because I feared the previous weeks of injections had been wasted. They were: the cycle produced nothing. When I complained, the doctor said I was blaming them for my infertility and told me to find another clinic. That was actually the best thing he said, because I did find another clinic where I was treated like a person and became pregnant during my first cycle. What did we discover? This doctor was so focused on my issues that he completely failed to diagnose my husband’s. The problem that actually required treatment was on his side. One more important point: a friend of mine also went to this clinic. Her doctor told her that her case was ‘impossible.’ After four failed IVF cycles, she left the clinic and then conceived naturally. Our situations were completely different, yet we both had poor treatment outcomes at this clinic and both became pregnant shortly after leaving. That is not a coincidence. The clinic made too many preventable mistakes and showed no accountability or compassion.

We had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Amy Schutt and her team at TFC Cedar Park. They were a strong source of support throughout our journey and consistently provided unwavering help and encouragement. Dr. Schutt is compassionate and understanding, and every meeting with her left our family feeling more confident and reassured. The nurses were always there for us and cared for us as though we were their own children. Dr. Schutt was always happy to talk with us and eager to hear my wife’s thoughts. My wife felt completely comfortable sharing any question or idea with her. Dr. Schutt and her team brought an incredible atmosphere and positive energy to every visit! Looking back, we can confidently say that we would highly recommend Dr. Schutt and her team to our friends and family.

I have the highest respect for the clinical staff. The level of care they provide is truly exceptional. The medical team’s dedication to patient health is clear. Their expertise and compassion create a supportive environment. I want to thank all the clinical staff for their hard work. Thanks to Dr. Silverberg and his team, I am now 16 weeks pregnant with my daughter. I will return to him for my next transfer.

My husband and I are very grateful to Dr. Silverberg for listening to our wishes and needs throughout the process! After a difficult path, we decided to see Dr. Silverberg. His warmth and his team’s attentive care reassured us and gave us confidence that we would soon have a baby of our own. Even without IVF, his team stayed with us until we learned that I was pregnant! They monitored me closely for 9 weeks, and now we have a perfect baby who is 3 months old! We love you, Dr. Silverberg!

My experience at this clinic was terrible. They treated you like livestock, moving you in and out quickly. They did not listen when I said I was concerned that I had endometriosis. The doctor said, ‘Oh, it does not matter.’ We underwent a very expensive IUI that would have cost much less at my OB-GYN’s office. I had already completed two there without success, but they insisted I try another at considerable expense. We then proceeded to IVF. I did not feel they handled my injection process carefully. I spent a great deal of money on medication I did not need. In the end, 20 eggs produced one good embryo. During the transfer, I became emotional and laughed at something. The doctor scolded me and told me not to laugh, appearing frustrated throughout the procedure. She even tossed something—not forcefully, but with an ‘I have had enough’ attitude. I saw all the staff staring at her because you are lying on the table looking at everyone. The transfer failed. A few months later, I decided to undergo laparoscopic surgery with my OB-GYN because I could no longer tolerate the pain. After surgery, I conceived naturally twice, but unfortunately miscarried both times. It turned out that I have a clotting disorder, which the doctor also missed. I am writing this review because I wish I had seen one like it when I was reading reviews and deciding where to spend thousands of dollars on fertility care. TFC is not the clinic to choose.

I am Lucy Wise, Sam’s wife. My experience communicating with this clinic has been very poor. I called repeatedly to schedule or renew a follow-up appointment. Each time I was told the wait would be over an hour, sometimes longer, only for the call to disconnect without anyone answering. This happened repeatedly. At other times, no one answered and the line simply remained open. The clinic did not call back or follow up. For a medical clinic, especially one providing fertility care, this lack of organization and disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable.

Stay away from this clinic! They only care about making money, not whether patients become pregnant. The doctor secretly used conventional fertilization instead of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) but still charged us for ICSI. Three months later, we still have not received a refund. They appear to be working with Ovation to deceive patients. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest!

