Dr. Shahryar Kavoussi grew up in the Austin area and has been practicing here since 2007. He completed his residency training at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and a 3 year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at the University of Michigan. He is board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.
As the Medical Director of Austin Fertility & Reproductive Medicine/Westlake IVF, Dr. Kavoussi is very experienced in managing the evaluation and treatment of fertility patients. He stays up-to-date on current changes in the field of IVF in order to optimize patient outcomes.
As a leader in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, Dr. Kavoussi remains active in both clinical and basic science research to help advance knowledge in this ever-changing field.
