California Center for Reproductive Medicine was our partner in helping my wife and me achieve our dream of parenthood. What we could not accomplish naturally was addressed through skill and advanced medicine. I had positive interactions with the staff, especially Dr. Arnold, during the years we were in their care. They stayed with us until we succeeded—twice!

If I could leave more than five stars, I would. I first signed with CACRM in 2021 for my first surrogacy journey. It was wonderful, and I had the best experience I could imagine. I knew I wanted another journey, so I enrolled a second time. I love Dr. Arnold; you can clearly see how much she cares and that she excels at what she does. Surrogacy coordinator Ashley is another reason I was so happy to enroll for a second journey. She was wonderful to work with and always there when I needed her. Dr. Mor is amazing! I researched doctors throughout the United States, and according to SART data, he had the highest live-birth success rate! We searched nationwide and saw doctors said to be the best, without success. With Dr. Mor's help, however, we now have a beautiful baby! He is truly outstanding, the best of the best!

This clinic is amazing. I was fortunate to learn about it through one of their surrogates. We began the surrogacy process and had two successful surrogacy journeys. My family would not be what it is today without Dr. Arnold and the team.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience as a surrogate with CACRM was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the beginning, their communication and follow-up fell far below what any surrogate should receive, especially when entrusting something so important to a clinic. Their employee Ashley repeatedly mishandled matters despite clear written communication and agreements. Fortunately, I kept every message, because many of our discussions were later ignored or contradicted. My reimbursement checks were ‘lost’ in the mail four times. Contractual payments were late more than once, including one that was over thirty days past the contractual deadline and was sent only after I followed up. They told me I would receive it in the next payment cycle, which I firmly refused. I repeatedly asked to speak directly with Dr. Arnold about my concerns, but on at least two occasions staff told me that ‘she does not handle these matters.’ I later learned that my requests to speak with her had never been passed along, leaving me feeling dismissed and unheard. I also complained to the clinic about Ashley several times. They always said they would address it, but nothing changed. Once, after traveling all day and arriving late at night, I discovered that the hotel room the clinic had promised to reimburse had not been paid for. At 10 p.m., I had to pay more than $500 out of pocket just to have somewhere to stay. The health insurance was also mishandled. Now, four months after the baby’s birth, I am still trying to get the clinic and its supposed ‘emergency insurance’ to address more than $36,000 in hospital bills that should have been handled properly from the beginning. No surrogate should experience this level of negligence and stress. I hope sharing my experience leads to greater oversight and accountability so future surrogates receive the professionalism and respect they deserve.

I was deeply disappointed by my experience with this surrogacy clinic. What should have been a caring and supportive process became stressful, frustrating, and discouraging. From the beginning, communication was poor, inconsistent, and often dismissive. During an already emotional time, I often felt unheard and left uninformed. Most upsetting was that after I clearly decided not to continue with the clinic, despite never signing a contract, they still sent me a bill. Receiving a bill without a signed agreement felt highly inappropriate and made me extremely angry. It added unnecessary financial stress and made the process feel transactional and unethical rather than supportive. The clinic lacked transparency, failed to meet expectations, showed little concern for the emotional and financial impact on intended parents, did not take the surrogate's emotional trauma seriously, and provided very poor follow-up. Surrogacy is a life-changing decision that requires trust, professionalism, and empathy. Unfortunately, this clinic fell far short in all three areas. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to proceed cautiously, ask detailed questions, and ensure everything is clearly documented before moving forward.

“The child is born!” Those four simple words have been long-awaited for ten years by our overseas relatives and their families! The joy, excitement, smiles, relief, and happiness were beyond words that could describe the true feelings of experiencing and witnessing the birth of the new-born baby from the delivery room! All thanks to Dr. Arnold and her amazing team who made the once-unreachable dream come true! It was a long and determined story of wanting a baby for ten years from our overseas relatives who tried numerous methods and medications, visited so many different doctors and hospitals, experienced heart-broken miscarriage, and etc. In January 2025 our overseas relatives came to visit us. With their permission, we made an alteration to their travel plan to visit a few reproductive clinics in our area. During our contacts and visits, one clinic raised their price from our initial meeting and the other did the test on our overseas relatives but no test results were given or any kind of follow-ups. When we introduced them to Dr. Arnold, she and her office staff greeted them with open arms, big smiles, and solid plans to help them reach their dream, having a baby! Having gone through ten years of hopes, disappointments, and struggles, with over 25-year of reproductive practices and success in Dr.Arnold, our overseas relatives decided to give it a try under the supervision of Dr. Arnold. Since that day, systematic and detailed plans were given and carefully monitored by Dr. Arnold and her team. Our overseas relatives were enthusiastically and fully engaged and carried out. Step by step, one medication after another, one mock cycle after another, one test after another, the miracle started taking place! The pregnancy was successfully progressing month after month and the baby was growing healthy and well in her womb!!! We are so happy and thankful to Dr. Arnold and her team, who provided instructions clearly and explicitly and answered our questions promptly and patiently throughout the process! They are wonderful to work with and they are super helpful and supportive along the way!!! Thank you, thank you, Dr. Arnold and your great team from the bottom of our hearts!!! You made the impossible possible!!! You are the angels!!!

Clear and efficient, and everything worked on the first attempt. We traveled from France to California to fulfill our dream of becoming parents with Dr. Arnold. We are now happy parents!

I always felt that choosing Dr. Arnold's office was a good decision. I evaluated three other infertility clinics but did not want to attend any of them. Infertility treatment is extremely expensive and a major investment. I wanted to entrust my care to a doctor who wanted me to succeed, not one who wanted my money or cared mainly about success statistics. I considered Kaiser, Reproductive Partners, and an independent clinician at another fertility chain, but they did not feel right. Finally, I asked a colleague where he and his wife had gone. Dr. Arnold had helped them have twins ten years earlier and still remembered them! My colleague introduced me and said his wife had researched extensively before choosing Dr. Arnold. I understand why. Dr. Arnold works independently, so she answers only to her patients, not a corporation or shareholders. She does not belong to a clinical group with rigid protocols or guidelines. She evaluates each patient individually and decides what is best for that person. I work in healthcare and can tell you that two factors support a medical procedure's success: the doctor's experience and personal involvement. Dr. Arnold is extremely hands-on and does not delegate tasks. She personally reviews every laboratory and ultrasound result and makes patient-specific decisions. Unlike other clinics, she has no age limit. If you have potential, she will work with you. For these reasons, her success rate is very high. Dr. Arnold once told me that more than 90% of her patients become pregnant, and I believe it because I am one of them. Unlike clinics focused on money, her office may actually help you save. At my first consultation, the secretary told me insurance might reimburse me; I had not known. The IVF coordinator sometimes gave me donated extra medication so I would not need to buy a whole package for one extra dose. She has a small, highly dedicated staff who respect her greatly. One nurse said she had worked at almost every fertility clinic in the city and stayed with Dr. Arnold because she believed Dr. Arnold was more honest and ethical with patients. Nothing about this woman is impersonal. When you arrive, they know your name, and you become part of their office family just as they become part of yours. I thank my lucky stars that I found her, and we look forward to our own child's arrival.

Dr. Arnold is a wonderful doctor. I love her and am very grateful for her help. I spoke with several other IVF specialists, but none compared with Dr. Arnold.