We love Dr. Silverberg and his team! I had previously gone to another fertility clinic in town and felt they had not identified the root cause of my fertility issues, so I transferred to TFC. Moving to TFC was the best decision we made. Dr. Silverberg not only helped us conceive our son through IVF, but also discovered that I had diabetes. He truly cares about his patients and found the underlying cause of my infertility. After two surgeries and removal of all the polyps, I finally became pregnant. Honestly, before meeting Dr. Silverberg, I was not sure we would ever have a child of our own. We will always be grateful to Dr. Silverberg and his team for helping make our dream come true. Our baby boy was born this fall! I cannot count how many emails and calls I made to Dr. Silverberg’s team with countless questions, and they always answered patiently and thoughtfully. Be sure to ask questions and mention any symptoms or concerns during appointments, as visits can sometimes go quickly. If you forget, leave the nurses a message and they will respond as soon as possible. After I shared with Dr. S’s team how IVF was affecting me physically and emotionally, they worked with me to create an IVF transfer plan suited to my needs. IVF can be physically and emotionally exhausting, so tell the team if it becomes overwhelming. I was also fortunate to see Dr. Hansard and Dr. Vaughn several times when they provided coverage, and both were excellent. I felt their care and patience at every visit. In my view, these doctors are worth the wait. It shows that they take time with each patient and genuinely care. Any excellent clinic will usually have some wait. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with infertility. After transferring from another clinic, the only learning curve was how to contact the nursing team and doctors. At my previous clinic, I could message them directly through the portal. Here, you must call and choose the correct extension based on the date and time. On your first day with the nurse, ask about the correct process and make sure you understand it. Once you do, it is easy. Dr. S’s nursing team is excellent and extremely efficient. I wish every clinic had a team like this! Their service has spoiled me. Also, because appointments and treatments are frequent, watch your bills closely. I wish I had paid more attention and kept records, especially early in treatment.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Silverberg and his excellent care team. IVF is difficult, and the medical team's effort matters enormously. From the beginning, we felt their care and consideration. Every question was answered, and every call was returned the same day. I felt deeply supported at every step, and every treatment plan seemed tailored to my circumstances. Dr. Silverberg is approachable and very funny. I would recommend him and his team to anyone considering IVF. If you are unsure, schedule a consultation. It was completely worthwhile for us. I am incredibly grateful that we found Dr. Silverberg. He is not only highly skilled but also very experienced—his expertise and confidence are evident in every interaction. We trusted him completely from the start, and I believe that trust helped bring us to this happy moment: I am 10 weeks pregnant! Behind his confidence is a genuinely caring person :) This pregnancy journey had many ups and downs, but he was always there. ⭐ Review of Dr. Karen Silverberg – Texas Fertility Center We cannot thank Dr. Karen Silverberg and his team enough. After two failed frozen embryo transfers at Boston IVF, I began to think I was simply too old to become pregnant. Dr. Silverberg did not give up on me. Instead, he investigated why the transfers had failed—something no one had done before. He performed a hysteroscopy and found multiple polyps and a tilted uterus that my previous clinic had completely missed. He then recommended an endometrial receptivity analysis (ERA) to identify the best time for implantation. He also noticed that my prolactin was elevated. Because of his attention to detail, we discovered a pituitary macroadenoma that could have continued affecting my fertility and overall health. He confirmed it with an MRI and established the right treatment plan. After three months of medication, we were ready for our second frozen embryo transfer (FET). The transfer was successful. Thanks to Dr. Silverberg's skill, persistence, and genuine commitment to finding answers, we now have our miracle baby boy. He changed our lives, and I will always appreciate the care, compassion, and determination he showed throughout our fertility journey. If you want a fertility doctor who overlooks nothing, advocates for you, and treats you as a person rather than a number, Dr. Silverberg is the right choice.

If I could do it again, I would never return to Texas Fertility Center. As a fertility-preservation patient preparing for chemotherapy, I felt completely unsupported. Dr. Gavrizi entered and left the room without explanation, compassion, or guidance. After one failed IVF cycle, I underwent another feeling completely in the dark. When I first saw the pregnancy on ultrasound, she coldly said there was no heartbeat, without any compassion. I then sought a second opinion and received completely different care. I ultimately miscarried and refused to have anything further to do with Texas Fertility Center or give them more money. Even billing was cold and focused only on payment. Nurse Jamie was the only person who truly cared. IVF is already emotionally and financially exhausting; we deserve doctors who care, review our records, and treat us as people. Save your money. I am not saying every doctor there is bad, but I would never choose Dr. Gavrizi again.

