David Kreiner, MD, graduated with honors and AOA distinction from Downstate Medical School in 1981, beginning a distinguished career in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). His passion for helping individuals and couples build families through in vitro fertilization (IVF) began in 1977, the year the first IVF baby was born. This pioneering moment occurred during his first year of medical school and inspired him to dedicate his life to IVF.
In November 1980, as a fourth-year medical student, Dr. Kreiner completed an REI rotation under Dr. Zev Rosenwaks, a recent Johns Hopkins REI fellowship graduate. He proposed establishing Long Island's first IVF center. Despite initial skepticism because the country's only successful IVF center was then in Norfolk, Virginia, Dr. Kreiner remained determined. He continued his residency at Stony Brook, New York, under Dr. Rosenwaks, who later joined the Jones Institute, a pioneer of IVF in the United States, in 1983.
Dr. Kreiner's dedication continued during his 1985 fellowship in Norfolk, where he received multiple awards for research on endometriosis, PCOS, and IVF. After completing his fellowship and serving one year as an assistant professor, he fulfilled his vision by establishing Long Island's first successful IVF program, Long Island IVF, in 1988.
After founding Long Island IVF, Dr. Kreiner continued to deepen his expertise and contribute to fertility care. Over the years, he gained extensive experience and remained current with advances in reproductive medicine. His commitment to excellence and patient-centered care has helped many individuals and couples navigate their fertility journeys with support at every step.

Palm Beach Fertility Center (PBF) essentially rescued me from the distress caused by another Boca fertility clinic, where I had a disastrous experience. From beginning to end, Dr. Kreiner and the PBF staff were professional, kind, nonjudgmental, welcoming, and highly efficient. I have been on a long fertility journey that began at a top institution in the North, so I am experienced in this area. I can say with confidence that I received excellent care from knowledgeable, capable staff. They work seamlessly as a team and go above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for. For example, I did not have to rely entirely on a portal for all communications; the IVF nurse actually picked up the phone and called like a real person! They were open to my suggestions and tailored my treatment to my specific needs, which I can tell you is not always the case. I highly recommend PBF Boca over all the other factory-like clinics. We plan to use them again in the future, and I look forward to it because I love the PBF staff!

My husband and I visited Dr. Beigman's office at Palm Beach Fertility Center for routine blood tests. At the time, we were assured that our insurance provider, Florida Blue, would cover the tests in full.
However, we later discovered that the samples had been sent to NxGen MDx, an out-of-network provider for Florida Blue. During our visit, we were never told that genetic testing would be performed by an out-of-network laboratory, which ultimately resulted in an unexpected $5,000 bill.
After contacting Florida Blue, we learned that it has no contract with NxGen MDx. I also contacted Dr. Beigman's office and was told that insurance had covered part of the bill. However, I was advised to contact NxGen MDx directly for further clarification. Despite my efforts, I have not received an explanation of why the samples were sent to a laboratory incompatible with our insurance.
The entire experience was frustrating and financially burdensome, especially because we were not warned in advance about possible additional costs. I strongly believe patients should be fully informed of potential out-of-network charges before any service is provided.
I strongly advise anyone considering Palm Beach Fertility Center to think carefully before deciding. In my experience, there appeared to be a lack of transparency and communication about costs, which can lead to substantial unexpected expenses.

How can I express how I feel about Dr. David Kreiner and his team? 🥰🙏🏾❤️🫶🏾
My husband and I are delighted that we found Dr. Kreiner and his excellent staff during our IVF journey, making our dream a reality. Every step was marked by patience, guidance, care, and the best bedside manner. I never felt like just another number in their office. Every appointment was as attentive as the last. They use a portal that keeps you updated daily on progress and your calendar. If you need to call, they respond quickly to your requests and needs. Dr. Kreiner is delightful and a breath of fresh air to speak with. Our immediate team included Emily, Eliza, Sonia, Amanda, Gaby, and Christine, all of whom were very caring and made the process comfortable.
After a lucky first cycle, I am now 7 weeks pregnant and hoping for a beautiful, safe pregnancy, thanks to them! Many thanks to Palm Beach Fertility, especially Dr. Kreiner and the team.

I thought carefully about writing this review and decided other women should hear about my experience. I would give zero stars if I could. Disorganized and unprofessional barely begin to describe this disaster. After spending $15K, I did not feel comfortable or safe having a retrieval at this office. After months of treatment, this was emotionally and financially devastating. There was no professionalism, and I was genuinely worried that they might mix up my eggs, create the wrong retrieval plan, or put my health at risk. Go anywhere but here. My gynecologist agreed and recommended another office, where I will pay for all the testing again, but it is worth it because I truly believe I avoided a disaster.

I am sorry to share the story of my unsuccessful treatment at this clinic. I began treatment with Dr. Denker and his team in January 2023. We first completed many tests, then underwent an unsuccessful IUI. In August, I underwent IVF. Although the medication worked well and I responded to stimulation as the doctor intended to retrieve as many eggs as possible, the treatment failed because my egg quality was poor. However, after consulting another clinic, I was disappointed that Dr. Denker had never told me I had polycystic ovaries, which may have contributed to poor egg quality. I now understand that at age 40, with an AMH level of 2.8 ng/ml, my egg quantity was good but the quality was poor, so my IVF had a high risk of failure. The doctor never told me this. Discovering this was painful, not only because I fight every day to become a mother, but also because of the costs we face. We are still paying more than $30,000 for IVF that did not work. Had we been told, we would not have taken on such costs or would have chosen another option. It is painful to know that some clinics care only about billing rather than the human quality of care. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. This is only my experience and opinion. I hope patients like me are not given hope simply for money. I do not think I would have been so disappointed otherwise.

