Dr. Glock completed fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Vermont College of Medicine in Burlington. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville and his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine.
Dr. Glock completed an internal medicine residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center and an OB/GYN residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center/Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Women.
Dr. Glock is board-certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility and in obstetrics and gynecology. His work has been presented at national and international meetings, and he currently reviews for the medical journal Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Dr. Glock, Nicole, and the rest of the team were truly the answer to my prayers. They turned the sacred hope in my heart into reality when I could not even say my thoughts aloud. Even after an unfortunate experience, they stayed beside me and helped me through a difficult time. They are professional, knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, and kind. I will always be grateful to them for giving me my miracle baby. Nicole, you are the best. From check-in to the women at the billing and insurance desk and everyone else whose names I have forgotten, the entire office went above and beyond for you. Words cannot express my gratitude, but thank you.

We spent 4 years with Dr. Glock and his team, and thanks to them, we finally welcomed our son in April 2025. Nicole, Sandra, Chrissy, and everyone in the office were extremely helpful and caring. Our fertility journey had many ups and downs, and we are deeply grateful that it finally had a happy ending. We could not have reached this point without the hard work of everyone at the Fertility Center of Southwest Florida. Highly recommend.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Glock and the excellent nurses and staff—Nicole, Sandra, Antonella, and Chrissy—at the Fertility Center of Southwest Florida. From consultation through ‘graduation,’ we felt warmly welcomed, thoughtfully cared for, and well informed. Dr. Glock was direct and kind, exactly what I needed in a fertility doctor. They were patient and understanding as we navigated confusing insurance information. Whenever I called with questions, the team answered quickly and responded promptly. They cheered us on, encouraged us, and shared our emotions, especially during our hardest visits and, of course, when we finally heard the news we had prayed for! We are newly pregnant and absolutely thrilled. I am so grateful someone recommended Dr. Glock and this clinic!

If you are considering treatment at Fertility Center of Southwest Florida with Dr. Glock, proceed with caution!
Because of an error by his office, we incurred more than $1,000 in unexpected costs. Most frustrating was not only the error, but the complete lack of accountability and communication afterward.
We left countless messages for office staff and received almost no return calls despite promises to follow up. Kristin, the office manager, initially acknowledged the error but later lied to avoid responsibility.
Patients place great trust in healthcare providers, and breaching that trust is unacceptable. Although we paid this clinic thousands of dollars directly for IVF, we expected honesty, professionalism, and accountability and received none. No patient should face unnecessary costs or stress because of an avoidable error Dr. Glock refuses to correct.
I am sharing this as a warning: carefully verify everything the office tells you and request written confirmation of billing and instructions. Their errors will absolutely cost you more!

My fiancé and I came to this clinic full of hope. We had been struggling with infertility and were eager for Dr. Glock and his team to help us. Unfortunately, our first impression was very poor.
In the waiting room, we overheard an older blonde woman who appeared to be the clinic manager loudly discussing a patient who had just left. Her comments were very negative and included private details that should not have been discussed so openly. We were not trying to listen, but she was so loud that everyone in the waiting area could hear.
Hearing this in a medical setting where patients arrive in a vulnerable state was deeply uncomfortable and disappointing. The only positive part of the visit was meeting Dr. Glock himself. He was kind and professional and made us feel heard. I sincerely hope the clinic addresses this issue because it creates a very poor first impression.

Southwest Florida Fertility Center helped me get pregnant with one of my sons, and now I'm pregnant again with twins thanks to them! Nicole and Sandra are wonderful and always made me feel heard throughout the process. So grateful for this whole team!

I am very grateful for the care I received at Dr. Glock's practice. The fertility journey is challenging, but the team made me feel supported and cared for at every step.
Dr. Glock is compassionate and highly skilled, and he genuinely cares about each patient. I especially want to thank Sandra—she is kind, patient, and always made me feel reassured and understood.

