Dr. Nicole Browne is dual board-certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) and obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN). She earned her medical degree from Yale School of Medicine and her bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College. She then completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, and her REI fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. She has 15 years of REI experience and previously worked at New England Fertility and Kindbody.

I do not know where to begin this review. There are so many emotions.
We are from Canada and chose RFC for mild IVF with ICSI for male-factor infertility.
After two years of trying and seeing specialists at two Canadian clinics, we arrived feeling desperate.
Dr. Merhi and Dr. Marco were both wonderful. For the first time, I felt seen rather than treated like a number, and I was treated with compassion, respect, empathy, and kindness. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and current on fertility science and technology.
From the beginning, I felt well cared for.
Everyone at the Jericho office was lovely, welcoming, friendly, and courteous.
They were transparent about procedures and prices, clearly explained rules and protocols, and guided us throughout.
After our first IVF cycle, I am now 15 weeks pregnant.
Something that seemed surreal and distant became real.
We will always thank RFC and its team for making our dream come true.
I recommend this clinic to anyone who values a personalized approach to their concerns and appreciates the IVF and other fertility treatment options the clinic offers.
I do not understand why Canada does not offer different types of IVF and instead uses only a standard, conventional, one-size-fits-all model. I did not like that.

We have been connected with this amazing clinic led by Dr. Merhi since 2020, and I highly recommend it. We came to him after losing hope of having a child, but when you meet a positive, cheerful doctor like Dr. Merhi, you regain hope and anything seems possible. We completed our first IVF cycle and had our baby boy in 2021. Three years later, we returned to Dr. Merhi for a second child, and another Merhi-cle happened! Dr. Merhi never gives up hope and is kind, hardworking, and compassionate. We also thank Dr. Marco, an excellent doctor who guided us smoothly through many procedures. Everyone at RFC's Jericho office is friendly, patient, supportive, and caring. I highly recommend RFC for making dreams come true. Thank you!

My husband and I are very grateful to Dr. Merhi for helping us on our fertility journey. Like other reviewers, we succeeded after several failed cycles at other clinics. Dr. Merhi is personable and funny, but most importantly provides personalized care, unlike previous clinics that used the same standard treatment for everyone.
The entire Jericho team is wonderful. Sonographer Nasreen witnessed my whole journey from start to finish. Diana and Iris offered kindness, care, and support at every appointment. Millie and the other front desk staff were always welcoming and helpful. It was a pleasure seeing them during a difficult journey. Like another reviewer, I only wish I had found Dr. Merhi and this team sooner.

I traveled from Ocala, Florida, for PRP and am so glad I came to the Jericho office. The staff were friendly and made me feel at home. The front desk greeted me with a smile, and Dr. Merhi is the best. He answered all my questions, made me comfortable, and gave me new hope.

Dr. Merhi, Dr. Marco, and their team are among the best doctors you can find. They are highly innovative in their fields and, most importantly, will do everything possible to help you have a baby. You can feel completely confident in their care. I have worked with both doctors for years, and their care, compassion, and approach to fertility challenges set them apart. Other doctors dismissed my hopes solely because of my age. You need an advocate who believes in you and supports you with medical expertise. Dr. Merhi and Dr. Marco are compassionate and highly skilled, which makes them the best in my view. I am so glad I found them. They gave me my miracle baby, and I thank them for advancing fertility care and making pregnancy possible for women regardless of age or diagnosis.

Although my personal outcome was not what I hoped for, I still wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone on a fertility journey. Dr. Mehri and Dr. Marco are extremely open-minded and helpful and always willing to explore different options. They understand the emotional ups and downs and treated my husband and me with compassion and respect; we never felt like numbers. I spoke with Dr. Mehri only a few times, but he remembered that I was a doctoral student and continued asking about my dissertation and research. I was amazed he remembered despite seeing so many patients in several locations.
I especially thank the billing department, particularly Lyshanda. Having worked in health insurance, I know how frustrating and complex it can be. When an unexpected issue arose with payment and service processing, the team did not dismiss it or leave us to solve it alone. Unlike other offices whose attitude is often “not our problem—pay now and handle insurance later,” RFC took a completely different approach. We worked through it together, step by step.
I have never felt so supported by a billing department. Their patience, kindness, and commitment to finding a solution reflected RFC's genuine care throughout the clinic. During such a challenging time in my life, this support made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful.