My wife and I wanted to do an IUI. As soon as we walked through the door, Dr Michelle Bigelman from Palm Beach Fertility Center started selling us IVF instead, a procedure that was 10 times more expensive. If felt right away like we were talking to a used car salesperson and not a doctor. At the same time, she suggested to do a blood test, which she said was covered by our insurance. This was back in 2023. Almost 2 years later, we received a bill from NxGen MDx for $1,500. Apparently Dr Bigelman sent my wife's blood to them to analyze it. I called Palm Beach Fertility Center and asked to speak to office manager to see if they know about this. She was very rude, saying stuff like "I'm trying to educate you". Obviously, we will not pay this ridiculous bill. I just wanted to leave an honest review about the kind of practice they are running.

I highly recommend Palm Beach Fertility Center to anyone trying to conceive. Michelle is outstanding. With her guidance, I ultimately conceived naturally. During one of the hardest times in my life, she and her staff made me feel valued, heard, and supported. I will always be grateful to Michelle and everyone at Palm Beach Fertility Center.

This clinic has no compassion and only cares about money. I went for gender selection, and they changed my doctor midway without notifying me. I have no fertility issues at all, yet they could not even get me pregnant through in vitro fertilization (IVF), so the gender selection was never completed. If they cannot get someone with normal fertility pregnant, I do not know how they help women with fertility problems. I have to say the $70,000 was wasted, but it was worth it to learn that this path was not for me. This is not my real name for privacy reasons!
Good luck to all the ladies! Stay away from this unprofessional clinic! 👍

At my first and only visit, I paid $550 for an ultrasound and AMH test but never received a call to ask about or discuss the results. I assume I was not considered suitable for treatment.

Undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) can be physically and emotionally exhausting, but this clinic's support made all the difference. Communication was smooth from beginning to end, scheduling was easy, and appointments were always on time. The staff were kind and welcoming, and it felt as though they were beside us throughout the journey. We are pregnant and thrilled, and we will return in the future to continue growing our family.

My journey at Palm Beach Fertility has been one that I will forever rave about from the very first appointment I felt heard and seen. No questions were left unanswered , Dr Kreiner and Dr Denker the whole team have been so supportive, and put our needs and wants in the fore front whilst still working towards a successful cycle. The office is extremely welcoming the entire from front desk, the medical staff , the sonographer every single one of you were always so engaged at every step of the way played such a critical role in this journey . Jasmine, Morgan, Erika , Eliza, Sonja, Gabby, Noemi, Michele, Jessica, you all really truly made every appointment less stressful. Having access to portal to easily track results , send messages (which were always answered promptly even on the weekends) was always so helpful. With every test you get an update that very day if completed before 10am , they always explained every test and why we were doing it . The office environment is calming and inviting the whole team makes it so warm . Dr Kreiner has the ability to make you laugh and stay relaxed .
We are so blessed we are pregnant it has been a journey but happy we ended up at Palm beach Fertility and so excited for the future and continuing the growth of our family.

My PBFC journey began in 2021, and our baby boy was born in October 2025. In brief, our surrogate's first pregnancy attempt failed in 2023, so our journey to parenthood was long and difficult. Overall, I am very grateful to Dr. Denker, Dr. Kreiner, and their team for helping us achieve our dream. Although most team members were professional and kind, I had some concerns about the clinic manager from the beginning, especially regarding billing and fees. She did not communicate well and made a mess of things. Some of the nurses I worked with previously, including Kristin, Katie, and Sonja, were very kind. I believe every clinic or physician's office has some people who do not perform their jobs well. However, I would still recommend Dr. Denker to anyone considering IVF in South Florida.

Palm Beach Fertility has been a true blessing during one of the most emotional periods of my life.
From the very beginning, Dr. Michelle Bigelman made me feel like a person, not just a chart or case number. She takes her time, speaks with empathy and warmth, and always makes room for my questions. Even while I was traveling for the summer, Michelle made herself available via Zoom, so I never felt alone or left behind in my journey.
Noemi, my medical assistant, is an absolute gem. She is always kind and supportive and goes the extra mile to make you feel cared for. I genuinely looked forward to seeing her during appointments…she has such a comforting presence.
And Dr. Krenier—he truly listens. During our consultation, he carefully reviewed my history, asked thoughtful questions, and worked with me to create a personalized treatment plan. I left my appointments feeling understood and hopeful—and that is something I will never forget.

Unfortunately, our experience was terrible. It was so bad that we were left in debt and without a pregnancy.
I waited several months before writing this review to give myself time to calm down, but even after all that time, the facts have not changed. We invested a great deal of time and money, only to be left with frustration, heartbreak, debt, and countless questions. Describing our experience in detail would take too long, and honestly, I do not want to relive it.
I am writing this to warn others that they may need to look elsewhere.
Update: In 2026 5, I am holding my 4-month-old baby. Thank God we chose a doctor outside the United States and became pregnant after our first transfer!!!
