    I have been Dr. Mor's patient for five years, first for egg preservation and then while trying to conceive with unexplained infertility. Dr. Mor always accommodated my work schedule, treated me as a friend and individual rather than another patient, and showed empathy and compassion during a very difficult period.     This was my first visit for an appointment with Dr. Mors. The women in the office were lovely and helped with all my questions and paperwork. The views from the waiting and examination rooms were beautiful. Parking is in a garage, and the attendant was exceptionally kind and assured me my vehicle was safe.     Seven years ago, when my son was born, I had my tubes tied. I believed I should be allowed time before making such a decision, but after 36 hours of terrible contractions, the delivering doctor gave in to my request. I would not have chosen it under other circumstances. Dr. Mor repaired my tubes and restored my ability to have children, and I am very grateful. The process was simple and everyone was supportive. Although I was not an expensive IVF patient, they treated my journey as equally important. They performed ultrasound imaging to examine my tubes, and I felt confident everything would go well. They also had a plan for dye testing if I did not conceive, rather than operating and forgetting me. The doctors are very intelligent. Tubal reversal cost one-third of the price charged in San Diego, and Dr. Mor has had considerable success compared with SD providers. It was the best decision I could make. My reversal was January 5, 2024. I am now seven weeks pregnant, the pregnancy is not ectopic, and the heart is beating safely in my uterus.     Before considering this clinic, I strongly recommend thorough research. The following describes a recent strange, deeply disturbing, and unprofessional experience. Background: After years of trying to conceive naturally and through IUI, we decided to use a gestational carrier (GC). We chose CCRH and Dr. Tina Koopersmith as our embryo transfer physician. What happened: On transfer day, our GC was prepared while we waited for Dr. Koopersmith. About 20 minutes after the scheduled time, she arrived and immediately said she was late because she had been ‘journaling’ and had experienced some revelations. She then reviewed the documents and suddenly questioned why we had chosen a double embryo transfer (DET) rather than a single embryo transfer (SET), although DET had always been the plan. As Dr. Koopersmith prepared for the transfer, she appeared confused and asked the nurse where the instruments were, although the nurse had already prepared everything. Dr. Koopersmith then began preparing our GC's intimate area without gloves, putting them on only when ready to perform the procedure. During this time, she delivered a monologue about her morning journal, including these points: 1. Infertility is a blessing because the planet is deteriorating, and reducing the population may be a solution. 2. Light and darkness coexist, and every good human action is accompanied by an evil one. 3. Children are humanity's only hope of repairing the world. 4. Society is patriarchal, and we need to reduce the male population or ensure that women dominate social organizations. During this disturbing conversation, Dr. Koopersmith inserted the first pipette but quickly realized, after viewing the grainy ultrasound image, that it was too short; their equipment was outdated. She then took another pipette and again scolded the nurse. Finally, she forcibly inserted a larger pipette, causing our GC to grimace in pain, and expelled our two embryos. The embryologist confirmed that the applicator was clear. As Dr. Koopersmith left the room, she said, ‘Prepare for quadruplets, because we put in two. Hopefully your children can fix this chaotic world.’ We were completely shocked and needed several minutes to process what had happened. I then clarified matters with the nurse, and several serious concerns became evident: 1. The procedure area was far from sterile; Dr. Koopersmith handled the GC's skin without gloves. 2. The pipette was inserted with excessive force, causing our GC visible pain throughout the procedure. 3. Our embryo grades, unique identifiers, and personal information were never checked or verified. We have no way of knowing whether the embryos were correct or even ours. 4. The emotional atmosphere was extremely tense and negative, making us very uncomfortable and causing us to question Dr. Koopersmith's mental state during the procedure. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. The unprofessional conduct, lack of safety, and disregard for procedural accuracy were shocking and dangerous. We decided to transfer our remaining embryos to another clinic but were told we must pay $2,500 to move our own tissue out of their care. We had a follow-up call with clinic owner Dr. Mor to discuss the situation. Rather than listen, he shouted at us, said, ‘This will be a one-sided conversation,’ and expressed disbelief that we would seek treatment elsewhere. This clinic is corrupt and negligent and appears primarily motivated by profit. My advice is to seek care elsewhere.

