    The staff are kind and attentive in person, but the clinic seems to lack any concept of communication. The patient portal is a joke that appears to have been designed by people who hate computers. The billing department must be severely understaffed because every call goes only to an automated voicemail. If you want complex reproductive treatment, be prepared to receive no information about what will happen or what is expected of you. Do you need to pay before time-sensitive medication can be sent? No one will bother to tell you. Even with the lowest expectations for communication, prepare to be disappointed.

    The service was poor and disappointing, and communication was consistently difficult. Nurse Ashlyn repeatedly showed little empathy for patients' emotions. She needs further professional training in patient care for this field. Dr. Brower was rude and impatient. He was habitually late to scheduled meetings, often causing waits of more than half an hour, and was generally unwilling to answer or fully explain our questions and concerns. They seemed concerned only with money. When they initiated communication, it was usually about billing or legal documents intended to release them from medical liability. My experience was deeply disappointing, and I strongly regret choosing their services.

    I strongly advise against this place unless you want to waste time and money. Our first bad experience occurred when my wife had an ultrasound and no polyp was mentioned. A week later, she received a call to schedule surgery to remove a polyp, although no doctor had told her she had one. She underwent the procedure, and the doctor said no polyp was found. The second experience came after months of poor communication. She had an ultrasound for IUI, and no cyst was mentioned. Two days later, another nurse performed an ultrasound, and the doctor said she had a large cyst. This process is already difficult, upsetting, and expensive, and this place did nothing to help.

    Do not waste your time here. My wife and I did, and it was a waste of time and money. First, they almost never answer the phone, and if you leave a message, do not expect a return call. Second, you never actually see a doctor, only nurses. The doctors also seem to be away from the office for weeks at a time. Whenever we tried to schedule Dr. Maas, she was traveling for several weeks. Timing is everything, and this was maddening. Spend your money elsewhere. This place is not worth it.

    Terrible experience. Their doctor retired, and no one notified us for months. When we called about next steps, they seemed unconcerned and would not even review the chart. There was no follow-up afterward. Strongly not recommended. A waste of time and money.

    I would not recommend this clinic. The clinic is generally clean and some staff members are friendly, but my overall experience was extremely poor. One nurse I encountered was dismissive, cold, and unfriendly. Patients are already under significant emotional and physical stress while paying high medical costs. Being treated as though your concerns do not matter is unacceptable. I repeatedly asked about time-sensitive test results and was told they had been faxed and emailed several times on Friday. It was nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone because calls always went to voicemail, and no one followed up. I still received no response on Monday. When I returned for another appointment on Monday, the results were still unavailable. The nurse merely repeated that they had been sent, offering no help, explanation, or attempt to solve the problem. Because these results were time-sensitive, they had to be available by the end of that day. It was later discovered that their fax machine was broken. Despite this, there was no communication, accountability, or urgency to resolve the issue. I was ultimately left to deal with the consequences of the delay alone. The lack of effective communication by phone and in person is unacceptable, especially in time-sensitive situations. Although one front desk employee was friendly and helpful, that did not make up for the overall poor experience.

    I had a wonderful experience at Reproductive Care Center. I conceived after two IUIs, but heartbreakingly lost our baby girl at 15 weeks. The RCC team was compassionate and supportive throughout and helped me prepare for another IUI, which worked on the first attempt. Today I am holding my beautiful 8-week-old daughter. I truly would not be where I am without their expertise, care, and dedication. They completed my family, and I will always be grateful.

    Dr. Brower and his team helped us have our rainbow baby! They supported us physically and emotionally at every step. They cried with me, stood by me, and were honest even when I did not want to hear it. They have checked on me several times since I graduated, and they truly care.     I absolutely loved my experience with these wonderful people. The PA who worked with me was excellent and gave me a wealth of information. It is easy to feel discouraged during a fertility journey, and they were a bright spot that helped me along the way. My strongest advice is not to be afraid to ask many questions. The process is unfamiliar and difficult, and sometimes you may not understand what is happening. These people will give you the answers you need, so stay curious.

