An amazing end-to-end patient experience. Amanda at the front desk is responsive and thoughtful. Everyone from the nurses to the financial coordinator is a pleasure to work with; they answer questions consistently and promptly and ensure a smooth process, which matters because infertility is already difficult. Dr. Chang is lovely and compassionate. She spends substantial time understanding each patient's unique needs and medical history and works with them to create an individualized, tailored protocol. The CCRM Austin team is a dream team! I strongly recommend them for a truly incredible patient experience. I have been a patient at 4 fertility centers so far, and CCRM is the best. Their innovative, high-tech tools, systems, laboratory, and protocol technology also give patients the best opportunity for good outcomes and fertility success.

My OB recommended this clinic, and I am glad I went. I was hesitant at first, but the entire staff were very supportive throughout the process. Everyone knows your name when you walk in, which feels refreshing and welcoming, and Dr. Chang has an excellent bedside manner. She takes time to explain things, is very helpful, and tries to find solutions to every issue my spouse and I have encountered. This is not an easy process mentally or physically, but they truly do their best to simplify it. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for one!

I am extremely grateful to this incredible clinic. My husband and I had tried to conceive for nearly a year. After testing showed that our dream of conceiving naturally was unlikely, we decided to explore fertility treatment. After consulting Dr. Chang, we knew we had found the doctor we wanted because she was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Initial testing showed that IVF, rather than alternatives such as IUI, was the best path for us. Throughout treatment, whenever I had questions, Dr. Chang's clear, knowledgeable answers made me comfortable and eased my anxiety. I will always be grateful to this wonderful clinic and everyone who works there, including Amanda at the front desk, Berkeley the nurse, Sarah the nursing assistant, and surgical nurses Shana and Jeremy. You made my husband's and my dream come true. Today, at 7 weeks pregnant, I graduated from the fertility clinic. Although this is a bittersweet moment, I will miss this team very much.

Dr. Chang is wonderful. After completing a full IVF cycle and freezing embryos at another Austin clinic, I came for a second opinion. I wanted someone to reassess my case because CCRM is nationally known for advanced technology. At my appointment, we got straight to the point. I had sent all my medical records before the appointment, which I strongly recommend. My main takeaway was that CCRM uses more current science for areas such as embryo grading, genetic testing, and sperm preparation. If I ultimately need another cycle, I will most likely choose CCRM. My doctor at the other clinic was wonderful, but as many people have told me, “It really comes down to the lab.” CCRM was not in Austin when I began this process. Now that they are here, anyone considering IVF should proactively learn what sets them apart and why people travel from around the world for treatment at the Denver clinic.

Dr. Zhang is excellent and answered many of my medical questions. I recently had an HSG procedure, and she guided me through the entire process. Although it was painful, she made it go as smoothly as possible, finished quickly, and thoroughly explained everything afterward. I am glad to continue this journey with her! Her entire staff is also very kind and welcoming, especially the medical assistant, who was friendly and attentive.

Dr. Zhang is wonderful. She is so fun and efficient—I enjoy my visits with her. The procedure staff were also wonderful. I felt relaxed, and the process went smoothly. A great experience overall!

From start to finish, my experience at CCRM Austin was excellent. Scheduling was very convenient, and throughout the egg-freezing process I felt well informed and cared for. Their Salve app, which let me communicate with staff outside appointments, view lab results, and track my schedule, worked well, and the team was very helpful in answering my questions. Dr. Zhang herself was exceptional. I immediately felt I was in good hands, and every decision seemed tailored to me and my body. Because of CCRM's high standard of care, I was able to complete back-to-back egg-freezing cycles with ease. I am very pleased with CCRM! I will definitely return when it is time to thaw my eggs. Highly recommended for anyone seeking fertility treatment and guidance.

After six months of stalled treatment and unmonitored cycles at a previous clinic, I arrived at Dr. Sydney Chang's office feeling broken. I was exhausted by false hope, ashamed of my body, and increasingly convinced that I was the problem. What I found in her care was more than competence; it was relief. Precision. Sanity. Dr. Chang does not guess. She investigates. She listens carefully, reads between the lines, and answers questions as though they deserve answers. Nothing in her protocols is generic. Nothing is rushed. Every decision is tailored. Every step is explained. She treats your fertility as a system to understand, not a checklist to complete. Most importantly, she treats your time as something precious that must not be wasted. She never pushed IVF. She never rushed to escalate treatment. She gave me data, options, and room to decide. Because she was willing to work within my boundaries rather than against them, we found a protocol that worked. I became pregnant during my first monitored cycle. No trial and error. No unnecessary trauma. Just thoughtful, personalized care. I am now five months pregnant with a healthy baby girl. What sets her apart is not only her clinical skill, though she is clearly among the best. It is that she does not practice medicine like a business. She treats fertility as what it truly is: a complex, high-stakes problem requiring both rigor and humanity. Every recommendation she makes is considered. Every variable is taken into account. You can feel her care in the precision of her questions, the discipline of her thinking, and her refusal to use complexity as an excuse for indifference. She has also lived this experience herself. Dr. Chang has PCOS and shared that calmly and honestly, not as a marketing tactic but as lived experience. It shows in her empathy, her attention to detail, and her refusal to give you half-answers or copy-and-paste protocols. She has been a patient. She has not forgotten how that feels. This was more than a medical success; it restored my faith in medicine itself. For months, I had been treated like a billing code with a pulse, judged for needing answers, and dismissed when I did not respond on schedule. Finally, I met a doctor who saw me as a person worth understanding. When standard plans fail, some clinics rush you toward the nuclear option. Then there are doctors like Dr. Chang, who know how to think, how to listen, and how to practice medicine as intended: not by protocol, but by investigation. Curious. Rigorous. Human. If you are caught in a system that moves quickly but does not look deeply, know that better care exists. Dr. Chang is proof. My daughter is the evidence.