    Serious concerns about CCRH: unprofessional care, hidden fees, and questionable practices. Our experience at the California Center for Reproductive Health (CCRH) was deeply distressing and raised serious concerns about the clinic's standard of care. During a recent embryo transfer, the procedure was performed with blatant disregard for basic medical protocols. The attending physician failed to maintain sterility and behaved unprofessionally throughout, causing unnecessary stress and discomfort during what should have been a hopeful, positive experience. Our doctor's parting words were, ‘Good luck; hopefully your children can fix this chaotic world!’ Even more frustrating, we had to pay an additional $2,500 to retrieve our remaining embryos from their laboratory. We now pray that the embryos were properly preserved and not damaged while in their care. CCRH offered to waive the fee only if we signed a lengthy indemnity form releasing the clinic, its affiliates, partners, and others from any claims. Given our experience, we could not in good conscience sign such a document. It is alarming to think other patients may receive similar treatment. We later learned that CCRH has been involved in serious legal issues concerning embryo mix-ups, further increasing our concerns about its practices. We strongly urge anyone considering CCRH to use caution and research all options thoroughly before deciding. Our experience left us questioning the clinic's integrity and safety.

Yvonne helped with the donor's legal matters, and Baylee guided us through the donation process and always kept us informed.     What can I say about this incredible doctor and his incredible staff? Words will never be enough. We tried many other approaches with another doctor but made no progress.     Dr. Eliran Mor helped us realize our dream of starting a family. He was always kind, attentive, and thorough and answered every question. During difficult periods in our fertility journey, he helped us remain positive. He was honest about what was needed and that more than one IVF cycle might be necessary.     After repeated laboratory tests and ultrasounds indicated that I was in early menopause, we tried three rounds of mini-stimulation IVF without success. Following those failed cycles, Dr. Mohr told me in November 2023 to call him when I was ready for donor eggs. We were open to that route, but he did not even give me another chance to use my own eggs, even though all my hormone levels suddenly returned to normal. I ultimately paid for testing through Quest, which consistently showed normal hormone levels, and tried contacting CCRH through the portal. I never heard from them again. I eventually contacted another clinic, which performed an ultrasound in December 2023 and found that my egg count was normal for my age. Less than a month later, I became pregnant without any medical intervention and gave birth to a healthy girl three weeks ago. Although the laboratory work and ultrasounds at CCRH were not incorrect, I was dismissed and ignored when I said something did not add up. I am glad I trusted my body and did not listen to Dr. Mohr.

