Do not choose this center. My experience was terrible. They treated me like a number rather than a person. The staff explained nothing and simply gave orders. Candice Davis gave me incorrect information more than once, and Dr. Susanna Degalos was very rude.

This place provided the worst experience imaginable. I went in October and was told my results would be sent to my doctor and me. It is now March, and I still have no results. I called, and they said they would send them to the doctor. Now the doctor has sent me terrible work results. Are you kidding me?

Do not use this clinic! We used the Pensacola satellite clinic for our gestational carrier, and the overall experience was terrible. The main office does not communicate with the satellite office at all. Our GC went for several ultrasounds and blood tests only to be told she had no appointment, even though the main clinic had scheduled them. Our results were rarely sent to our Memphis clinic when they should have been. After a year and a half, we have just received another bill, including an unexplained $50 ‘administrative fee’ not shown on any previous bill. Everyone seeking this clinic’s services is in a vulnerable position. They should put patients at ease, but they do the opposite. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

If you call after 4 CDT, you will reach the answering service, just FYI.

Working with CRM Mobile Alabama has been a pleasure! It is clear that intelligence and integrity are central to their work. Special thanks to Katherine Phillips, who makes every interaction enjoyable, positive, and insightful!

I cannot say enough good things about CRM! Without their team, we would not have our precious baby boy. From the initial visit until we transferred to our regular obstetrician for the remainder of pregnancy, we received first-class care. Dr. K and the team's passion for their work is obvious. We underwent two egg retrievals, ALICE/EMMA testing, and two embryo transfers. During treatment, we also had to navigate the Supreme Court ruling concerning IVF. Although everyone was uncertain about its implications, CRM supported us with complete transparency. We shared laughter, tears over failed cycles, and tears of joy when we heard our baby's heartbeat for the first time. They will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we will return to CRM when we are ready to expand our family.

Our ultrasound technician in Pensacola, Leigh, had a very poor attitude. This was our first ultrasound and our first time seeing the baby, so we were very excited. She began taking measurements, and a few minutes later my husband asked a simple question—whether we were looking at the baby's head—but she did not answer. Thinking she had not heard him, he repeated the question more loudly, but she still said nothing. She continued taking measurements in silence without acknowledging or answering him. A few minutes later, we heard what sounded like a heartbeat. My husband asked whether it was the heartbeat, and again she did not answer. I then asked if she could let us hear it again. About a minute later, she stepped back and let us listen, but still offered no explanation, reassurance, or even a simple confirmation such as, “Yes, that is the heartbeat.” She clearly heard us because she responded to my request, yet chose to remain silent. When the scan ended, she simply said, “Okay, you can get dressed now.” I asked whether everything looked normal, and she replied, “Yes,” without further detail. The experience was extremely unpleasant and disappointing, especially given how meaningful this moment was to us—and to many IVF families who invest significant time, emotion, and money in this appointment. A first ultrasound should include at least basic empathy and communication.

The staff are friendly in person but rude over the phone. Last year I called to schedule with Dr. Inge, and a rude woman pulled up my account and said, “You haven't been here since 2020, and you owe more than $400!” Her tone was harsh, as though I were a stranger she disliked. That is how it felt. But let us put this in context: 1. I am experiencing infertility, so please understand how I feel. 2. My husband and I are working to improve our health in hopes of becoming pregnant. 3. I usually receive their bills, but this time I received nothing. 4. The last time we saw Dr. Inge—who is very kind, by the way—he told my husband and me to call when we were ready. When that day came, I called and reached that rude woman, and I was very upset afterward. 5. I paid the bill in full immediately after hanging up. And no, I was not rude. I could not have anticipated what happened before or after. I was shocked that someone working in this field could be so rude to a patient. Perhaps she was having a bad day or had received other calls before mine. I do not know, but may God bless her. A year has now passed, and I truly do not want to call these people again, but my husband and I want to schedule this procedure with Dr. Inge as soon as possible. He even gave us his cell number, but I lost it in 2020. My final point is that you never know what someone else is going through. I may have been going through the same thing that day, while the woman on the phone may have been dealing with something worse. Still, I called, remained composed, and handled it professionally rather than asking what her problem was. She is a good person (and a sister). It is sad, but life happens. Please be patient. We come here for help for a reason. Perhaps you already have a child, or more than one. We are also trying to build a family. It is all we have ever wanted. This is not directed at the staff, because most of them are very kind when I visit. I simply called on a bad day and reached a young woman.

I consulted a doctor at this clinic, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The conversation was discouraging and lacked the compassion and hope appropriate for such a sensitive topic as fertility. Many of the doctor's comments made it seem pointless to continue treatment unless certain other conditions were met. Even more frustrating, the doctor refused to provide any information about the total cost of treatment. This is essential for patients trying to plan and make informed decisions about such a major investment. Given the $200 consultation fee, I left feeling the visit was neither helpful nor worth the cost. Honestly, I was shocked by the doctor's manner and some of the comments made to someone seeking fertility help. I felt deeply discouraged and nearly hopeless. Fortunately, I kept calling and eventually found a wonderful clinic in Mississippi. Their team was highly supportive, thorough, and compassionate, and helped me achieve the best outcome. I am glad this experience did not stop me from continuing my search.