CCRM is an excellent fertility clinic that genuinely cares about your outcome and keeps you comfortable and supported throughout the process. Dr. Chang and her team, including Shayla, were wonderful—always kind, attentive, and responsive. The clinical and financial teams answered questions quickly, and the app made everything easy. After a year of trying, I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I appreciated that they did not push IVF and instead chose IUI. Frequent scans and blood tests showed their commitment to getting it right, and our first IUI succeeded! Dr. Chang personally performed our ultrasound and even gave us a thoughtful gift when we "graduated" after the confirmation scan. I am now 15 weeks pregnant and very grateful to CCRM. We would definitely return if we need fertility care in the future—highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chang at CCRM. From the beginning, I felt like an active partner. Dr. Chang demonstrated outstanding expertise and provided clear guidance at every step. She explained treatment options in detail, helping me feel informed and confident in our shared decisions. I appreciated the open communication and never felt pressured, only supported. Thanks to her attentive care and CCRM's excellent team, I am grateful to have conceived after my first FET. I also believe CCRM's PGT-A process is superior to those at other clinics I researched. Their rigorous protocols significantly improve success rates, and their embryo-storage methods are first-rate, giving me additional peace of mind. I work in the Ascension hospital system, and with Progyny insurance being added in the new year, I am happy to recommend CCRM, especially Dr. Chang, to colleagues considering fertility treatment. I feel very fortunate to have received Progyny coverage through my husband's insurance.

This was an incredible experience! As an older patient, I had low AMH and high FSH. I had undergone several IUI and IVF treatments at another Austin clinic, but the doctor told me I was not a suitable IVF candidate and that donor eggs were my only viable option. While considering other treatments, my OB-GYN recommended consulting Dr. Chang at CCRM. From the start, Dr. Chang's approach was entirely different from that of other doctors I had seen. She was warm, never rushed, and gladly answered my questions. She was honest about the challenges we faced and transparent about our chances of success. After just one IVF cycle, she obtained three healthy embryos for us, which was remarkable because my previous clinic had not produced even one. Dr. Chang's expertise, together with CCRM's advanced embryologists and laboratory, made this possible. I am now pregnant and deeply grateful for CCRM's attentive care. I wholeheartedly recommend CCRM to anyone facing complex fertility challenges or a poor prognosis elsewhere. A few additional notes about CCRM: phlebotomist Shayla is wonderful. She is highly experienced and made frequent blood draws effortless. Their app connects patients with nursing, billing, embryology, and the front desk, is very easy to use, and staff respond promptly.

The doctor was fine, but the staff were very rude and unhelpful.

Dr. Zhang and her entire team are amazing. From check-in and blood draws to the nurses, operating-room nurses, and embryologists, everyone in the clinic was kind, warm, and caring. I felt reassured and well supported throughout. After moving to Texas, I endured two and a half years of unsuccessful attempts to conceive, miscarriage, and frustration before I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Zhang. She carefully guided my husband and me through IVF and left no possibility unexplored. Thanks to her and her exceptional team, we have reached six weeks of pregnancy and seen our baby's heartbeat. We are incredibly grateful and wish we had found her from the beginning. We feel so fortunate to have met her! 💛

I highly recommend Dr. Chang and CCRM! All the nurses were also wonderful and very kind. Dr. Chang guided me throughout my infertility treatment. She was always kind, patient, and professional and explained all available options. After considering IVF and IUI, I ultimately chose IVF, although they never pressured me to make that decision. The entire process was smooth and well organized, with appropriate monitoring and plenty of appointment availability. They helped me become pregnant and continued caring for me through 9 weeks, which was very reassuring because patients often cannot see an obstetrician until 12 weeks. Communication through the clinic app was also convenient, and responses were quick. I am glad I received care at CCRM. Thank you to every staff member there!

I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision. I was instructed to come in on cycle day 2 for baseline testing. After seeing the notice, I explained that I had just finished a night shift, had not slept, and did not feel safe driving one hour each way. I asked whether I could come on day 3 instead. I clearly stated that driving without sleep was unsafe and that I did not want to come that day. The timing was also unfortunate because it was my only morning after a night shift; future appointments would have been more flexible if timing allowed, although this had not previously been discussed. Despite this, they again advised me to come that day without offering a day 3 appointment or the option of delaying the cycle for safety, even though both options had been available during my previous egg-freezing experience. They did not acknowledge my safety concern until I raised it again after arriving, which was frustrating because I had already expressed it. I ultimately drove there while extremely fatigued, but the visit was unproductive, and I later canceled the treatment cycle. I had already invested substantial time—three months at CCRM—and effort, including purchasing thousands of dollars in nonrefundable medications through an outside pharmacy. Although the clinic refunded the portion for which it was responsible, the outcome was disappointing because the lack of patient-centered communication made me feel unable to continue care with the team. I also want to clarify that I had a positive impression of Dr. Chang and looked forward to working with her. However, my interactions with the clinical team and the overall communication experience left me too uncomfortable to continue treatment at the clinic. During the visit, I felt they focused more on my tone than on what had caused it. I understand that professionalism matters, and I apologized, but I wish they had shown greater understanding, acknowledgment, and patient-centered communication regarding the safety concern I had raised earlier. Although the clinic may have strict clinical protocols, I recommend greater flexibility and attention to patient safety and experience, particularly when a patient clearly expresses concern.