    Dr. Mor is the best. I began seeing him here in 2020 when I was 42. I am now 46 and preparing to transfer another frozen embryo, hoping for baby #3. Baby #1 was born in 2021 and baby #2 in 2023. My two children mean everything to me and bring me so much happiness and joy. I credit Dr. Mor with giving me another chance at motherhood after I had no success at another clinic.     I nearly lost my life from severe bleeding after an egg retrieval at this clinic. It was not the ovarian overstimulation-related bleeding they had warned me could occur in people who had many eggs retrieved; it was a surgical wound. More than six months later, now that I am more stable physically and emotionally, I want to calmly and objectively describe my frightening experience after egg retrieval under general anesthesia at this clinic as a warning to other women. I did no research before choosing this clinic. A colleague introduced me and directly recommended a sales representative from its U.S. office. The video consultation was scheduled quickly and lasted about ten minutes. They said I could book my trip directly and have my follicles checked after arrival. In the United States, Dr. Mor handled the examination and ovarian stimulation plan. At the last examination, however, the procedure was scheduled for a weekend when Dr. Mor was off and unavailable, so a female doctor I had never met was assigned to perform it. I asked whether it could be postponed until Monday, but he said no. Although I had concerns, I trusted the doctor's professional opinion. On the day of surgery, I joked, “Do not kill me.” They were shocked and said I was overthinking it because someone with fewer than 10 baseline follicles like me had a very low chance of complications. I never expected my life would actually be in danger. When I woke after surgery, I thought I had finally made it through. The vaginal opening felt pinched and painful, and I had mild lower abdominal pain. The clinic's sales representative said that if I had no bleeding or significant discomfort within 24 hours, I could fly home to China. I booked a flight for the following afternoon, 36 hours after surgery. After returning to China, I had a small amount of bleeding every day. One day, a soft, oval, membrane-covered object about half the length of an index finger came out. It did not look like a blood clot, and I later learned this was a serious sign. I asked the sales representative, who said it was normal. I had no other discomfort, so I did not pay attention to it. Seven days after returning home, while eating in the company cafeteria, I suddenly felt a warm flow from my lower body. When I stood up, I saw that the chair beneath me was covered in blood, even though I was wearing a sanitary pad. I had never experienced such heavy menstrual bleeding and became frightened. It was after 7 p.m. Beijing time. I called the sales representative, but there was no answer. In the restroom, large amounts of blood continued to pour out, some of it clotting rapidly. I reassured myself because I had read online that the first period after ovarian stimulation could be heavier. I asked a colleague to bring me a new sanitary pad and, supported by coworkers, struggled back to my desk. They advised me to drive home and rest. While I stood there, the blood was still flowing so quickly that it soaked through an overnight menstrual brief within minutes. I remembered a woman at our company who had died from massive bleeding caused by an ectopic pregnancy while being transported for emergency care. But I was single, so an ectopic pregnancy was impossible... Confused and afraid, I debated whether to drive home and rest or go to the hospital. A colleague said my lips had turned extremely pale, so another kind colleague immediately called 120 and accompanied me to the emergency department. Because the doctors in China did not know what had happened during my surgery under general anesthesia in the United States, I underwent multiple examinations. They used medication for postpartum hemorrhage to stop the bleeding, but it would start again in less than a day. I had lost half my blood volume, nearly went into shock, and required a blood transfusion. Senior doctors held an emergency consultation and advised another operation under general anesthesia to locate the wound, suture it completely, and stop the bleeding. After fasting for 10 hours, I entered the emergency operating room at 8 p.m. During rounds the next day, the doctor told me that surgery had revealed a 2 cm wound in the posterior vaginal fornix, which he had spent a long time repeatedly reinforcing with sutures. I was stunned that an egg retrieval could cause such a long wound. Even more puzzling was why there had been no massive bleeding immediately after the retrieval, only seven days later, since I have never had a clotting problem. I then told the doctor about the oval object that had previously come out of my vagina. He said it may have been hemostatic material placed over the bleeding site after the U.S. egg retrieval. When it fell out, the wound was too large and had not healed, causing the hemorrhage. CCRH later confirmed this when I retained an attorney: bleeding had indeed occurred during surgery, and Dr. Smith used something to stop it. They said the bleeding stopped at the time, so I was sent to recovery. Yet throughout the entire process, CCRH never told me which area had been injured and bled during surgery or that foreign material had been used to stop the bleeding. After I was hospitalized for massive bleeding, my sales representative informed Dr. Mor. He added me on WeChat but never apologized, only expressed regret. He also discussed with the sales staff the possibility that I had injured myself after returning to China. He repeatedly insisted on meeting with me, despite my telling him many times that I had just narrowly survived and was still too weak to have a discussion with them. After discharge, I shared my experience on my personal social media because, when I was helpless and overwhelmed during the hemorrhage, I could not find any accounts of bleeding like mine. Because there are no nerves inside the vagina, a person could bleed to death without pain or discomfort. I nearly delayed treatment because of a moment's hesitation, and fortunately I chose to go to the hospital and survived. I wanted other women who, like me, feel helpless and uninformed when traveling to the United States for egg retrieval to have a point of reference. Egg retrieval under general anesthesia is not the minor procedure they claim it is. Women need to understand the risks and not take them lightly. When something goes wrong, the clinic denies all responsibility; before surgery, they have us sign a very thick set of documents in English. There is also no insurance of this kind in the United States, so we must bear the consequences ourselves. While I was recovering, a friend in the United States who heard about my experience found news reports showing that CCRH had transferred the wrong patient's embryo several years earlier. This made me very anxious, so I decided to move the few embryos whose results had just become available out of the clinic. At that point, I only knew that after my body had been harmed, I could not allow my embryos to remain at risk there. At that time, Dr. Mor was in China promoting the clinic and recruiting clients. After hearing that I had published an article, he confronted me and said what I wrote was untrue and unfair to him. In fact, he had not even read what I wrote. I never disclosed the clinic's name; I only described my overall experience and feelings. He cared only about his business. As a result, the entire embryo transfer process became extremely difficult. I was willing to follow every procedure, including paying additional fees and obtaining notarization, but they said Dr. Mor had to speak with me by video before they would release my embryos. I said I did not want another conversation with the clinic that had caused me physical harm. Why could any necessary matters not be explained in writing? Eventually, I asked the Chinese sales representative at their office to relay this message: if they wanted to earn money from Chinese people, they had to respect Chinese people. If they continued abusing their power to withhold my embryos, they could not intimidate me; I would do everything in my power to fully expose their conduct. Only then did they agree to release my embryos. By that time, more than 3 months had passed since I first requested the transfer... This entire ordeal was physically and emotionally exhausting. Women who have no choice but to travel to the United States for IVF should choose their clinic carefully.

