I cannot tell you how much Dr. Bauer and her IVFMD team helped me. They are more than doctors and nurses; they now feel like family. After a 12-year fertility journey, this was an extremely difficult and discouraging process, but Dr. Bauer and her nurses helped me through it. The hugs, tears, and laughter were all worthwhile now that I have my miracle baby. Leslie is the best nurse ever! If you have any questions, go to her; she is always willing to help! I highly recommend them!

IVFMD has been part of my life since 2020, and I am so glad I found them! Dr. Gerkowicz and her team have been wonderful to me, and I am extremely grateful to them! They are kind, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile for you! Leslie is also absolutely amazing; every clinic should have a nurse like her! Thank you, IVFMD, for helping me create my family!

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone in the office works extremely hard to make you feel heard and seen. Although the employees seem overworked, I feel that they still put everything first! Thank you to the doctor for listening to our concerns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering IVF.

Our story has a happy ending. Despite some setbacks involving finances, payments, and billing, we decided to remain with this office because Dr. Jessica Bauer always gave us a strong sense of security and confidence and calmed us whenever we consulted her. She communicated with us in our language, Spanish. Thank God we did not give up; today we can say we succeeded. I would like to recognize the excellent work of nurses Maria and Zeydys, the special attention from Dulce, and the women who performed ultrasound monitoring in Jupiter, whose names I do not have. Our advice to anyone reading this is to be patient, do not give up or grow tired, and keep moving forward.

This place is the ultimate fertility-clinic circus. After a year of extensive testing, follow-ups, waiting between appointments—and more waiting—two doctors, lifestyle counseling, two IVF cycles, and 40 eggs, we ended up with a total of zero embryos. More than $30,000 went down the drain, followed by many tears. My only hope is that you truly do your research before trusting this place. The next year, I had immediate success at another clinic. Avoid this place!

Dr. Bauer explained each procedure well and made me feel very comfortable at every visit.

After seeing two other reproductive endocrinologists who did not make us feel comfortable, we began our journey with Dr. Reshef. He was patient, kind, and compassionate. Dr. Reshef was direct and honest. After he retired, we began seeing Dr. Bauer. We immediately felt as comfortable with her as we had with Dr. Reshef. Dr. Bauer is very kind and takes the time to explain everything. She guided us through our treatment plan and was available for all our appointments. We are deeply grateful to both of them! I highly recommend Dr. Bauer to anyone on a fertility journey!

This review is for women who want to conceive naturally. Before meeting Dr. Bauer, I had recurrent miscarriages. She was able to determine what my body needed for a successful, healthy pregnancy. Yes, the process was long and could be painful (HSG and SIS), but these were necessary tests for treatment. I took medication for 1 month and had an HSG, and soon afterward I got a BFP in the same cycle, even though my husband had been diagnosed with 1% morphology! So do not give up; keep trying! Let Dr. Bauer help you! Thank you again, Dr. Bauer and team!! Here is a photo of my Christmas present!

Dr. Bower and her Boca team! Before meeting Dr. Bower, I had been TTC for 8 years and had lost much of my hope. In addition to IVFMD, I consulted two other organizations. I am very intuitive, and from the moment I met her, I knew this was where I was meant to be. She was compassionate and informative throughout the process. My husband and I never underwent unnecessary testing unless it was truly needed. From start to finish, I felt heard and cared for by Dr. Bower and her outstanding team. Even when I needed surgery, she advocated for me when I needed support most. I made sure she knew how much that meant to me. During the year they cared for me, I felt like more than a patient. I formed a close bond with the entire team, and they felt like family. My coordinators, Maria and Leslie, and nurse Shelia, who handled all my bloodwork, always made me feel incredibly comfortable on both happy and anxious days. I am thrilled to share that I recently graduated from the Boca IVFMD clinic after becoming pregnant from my first transfer and have moved on to a regular OB-GYN. I never thought this day would come, and it still feels unreal. I will always recommend Dr. Bower and her team because they gave me the ultimate gift. I cannot wait to return when it is time to transfer our other embryos. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended!!! - Baby Cibene is due in February 2026

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The team at IVFMD was wonderful throughout our IVF journey. They were patient, kind, and reassuring. The entire staff is very accepting and LGBT-friendly! The medical team, including Dr. Bauer and Marta, was wonderful and really paid attention to detail, which, when it comes to reproductive health, is of such great importance. The nurses and front desk were all very helpful! They really become a part of your IVF family during this stressful journey. The medical team was always alert and always answered any messages I had. They would even reach out on the weekend with test results if it was important to make any changes to the treatment plan. I would 1000% recommend IVFMD to anyone looking to start their IVF journey. - Veronica & Claudia

I would not recommend this clinic. They billed one service incorrectly, and I had to resolve it with insurance myself. The doctor who performed the sonohysterogram said everything looked normal and told me to schedule a treatment-planning visit, recommending IVF. I sought another opinion, and hysteroscopy showed that my uterus was not fine as IVFMD had said; I actually needed dilation and curettage (D&C). I feel I wasted time and money at IVFMD, and the care felt impersonal.

There are way too many good IVF locations in Florida to settle for this location. This location prides itself on having honest pricing when it’s the furthest thing from the truth. The front desk staff was rude and after explaining to them that I only wanted testing done by my insurance, they assured me they would not run any bloodwork that was not covered. Come to find out, I am being charged for the bloodwork I did not authorize. In addition, prior to my appointment, I asked twice if my husband could attend MY consult or if he would need his own. They said yes of course he can attend at no cost. During the consult I was the only one who spoke to Dr. Bauer, yet a month later I get an insane bill in the mail because my husband was present during the consult. IVF is such a delicate process, I would 100% recommend you go to a facility that cares about you and not how much money they can make off you. I notified them of both errors prior to this review and they couldn’t care less. What a terrible money driven facility. Save your money and put it to good use elsewhere. There is another great facility less than 10 minutes from them that we found.

My husband and I saw Dr. Bauer after an early miscarriage and difficulty conceiving. Because we were young and early in our journey, I worried that our concerns might be dismissed, but Dr. Bauer was kind, thoughtful, and supportive. She took our situation seriously and completed a comprehensive evaluation of us both. Her thorough assessment identified several uterine fibroids that were making conception difficult. I had a myomectomy and, after some postoperative complications, another procedure one week later. Dr. Bauer arranged an immediate follow-up and took excellent care of me. She explained everything clearly and was consistently compassionate, patient, and caring. I genuinely felt that she cared. During recovery, she diagnosed me with endometriosis and recommended trying to conceive naturally for six months before discussing other treatment options. After six months without pregnancy, I began to lose hope, but to our surprise, we learned in September that I was pregnant! From then on, Dr. Bauer brought us in for weekly ultrasounds and was genuinely happy about every step of our progress. We recently graduated from her care at 9 weeks, which was very emotional. Everyone at the Boca office was wonderful, and her nurse Leslie is an angel: always friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. Dr. Bauer is truly exceptional and dedicated to her patients. She is caring, thorough, and always explains things in an easy-to-understand way. I highly recommend her.

We received care at IVFMD Boca, but communication was terrible. We never received return calls, yet had to pay a mandatory $250 “private consultant” fee. If we did not follow up repeatedly, they would not see us at all.