In 2023 and 2024, I worked with Dr. Vaughan at TFC for 13 months. I regret it and wish I had found another doctor sooner. TFC is outdated and uses no email or messaging system, so all communication must happen by phone. They do not answer, only promise callbacks. For someone with a busy job and frequent meetings, this is very stressful. Outside business hours, their voicemail will not even let you leave a message. You must call between 8 a.m. and noon or 1 and 3 p.m., leave a message, and wait. I did not realize how stressful this was—or how it may have affected my outcome—until I changed doctors. I completed 5 IVF stimulation cycles. I responded poorly and usually had only 2-4 follicles. Dr. Vaughan would not retrieve so few, so I never had an egg retrieval. He recommended donor eggs, but I went to another doctor instead. At my first retrieval, I had only two follicles. One egg fertilized and underwent genetic testing, and I now have an embryo. If Dr. Vaughan had retrieved whenever I had two or more follicles, I might now have several embryos and could have saved considerable time and money. I could say much more, but I will stop here. Other TFC doctors may be different, but Dr. Vaughan founded the practice and sets its standards. The entire clinic also lacks an information system. It is time for Dr. Vaughan to retire so a new generation can establish new standards and processes. ---- Update: I delivered a beautiful daughter using the embryo retrieved during my first IVF cycle with another doctor. It was a long journey, and I am immensely grateful she is here.

I cannot say enough good things about TFC and Dr. Propst. We began our IVF journey at Aspire, but their clinic and communication had many problems. A friend recommended TFC, and I am extremely glad we switched. Dr. Propst communicates thoroughly and thoughtfully. I had an egg retrieval in January and laparoscopic surgery in February to confirm endometriosis. Dr. Propst performed my excision surgery, which went very smoothly. We transferred our best embryo in April and welcomed our healthy baby boy in December. Thank you again, TFC and Dr. Propst. We will return soon to try for our second baby!

My experience with TFC was fantastic overall. While at the beginning I felt a little bit uneasy with the process and felt like their phone/email system left a little bit to be desired….i learned that once you’re in the pipeline with a retrieval or transfer the system is very buttoned up with returning phone calls/emails. The nurse team is all so kind and helpful through a process that has a steep learning curve. I saw Dr. Silverberg throughout my little over 1 year commitment to IVF. He was so kind, positive and knowledgeable. He was realistic which I appreciate but always with a heavy dose of positivity and hope. He is quick in/out of the room but generally doesn’t mind answering a question if you have them! Just be ready with what your questions are… at the end of the day he knows how to get it done/give you the best odds of success. We had a few unexpected outcomes to which he immediately pivoted to a solution that worked the next time. We owe a lot to him and would absolutely send a friend or family member his way. Thank you Dr. Silverberg!!!

When I contacted TFC to inquire about the services I needed, they should have obtained prior authorization, but instead they claimed they were not in my insurance network. My insurance company denied payment after I received the services, yet they still attempted to file a claim. As a result, I had to pay the entire cost of the treatment out of pocket. After the services ended, I contacted them, but they said I should apply for fertility services through my employer and told me to handle it myself. They even delayed providing an itemized bill for the services until I repeatedly urged them (and there are still a few bills I haven't received). I asked Dr. Lisa Hansard about the total cost of the entire process, but she said, "Don't ask me about payment issues; your insurance will cover it." In short, their goal is to get you to accept the services. They will assign you a "financial advisor" who claims they will help resolve things, but once the services are over, they say, "Go talk to your insurance company, don't bother us."