    I feel this review has been two and a half years in the making. I had tubal reversal surgery in December 2022. We started trying in January and became pregnant in April, but I ultimately miscarried. I became pregnant again in November 2023 but miscarried. I became pregnant again in February 2024, and that also ended in miscarriage. After all these early losses, Dr. Mor and his team asked me to undergo bloodwork to identify the underlying reason I could not maintain a pregnancy. Nothing was found except a possible clotting disorder, so I began taking low-dose aspirin. I eventually had a hysterosalpingogram (HSG), which showed that my right fallopian tube was blocked but my left tube was open. After more bloodwork and an AMH test, Dr. Mor and other fertility specialists told me our best option for pregnancy was in vitro fertilization (IVF). My husband and I could not afford IVF, so we had no choice but to continue trying naturally. I began taking CoQ10 in September to support egg health, and my husband and I started a ketogenic diet in January 2025. By February, I had conceived naturally. Dr. Mor and his staff arranged ultrasounds and bloodwork, and so far everything looks good, including seeing a heartbeat at 6 weeks. Because I live in another state, they coordinated all of this remotely over the past 2 years. I am now 21 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy! None of this would have been possible without the care of Dr. Mor and his staff. Thank you so much for performing my reversal surgery, supporting me throughout infertility, and helping me after I finally overcame the odds and became pregnant.     I’m writing this review as our almost 9-month old is taking his nap! My husband and I (34F at the time of the first visit and birth) chose this clinic based on the proximity to our place and the great reviews and glad that we chose Dr. Mor’s team. We've been trying for a year and a half before we decided it was time. Tried IUI the first time, didn't work, and then switched immediately over to IVF. Got pregnant with the first transfer! Dr. Mor is professional and competent doctor with a great bedside manner and everyone working there including the nurse and finance team have been super supportive throughout the whole journey.     Dr. Mor and his entire team are wonderful. A friend recommended Dr. Mor to me after being referred by another friend. I had already seen three doctors while searching for the right fit. After ten minutes of conversation, I knew he was the doctor I wanted because he was practical, direct, and friendly. Fertility treatment is difficult, and problems can seem to pile up from the moment you enter the clinic, but Dr. Mor offered solutions. I completed three IVF cycles at his clinic; he performed two, and another doctor performed one while he was on vacation. Unfortunately, I do not recommend her, but that was my decision. I should have waited for him. Dr. Mor gave me three embryos, and now I have a daughter. She is three months old and the love of my life! It was not easy, but we did it. Dr. Mor, my June, and I had a baby together. She is beautiful. If you want a capable, resourceful doctor with excellent infrastructure who will guide you through IVF honestly and directly, I absolutely recommend him. All his nurses are also very kind and make the process easier. This is a place you can trust.

    I am furious and must warn other women! I learned about this clinic through a friend who succeeded here. I found the clinic's phone number on Google and wanted to schedule a consultation directly with a doctor, as my English is fine. The clinic said a Chinese-speaking colleague would contact me. Later, someone calling herself “Dr. Yang” contacted me and said she worked at the hospital and would arrange a video consultation with the attending doctor. I had a video consultation with Dr. Mor, who seemed professional and gave me a clear treatment recommendation, so I planned to choose this clinic. Later, I wanted to ask the friend who referred me about some details and thought of “Dr. Yang.” When I asked my friend about her, my friend said she had never seen a Chinese-speaking female doctor throughout her treatment. I became suspicious and called the clinic again, asking to be transferred to “Dr. Yang.” This time, the person who answered said the clinic had no Chinese-speaking female doctor named Yang, only the male doctor I had consulted and another English-speaking female doctor. Concerned that there was a mistake, I explained that I had previously contacted her on WeChat and that she had arranged my video appointment. The person then said she knew who it was: the so-called Dr. Yang was an “agent” for the clinic, not a clinic employee and certainly not a doctor. My goodness—I then realized I had apparently been deceived by an unauthorized intermediary posing as a doctor. I had seen similar reports on Xiaohongshu but never expected it to happen to me, especially because the clinic itself told me to contact her. Everyone, please be vigilant! If this is a legitimate agency, why not state that openly? This deception is disgusting. Even more disheartening is that the clinic appears to tolerate it. How can anyone feel confident choosing it?

    I first saw Dr. Mor several years ago to freeze my eggs. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout a very successful process. When my husband and I were ready to use those frozen eggs for IVF, I immediately knew I wanted Dr. Mor. We had moved far away, but it was worth traveling for a skilled doctor who put me at ease.     After nearly two years of trying to conceive, my OB-GYN referred me to Dr. Moore. From the first consultation, he put me at ease during what felt like an overwhelming IVF process. He carefully reviewed my fertility history and created a treatment plan based on his recommendations, clearly explaining what was and was not necessary. I had consulted other doctors whose IVF protocols were one-size-fits-all, but Dr. Moore's plan seemed better suited to my situation. He was also candid that a second transfer generally had a higher chance of success, which was important to keep in mind. I began IVF in late October and had my first frozen embryo transfer at the end of November, which resulted in pregnancy! Even with the best possible outcome, I still could not believe the first transfer worked. I am now 15 weeks pregnant and in my second trimester. Building our family would not have been possible without Dr. Moore and his excellent team, especially nurse Becky, who always reassured me. Communication through their portal was consistently smooth, and everyone was kind throughout. IVF is not an easy journey, but I feel incredibly fortunate for the help and support Dr. Moore and his team gave me. Update #2: Dr. Moore and his team worked another miracle! Nearly two years later, they gave us another opportunity to grow our family. I am delighted to share that I officially "graduated" from the clinic today! This time, before the frozen embryo transfer, Dr. Moore carefully prepared my body and ensured I was in the best possible condition. He first performed a hysteroscopy and removed uterine polyps so they would not interfere with implantation.     This is our second baby with CCRH and we are so grateful. Dr. Mor and his team are always very caring and friendly. It can be an overwhelming treatment so it’s nice to know that they know you by name and are comforting no matter how long time it has been since the last visit. It is always a good feeling knowing you graduated and you can live in to your OB, but sad to know that you won’t see the familiar faces and feel the warm treatment during visits.

