Noel Peng, MD, is the founder and medical director of the IVF Institute.
He is a highly trained and experienced
subspecialist in reproductive endocrinology and infertility
and is double board-certified in obstetrics
and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and
infertility. For more than a decade, he has treated infertility
and performed in vitro fertilization (IVF).

publications. Dr. Peng was one of the first physicians in Texas
to use embryo vitrification (freezing without forming ice
crystals) to help his patients have children.

Over the years, Dr. Peng has received numerous
