Dr. Emily Osman is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist, and lead physician at RMA New Jersey in Princeton, New Jersey. She earned her medical degree from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, completed her OB/GYN residency at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), and completed an REI fellowship through the Jefferson-RMA fellowship program in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
Dr. Osman has led several preclinical and clinical research trials and published extensively on translational applications in reproductive medicine and optimizing embryology laboratory outcomes. Her research and clinical interests include embryo vitrification, fertility preservation, and egg freezing.
After facing challenges while building her own family, Dr. Osman understands the importance of a close physician-patient relationship during fertility treatment. “It is an honor and privilege to provide personalized care to people working to build the family of their dreams,” she says. “I am grateful for the opportunities RMA, as a center of reproductive excellence, has given me both as a clinician and a mother.”

The nurses were patient, kind, and always available to answer questions, and I asked many, haha. The phlebotomists were incredible despite blood draws being my greatest fear. It has been an excellent experience so far.

You can call and ask them to send records to another doctor, but they never do. Their assistance when needed is terrible, and they do not treat patients well when handling records. Very disappointing.

My experience at RMA was unpleasant. I saw Dr. Simoni, who treated me like a number. The nurse assigned to me was terrible. Whenever I had a question, she acted as though I was bothering her. Before even evaluating my situation, she told me that because of my age (40), I would probably need donor eggs. I went to another clinic and became pregnant one month later.

I waited until the baby was born to write this! She is really here! After a long struggle with infertility, we finally welcomed our precious baby on August 12. We owe this joy and happiness to the entire RMA staff, especially Dr. Simon. We will be forever grateful to you.

See Dr. Franasiak. It is difficult to find a doctor who is intelligent and knowledgeable and also knows how to communicate with people. My only regret is not meeting him sooner. Thanks to him, we have a beautiful, intelligent child. I would not entrust something this important to anyone else.

I was here for about two years, and I would definitely return. The front-desk staff and phlebotomists at the Marlton clinic were always warm and friendly. Dr. Simoni, the APN, and my nurses were wonderful. They were knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cared about me. They took time to listen to every question and did everything they could to help me, even at my lowest points when I wanted to give up. If you trust their process, they will help you succeed! I am very grateful for my experience at RMA.
I do think some of the women in the finance department would benefit from communicating with patients more compassionately during such a difficult and confusing time. Desiree, however, was wonderful.

I have been a loyal RMA patient for years. In 2021, Dr. Osman helped us conceive our wonderful daughter through our first intrauterine insemination (IUI). When we were ready to try again, we chose Dr. Osman without hesitation because she is very compassionate and always communicates possible outcomes promptly, which we greatly appreciate. We have completed 2 unsuccessful IUI cycles, but we look forward to beginning in vitro fertilization (IVF) with her help. I hope she can personally participate in our egg retrieval and transfer because we truly feel she is our lucky star.

I highly recommend RMA Marlton, Dr. F, and Dr. Osman!
My experience was somewhat unusual because my husband and I chose IVF for genetic reasons, as I have an inherited neuromuscular disorder, rather than infertility. From the front desk staff and phlebotomists to the nurses, doctors, and everyone else, I received attentive care. The service was exceptional. After my first transfer failed, Dr. Osman scheduled a hysteroscopy. I am very glad she did because she found uterine inflammation that would have prevented me from becoming pregnant naturally or by other means. The second transfer succeeded, and I am now holding my healthy, adorable baby boy!
Thank you, RMA! We will be back!

Do not expect appointments to run on time. I scheduled a blood draw and waited an hour before being seen. They are very inconsiderate. This happens often, yet they tell you to come early before work. Be prepared to be late.

He and his team are amazing! After my girlfriend successfully became pregnant, I left another fertility practice and came to RMA. They patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I especially like their portal, which makes my appointments and medication records very clear. I am delighted to share that I am 9 weeks pregnant, although I am also very sad that I will no longer see them.

I highly recommend RMA! My husband and I first went to South Jersey Fertility Center, where the doctor and entire experience felt very impersonal. We felt like a number, which left us hopeless about our fertility journey. We then decided to see Dr. Franasiak at RMA. The experience was completely different and much better. From our first appointment, everyone at RMA was kind and treated us with exceptional care and consideration. They were thorough throughout the process and communicated well. We are thrilled with the wonderful outcome: our daughter. We will definitely return!

My husband and I came to RMA for help and, after years of undiagnosed symptoms, I was finally diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). They recommended starting with intrauterine insemination (IUI), but we chose to try a medicated ovulation induction cycle first. Fortunately, it worked on the first cycle. Everyone was kind and patient, and the process went smoothly. We had a wonderful experience and will return when we are ready for a second child! Our sweet son was born this December after RMA helped us conceive in March :)

Dr. F is very considerate and kind, and clearly always puts his patients' best interests first. He listens patiently and makes sure you feel comfortable and reassured throughout treatment. We left South Jersey Fertility because the care was not personalized.
RMA is wonderful. They are organized, professional, and very honest about treatment expectations. Dr. Bolig is also excellent. She is responsive, approachable, and patient with our questions, never making me feel embarrassed even when I asked the same question twice. Nurse Adrienne is also highly responsible and capable. Highly recommended!