    When you truly want a child and a family, you expect everything to be easy. But after trying repeatedly without success, walking into a clinic can be terrifying as you imagine everything that might be wrong with you or your partner. This clinic moved our process along as quickly as possible for our circumstances, and we soon conceived our son, who was born in late 2024. I am now pregnant with our daughter, who will arrive later this year. Dr. Mor and his outstanding team gave us tremendous support and hope. They shared in our losses and always remembered our names. After my first IVF cycle failed with another fertility specialist in Los Angeles, I was referred to Dr. Mor. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with him and the CCRH team! Dr. Mor approached my case with great curiosity and rigor, reassuring me that he had considered and treated every possible issue. In addition to egg retrieval, he performed my first hysteroscopy to remove uterine fibroids and a second laparoscopic procedure to treat a hydrosalpinx blockage. He coordinated both procedures to be done at the same time, reducing the number of times I needed anesthesia, which was wonderful. I also recovered much faster than after my first surgery with another doctor. His curiosity, care, and thoughtfulness gave me confidence in his treatment plan, eased my anxiety, and helped me trust the process.     A year ago, I was deeply discouraged about becoming pregnant. I found Dr. Mor on Google because of his excellent reviews, and I am so glad I did. When I visited his clinic, I was at my lowest point and did not believe I could become a mother. I asked for help, and he recommended intrauterine insemination (IUI). I began treatment on April 4, 2025, and had a positive pregnancy test by May 2, 2025. It changed my life. He gave me the greatest gift of my life: my daughter.     If you are looking for a fertility clinic, CCRH is absolutely the best choice! First, every staff member is kind, helpful, and responsive. Whenever I called with a question, they replied the same day, usually within an hour. Dr. Mor is a miracle worker. Other doctors advised me to consider adoption or donor eggs because my chances of having my own child were extremely low.     I want to start off by saying that my wife and I are beyond grateful for having been recommended to Dr. Mor. From the very beginning we were made felt welcomed and that they were with us in this journey, we were not alone. We are truly grateful that our journey has been successful. We started back in March. We originally thought that it would be a long process. (I understand that for each patient is different.) but even though it's been a short journey with Dr. Mor it's been quite a success. In addition, Dr. Cooper has been a great help and advocate in our journey with our baby's first trimester.     I am a surrogate at Dr.Saddat’s office . Who is an amazing doctor who cares dearly for his patients. I had prior went to a different dr’s office and was having trouble getting pregnant.     This was by far the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. A fertility clinic should understand better than anyone how vulnerable and stressful this journey is, yet I was left without information for weeks. I had testing two weeks ago and should have received the results more than a week ago. After countless calls, emails, and follow-ups, I received only silence, delays, and shockingly poor communication. Imagine undergoing a treatment as expensive, physically demanding, and emotionally exhausting as IVF while also facing such serious neglect and poor communication. This concerns people's health, fertility, and future families. The lack of urgency, compassion, and professionalism made an already frightening process far more painful.

    Unfortunately, our coordinator Lizette was extremely unprofessional, inconsistent, and, frankly, incompetent. Because of the poor communication, I repeatedly had to contact her to ask about the next step in treatment. Often, she did not know. When she could not explain why treatment had been interrupted, she blamed my insurance company and became very angry, insisting it was their fault instead of looking for a solution. When I gently told her that her tone toward me felt harsh because I was shocked, she raised her voice on the phone and complained that she was not angry; instead, I, as the customer and patient, was upsetting her. She blamed me for not contacting her earlier about my menstrual cycle. I said I had tried, but again, there had been poor communication. I hung up in tears, deeply disappointed that a well-known medical institution would put someone like this in charge of patient care. We come to you feeling vulnerable and hoping for help. This low level of empathy and customer service is inappropriate.

