He is an extraordinarily rare doctor who combines outstanding clinical skill with immense kindness. Both are essential for a treatment as nuanced and challenging as IVF. This remarkable combination of intelligence, clinical ability, and bedside manner is evident not only in Dr. Arnold, but in every member of his staff—from his wife, who works with him, to the receptionists, financial team, and phlebotomist. Every time I entered this welcoming clinic, I experienced kindness, warmth, humanity, punctuality, patience, and excellent medical care, making me feel safe, cared for, and treated as a person. Even details such as how feminine products were arranged in the restroom reflected his deep respect for his patients and his desire for them to feel cared for. From my first visit, it was clear that this was no ordinary clinic. I was shown into a clean, beautiful consultation room, where Dr. Arnold began explaining every detail of what lay ahead, from the specifics of my physiology to the expected response to stimulation. There was no rushing or pressure to stay within a time limit—only patience, thoughtfulness, careful answers to every question, and a desire for me to feel heard and safe. Every subsequent appointment maintained this atmosphere and expert level of care, including my interactions with the billing department, which helped me navigate the complex treatment process. Dr. Arnold provided his personal mobile number and promptly answered all my questions throughout treatment, even on weekends and holidays. I cannot overstate how rare this kind of personalized, concierge-level care is in medicine today. This doctor loves his work and puts patient care and safety first. As the daughter of a medical family, I pay particular attention to bedside manner and clinical skill. Sadly, few doctors I have encountered have mastered this rare alchemy, whose most important element is treating patients with thoughtfulness and humanity. This is one of the few clinics where you do not need to remain constantly on guard and advocate for yourself, because no one will advocate for you more than Dr. Arnold himself. I advise prospective patients to trust his judgment—he is exceptionally skilled, taking a conservative approach to protect your health and comfort while being proactive in achieving or even exceeding expected results. This nuanced approach is exactly what you need for something like egg retrieval, which I learned is not an exact science. From a purely data-driven perspective, his approach also gave me remarkable results after retrieval. The nursing staff is exemplary as well! I have never handled blood draws very well, but Dr. Arnold's phlebotomist, Jazmin, is the most skilled I have ever encountered. This made frequent blood draws a nonissue. The staff were also so warm and friendly that I genuinely miss my visits to the clinic! I could go on, but suffice it to say that Dr. Arnold and his clinic are exceptional. They provide the highest standard of care, remain at the forefront of research and innovation in the field, and are committed to treating every woman who enters their clinic like family.

First transfer was positive pregnancy, very organized clinic and easy to get in touch with the doctor. A lot more organized than my previous clinic that I left which did 2 transfers with no pregnancy.

Without question, Dr. Arnold provided the highest level of care I have experienced in any medical specialty. After treatment at two “top” clinics, I felt pushed toward surrogacy. The doctors strongly promoted their preferred plans, while I did not feel heard as a patient. Although I had not ruled out surrogacy, I knew I needed to try an embryo transfer for peace of mind and understand what my body could tolerate. From the first consultation, Dr. Arnold was different. One moment remains unforgettable. During a particularly difficult period when treatment results were disappointing, I came in for routine bloodwork. Medically, I only needed to see a nurse, but Dr. Arnold came out personally, spent 15 minutes with me, and supported me through what I called “anticipatory grief.” I had never experienced that level of care in medicine. Whatever the future holds, I firmly believe I gave my family the best possible chance because I found a doctor who combines exceptional skill with genuine humanity.