    I need to share my experience in case someone else is in my position and it can make a difference. Dr. Blauer made a recommendation after completing an Ovarian Assessment Report (OAR). An OAR is a fertility test that assesses a woman's remaining egg supply and predicts her response to ovarian stimulation. It combines age and hormone levels, such as AMH, FSH, and inhibin B, to calculate an Egg Retrieval Score (ERS) ranging from 1 to 20. This score helps predict how many eggs may be retrieved during IVF. Every fertility clinic measures AMH and FSH to counsel you appropriately about a care plan. The OAR also considers your age and uses calculations to produce a score. I took this test twice, and both reports gave me an egg supply score of 1. This was devastating news. Dr. Blauer's professional recommendation was to skip egg retrieval entirely and use donor eggs. He also said that in his long IVF career, he had never seen anyone with an egg supply score of 1 successfully have a child. The thought that I could not have a child using my own eggs was heartbreaking. After carefully considering what was best for our family, my husband and I decided to seek another opinion, and we transferred to UFC. UFC did not require an OAR report. They said they could provide probabilities based only on my AMH, FSH, and age. They were very candid that my chance of a live birth was 15%. My doctor also said that if I were 43, she might have given the same advice as Dr. Blauer. But because I was only 40, she recommended that I try. We retrieved 4 eggs, and from those 4 eggs produced 2 very healthy embryos, graded 4AB and 4BB. I am now 10 weeks pregnant and due in month 12. I cannot imagine how different things would be if I had followed Dr. Blauer's advice. I hope he considers this feedback because it can certainly shape someone's future.

    I cannot say enough good things about my care from Dr. Maas. After such a lonely journey, I finally feel relieved. She was thorough and thoughtful and spent plenty of time explaining everything in a direct, easy-to-understand way. Her treatment plan perfectly balanced a rational analysis of my situation and evidence-based medicine with my needs as a patient. I honestly wish I had made an appointment sooner!

    Dr. Maas, her clinical team, and RCC's administrative staff are outstanding. My husband and I highly recommend them. Dr. Maas is very knowledgeable and stays current with evidence-based practice. She listened to our thoughts and concerns and provided expert care that kept us actively involved in treatment. We always felt deeply cared for rather than treated like just another patient. For example, I had an outpatient procedure scheduled on a day she was flying out of town, and she arranged her schedule to perform it before going to the airport. This is just one of many examples of her dedication to us and her work. We also loved her clinical team. They were kind, compassionate, and excellent communicators. Her nursing staff responded to our emails and calls within hours, and the administrative staff communicated just as well. We always felt heard and cared for by everyone at RCC. I am 42 and my husband is 47, and we will always be grateful that they helped us bring home our miracle baby a few months ago.

    I have been meaning to review these doctors. The team there helped me tremendously. If I remember correctly, Horlacher treated me. When they saw I had one follicle and had me take 12 letrozole tablets at once to induce ovulation, I knew I had come to the right place. I finally found doctors willing to think beyond standard prescribing instead of being overly cautious without results. When it comes to fertility, most people want a child and are willing to tolerate discomfort or try unconventional approaches. Unfortunately, most commercial insurance still does not adequately cover infertility, so I paid for all treatment myself. The clinic kindly let me use donated medication when money was tight. I was truly grateful because I came here at one of the lowest points in my life and was close to giving up. I did about three treatment cycles at Sandy Repro, and the last one—before I changed jobs and insurance—worked. Whenever I was about to give up, it finally worked. I never returned because that was a chaotic time in my life, but a month later Sandy Repro texted to check on me, which I greatly appreciated. I told them it had worked. I hope they do not resent that I did not return, but I could no longer afford self-pay treatment. If the third treatment had failed, I might have come back. I worked for an insurance company, and when callers asked whether this doctor was in network, I was always sad to say no. I still told them it was worth seeing whether they liked the plan, because it worked for me.