    Can’t recommend RFC enough! We’ve been with this fertility clinic for 4 years. From egg retrieval to embryo transfers all the staff has been lovely. Our IVF coordinator, Lizette, was very helpful in every step of the way. Dr. Saadat was very kind and always answered our questions. The front office always kept communication and also answered any questions/requests on a timely manner. Our first transfer has been a success.

    After several years of infertility, countless emotions, and a failed IUI experience at another clinic, we were beginning to lose hope that we would ever become parents. The moment we found Dr. Mor and his team, something felt different. We had a feeling this was finally the clinic that would help us achieve our dream of having a family, and we are so grateful that we trusted that feeling. Thanks to Dr. Mor and the entire team, my wife became pregnant on our very first round of IVF, and today we are blessed with our beautiful daughter.     I wish I could give this clinic zero stars. Their attitude is terrible, especially Julie, the new-patient coordinator, who was extremely rude. After my mother died, I completely forgot to cancel my appointment within three days, and they still tried to charge me. They are incredibly greedy. Stay away from this clinic; the service is awful.

    Dr. Mor has been my reproductive endocrinologist since I decided to freeze my eggs in 2023. During the consultation, he explained the entire process in detail and was very optimistic. I also froze embryos using donor sperm, and throughout that process he was dedicated to meeting my needs. I highly recommend Dr. Mor to any woman who wants to become a mother, even without a partner. He is warm, thoughtful, and optimistic. He is highly knowledgeable and can make you smile even when you feel discouraged. During my embryo transfer, I had to face the pain of being without a partner, but Dr. Mor stayed by my side, reassured me, and gave me tremendous encouragement. I also want to praise the clinic staff. The administrative team and nurses are very professional and always ready to help. The nurses always returned my calls before the end of the day; I never had to wait until the next day for an answer. That peace of mind was wonderful. They have an excellent patient portal where you can ask questions, or you can call if, like me, you prefer the traditional approach. Nurse practitioner Maria is one of the best clinicians I have ever met. She is attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and exceptional in every way!

    My experience with Dr. Mor was wonderful from start to finish. We had been unable to conceive, and at age 36 we felt time was running out. At every visit I felt reassured and confident about our chances. Dr. Mor explained every possibility and option in detail to give us the best chance of success. And it worked!     My experience here over the past two years has been wonderful!     After years of infertility, my husband and I decided to seek fertility treatment. We visited Dr. Mor and his team full of hope. From the consultation onward, Dr. Mor explained everything patiently and thoroughly, putting us at ease. He carefully developed our treatment plan, including scheduling and testing.     A friend referred me to Dr. Eliran Mor at California Center for Reproductive Health (CCRH). I was 41 with secondary infertility and knew time was critical. From the first visit, Dr. Mor was warm, thorough, and honest about our chances of success. He immediately completed a comprehensive evaluation and created a personalized, hopeful treatment plan. Over several cycles, he thoughtfully adjusted the plan to our circumstances and never gave up on us. I am now 14 weeks pregnant! At one point, treatment felt hopeless, but Dr. Mor's careful guidance and confidence helped us through. I felt supported not only by him but by the entire CCRH team.     I am furious and have to warn everyone to be careful! I learned about this clinic through a friend who had succeeded here. I found the clinic's phone number on Google and wanted to schedule a consultation directly with a doctor, since my English is fine. On the phone, the clinic said a Chinese-speaking colleague would contact me. Later, someone calling herself "Dr. Yang" contacted me. She said she worked at the hospital and would arrange a video consultation with the attending physician. I had a video consultation with Dr. Mor, who seemed professional and gave me a clear treatment recommendation, so I planned to choose this clinic. Later, I wanted to ask the friend who recommended the clinic about a few details and suddenly thought of "Dr. Yang." When I asked my friend about her, my friend said she had never seen any Chinese-speaking female doctor during her entire treatment! I immediately became suspicious and called the clinic again to confirm, asking to be transferred to "Dr. Yang." This time, the person who answered told me directly that the clinic had no Chinese-speaking female doctor named Yang—only the male doctor I had consulted and another English-speaking female doctor. To make sure there was no misunderstanding, I specifically explained that I had contacted her before, added her on WeChat, and that she had arranged my video appointment. The person then said she knew who I meant and explained that the so-called Dr. Yang was an "agent" for the clinic, not a clinic employee and certainly not a doctor! My goodness, I finally realized—had I been deceived by an unscrupulous agent posing as a doctor?! I had seen similar exposés on Xiaohongshu, but never imagined it would happen to me. And the clinic itself had told me to contact her... Everyone, please be vigilant! If she is a legitimate agent, why not be open about it? This kind of deception is appalling. Even more disheartening is that the clinic apparently tolerates it. How can anyone feel comfortable choosing them?

