YFF is a wonderful environment and we are so lucky to be part of their family! They have helped bless us with two beautiful babies, and we couldn't be more grateful. We have been with them since 2020 and they have been wonderful with us since day one, with all of the ups and downs along the way! We love Dr. DiPaola and the whole staff, thank you all for everything! XoXo!

I never write reviews because I firmly believe it is impossible to satisfy everyone. However, I have never felt so disrespected by a medical practice. At first I thought I was overreacting, but I realized I was not when I called YFF and asked them to transfer all my records to another specialist. I completed YFF’s Google medical-record authorization form and requested the transfer in a portal message nearly two months ago, but no records have been sent. I recently called YFF, but my calls were repeatedly screened or unanswered. When I called from an unknown number, someone answered immediately. My experience at YFF began well. During my first telehealth visit, a knowledgeable physician assistant answered all my questions. Over time, however, I was given a different treatment plan and schedule each month, and the clinician was never Dr. DiPaola. Aside from passing her in the hall and my only scheduled visit three months later, when Dr. DiPaola was training a new physician assistant, I never saw Dr. DiPaola herself. When I mentioned in a portal message that I wanted to see her, I was told I could schedule a telehealth appointment. I wondered why, given my history and age, I had not been able to see the doctor from the beginning. After six consecutive months of treatment, I specifically requested an in-person appointment. The person responding said the request would be documented but could not be guaranteed. What? After six months, I still could not see Dr. DiPaola? I began completing their Google records-release form, but that afternoon Dr. DiPaola called me. In short, we met, and she said that with my birthday approaching it was time for a more aggressive treatment plan, which differed from the physician assistant’s plan at the time. I kept wondering why we had not met to discuss this when I began care in June. I only felt taken seriously once I began seeking care elsewhere, so I completed the Google form later that week. I understand that many medical factors are beyond their control and that everyone may do their best. But when the things they can control are not addressed, it is painful for a patient like me to realize the team does not truly have my best interests at heart. I was disappointed with the entire care experience and even more disappointed by YFF’s extremely unprofessional response when I called to request my records, because they simply did not send them. I spent six months of time and energy traveling between locations, only to discover that this practice does not genuinely care about each patient.

I could not love this practice more. I found them via Google search in August of 2024. I loved the idea of an all women practice and instantly felt a connection with my provider. I'm unsure as to how people can say they don't hear back because I would message them constantly via the portal and always heard back. Dr. DiPaola is WONDERFUL. She was always there for me and checked in on me often during this journey. I "graduated" from YFF in January and the thought of leaving them was horrible. I am currently 11 weeks with our 🌈 🌈 baby and it's all because of them.
