The treatment from the billing department was terrible. Sue, who handles billing, should be reprimanded and should not work in customer service at any level. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Whenever I tried to speak, Sue talked over me. She yelled, treated me disrespectfully, and was very unprofessional.
I was given a price list because my insurance did not cover the procedure. Fine, then follow the OGI price list you gave me! When Sue heard me say I had been overcharged and the bill was three times the quoted amount, she became aggressive and rude.
Sue knew they had wronged me. OGI did not follow its own price list! This industry treats women like numbers and walking dollar signs.
How can you give me a price list and then billing, meaning Sue, sends me a bill for 3 times that amount? Greed.
I checked the prices for labs and ultrasounds and could have paid less elsewhere out of pocket. I also know places that would bill my insurance or labs where my cost would have been a fraction of what OGI charged me. Do not give me a false price list and then deceive me.
Sue was extremely unprofessional and clearly miserable. She would not even let me speak. I called several times before finally reaching her and repeatedly had to ask whether I could say something.
My voice was calm, and after months of trying to reach someone, I was glad finally to speak with billing. But Sue would not let me say anything. Unfortunately, she is the only billing person. She needs a solitary job that does not involve other people. I work in customer service, and no one in customer service should speak or raise their voice the way she did.
I should not have to ask the “business office,” “May I explain why I am calling?”
She said, “I am going to hang up on you,” and did. I was sitting quietly in a school hallway waiting for my child, calm and cooperative, yet Sue treated me disrespectfully.
Never good.
I will never return.
I simply wanted them to rebill me at the rates on their self-pay price list. Do not deceive me. I know that is what they did.
They also gave me a signed document stating they had checked with my insurance and expected my visits to be covered.
They were not.
I trusted their word, but they lied.
Stay away from this shady infertility business,
especially Sue in billing. She is terribly mean.
It is clearly just a money-making business for them. That is all.
They have no care or respect for their patients.
Sue, I hope you learn from this and begin practicing the Golden Rule today.

We had such a wonderful experience and rapport with Dr. Hassell, who is truly an excellent partner—knowledgeable, informative, and caring—that it pains me to write a negative review, but the issues with the front desk cannot be ignored.
I understand there is a late-arrival policy. We left home an hour early to arrive on time, but unusual traffic problems along the way still delayed us. Unfortunately, we arrived more than ten minutes late. Sadly, traffic was not our only problem; we also had to deal with the front desk.
Instead of greeting us immediately, they continued with the work in front of them. Instead of listening, they judged us. Instead of showing compassion, they lectured us about policy. Instead of easing the emotions of the situation, they went on a power trip that rivaled Nurse Ratched. And just like that, we were turned away. This was only a consultation; I cannot imagine the frustration and harm if it had been any kind of procedure.
Now we have a great deal to consider. Is this the experience we want during a vulnerable time? Is this the attitude we want to face whenever we seek help? Do we want to continue trusting a clinic like this with our medical care?
We only hope you learn as much from this encounter as we did.

Dr. Grajcyzk is truly one of a kind! Her holistic approach is exactly what I needed, and I am so grateful to have found her. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I receive the best care and genuinely cares about my overall health. I have never met a doctor who takes such a comprehensive and compassionate approach to my health. I feel very fortunate to see Dr. Grajcyzk and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gynecologist who truly prioritizes patients' needs.

I cannot recommend Dr. Grajczyk highly enough, and I have already referred many friends to her! She always ensures that I receive the answers and care I need, and I know I can trust her. I occasionally need to see other providers, and they have all been wonderful too.

I saw Dr. Thayer, and she was very rude. She told me my husband and I were incompatible and that was why I could not become pregnant, and she was unwilling to help me conceive. Do not go here. All they want is money; they do not care about your family-building goals.

My long-awaited daughter was delivered safely by the staff at OGI. Everyone at OGI was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about them. Thanks to their knowledgeable staff, my pregnancy and delivery went very smoothly.