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with TFC, Dr. Lisa Hansard, and her team. We greatly appreciated her trauma-informed approach to treatment and her extensive knowledge. From the very first appointment, when a large fibroid was discovered in my uterus, to the successful embryo transfer in early 2025, the entire process was reassuring. We welcomed our first baby last December, and when we are ready to try for a sibling, we will definitely choose TFC again. I cannot express in words our gratitude to Dr. Karen Silverberg and the team at TFC. Thanks to Dr. Silverberg and his team, we have two lovely children, all thanks to his excellent medical skills. Over the past three years, we have undergone two rounds of IVF treatment, one child per round, and we fully understand the time and effort patients need to invest, as well as the challenges involved. For me, Dr. Silverberg is perhaps the best doctor I could ever meet. He is quick-witted, straightforward, caring, and I have always found him very humorous. When treatment encountered issues, I could truly feel him doing his utmost to identify the root cause and think about how we could improve. Additionally, he is an outstanding advocate for women's health, dedicated to making fertility treatment more accessible to more people. I don't know how he manages to do this while traveling around, but he does, and I hope more families can appreciate his efforts. I also met Dr. Vaughn and Dr. Hansard during my time there, and I have very positive opinions of them as well. While reading the comments, I feel it is necessary to highlight a few points. Fertility treatment is a very difficult period for many people. Just because someone is dissatisfied with a certain attitude or approach does not mean you will feel the same way. There may be many tough days throughout the process. Additionally, waiting times are inevitable during treatment. It is important to understand that they try to arrange multiple doctors to ensure patients can be seen when needed, which depends on some unpredictable factors in the treatment cycle, sometimes only determined on the day or the day before. So, please try to be understanding, because at some point, you will need the same understanding from them. That said, I truly cannot praise their team enough and have recommended them to many people, all of whom have achieved great treatment outcomes!

Our collaboration with Dr. Shute and his team has been a very pleasant experience. Throughout the entire process, they consistently maintained a positive and optimistic attitude, offering us tremendous support. We were incredibly fortunate to welcome our miracle baby with just one egg retrieval and one embryo transfer! During the whole process, I never felt anxious or nervous because I trusted them—this was absolutely one of the best decisions we have ever made.

I’m a new patient of Dr. Silverberg. Unfortunately the office do not return calls, they do not answer phones, they don’t give complete information. I went to do some lab works and the lab noticed one of the orders had a different doctor name on it. Another lab also needed an extra box to place the blood sample and the office gave me only one box. The process of IVF is stressful by itself so you hope the medical team you work with help you to make this process easier and not harder.

I really enjoyed working with Dr. Silverberg. He is diligent, responsible, and highly knowledgeable. His high embryo transfer success rate reflects how thoughtful, compassionate, and trustworthy he is in his field. He found a lump in my breast that I did not know about and refused to continue IVF treatment because he was concerned about cancer. What I did not know was that my mammogram had actually revealed a larger lump that we could neither feel nor see. Everything happens for a reason, and thanks to Dr. Silverberg, I was able to detect these lumps early! None of the other IVF doctors I had seen before was as careful or as concerned about my health, so I give him five stars! I wish I could give him ten.

Completely unethical and financially predatory. This clinic made a major billing error, misled me about insurance coverage, and then tried to make me financially responsible for their mistake, with no accountability or empathy. Their staff is disorganized, communication is poor, and once they have your money, they hide behind a billing department that refuses to acknowledge anything. If you are going through something as vulnerable and personal as fertility treatment, this is not a place you should trust. They will leave you feeling abandoned and helpless, then send you an enormous bill. Avoid at all costs.

We had a good experience with the staff, but they sent some of our test results to an out-of-network lab. As a result, 10 months later we unexpectedly received a bill for nearly $700 that we now have to pay. If they had used the correct lab, the cost would have been fully covered. Ironically, this unexpected bill arrived on the day of our scheduled induction after we ultimately conceived on our own, so we were very unhappy. I do not recommend this center.

Dr. Petrini is amazing—five stars! The nurses are wonderful. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. I can only give four stars because it is frustrating and unreasonable that a clinic with expensive out-of-pocket costs still uses paper medical records. This complicates prescriptions, record sharing, and postoperative care documentation. Overall, I highly recommend them because they excel at their primary purpose. Thank you, Dr. Petrini!