Words cannot express my gratitude to the CRM team. From the beginning, they treated me with tremendous compassion, patience, and genuine care as they supported me through one of life’s most difficult journeys. Every doctor, nurse, and staff member made me feel at ease and kept me informed at every step. Communication was excellent, appointments were well organized, and I always felt like more than a number. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I am now pregnant and will always be grateful for everything they did for our family. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that combines professionalism, kindness, and compassion, I highly recommend them.

The CRM Mobile AL location is excellent! Friendly staff! They always return calls and are very helpful. Highly recommended, 10 out of 10!

Website states they have the most options for male factor infertility- called to schedule an appointment and was told they do nothing for men besides a semen analysis- false hope, false advertising, and false information. How hurtful for the men, when they’re not even considered.

After two miscarriages in 2022 and 2023, my OB-GYN referred me to Dr. Koulianos at this clinic in late 2023. My husband and I met Dr. K to discuss what was needed before treatment. We immediately appreciated his kindness and attentiveness. He took time to ask questions and listen. The office staff were always friendly as well. After I completed the necessary tests and screenings, we began his recommended treatment. After one cycle using his plan—a trigger shot and medication—we conceived our baby girl. The clinic monitored her closely throughout the first trimester, which eased our anxiety. Without the Center for Reproductive Medicine, we would not have our child, born in July 2024. I will always be grateful!

This was extremely frustrating. I had a VA referral. Over six weeks, I received five emails and four text reminders asking me to text YES to confirm. When I arrived at the scheduled time—after driving 1.5 hours, missing a day of work, and hiring a babysitter—I was told my appointment had been canceled because I did not complete the paperwork in time. In fact, I completed it when asked by email and even used the link provided. The dismissive front-desk employee said they had entered my phone number incorrectly, so I did not receive the voicemail. That was their error. They refused to honor my appointment. This was heartbreaking because, for personal reasons, I had only one opportunity to do this. Their negligence has now destroyed that hope. I would absolutely not recommend this uncaring, unprofessional office to anyone. It was by far my worst medical appointment experience.

My care at CRM was outstanding. The compassionate staff and personal attention made this vulnerable period easier. I visited both the Pensacola and Mobile offices, with Pensacola as my primary location. Dr. Inge was excellent at diagnosing the cause of my infertility and advancing treatment. Debbie and Lee in Pensacola are the best; they were my main support throughout, and I am deeply grateful. Kelly works in the Mobile office and was the phone nurse I contacted most. She also showed exceptional care, always listening and addressing my concerns. I cannot praise the team highly enough and recommend them to anyone going through this difficult situation.

I am very disappointed by this clinic’s lack of responsiveness and attention. After my initial appointment, I was told I would receive a call within days. Weeks later, despite repeated calls and texts, I had received no call or follow-up. I understand clinics may have many patients and limited support, but ignoring repeated inquiries for weeks is unreasonable. The fertility process is deeply personal, vulnerable, and humbling. Seeking support takes courage, extensive paperwork, and physical and emotional effort for initial testing. I was hopeful and excited about this clinic because there are only two near my current home, so the lack of follow-up has left me very frustrated and disappointed. My husband and I must now explore other, very limited options. Despite this experience, I pray that the Lord will bless us.

I called this place every day for a week to schedule an appointment as an egg donor, and each time they told me the person who could schedule me was out of the office! Other times they said I would receive a call back, but nothing happened. I cannot imagine trying to reach their office while actually trying to conceive or build a family and having to deal with these employees! It is nerve-racking to think they would monitor me throughout the process when they cannot even answer a simple phone call!

Everyone in the office is wonderful. They are very kind and educate you throughout the process. I am very grateful for my time there. Scheduling appointments was easy. The phone menu routes to their Alabama office.

If you enjoy fighting medical bills, this is the place for you. You can expect years of problems. Do you want to return from deployment and find your wife still crying over Tricare issues while Tricare argues with 'special people' who invent stories and bill for things that may or may not have happened? Come here for enormous stress and a terrible experience. If these people have wronged you, I strongly recommend reporting their practices to Tricare and other insurers so they can audit them thoroughly. They will almost certainly find something interesting. In short, run and stay away from these people.

About 10 years ago, Dr. Inge helped my husband and me conceive. We now have a handsome son and a beautiful daughter. We did not need fertility treatment or anything else. He simply ordered the right tests, listened, and performed an outpatient procedure, and we became pregnant the next month. We cannot thank him enough. He is kind, compassionate, loyal, and inspiring. May God continue to use him to help other couples build the families of their dreams.

Dr. Inge, Dr. K, and the staff are the most compassionate and caring group of medical professionals I have ever had the privilege of meeting. They are like family to me. I firmly believe their mission is to help every couple achieve their dream of having a family. I am forever grateful to them!

Back in the 1990s, I saw ten different doctors for infertility. In 1999, I finally met Dr. George B. Inge. He was gentle and kind to both my husband and me. He was at Providence at the time. I became pregnant, and he even delivered my baby. Five months after my first child was born, I unexpectedly became pregnant, and Dr. Inge delivered my second child too. Seven months later, I became pregnant again! I love Dr. Inge and will always be grateful for his wisdom and approach. I am now the very proud mother of three young adults in their 20s, all thanks to Dr. Inge. I will always support him.