Exceptional care and empathy from Dr. Mozey and the entire OGI Edina team
My wife has been a patient of Dr. Mozey for over a year, and the experience has been wonderful. From day one, Dr. Mozey has been proactive, attentive, and compassionate, making us feel genuinely seen and heard throughout our difficult journey with infertility and recovery.
Most impressive is that this care and thoughtfulness extends far beyond the doctor. The front desk staff, nurse practitioners, and ultrasound technicians all showed remarkable empathy and professionalism. They took time to understand my wife's specific condition and consistently avoided the insensitive or unnecessary questions we had encountered with previous providers who had not carefully reviewed her records.
Thanks to Dr. Mozey's expertise and interventions, which other doctors had previously declined, we are now expecting a daughter. We firmly believe we would not have reached this point without Dr. Mozey's care.

I previously had an excellent doctor there who treated my autoimmune condition and created a specialized hormone replacement therapy plan. The new doctor knew I wanted to continue the hormones but refused to prescribe them. Everything was documented in my chart. Although my blood test results were abnormal, they were stable overall. Since she stopped my hormones, my thyroid hormone level has surged to 1620, which is extremely serious because it had remained stable before the medication was stopped. I had extensive bloodwork proving this, but the doctor told me they do not normally test people my age. I now have serious health problems from stopping the hormones despite having an autoimmune condition.
I called two weeks ago and still have not received a response about the inadequate treatment I received. I still want to discuss this because it has affected my health.

I wholeheartedly recommend and thank my gynecologist, Dr. Melinda Chang. I had a very complicated hysterectomy, importantly one that was not expected to be so complex. When I imported my postoperative MyChart records into an AI system for interpretation, it even said that Dr. Chang's management of my complex surgery “fully demonstrated her outstanding clinical skill.” Dr. Chang always listens carefully and never rushes me. I always have many questions, and she patiently listens and answers each one. She even remembers personal details I have shared, which makes me feel she cares, and I truly believe she does. She is an exceptional doctor, and I am very grateful she is my physician. If I had to choose again, I cannot imagine anyone better to perform my surgery.
A note about the clinic: the staff are also very responsive. I sent several surgery-related messages through their electronic platform, and they always replied immediately—within a few hours, and sometimes in less than an hour. That was excellent as well.

Communication was generally good. I gave a low rating because I wish Dr. Schultz had not told us ablation was as effective as excision. After several doctors explained that ablation cannot fully treat endometriosis or improve fertility, I decided to pursue excision again.

Our entire family was very satisfied with the care provided during the pregnancy.
The facility is very clean, modern, and welcoming.
She had a difficult pregnancy, but they were extremely helpful and responsive. Their facility is also excellent.
I recommend delivering at another hospital rather than Southdale Hospital next to their clinic. Southdale placed us in an unclean delivery room with dried blood and urine still on the floor.
Worse, Southdale discharged my baby before the mother could leave the maternity ward because of complications. Because of a paperwork error, they stopped providing medical care to the newborn before discharging the mother. There were five hospital staff members, but no one could explain what happened beyond someone improperly discharging the baby.
That was Southdale Hospital, however, not the kind and helpful staff at this clinic.

I am immensely grateful to OGI. My entire fertility and pregnancy journey was spent at OGI. My husband and I qualified for IVF, and OGI seamlessly coordinated with the Mayo Clinic to smoothly complete this stage of treatment for us. During my hospitalization, I received attentive care from most of the doctors at OGI due to complications, and I would recommend them to everyone.
Dr. Naruko-Stewart and Nurse Susie W were my primary healthcare providers during pregnancy, and I sincerely thank them. With Dr. Naruko-Stewart's help, I successfully gave birth at 37 weeks of pregnancy, and now I am the mother of a perfect baby boy. I am very grateful to OGI and every healthcare professional here for their meticulous care.

I am very grateful to the team at OGI Edina! I have been seeing Dr. Hasseler for nearly 15 years, and she has consistently provided excellent care. Over the years, I have also seen several other staff members, and every visit has been wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this team and highly recommend both the Edina and Maple Grove clinics!