    Like Melanie, I had a terrible experience, with every aspect of care handled poorly. It permanently changed how I felt about having children because the experience was so bad. Skipping ahead to the final failure: after I had signed the financial paperwork, completed all the labs they required, undergone many ultrasounds, and met with a nurse to discuss medications, someone came in, stood beside the table, and handed me the medication. As a nurse, she knew I would have questions, yet she did not even sit down. After I invited her to sit and we reviewed the overnight medications arriving the next day, I was about to leave and thank the staff when another employee directed me back into a doctor's office. A doctor I had never met told me we could not proceed with IVF or medication. When I asked about my OB-GYN, they said, ‘Oh, they aren't a surgeon,’ and told me I first needed surgery for a complex cyst before taking medication. I nearly began an IVF journey and made a life-changing decision, only to have it stopped at the last moment because I needed surgery. Did they even review my ultrasounds before accepting my contract and prescribing medication?

    My consultation was conducted online via Zoom. The care was prompt, and the doctor explained my concerns clearly. I felt that the doctor listened carefully to me, and I appreciated the virtual appointment because it made it easier to avoid travel. I have not yet started in-person treatment, but communication has been smooth so far.

    This clinic did not treat me well. I had an appointment Thursday, left work early, and my husband also left early. We drove 45 minutes, only to be turned away because my period had not ended, even though I had been told menstruation was required for the test. Despite my just reporting cycle day one, they scheduled me for the prior Monday. I rescheduled for the next Monday, but they called that morning asking me to postpone because they had double-booked. Then, five minutes before I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, they told me the machine was broken and moved me to the next day. I am very disappointed. I did everything they asked, including taking antibiotics that made me nauseated. I spent a great deal of time and gas and now feel it was all wasted.

    I called RCC to schedule an embryo transfer, and Jada answered. With all due respect, Jada sounded like she was high. I repeated myself three times before she understood that I only wanted to schedule an embryo transfer, and then she asked, ‘You want a consultation for egg retrieval or embryo freezing, right?’ No... wrong. We discussed insurance, and she said she was pulling up the relevant part of the system. I said I would open my Select Health app while she did that. I heard her breathing through her mouth for several minutes before she finally said, ‘Hello?’ Yes... I’m here. Between that and some of her other comments, I canceled the appointment because it felt like a bad sign, especially alongside other poor reviews.

    Overall, I personally would not recommend RCC. We began working with RCC in 2022 after my husband developed a condition related to diabetes. Before that, we had conceived three times without intervention, resulting in two children and one loss at 18 weeks due to a genetic abnormality. I had no fertility issues. We had always conceived easily and had never experienced an early miscarriage. Based on testing performed by another doctor, RCC told us IVF was necessary. The results showed low sperm motility, which, given my husband's unusual condition, was the only reason to choose IVF instead of intrauterine insemination (IUI). As a nurse, I questioned the accuracy of those results because the testing was intended to detect his rare condition, not assess fertility. I called a nurse to ask whether another test should be done to confirm. She said there was no need because they already had the other doctor's results. I accepted that because this is not my specialty. We began IVF. During preparation for egg retrieval, they performed a semen analysis, and every measure, including count and motility, was normal. On retrieval day, the doctor was surprised by the sperm quality and said that, based on the information from our initial consultation, IUI would actually have been sufficient. We also chose a plan under which we paid first and RCC would then submit the charges to insurance. We even paid an extra fee for this. My insurance covered $10,000 in fertility treatment. We prepaid about $22,000 in August 2022, plus all medication costs, but did not receive a refund until February 2024. I called repeatedly and heard the same response each time after they reviewed my account: 'We are very sorry. You are right, this needs to be submitted, and we will handle it soon. It may have been missed because of staff changes.' This kept happening. They did not submit my claim until July 2023. My insurer told me RCC was not permitted to bill me that way and should have submitted the claims first. When RCC finally began submitting bills, the situation became even more complicated. New charges appeared on my account despite my full prepayment, and staff repeatedly called for payment. I told them I would pay nothing until my account was reconciled, especially because they were duplicating charges during the process. One woman aggressively tried to place me on a payment plan. I refused because I had already paid everything out of pocket and they actually owed me $10,000; I was not going to pay the additional $13,000 she kept demanding. Resolving this was extremely stressful and frustrating. To their credit, my medical care was excellent, even though the first transfer was unnecessary. I had no complaints about the process, and the first transfer went very smoothly. Because we had frozen eggs, we had a second transfer in 2025. It was less smooth and had some minor issues, mainly because my body seemed ready to ovulate on its own while they tried to prevent it. My clinical care was still good, and the staff were friendly. However, you rarely see a doctor. Most visits are with nurse practitioners (NPs), which is not ideal, and their explanations are inconsistent. There were still frustrating moments, but overall the second experience was acceptable. I am still processing everything. I have many concerns, but I am grateful for my children.