    Dr. Mor and his entire team are wonderful. A friend recommended him after another friend’s care there. I had consulted three doctors, but within ten minutes I knew Dr. Mor was right for me: practical, direct, and kind. Fertility treatment is difficult and problems can feel relentless, but he offered solutions. I completed three IVF cycles at his clinic, two with him and one with another doctor while he was away. I do not recommend her, but waiting was my choice. Dr. Mor gave me three embryos, and now I have a beautiful 3-month-old daughter, the love of my life. It was not easy, but Dr. Mor, my June, and I made a baby together. I absolutely recommend him if you want a capable, well-resourced doctor with strong facilities who will guide you through IVF honestly and directly. His nurses are also very kind and make the process easier. This is a trustworthy place.

    I’m writing this review as our almost 9-month old is taking his nap! My husband and I (34F at the time of the first visit and birth) chose this clinic based on the proximity to our place and the great reviews and glad that we chose Dr. Mor’s team. We've been trying for a year and a half before we decided it was time. Tried IUI the first time, didn't work, and then switched immediately over to IVF. Got pregnant with the first transfer! Dr. Mor is professional and competent doctor with a great bedside manner and everyone working there including the nurse and finance team have been super supportive throughout the whole journey.     I feel this review has been two and a half years in the making. I had tubal reversal surgery in December 2022. We began trying in January and conceived in April, but I miscarried. I became pregnant again in November 2023 and miscarried, then again in February 2024 with the same outcome. After these early losses, Dr. Mor and his team ordered blood tests to look for an underlying cause. Nothing was found except a possible clotting disorder, so I began taking low-dose aspirin. An HSG eventually showed that my right fallopian tube was blocked but my left tube was open. After more bloodwork and an AMH test, Dr. Mor and other fertility specialists said IVF was our best chance of pregnancy. My husband and I could not afford IVF, so we continued trying naturally. I began taking CoQ10 for egg health in September, and my husband and I started a ketogenic diet in January 2025. By February, I conceived naturally. Dr. Mor and his staff arranged ultrasounds and bloodwork, and everything has looked good so far, including a heartbeat at 6 weeks. Because I live in another state, they coordinated all this remotely over the past 2 years. I am now 21 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy! None of this would have been possible without Dr. Mor and his staff. Thank you for performing my reversal, supporting me throughout infertility, and helping me after I finally conceived against the odds. I am so happy that we can have another child without IVF.     I nearly lost my life from severe bleeding after egg retrieval at this clinic. It was not ovarian overstimulation-related bleeding from retrieving many eggs, as they had previously described, but a surgical wound. More than six months later, now that I am more stable physically and emotionally, I want to describe calmly and objectively what happened after my egg retrieval under general anesthesia and warn other women. I did no research before choosing this clinic. A colleague introduced me directly to a salesperson from its U.S. office. The video consultation lasted only about ten minutes; I was told to book my trip and have my follicles checked after arrival. Dr. Mor handled my U.S. examinations and stimulation protocol, but when the procedure was scheduled at my final checkup, it fell on a weekend when he was unavailable. He arranged for a female doctor I had never met to perform it. I asked whether it could wait until Monday, but he said no. Although concerned, I trusted his professional judgment. On the day of surgery, I joked, "do not kill me." Everyone was shocked and said I was overthinking it because complications were rare with fewer than 10 baseline follicles. I never expected my life would truly be at risk. When I woke up, I thought the ordeal was finally over. The vaginal opening felt sore, as though something was lodged there, and I had mild lower abdominal pain. The clinic's salesperson said I could fly home if I had no bleeding or significant discomfort within 24 hours. I flew home the next afternoon, about 36 hours after surgery. After returning home, I had slight bleeding every day. One day, I passed a soft, oval, membrane-covered object about half the length of an index finger that did not look like a blood clot (I later learned this was a serious warning sign). The salesperson said it was normal. I felt no discomfort, so I did not pay attention to it. Seven days after returning, while eating in my company cafeteria, I suddenly felt a warm flow from my lower body. When I stood up, the chair was covered in blood despite the sanitary pad I was wearing. I had never had menstrual bleeding this heavy and became frightened. It was after 7 p.m. Beijing time. The salesperson did not answer my call. In the restroom, large amounts of blood kept pouring out, some rapidly clotting. I reassured myself because I had read online that the first period after ovarian stimulation could be heavier. A colleague brought me a new pad and helped me struggle back to my desk. Colleagues urged me to drive home and rest, but the blood continued flowing rapidly and soaked a pair of overnight period underwear within minutes. I remembered a woman at the company who had died from hemorrhage due to an ectopic pregnancy in an ambulance, but I was single and could not have an ectopic pregnancy. Confused