Dr. Zouves and his staff are wonderful. They are highly professional, warm, and friendly. The entire clinic runs like a well-oiled machine. This is my second time serving as a surrogate through his clinic, and after the transfer it feels like spending a day at a spa. The clinic itself feels warm and comfortable. Dr. Zouves always talks with me personally. I mention my children by name, and he remembers patient details, which is wonderful. My emails and calls are usually answered within an hour. I cannot say enough good things about this excellent clinic. His success rates also speak for themselves.

My husband and I have been working with Dr. Zouves to build our family. Although there have been some unfortunate events along the way, I must say that Dr. Zouves has consistently been a blessing to us. His team is friendly and dependable, and the practice is highly professional, with many checks and balances to ensure everything goes smoothly. About three years ago, we tried another fertility center but were unable to produce any embryos. Three years later, Dr. Zouves was able to create 6 embryos for us in one cycle. His laboratory is excellent, with top-tier embryologists and equipment. He achieves high-quality results because you get what you pay for. Thank you, Dr. Zouves, for partnering with us to build our family.

I love Dr. Zouves' clinic! The atmosphere is very relaxing, all the nurses and other staff are kind, and his excellent personalized care makes everything easy and pleasant. I previously went to Stanford, where my experience brought nothing but frustration, stress, and wasted money. Dr. Zouves' personalized care, holistic therapies, and advanced technology make dreams come true. I highly recommend them to anyone hoping to build a family and achieve the best possible outcome.

When seeking treatment during a vulnerable time in your life, you need someone sincere who truly has your best interests at heart. Although I initially felt this way about Dr. Zouves during our first phone call and appointment, I soon saw his true character. If you only want treatment completed and do not care who provides it, go to Dr. Zouves; his success rates are high. But if you want someone patient, trustworthy, and focused on the patient, look elsewhere. There are many other good options on the Peninsula, and there is no need to tolerate Dr. Zouves' condescending, self-important attitude. I went there to freeze my eggs, which was covered by my employer's insurance. After speaking with my fertility insurance advisor and Dr. Zouves' financial staff, I learned that $750 in testing fees was not covered. My insurer told me the test was not mandatory elsewhere unless I planned to donate eggs, and if I was not planning implantation, the $425 test plus a $350 genetic counseling fee should not be mandatory. After discussing this with his financial staff, she suggested emailing Dr. Zouves to ask what he could do. I followed her advice and sent a thoughtful email. Honestly, if he had given a logical explanation for recommending the test, I would have paid the $775 difference because I genuinely liked him and his holistic approach. Instead, I received a condescending reply saying he was not in the “discount egg banking” business and that I had to choose between paying or going somewhere with poorer outcomes. This summarizes the email. I was stunned that the seemingly kind doctor who had sat before me the previous day would write something like that. Well, Dr. Zouves, thank you for making my decision so easy! I will take my business elsewhere :)
