During that time, we underwent multiple treatments and procedures, including intrauterine insemination (IUI), two egg retrievals, three embryo transfers, and countless biopsies and other tests—yet we still did not have a baby. At that point, we felt hopeless and even began to wonder whether we would ever become parents, so we decided to seek a second opinion from Dr. Levi. From our first meeting with Dr. Levi, we felt a sense of relief. He listened attentively, showed genuine compassion, and approached our situation with honesty and care. Within just a few minutes of conversation, he identified the root cause of my infertility with a simple blood test—the answer we had been searching for over many years. I cannot recommend Dr. Levy and his staff highly enough. We found him after a poor experience at another fertility clinic, and the difference was night and day. Everyone there was invested in our care. It was reassuring to see the same faces every time. He and his team are confident, compassionate, and capable. They made the difficult process of IVF manageable. At the embryo transfer, Dr. Levy could tell I was very nervous. He told me it was all right to be nervous, but that he and his team were not nervous because they knew what they were doing and did it all the time. That gave me great comfort! My husband and I were fortunate to conceive after only one round of IVF and one embryo transfer 🙏. We are excited to meet our little one this summer! It has been a long road, and we are extremely grateful that we entrusted our care to Dr. Levy and his team. Having a care team that shows empathy during difficult times and celebrates with you when things go well is priceless. ❤️

This was the best experience we have had, with very professional staff. We first went to him a few months after our first miscarriage. My wife and I did not have much hope, but Dr. Levy said that after 3 months of testing and treatment, we would become pregnant, which gave us the hope we desperately needed. Everything moved quickly, but in a good way, unlike other places that felt predatory. On IVF day, a nurse practitioner began the procedure, but my wife and I said we would feel more comfortable if Dr. Levy performed it because of our first experience at another fertility center. Despite his busy schedule, he made time that day and said it was no problem. Now, thanks to him, we have a healthy baby girl. We would return if needed. We absolutely and highly recommend him to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

My first visit was amazing! The office staff were wonderful. Dr. Levy seemed kind and very confident about my journey. He accommodated my strong opposition to certain medications and immediately placed a prominent note in my chart to minimize medication use. I had a great experience. I explained my concerns about my previous office, how poor that experience had been, and why, after many years, I chose more invasive treatment while transferring to another clinic. I never wanted to experience that again, and he reassured me. I was amazed that I even received his personal contact information! I look forward to beginning a completely new journey with such a kind, knowledgeable doctor and office staff. It takes an entire team, not just the doctor, and they appear to have that. We have had several consultations and are very satisfied.

Dr. Levi is very kind, but his billing team has repeatedly created a lot of work for us.

I chose this practice because I did not want to feel like a number. I had a wonderful virtual call with Dr. Levy. He walked me through everything and answered all my questions. I was excited about my first appointment but deeply disappointed by the experience. The reception staff were very nice. Only my husband and I were there when my name was called. Without explanation, the medical assistant said he could not come back with me. No one had told me that partners could never accompany patients into the exam room. This was especially important to me because of my history of SA and the unfamiliar setting, although everyone should be allowed support if they want it. This is standard practice elsewhere. IVF is a difficult, emotional, and expensive journey, so I was surprised that support was not standard here. I came from another clinic and work in maternal medicine, and nowhere else has this restriction. Their response showed clear irritation, and they blamed the policy on COVID, although no one else was wearing a mask. After calling Dr. Levy, they made a special exception 'for today only.' Advocating for myself made me feel like a 'bad or difficult patient.' After undressing, I tried to ground myself and asked NP Lindsay whether she could review what we were doing that day. She replied sharply, 'As I told you before...' I said that this response made me feel unable to ask questions. She did not acknowledge what I said. While I was undressed and feeling vulnerable, she said, 'Let's move on.' I was shocked. I turned to the assistant in the room and asked whether my concern was reasonable, and she said she 'did not want to get involved.' I was shocked and distressed. I did not receive good care, and afterward I felt gaslighted during a phone conversation with the manager. She attributed my dissatisfaction to my history of SA and said I should seek counseling, although I explained that this was unrelated. I felt forced to choose between paying out of pocket for high-quality care and accepting this because it was covered by my insurance. Everyone deserves good care and should feel cared for, safe, and reassured, especially in fertility care. I cannot sincerely recommend this practice.

I recently had an egg retrieval at Park Avenue Fertility. Before my embryo transfer, I want to share my experience so far because the safety, care, and professionalism I have experienced throughout IVF have been outstanding. From the front desk team—hi, Lisa!—to the clinical staff, including Katherine, Kenya, Michelle, Dr. Levi, anesthesiologist Dr. Leith, the embryologists, and the woman who drew my blood whose name I cannot remember 🙃, every interaction reflected a well-organized system centered on patient care. There is a genuine culture of ensuring patients not only feel safe but fully understand each step of treatment. As a researcher studying Black women's experiences with infertility, I have unfortunately heard too many stories of poor clinic communication causing needless stress or confusion. I can confidently say I have experienced nothing like that here. I will continue recommending Park Avenue Fertility. I do not need a positive pregnancy test to know they have done their very best for me... though that would be the icing on the cake!

Years of horrific experiences. Dr. Levi is arrogant and greedy. He told me, “You get what you pay for.” He billed for procedures he did not perform, which is illegal. Even after I repeatedly pointed out that they were wrong, his clinic continued charging me for costs my insurance could cover. He forced PGT testing, but the results were inaccurate and led to a miscarriage. His nurse Michelle lacks knowledge and clearly has no practical nursing experience. His embryologist called to ask for the birth date and weight of the baby I miscarried at 10 weeks. They are rude and ignorant and made every experience a nightmare. If you want compassionate, professional, efficient care or want to have a child, do not come here.

After an overwhelming experience at our first clinic, where we felt like just another patient, we transferred to Dr. Levi's practice. It was a refreshing change. The staff were kind, patient, and thoughtful, and Dr. Levi was very knowledgeable. We trusted him after our first consultation. Because of personal health issues, we experienced several disappointing IVF cycles, but the entire Park Ave Fertility team remained supportive and caring. We eventually chose egg donation, and Dr. Levi and his team were excellent, keeping us informed and making the process as easy as possible for us and our donor. I am now nearing my third trimester with our miracle baby boy, and we are immensely grateful for everything Park Ave Fertility has done. I highly recommend this clinic. Infertility is extremely difficult, and a supportive team that genuinely cares about your well-being makes a tremendous difference.

Dr. Levi communicates extremely poorly. Despite my repeated attempts to contact him about a treatment plan, nearly six months passed without any meaningful follow-up. I was completely ignored during my most vulnerable period. I gave two stars because he personally contacted me to apologize after I said I would switch doctors, but he also tried to justify the delay, which was completely inexcusable. That said, his support team is very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the poor communication alone is enough for me not to recommend him. **Update (changed to one star on May 1, 2026): I am changing my rating to one star based on the clinic’s response. Their priority was to correct an insignificant detail about the timeline instead of addressing the central problem: poor communication and lack of follow-up. They even admitted that the difference in timing “may be irrelevant”—and it was. The response from the clinic manager, Beth, including publicly characterizing my experience as a “personal perception,” felt dismissive and concerning. I would not choose a clinic that handles patient concerns this way.