    I began treatment at RCC in September 2025 and am now moving to a new clinic. Most staff seemed friendly and genuinely caring, but I encountered an unbelievable number of problems. Some of the issues were: 1) You rarely see a doctor. I initially saw Doctor Bluer but met him only twice during my entire time there: once when he performed an ultrasound and once for a scheduled appointment that was rushed and lasted 15 minutes. My polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is complex, and unless I asked directly, they rarely explained my condition or blood test results. After Doctor Bluer retired, I was transferred to Dr. Moss but told it would take two months to see her. After months of treatment and thousands of dollars, why should I wait another two months to see my doctor? 2) The HSG incident. I had an HSG at RCC, and the experience was terrible. The procedure itself was fine, but afterward the nurse said she 'didn't see what she needed to see,' implying that my tubes might be blocked. Two days later, another nurse called to review the results and said everything was normal. When I explained what the first nurse had said, she was confused by my alarm. The nurse who performed the procedure did not call until five days later to say everything was normal. I spent those five days extremely anxious, believing I might need to proceed directly to IVF. That delay was cruel. I also felt she prolonged the procedure trying to obtain clearer images but may not have known what she was looking for. 3) Insurance nightmare. Fortunately, my insurance covers medication, but getting RCC to help was a nightmare. I often had to buy medication directly from them instead of using insurance because they repeatedly failed to contact the insurer in time for me to order it. Once, I sat in their waiting room and said I would not leave until they contacted the insurer for prior authorization, yet I still did not receive my medication on time. When medication is required on a specific date and they cannot help promptly, the anxiety is intense. Infertility is already stressful, and they made it worse. 4) Conflicting or missing information. Nurses and nurse practitioners repeatedly gave inconsistent answers, so I did not know what was correct. They never explained my blood work or other test results. After obtaining my records and visiting other fertility clinics, another doctor explained all my blood work and records in 10 minutes. RCC never took the time. For example, my AMH was extremely high, which can pose risks during IVF, but RCC never told me. I discovered on my own that it was far above the normal range. 5) They lost my blood test. The clinic laboratory lost or mislabeled my sample, so I had to repeat it. 6) An administrator asked me to choose my treatment without consulting the clinical team. After an unsuccessful IUI, I called RCC to ask the medical team what to do next. An administrator returned my call and asked what I wanted to do and what she should schedule. I was confused because she could not answer medical questions. I told her I was not a medical professional, so how could I know the next step? It was bizarre that they expected me to decide without speaking to a nurse. This reinforced the broader problem: they never seriously reviewed my medical history. 7) Unless you do your own research and advocate for yourself, you will not receive a good treatment plan. I have many more concerns but limited space. I do not recommend this clinic.

    They are extremely disorganized. They performed tests I did not need. Jesse, the head nurse, was very unprofessional and lacked empathy, which is clearly essential when helping women with infertility. I hope she was simply having a bad day rather than always being this unprofessional and rude. It is extremely difficult to reach them with simple questions. I returned 60 seconds after my appointment with Dr. Maas because I had forgotten to ask something and found four nurses behind the desk, yet none had answered when I called 20 seconds earlier. Nurse Autumn spoke badly about their finance department, saying they were “always painfully slow to respond to clients.” Jen in finance also criticized the nursing department, saying they were “a little disorganized,” though she had no idea when Autumn had said this. Their working relationship clearly has problems. I found it strange that they would speak so unprofessionally about their own team. I regret wasting my time without checking the Google reviews first. I have started working with Utah Fertility Center, and they respond promptly and professionally. I recommend choosing Utah Fertility Center to avoid the disappointment I experienced at Reproductive Care Center.