After researching several fertility centers, we chose TFC. We were patients of Dr. Amy Schutt, and I highly recommend her. My husband and I found her very proactive in developing our fertility plan and care, and she was always willing to adjust the plan when we did not see the best results. She also quickly prioritized my health over all our plans and timelines, which I greatly appreciated. She clearly explained how I could care for myself better throughout the process through nutrition, exercise, and stress management. During this daunting process, she and her care team were warm, supportive, responsive, and reassuring, and they were encouraging and joyful after our successful transfer and graduation. Transferring from TFC to our new OB-GYN was bittersweet—the TFC team left a huge void! I cannot imagine how we would have endured this difficult period—1 year and 5 egg retrievals—without Dr. Schutt's knowledge, expertise, and attentive care. Baby boy due May 2025!

Severely incompetent, especially the billing department. I saw Dr. Petrini. I underwent 1 stimulation cycle and 2 embryo transfers, all unsuccessful. Only after switching to another doctor did I learn that poor egg quality was the reason, which had never been communicated to me. I was also fortunate to have kept all my records because they refused to transfer the complete records to my other doctor. Despite having insurance, I ultimately paid $14,000 out of pocket and had to fight for an itemized bill to submit to insurance for partial reimbursement. In addition, my PGT testing order was lost for 10 weeks while I waited for results. Be prepared to visit different clinics and be billed by different providers for every procedure and test. This creates a nightmare of chasing vendors and trying to understand what you have. Dealing with billing and logistics was actually harder than the fertility care itself, which says a lot. Ten months after switching to another fertility group, I am still receiving random bills from the many different providers who charged me through this clinic. The billing department and front desk were never helpful and always had an attitude of, ‘I do not know what this is; it is not my problem.’ Even with insurance, a self-pay clinic may be cheaper and easier. Avoid at all costs.

We had an amazing experience at this clinic! Fertility treatment is not easy, but Texas Fertility Center made it easy to understand and guided us toward the right steps for greater success. We felt supported by the doctors throughout treatment, and their service was 10 out of 10! We welcomed our new baby in August and could not be happier.

I had an excellent experience at Texas Fertility Center, especially under Dr. Petrini’s care. From the initial evaluation through treatment, I always felt well cared for and supported. The staff were consistently warm and friendly, which made an important difference throughout the process. While Dr. Petrini was on maternity leave, Dr. Schutt took over seamlessly, with no interruption in my care. The transition was very smooth, and I remained confident in the entire team. The staff failed to correct a date of birth for more than five months, causing endless insurance problems. The doctor asked us not to “abuse” the nurses, meaning ask them to do their jobs, even though we never used inappropriate language or tone and simply made repeated requests for routine tasks to be completed. The same doctor assured us throughout the follicular phase that everything was going well, only to cancel the egg retrieval without warning. Our repeated requests for medical records were ignored. We have filed complaints regarding violations of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) with the Texas Medical Board, the Office of the Texas Attorney General, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights.

Dr. Petrini is amazing! My husband and I cannot adequately express our gratitude to her and her entire team. She is brilliant, and every recommendation she makes is grounded in research, evidence, and sound medical knowledge. She is empathetic, always encouraging, and patiently answered every question we asked. We never felt rushed or dismissed. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Dr. Petrini with us during one of the hardest periods of our lives as we waited to conceive. Thanks to her care and support, we are now expecting a baby and are deeply grateful for the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Petrini to all prospective parents trying to conceive—she is the best!

Through two rounds of egg freezing and one pregnancy, Dr. Petrini was the most reassuring and knowledgeable doctor my husband and I could have asked for. She is calm, reassuring, and gives patients confidence! I loved my experience at TFC and have referred many friends. You will not find a more reassuring and helpful fertility clinic in Austin!

Dr. Petrini is amazing. She always provided scientific and statistical data so I could make informed treatment decisions. It is clear that she genuinely cares about her patients. The nurses and office staff are also wonderful; they respond to voicemails and emails promptly, and no one ever made me feel foolish for asking many questions. I could not have found a better doctor or team.

Dr. Petrini is amazing! After a full year of heartbreak and frustration, she gave me hope and practical advice. She skillfully identified and removed the uterine polyp causing my infertility. After decades of unpleasant experiences with OB-GYNs, Dr. Petrini made me feel heard and truly found and addressed the root of my problem. She did not dismiss me or minimize my concerns as so many others had.