I never used their services, yet I receive a bill every 4–6 months. I had one free consultation call to hear about their services, and it has been awful ever since. If their software generates random bills, imagine how often actual patients are charged or overcharged.

I went to RFC after two failed cycles at another clinic. Dr. Merhi thinks outside the box and tailored IVF based on my previous experience. I appreciated that he changed strategy when treatment was not working. Everyone is different, and IVF cannot be identical for everyone; Dr. Merhi and his team understand that. When my embryos were close to dying while we waited for them to become blastocysts, we changed course and performed a fresh transfer. It worked, and I welcomed my baby boy in February because Dr. Merhi changed the strategy. I highly recommend this clinic!

We drove from Maryland to the Connecticut office to work with Dr. Browne. She and her staff were wonderful. Every trip felt worthwhile: our time was respected, appointments ran on time, and the staff were kind. Dr. Browne's office communicated expectations very well to us and our outside monitoring clinic regarding what we needed to do at home between visits. After one IVF cycle, we had our baby boy, whom we love dearly. We are very grateful to Dr. Browne and the RFC team for helping our family grow and would contact RFC again without hesitation.

Where do I begin? I have been with RFC for about 16 months and have only wonderful things to say about the staff and doctors.
Everyone is kind and understanding. They put patients' needs first. I have worked with Dr. Merhi, Dr. Browne, and Dr. Marco. They are all outstanding and compassionate and want nothing more than for you to succeed as a patient.
I recently joined RFC's immunology program and received a positive pregnancy test! It is still early, but so far, so good. This new RFC program is wonderful. Although you must be accepted into the program, it truly provides a level of care that a reproductive endocrinologist alone cannot offer. Dr. Merhi personally oversees your care with two outstanding nurses, Nairely and Jess.
Whatever treatment you receive at RFC—and I have had many—you will be in excellent hands. Dr. Merhi will tell you himself that he is stubborn and will get you pregnant. I am proof 🤗

Doctors are smart—we know that—but they are also nerds, and I can say that because I am one. In rare cases, however, medical school produces doctors who are smart, nerdy, and cool, with personality, humor, humanity, charm, ease, and kindness. Dr. Merhi and Dr. Marco are those doctors. A few months ago, my wife and I had a Zoom consultation with Dr. Merhi. He asked many questions about our situation and all the IVF cycles we had completed in Canada. He simply listened and then told us we did not need IVF—we were both shocked!!! After 3 failed IVF cycles, doctors in Canada had told us we needed donor eggs!
Dr. Merhi then recommended that my wife have a hysteroscopy. He performed it, found scarring, and injected PRP into her endometrium. He told us implantation was the key issue!!! He then recommended trying the APHRODITE KIT at home, and now my wife is 45 and pregnant naturally!! Last week our OB-GYN performed an ultrasound, and we heard the heartbeat, XOXOXO. Blood genetic screening also showed that the baby is healthy!!!
We are extremely grateful to RFC and Dr. Merhi. They saved us the cost of further IVF, and with one simple minor procedure and the APHRODITE reproductive aid, we can have our own baby!!! Stop wasting time at other fertility clinics and see Dr. Merhi!!!

After BRI's immunology clinic closed, I was referred to Jessica and Dr. Merhi at RFC. They were willing to use the protocol I had followed at BRI when I had my daughter. The entire cycle was successful, and my son was born in August 2025. The RFC staff were wonderful to work with. They are making dreams come true!

After my first appointment, my treating doctor became unreachable. He was difficult to find and did not take my concerns seriously. The billing department is a disaster and extremely rude. They are holding my $3,900 and refusing to issue a refund. I am going to court to recover my money. Their PRP treatment is a scam! My condition worsened after I changed fertility centers.

