Dr. Sushila Arya, United States


Dr. Sushila Arya is dual board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Arya has completed extensive training, research, and education in reproductive medicine. Throughout her education and career, she has received numerous awards, including outstanding teaching faculty honors from several universities. She has been invited to speak at national and international conferences. Her areas of expertise include comprehensive infertility management; social and oncologic fertility preservation; fibroids and PCOS; recurrent pregnancy loss; reproductive genetics, including preimplantation genetic testing (PGT); and helping single parents and members of the LGBTQ+ community build the families they envision.


Dr. Arya completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. After residency, she served as an assistant professor at TTUHSC, where she taught obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She valued the opportunity to teach OB/GYN residents and medical students. Dr. Arya then completed a three-year fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Oklahoma. During her fellowship, she also earned a master’s degree in clinical and translational science.


Dr. Arya is a member of several professional associations, including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and the American Medical Association. She is also a member of the Texas Medical Association.


Dr. Arya has published innovative research, review articles, and book chapters on topics including environmental factors affecting fertility, optimizing 3D ultrasound in women’s healthcare, PCOS, unexplained infertility, intrauterine insemination, metabolic disorders and fertility, ovulation induction, and the effects of age on pregnancy. Her research has appeared in respected peer-reviewed journals. Some publications are listed here.

    Dr. Arya is our angel. She guided us throughout the process and emotionally supported my wife. From the beginning, she was open-minded and listened carefully to our concerns. We had an unsuccessful IUI elsewhere, and other doctors recommended IVF, but deep down we did not want IVF because it is invasive and expensive. We consulted her, and she was willing to try IUI a second time. True to the name Prevision IVF, she is meticulous and attentive to procedural details. For example, she specified the exact timing for sample collection and the duration of the procedure, and she was always punctual. After the IUI, we received the wonderful news that we were expecting twins, and we are joyfully awaiting our babies. I would definitely recommend Dr. Arya to anyone in Dallas. She is the best. She puts people first and is wonderful!

    As I sit here rocking our miracle IVF baby, I cannot help but thank Dr. Arya for everything she did for us. We found her after several failed IVF transfers and a long history of being unable to conceive. Through her knowledge and exploration of different treatment options, she selected the approach best suited to us. Dr. Arya followed me until I transitioned to an excellent obstetric practice and truly held my hand through a frightening first trimester.     Working with Dr. Arya was a pleasure. My first appointment with her was very informative. She truly took the time to review all my previous medical records and history and created a personalized protocol for my next egg retrieval. She was very personable and took time to understand me and the outcome I hoped to achieve. I also appreciated that she did not simply repeat the egg retrieval protocol used by my first clinic. She closely monitored my laboratory results and ultrasounds and made adjustments, resulting in 2 genetically healthy embryos for a future pregnancy. I will always be grateful for all of Dr. Arya's time and care, and I look forward to our future embryo transfer.

    I highly recommend Dr. Arya. She is amazing! After researching several clinics and meeting multiple doctors, choosing Dr. Arya was the best decision. She is patient, kind, analytical, explains everything in detail, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for her patients. My husband and I completed three IVF cycles to preserve embryos. Dr. Arya carefully explained what she learned from each cycle and how she would improve the next one, making every subsequent cycle smoother.     My husband and I tried to become pregnant for years, and I had two miscarriages. We saw several doctors but made no real progress. We were finally referred to Dr. Arya to try IVF. She is amazing! We truly like her and recommend her to anyone considering IVF. She has an excellent bedside manner and cares about her patients. After 2 years in the IVF program, my husband and I finally had egg retrieval and transfer in June 2024, and I became pregnant! Dr. Arya guided us through the first 13 weeks, after which we found another doctor for the rest of the pregnancy because her care ends at week 13. We now have a beautiful, healthy baby boy born March 21, 2025! We named him Weston Tate Parker. He weighed 7 lb. 4 oz. and was 21 inches long. We highly recommend Dr. Arya to anyone considering IVF!     Dr. Arya is one of the best doctors I have met. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes time to discuss options instead of giving generic answers. My husband and I struggled to become pregnant for ten years and heard every excuse imaginable. Dr. Arya explained our options and was always honest, even when it was not what we wanted to hear. We started seeing her in late February, and now we have a healthy pregnancy and will welcome a new family member in three months. Highly recommended!!!!!! You would be crazy to go elsewhere.

