As a monitoring patient, I was fortunate that they always had my orders, but having to go elsewhere for bloodwork was inconvenient. It also makes little sense for a clinic today to use fax but not email. The staff could be friendlier and more considerate of patients. It is also inappropriate to turn away someone who brings a child when they are seeking care in hopes of having a baby.

    Very good service

Although Dr. Noble is very good, I always felt like a number during my visits. Appointments ran 1–3 hours late, the office was always hot, and the staff were not very responsive to questions. I felt more like a paycheck than a patient. After a failed IVF attempt and rescheduling an appointment, the office never contacted me again. I still do not know why the attempt failed. There are better options for infertility care.

I cannot express how much I dislike this clinic. I always waited two hours, they do not perform blood tests in-house, and the woman usually at the front desk was condescending and rude. This was not just one appointment—it was every appointment.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The women at the front desk were extremely rude, even hostile. They are the first people patients encounter at the clinic, and they made a very poor impression.

Before coming here, we had tried for a year, and a friend recommended him. Every time we met, he was patient, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely concerned about us. After our first insemination failed, he asked how I felt. I said I was fine, but he interrupted and asked, “No, I mean it—how do you feel?” He understood that this was a very sensitive time for his patients and for us, and he was truly wonderful. Every step of our journey was challenging, but he continually encouraged us not to lose hope and to keep trying. We ultimately decided to try IVF, and now we have learned that we are expecting our first baby! Infertility is a long journey with no definite timeline. Yes, there is a great deal of testing at the beginning. Yes, you must be patient. But ultimately, he will do everything he can to help because he is an excellent doctor. Thank you, Dr. Noble!
