Kaylen Silverberg, MD, provides world-class fertility care to help patients become parents.
For decades, Kaylen Silverberg, MD, has helped prospective parents from all backgrounds overcome complex causes of infertility and build or grow their families. Patients at Texas Fertility Center (TFC) value the experience, knowledge, and compassion of our award-winning Austin fertility doctor.
His influence extends beyond TFC through active research that has improved the safety and effectiveness of fertility treatment in the United States and worldwide. As a professor, he also helps train the next generation of fertility doctors.
Dr. Silverberg has an outstanding educational and training background. A Dallas native, Kaylen Silverberg, MD, earned bachelor’s degrees in molecular biology and business administration from Vanderbilt University. Our Austin fertility doctor then attended Baylor College of Medicine.
He returned to Vanderbilt University for his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He then completed a reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Our Austin fertility doctor has served as TFC’s medical director since 1997. As a reproductive endocrinologist, Kaylen Silverberg, MD, works with men and women to diagnose and treat infertility using basic and advanced therapies.

Dr. Silverberg actively conducts and publishes infertility research. One of his key areas of expertise is the surgical and nonsurgical treatment of endometriosis and pelvic adhesions.