In 2017, I saw Dr. Glock, who was very kind and compassionate, and he guided me through my first IVF cycle. Although it was successful, I unfortunately miscarried a week later. I was under tremendous stress caring for my 96-year-old grandfather, so the miscarriage was absolutely not the doctor's fault ❤ I highly recommend him and his team!
Second IVF cycle
In 2018, we did another mini-IVF cycle because no embryos remained from the first cycle. Our second IVF cycle succeeded on March 1, 2019, and our baby girl was born 🎉 Dr. Glock and his team were very kind and patiently answered all my questions. They were understanding and saw me several times in early pregnancy until my OB-GYN took over my care ❤️ I cannot imagine seeing anyone else during this infertility journey.
Third IVF cycle, 2024
Our last frozen embryo from the second IVF cycle was successfully transferred. On December 20, 2024, I welcomed another healthy, beautiful baby boy. I cannot thank Dr. Glock and his team enough. They are attentive, professional, dedicated, and caring. They supported me through such a difficult time and made me feel truly cared for. I will always be grateful for the impact they have had on my life ❤️

Words cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. Jacob L. Glogowski and his outstanding team. Our fertility journey was filled with hope, fear, and uncertainty, but from our first visit we felt supported, cared for, and truly understood. Dr. Glogowski's compassion, patience, and expertise gave us confidence and reassurance at every step.
Thanks to his dedication and the care of his exceptional team, our first embryo transfer was successful, and we are now eight weeks pregnant. This miracle means everything to us. We will always be grateful for their care, professionalism, and genuine warmth throughout this life-changing journey. We highly recommend Dr. Glogowski and his team to anyone hoping for a miracle.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! Visiting a fertility clinic for the first time is frightening enough, but when we met Dr. Glock and his outstanding team, especially Sandra and Nicole, we immediately felt reassured. They explained every step and what to expect after intrauterine insemination (IUI), helping us understand and learn with exceptional care. If we forgot to ask something at an appointment, they called us with the information. They even called the voicemail service on weekends so we could reach a staff member. All of this made this life-changing experience as comfortable as possible. With their help, we are finally pregnant!!! To anyone reading this and considering a fertility clinic, I recommend Dr. Glock without hesitation!!!

If you are considering treatment with SW Florida Fertility Center (Dr. Glock), please proceed with caution!
Due to an error by his office, we were left paying more than $1,000 in unexpected expenses. What has been most upsetting is not just the mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability and communication afterward.
We left numerous messages with office staff and received few — if any — callbacks despite promises that someone would follow up. Christine (office manager) initially acknowledged the error, but later lied to prevent taking responsibility for their mistake.
Patients place a great deal of trust in their healthcare providers, and it is unacceptable when that trust is broken. Regardless of paying thousands of dollars directly to this office for IVF treatment, we expected honesty, professionalism, and responsibility — none of which we experienced. No patient should have to be responsible for unnecessary costs or stress because of a preventable error and a refusal for Dr. Glock to correct it.
Sharing this to warn others: triple-check everything the office tells you, demand written confirmation for billing and instructions. A mistake on their part will most definitely cost you extra!

I am truly grateful that I met Dr. Glock at a clinic where I had only gone for a Pap smear. Dr. Glock happened to work there just one day a week and was there that day. I told him my concerns about not being able to become pregnant, and he gave me his office card. The rest is history. I now have beautiful twin boys who are almost two years old. Thank you to him and his wonderful staff.

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Glock. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The entire staff is knowledgeable and compassionate, which helped ease my anxiety about fertility treatments. If I could give them 1000 stars, I would without hesitation. I had two failed inseminations. Just as I was about to begin a third attempt, I became pregnant naturally! After trying for so many years, it still feels unbelievable today.
I quickly called the center to confirm with a blood test, and they immediately scheduled me for that same day, which not every clinic does. They tested me, and three hours later they called to say I was pregnant!
Although I did not conceive through insemination, I know all the medication prescribed by the doctor helped greatly. The entire team treated me wonderfully. I am deeply grateful to everyone, especially Antonella and Sandra, who supported me throughout the process. Sandra is a wonderful, gentle person who is always encouraging. Whenever I called with a question, she answered patiently and explained everything in detail.
The doctor is a first-rate professional and very humane. I recommend this team 100%. They are wonderful people who bring love and respect to such a sensitive experience.

Highly recommend. Dr. Glock and his team are excellent. They are proactive and respect your time. Dr. Glock moves quickly, but you never feel rushed. He tells you everything you need to know and gives recommendations without ever making it feel like a sales pitch. He told us that whatever we decided, we should not worry because everything could be addressed. They care about you and your results and are highly attentive. In an emergency, they are always available to offer advice or make adjustments. I trust them completely, and their help produced an excellent outcome for me. My treatment experience was wonderful. When I had reservations, Dr. Glock patiently addressed my concerns. Most of his staff have worked with him for a long time and are very knowledgeable. For blood draws and injections, they know the least painful methods. Do not hesitate; schedule an appointment now. If you choose Dr. Glock, trust him and his team. It will reduce your anxiety and help you achieve the result you want. They will do everything possible to help you.