    I started working with them in 2024, and things initially went well. I had surgery in 2025 and had to postpone some treatment. When I returned in 2025, they made me repeat almost every test, and two of the results were still incorrect. When I returned to repeat them, they wanted me to sign a form agreeing to pay for another blood draw, but I refused because they had made the error. They then told me I had to undergo genetic screening before they would develop any treatment plan, such as Clomid or another trial treatment. My husband and I decided against genetic screening and told them we declined. They then said that if we declined genetic screening, we had to receive genetic counseling before they would consider a treatment plan. They are only interested in making money and pressure you into things you do not want. They also charged me a fee to obtain my medical records. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    After eight years of marriage without becoming pregnant, we sought help from Dr. Maas at RCC. We completed many tests and ultimately chose intrauterine insemination (IUI). Nurse Tayla performed the IUI, and we became pregnant. We are expecting our first baby next month. The fertility journey was difficult, but we are very grateful to the RCC team for their kindness, expertise, and help. Thank you, Dr. Maas, Tayla, and RCC! We are incredibly grateful for everything you did for us!

    This place is terrible! It is one of the most disorganized organizations I have ever encountered. The first time I called, their phone system was awful. When I finally got through, the person's connection was so bad that I could not understand a word, and she simply transferred me to voicemail without calling back. I emailed all the information needed to schedule an HSG and did not receive a response for two days. I then received calls from two different women. During the first call, I could hear her talking to someone in the background. I have never heard anyone sound so confused, and she gave me incorrect information three times. I eventually learned that their equipment had been broken since the beginning of the year, which is absurd. I hung up and was about to call the doctor who referred me when a second woman from this office called, completely unaware that someone had called me minutes earlier. How can this place be so disorganized? Worse, both women had poor attitudes. I called the referring doctor and told her never to recommend this place to anyone. It is terribly managed. Do not go here. I would bet all their machines are broken.

    I ultimately transferred my care to another fertility clinic, and the difference has been significant. During my initial evaluation, my new provider reviewed my records and recommended additional testing and workup that had not been completed previously. It was frustrating to learn there were important aspects of my fertility evaluation that were still missing after months of treatment. Combined with the ongoing communication issues, inconsistent information, and difficulty getting timely responses throughout my care, I did not feel supported or confident in the coordination of my treatment. Fertility care is incredibly time-sensitive, and patients deserve clear communication and a thorough evaluation from the start. In addition it took 8-9 months before even doing my first IUI, and I was constantly given contradicting information. I was told the day before I was supposed to start my IUI cycle I couldn’t do it leaving me in tears then hours later told I could actually do it. Too much back and fourth and poor communication. I went here due to them accepting my insurance but have chosen to self pay at another clinic because it’s been such a poor experience.

    我不会推荐这家诊所。几个月前它被一家私募股权集团收购了,从那以后我就一直问题不断。他们的定价和财务文件格式混乱,而且价格透明度极低。起初他们说会维持私募股权收购前的价格6个月,现在却说我需要原诊所的书面报价,然后又说即使有了书面报价,他们也只按一个周期的价格收费。他们要求做一些并非医学上必要的额外检查,但根据诊所的规定,这些检查是继续治疗的必要条件。我们好几次预约都等了一个多小时。每次做完超声波检查后,我都要不断联系医疗团队询问下个月的治疗方案。他们根本不会在就诊时告诉我超声波检查结果。我已经好几个月没见过我的主治医生了。上次做人工授精的时候,诊所的医生竟然在我疼痛难忍、正在插导管的时候,说我应该带我丈夫去Chick-fil-A吃顿饭,因为他的精子数量是阳性。真是太不体贴了。我决定提前结束我的人工授精之旅,因为这家诊所给我带来的压力远远超过了任何可能的益处。