We just welcomed a baby girl conceived through IVF at RFC, and we are incredibly grateful. The process was sometimes confusing, and they stopped accepting insurance during our treatment. Although understandable, advance notice would have been helpful. Everyone we met was very kind. We especially appreciated their inclusive approach to treating patients of different ages and weights, whom other clinics often decline. Our family is complete, but we would choose RFC again if we ever needed further fertility treatment.

Please read the following carefully before paying for PRP:
This clinic promotes PRP as a cure-all and your salvation, but in my experience, they only want your money. They make recommendations based on their own unproven methods. If it does not work, they strongly pressure you to go to the Bahamas.
Do not expect anything from their billing team, either. They even send email reminders during dinner on Easter Sunday. Overall, their communication is terrible. They sent the wrong medication instructions, and Dr. Brown would always call unexpectedly 1-2 hours before the scheduled appointment. She would not even spend 10 minutes on the call but still charged the full consultation fee.
In my case, she approved me for IVF despite my having bacterial vaginosis.
Please do your research before believing their sales pitch. PRP did not work for me at all. The success stories they post on Instagram do not reflect my experience.

Dr. Merhi and his team were amazing at every step. They provide personalized care and take time to listen. The office is excellent, and the staff are very welcoming, especially during a difficult journey. Dr. Merhi makes sure to listen to patients’ feelings and concerns. I spent five years in Chicago trying to find a fertility clinic willing to accept me simply to freeze my eggs. My age and weight were always barriers, and I felt I was running out of time. At 39, I knew I had to look beyond Chicago, which is when I found RFC. From my first phone call with Dr. Browne, I felt overwhelming relief. A weight lifted from my shoulders, and I knew she would get me to the finish line.
At RFC, my age and weight were never mentioned again. From day one, everyone I met offered positivity, support, and smiles. Lyshanda, Natalia, Nairely, Precious, Ashley, and Dr. Browne were truly my angels throughout this journey.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Browne. Traveling to Connecticut was completely worthwhile. Throughout the year, she remained steady and calm. Whatever obstacle arose, she guided me through it gracefully and always found another path forward. Even when I began losing hope, she never did.
Being a remote patient was sometimes challenging, so I recommend staying organized with medications and care plans and contacting the team without hesitation. They were helpful every time.
If you are undecided, it is simple: choose RFC. Choose Dr. Browne. It is an easy decision.

From our first video consultation, I immediately felt Dr. Merhi's wonderful energy. I found RFC while searching for fertility clinics that treat plus-size women, which many clinics consider impossible. The staff were welcoming at all three locations I visited: New Rochelle, Manhattan, and Westport. RFC's approach differed from others, including tailoring medication doses to the body's needs, even on transfer day. Although I was nervous but prepared on transfer day, Dr. Merhi and Ashley were so excited and confident that it became contagious. My husband and I are now six weeks pregnant with a baby girl. Thank you to RFC for the tremendous support and reassurance. If you are looking for an excellent fertility clinic, stop searching—you have found it.

After visiting four clinics before RFC, we found a refreshing approach that gave us hope and a clear plan. We are immensely grateful to Dr. Brown and her RFC team in Westport, Connecticut, for their attentive care and help welcoming our baby. Trying to have a child in our forties was difficult, especially with complex health issues, and we once felt lost. Fortunately, the RFC team guided and encouraged us to keep going. After several attempts to conceive naturally, we ultimately succeeded with daily monitoring at RFC, a timed trigger shot, and guided/timed intercourse. At 44, I gave birth to a healthy daughter. We sincerely appreciate their compassion, care, and dedication. Our family is finally complete!

I highly recommend RFC. Dr. Brown is truly an angel. She made a complex process involving a previous diagnosis of unexplained secondary infertility relatively pleasant. She was the first doctor to truly listen, take my concerns seriously, and help us find the real cause of our infertility. She never pressured us into treatment, but stayed beside us and guided us as both a doctor and friend. After two other clinics failed to create embryos or explain why, she helped us create embryos and ultimately conceive on our own because she identified the actual problem. She, Ashley, Stephanie, and Katie Ann were also tremendously helpful, recommending complementary treatments that my husband and I could receive free through an RFC study. Because of Dr. Brown, my husband and I were able to build our family, and we cannot thank her enough.