Please find a new receptionist or, as others have said, give her some training. People are clearly calling to schedule appointments for sensitive health concerns. I have called on two consecutive days now, and she was rude both times. If my doctor here were not so good, I would have hung up on that woman and found another clinic. She is unpleasant enough to drive away existing patients who know their providers. I cannot imagine what new patients who call

I was a new patient having a gynecological examination. The technician performing my bloodwork inserted the needle too deeply and off-center in my arm, hitting a nerve and causing immediate, extreme pain. I felt hot all over and was in unbearable pain, like an electric shock! Nerve damage. Two months later, my arm and wrist are still numb and painful. I also just learned through the clinic that other tests I requested were never actually completed. A double blow. Terrible experience. Be careful and take care.

I had a terrible experience with this clinic while scheduling my first visit. It also took a long time to reach a receptionist when trying to reschedule/cancel the appointment or ask any questions. They seem severely understaffed and unable to meet patients' needs. I ultimately booked with Voyage Healthcare in Maple Grove and received much better treatment.

I give the medical providers five stars—Dr. Grayczk, who is no longer there, and Dr. Zhang. Both doctors were excellent.
The reason for my two-star rating, and ultimately for leaving OGI, is this: I had gone to OGI for about six years and was excited to receive prenatal care there. I explained to every nurse, nurse practitioner, and physician that my pregnancy was high risk and required shared care with Mayo Clinic. Everyone assured me this would be fine. I had my first prenatal visit on April 29 and signed a release of information authorizing that day’s visit and ultrasound records to be sent to Mayo Clinic. I called several times to follow up and sent multiple messages through their medical-record system. Mayo Clinic even contacted OGI. Each time, they promised it would be done that day. I had blood drawn on May 6 and then followed up again in person. Mayo Clinic needed my records urgently to determine whether I required blood thinners for my safety. Every day the records were delayed put me at risk of a blood clot. Finally, on May 13, I called a manager to complain. The records were faxed 20 minutes after that call.
P.S. I could not even view any visit records in the portal, or I would have taken screenshots and sent them to Mayo Clinic myself. I asked whether I should write down the doctor’s recommendations during the visit, but the doctor said, ‘No, everything will be in the portal.’ I had to follow up repeatedly just to learn when the doctor wanted me to start iron supplements because no timing had been documented.
Mayo Clinic agreed that it was unsafe to continue care at OGI because of the poor communication, so I ended my care there.
I deliberately waited more than a week before writing this review to give them time to respond. To my surprise, no one from OGI contacted me or asked why I canceled my 12-week appointment. Perhaps that is standard, but I found it strange.

Before my appointment, I was required to pay $600 in cash upfront. That was months ago. The money was never applied to anything on my account, so I now have a bill of nearly $1,300. The customer-service representative could not explain where the $600 went and said I could not request a refund. She then called me very ‘passionate’ when I asked where my $600 was. Once my test results came back, the doctor provided no guidance. I recommend that everyone stay away. I will be finding a new clinic and contacting the attorney general to see whether they can determine where the $600 went.

Dr. Sarah Tillman and her team are truly wonderful. From the welcoming front-desk staff and support staff to the team directly guiding me through testing, treatment, and other steps, everyone made me feel extremely supported during this emotional journey full of uncertainty. They not only educated me about testing but also showed empathy and compassion and were very professional.

Thank you for not listening to me. I went to another hospital, and my thyroid level was 1620, globulin was 1.7, AST was 34, and my albumin/globulin ratio was 2.6. Perhaps when people report feeling unwell as I did, you should perform tests to identify the cause instead of jumping to conclusions.

My partner and I have been trying to conceive for a year. At the beginning of this year, I finally decided to see an OB-GYN. I called seven clinics before finally scheduling an appointment for February 16.
I was so happy and excited to finally have the opportunity to discuss my concerns with a doctor and find out whether something was truly wrong, as this had begun affecting my mental health. After waiting a month, I arrived for the appointment only to be told they could not see me because I owed $1600 for previous care at the neurosurgery clinic and had to pay it before seeing an OB-GYN. I wish I had known before the appointment instead of being denied care because of it. I left the clinic in tears and could barely drive home. It was one of the most painful experiences of my life, and I now feel I must continue this difficult journey alone. Thank you to the kind woman at the front desk who tried to comfort me. Please improve your communication so patients do not have to endure this pain. We have already been through so much before coming to your clinic.