RMA Marlton provided the best experience for our IVF journey. All the staff were wonderful, but our doctor, Dr. Simoni, our nurse Kaitlyn, and NP Carissa truly made the experience worthwhile. From the day we met Dr. Simoni, he made us feel heard, considered, and cared for. On day one, he created a plan and put it into action. I have never met such a hands-on doctor whom you can see regularly, speak with, and ask questions. He is the kindest, most down-to-earth doctor I have met, and because of him we conceived successfully after a failed cycle at another clinic before finding RMA. During our time at RMA, my husband and I were never confused or uninformed about any part of the process, and we felt we could reach Dr. Simoni or his staff whenever needed. Our nurse Kaitlyn is truly a gem; she brought calm and confidence to an initially stressful and frustrating situation. NP Carissa's personality can light up a room and was a beacon in dark moments. She calmed our fears many times and gave us confidence in the process. RMA is an excellent facility, and I always tell people experiencing infertility to run, not walk, to this wonderful place. The professionalism, medical expertise, and bedside manner are unmatched. We graduated today, but we will return in the future to continue building our family. Thank you to RMA and the entire staff for everything. From the front desk and phlebotomists to the nurses and doctors, everyone was wonderful, and we feel fortunate to have come here.

I highly recommend RMA. I went there after a terrible experience elsewhere, and Dr. Osman truly turned everything around for me and my family. The team listens to and addresses your concerns, ensuring you feel comfortable and that your best interests come first. After two years at another clinic, Dr. Simoni helped us have our beautiful, perfect rainbow baby. We initially planned to pursue DVIF, which has thankfully since closed, but after two egg retrievals, one miscarriage, two failed transfers, and a third cycle canceled for poor response, I began losing faith in my body. My husband convinced me to switch clinics and try RMA. I planned to use donor eggs, but Dr. Simoni persuaded me to use my own. After two back-to-back retrievals to bank eggs, I became pregnant after my first transfer! I am incredibly glad I met Dr. Simoni. I felt heard, he was very kind, and he gave me hope. I will definitely return to Dr. Simoni for our second child. Thank you so much, Dr. Simoni! We love our baby boy so much 🥰

I was a patient at RMA for two years. The care team is so wonderful that words cannot describe them. Dr. Osman is especially outstanding! I had to change clinics because I used donor eggs. I still attend morning monitoring at RMA Princeton and am always glad to see the familiar faces. They truly are the best clinic in the area!

Medical side was great but the financial department side was a complete nightmare. Sadya Malik completely misrepresented the entire loan process. Basically, listening to her advice, I requested a loan for $28,000 through a company RMA recommended which included enough funds for all medication and the IVF cycle. Insurance ended up covering all of the medication and I only used about $5,000 expecting to receive a credit for the unused funds once my wife was discharged. Now im being told im responsible for the entire $28,000. When I brought this to Sadya’s attention she even said to just call and ask for a “loan reevaluation”. Now today she only says “well, you signed the documents”. Absolutely disgraceful. I never received any of the money. Everything went directly to RMA. So where did the unused funds go?

I cannot say enough good things about RMA Princeton! From Lisandra at the front desk and Jasmin, who was extremely gentle drawing blood, to Alin in finance, nurse Hannah, and Dr. Osman, everyone was outstanding and helpful. What an amazing team!

Working with Dr. Osman was a pleasure, and she made IVF as easy as possible. She was always available when I needed support and reassured me with real data and statistics when I faced difficult decisions. She consistently offered several options and helped me understand every possible outcome. During morning monitoring, Dr. Osman took extra time to review details carefully and confirm our next steps. IVF can be frightening and emotional, but I felt supported throughout and was always able to ask questions. I also want to note that I paid entirely out of pocket, and many medications were changed to more affordable options without my needing to ask. At the clinic, I felt like a person rather than a number, with Dr. Osman tailoring decisions to my circumstances. Overall, I had an excellent experience with both Dr. Osman and RMA.

Five stars do not seem sufficient for Dr. Osman! We were fortunate to work with her through the ups and downs of infertility. Since our first meeting in 2021, she has consistently shown my husband and me empathy, kindness, compassion, positivity, and encouragement. Because we have a very rare condition, none of us knew at the first visit whether we would have a chance to have biological children, but Dr. Osman assured us that she would do everything possible to help us have a child, and we trusted her completely! Time flew by: we welcomed our first child in 2023 and are now expecting our second at the end of this year. We are deeply grateful for Dr. Osman’s guidance, understanding, compassion, and support over the years. Finding a doctor like her is a blessing. I never felt like just a number; when I needed it most, she always greeted me with a kind smile and a warm hug. Without her and the outstanding RMA team, we would not be the family we are today.

I did not want to leave and wished she could be my OB! Dr. Emily Osman was my reproductive endocrinologist at RMA, and she is the best! I am a Black lesbian in a same-sex marriage, and she was so warm and kind through our failures and eventual success. RMA Marlton is an excellent place to begin a fertility journey because everyone I met there was consistently friendly and welcoming. From the front desk staff and phlebotomists to the nurses and Dr. Osman, I would recommend RMA and Dr. Osman again and again!