and frightened, I debated whether to drive home or go to a hospital. A colleague said my lips had turned completely pale, so another kind colleague immediately called 120 and accompanied me to the emergency department. Because the doctors at home did not know what had happened during my surgery under general anesthesia in the U.S., I underwent repeated examinations. Medication used for postpartum hemorrhage stopped the bleeding, but severe bleeding recurred within a day. I had lost half my blood volume, nearly went into shock, and needed a transfusion. Senior doctors held an emergency consultation and recommended another operation under general anesthesia to locate, suture, and definitively stop the wound. After fasting for 10 hours, I entered the emergency operating room at 8 p.m. During rounds the next day, the doctor told me they had found a 2 cm wound in the posterior vaginal fornix and spent a long time reinforcing the sutures. I was stunned that egg retrieval could cause such a long wound. It was even stranger that I did not hemorrhage immediately but did so seven days later, as I have never had a clotting disorder. I mentioned the oval object that had passed from my vagina. The doctor said it might have been hemostatic material placed after bleeding during the U.S. egg retrieval; it had fallen out, and the large unhealed wound then hemorrhaged. CCRH later confirmed this when I hired a lawyer: bleeding had occurred during surgery, and Dr. smith used something to stop it. They said the bleeding stopped at the time, so I was sent to recovery. Yet CCRH never told me that a part of my body had been injured and bled during surgery or that foreign material had been used to control it. After I was hospitalized for hemorrhage, my salesperson told Dr. Mor. He added me on WeChat but never apologized, only expressed regret, and discussed with the salesperson whether I might have injured myself after returning home. He repeatedly demanded a face-to-face discussion, although I told him countless times that I had barely survived, remained weak, and had no energy to speak with them. After discharge, I shared my experience on social media. When I was helplessly hemorrhaging, I could find no account resembling my situation. Because there are no nerves inside the vagina, someone could bleed to death without pain or itching. I nearly delayed treatment; fortunately, I chose to go to the hospital and survived. I hoped to give other women traveling helplessly and without adequate information to the U.S. for egg retrieval a point of reference. Egg retrieval under general anesthesia is not the minor procedure they claim. Women must understand the risks and remain vigilant. If something goes wrong, the clinic denies all responsibility (before surgery, patients must sign a very thick English document), and this type of insurance does not exist in the U.S., leaving patients to bear the consequences themselves. While I was recovering, a friend in the U.S. heard what happened and found news reports that CCRH had transferred another person's embryo by mistake several years earlier. This made me anxious, so I decided to move my few newly tested embryos out of the clinic. After my body had been harmed, I could not let my embryos remain at risk there. At that time, Dr. Mor came to China to promote the clinic and recruit clients. After hearing that I had posted an article, he confronted me and said it was untrue and unfair to him, although he had not even read it. I had not identified the clinic and had only described my experience and feelings throughout the process. He cared only about his business. The embryo-transfer process then became exceptionally difficult. I agreed to every requirement, including extra fees and notarization, but they said Mor would not release my embryos unless I spoke with him by video. I said I did not want to speak again with the clinic that had harmed me physically and asked why everything could not be handled in writing. Finally, I asked their Chinese salesperson to relay this message: if they want business from Chinese patients, they must respect Chinese people. If they continued abusing their power to withhold my embryos, they could not intimidate me, and I would do everything possible to expose their conduct. Only then did they agree to release them, more than 3 months after I first requested the transfer... The entire experience was physically and emotionally exhausting. Women who have no choice but to pursue IVF in the U.S. should choose very carefully.

    If you are looking for a fertility clinic, CCRH is the best! The entire staff are kind, helpful, and responsive. Whenever I call with a question or problem, they reply the same day, usually within an hour. Dr. Mor is a magician—he is outstanding. Another doctor told me to consider adoption and donor eggs because my chance of having a biological child was extremely low. Dr. Mor promised he could help us build a family, and I am now 3.5 months pregnant. There is no one else I would trust, and I am so glad we found Dr. Mor and CCRH.

Since 2022, my husband and I had been seeing a very well-known doctor at what is now a national fertility clinic, and our experience was terrible. After that nightmare, my husband researched fertility practices in Los Angeles and, by God’s grace, found CCRH. In December 2024, we first met Dr. K at the Encino office. She was compassionate, caring, understanding, and gentle, with an amazing personality and a smile that lit up the room. My husband and I left excited again, a feeling our previous experience and doctor had taken away. From that day, CCRH continued to exceed every expectation. We completed one IVF cycle, and Dr. K helped us become pregnant after the first transfer. I am deeply grateful to everyone at CCRH.