I would like to share my recent experience with this clinic. The clinic manager contacted me and explained that under their policy, patients who reschedule three times may be dismissed from the practice. During the call, I was told that patients are not currently informed of this policy and that there are no plans to communicate it proactively. I found this very surprising and concerning.
For context, during my pregnancy I never missed an appointment, even when I was very unwell, and I always arrived 10 minutes early. Although I often saw the doctor 30–45 minutes after my scheduled time, I remained patient and understanding because delays can occur in medical settings, and I never complained.
Recently, due to circumstances beyond my control, I rescheduled my annual exam three times over several months because of a family emergency, my own illness, and my child’s illness. I never missed an appointment or canceled on the same day. Despite this, the clinic called to question why I had rescheduled, using a very rude and accusatory tone.
I want to emphasize that Dr. Brown is wonderful and every nurse I have met has been kind and thoughtful. My only concern is how this policy was communicated and how the situation was handled.
I believe clear communication and mutual respect are essential in health care, and I hope my feedback helps improve future patient experiences.

The scheduling department is a complete mess. The ultrasound technicians at Maple Grove Hospital are wonderful. I have been receiving prenatal monitoring here since August 2025, so I am now very familiar with the process. I had never dealt with the "supervisor" scheduler before, but even when there was a wait, they had always been able to fit in my appointments. Now, apparently, there are no openings at all, and she will not fit me in, I guess? I was previously told that prenatal monitoring could always be accommodated, but apparently that was not true. I wanted to schedule my final visit with the technicians who have been performing my exams for the past 8 months, but it looks like that will not happen.

I am deeply grateful for the dedication of the entire OGI medical team. Nurse Sarah is always so reassuring, and having her care for me during one of the most difficult times in my life was truly a blessing. When my hormone levels were not quite right, she was especially cautious and arranged an ultrasound for me at just over 5 weeks of pregnancy on very short notice. With her exceptional medical skill, Dr. Schultz discovered that I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy with internal bleeding and a sizable blood clot. Her voice was incredibly reassuring, even as she rushed me into surgery, setting aside everything else from the moment she walked into the clinic. After speaking with her for only a few minutes, I knew I could trust her completely. She is simply brilliant, and I am so grateful that she performed my surgery. From now on, I will entrust my health only to your medical team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done and will continue to do for me.

I have been a patient here for more than ten years. Dr. Grajczyk was previously my primary physician, but after she left the practice, I transferred to Dr. Zhang. I am very satisfied. Dr. Zhang is patient and thorough at every visit and never makes me feel rushed. She always listens carefully to my concerns, making me feel understood and valued. I trust her completely, and she is the best OB-GYN I have ever had!

My review reflects not only my personal experience but also the feedback and opinions of many others. First, the clinical staff deserves high praise. The doctors and nurses are outstanding and provide exceptional medical care—an absolutely perfect experience. Their compassion, professionalism, and quality of care deserve recognition.
However, the customer service and administration were disappointing, adding even more stress to an already stressful healthcare experience. Although the medical team performed exceptionally well, there appeared to be serious communication barriers between departments, inconsistent information over the phone, and a lack of clear processes and follow-up. This led to repeated miscommunication and unnecessary frustration.
There is a clear need to improve communication between departments, standardize processes, and increase overall operational efficiency. Without meaningful improvements in these areas, the patient experience will continue to suffer and will likely continue to be reflected in patient feedback and reviews. Even the strongest clinical team cannot compensate when operational and customer service challenges create additional barriers for patients.

I am deeply grateful to the OB-GYN and infertility clinic in Maple Grove for the compassion they showed during my pregnancy. They were there at every step, ensuring the safety of my baby and me. Most of all, I thank the one and only Dr. Rice, who did not give up on my pregnancy despite the tremendous difficulty of carrying my baby to term. Although we knew I could not reach full term, Dr. Rice did everything possible to help me reach 27 weeks. I remember first meeting her after I miscarried twins. Her presence lit up the room and gave me a sense of calm. After speaking with her, with God first, I knew my next pregnancy would be all right. I admire her dedication, resourcefulness, and expertise. She is very thorough with the information she provides. I am now blessed with my beautiful angel, who is one year and four months old. I recommend this clinic to all pregnant women.