    I visited this clinic yesterday. I arrived at 2:10 for a 2:30 appointment but did not see the doctor until 3:15–3:20. They did not discuss prices until I asked, and when I did, they tried to sell me their insurance package even though my insurance covers everything except the IUI procedure itself. I confirmed my coverage with my insurer and called the clinic back today to understand why they said I could pay cash despite having insurance. They told me they would not bill insurance for a particular test. I asked why, since my insurance covers it and I would rather not pay cash if insurance would pay. I was told, ‘That is just how we do it. If you use insurance, you must pay cash.’ I then asked about hysterosalpingography (HSG), and they said they classify it as fertility treatment, so my insurance would not cover it. When I asked why they classify it as treatment rather than diagnosis, they replied, ‘We have always done it this way. If you want insurance coverage, have your OB/GYN order it. If we do it, we will classify it as fertility treatment.’ I then requested the billing codes for my insurance company, as they had instructed. She said she would email the codes, wished me a good day, and hung up. Clearly, they only want your money and do not want you to use insurance, because they refused mine. I gave the billing codes to my insurer, which confirmed that everything was covered and I would only owe a copay. Misleading patients about insurance coverage is extremely unprofessional and unethical. Fortunately, this was not my first time, and from having IUI for my first child, I understand the process and know what insurance does and does not cover. Otherwise, you might simply believe them and lose thousands of dollars. It is sad that they would try to exploit patients this way in such a sensitive field.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I am very disappointed that my spouse and I missed the opportunity to meet Dr. Arya because of negligence by the front desk/scheduling staff. Earlier this week, I called to schedule an appointment with a nurse practitioner (NP). All our information was recorded, and we emailed both our insurance and driver's license information to the front desk during the call. The front desk assured us that an appointment had been scheduled for Friday at 10:15 a.m. and that they would call a few days later to confirm insurance verification. It was already Thursday and the appointment was the next day, but we still had not received a call. I called to confirm whether our insurance had been verified and everything was arranged so my spouse and I could attend on time and avoid being charged $200 if our insurance covered it. It turned out that none of our information had been recorded, and we had not even been added to the schedule. I asked to speak with an office administrator/manager, who confirmed there was no information on file and no 10:15 appointment. She scheduled us for 3:30 and said they would call back as soon as possible. I asked whether she had the information needed to verify our insurance. Without asking for it again, she simply said, “We will look for the email,” which told me everything. To some people this may simply be an inconvenience, but to us this is not just money—it is our life and a difficult situation we must face. Shouldn't you show more compassion? It is truly unfortunate that we missed care with Dr. Arya because of the front desk staff's negligence and laziness. I have worked in healthcare for nine years, and I know how staff can collect information and say what patients want to hear to avoid scheduling an appointment and creating a new chart. Is it really so difficult to spend 10 minutes collecting the correct information and submitting it for verification? Please do better! We will schedule elsewhere and will never consider this clinic again. Update: After I posted my review, some might say I was being unreasonable, but the email we sent several days earlier was “magically” found and the appointment was scheduled. Should it really take this much effort to schedule one appointment? Ridiculous.

    Pregnant after the first cycle! Dr. Arya is amazing! The entire process was grueling, and at times the receptionists lacked empathy for us as patients, but even then, Dr. Arya was always calm and considerate. Be sure to ask about all costs for each cycle in advance so you are not shocked by a large fee at your appointment. Aside from that, I am so glad we chose her—or perhaps fate brought us to her! My husband and I tried for four years, and now we are nearly 10 weeks pregnant. 🥳

    If I could, I would give Dr. Arya more than five stars. She is genuine, diligent, thorough, highly skilled, and deeply caring, and she gives every patient so much of her time that words cannot express my gratitude. She feels like an angel sent from heaven, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have her beside me on this infertility journey! Dr. Arya is an excellent physician who is kind and does everything possible to keep me comfortable during every treatment. She always answers all my questions patiently and with a smile, and I never feel rushed. No matter how repetitive a question may be, she responds with patience, detail, and thoughtfulness. Dr. Arya and her team truly understand the emotional strain of infertility treatment and made sure I felt heard and supported throughout. They always respond to my online questions the same day, even on weekends and holidays. For urgent concerns, they encourage me to call the clinic as well as leave a portal message so staff can follow up with the busy doctor, and I always receive a timely response. She personally addresses any issue or unexpected development and resolves it promptly. I believe a good doctor is defined by care and dedication to patients, and her work demonstrates both.     After an unpleasant IVF experience with another reproductive endocrinologist, I was hesitant to try again. We consulted several specialists and ultimately chose Dr. Arya. From the first consultation, we knew she was the right choice. She listened carefully, showed deep expertise, and thoroughly and thoughtfully explained our options and possible outcomes. We completed our first IVF cycle at Precision IVF in November. The process was smooth and highly personalized, and Dr. Arya promptly shared all laboratory and ultrasound results. Her care, support, and commitment to her patients' success were unmistakable. Her team was also wonderful, warm, and consistently dedicated. We still have a long way to go and prefer not to share details yet, but the outcome was far better than my first IVF experience with another specialist two years ago, even though I am now 41. Dr. Arya is an excellent physician and a wonderful person. I am deeply grateful to her and her team and wholeheartedly recommend her. She is truly exceptional.

    HIGHLY recommend Dr. Arya for everything fertility. We did IVF/embryo freezing with Dr.Arya. I evaluated 3 doctors in North Dallas and once I met Dr. Arya, I knew she was the right doctor for me - I love detail and she explains everything carefully and thoughtfully. She’s also super analytical, she will analyze your history and current results and quickly make a game-plan to optimize outcomes. The fertility journey is a stressful process but for some reason after meeting Dr. Arya, all of my stress and anxiety eased up. I think it’s because she leads with positivity and hope and has a very calm and warm demeanor. Dr. Arya also goes above and beyond for example, one night we thought we took the wrong meds and though it was after 9pm, Dr. Arya responded - immediately putting us at ease. Lastly, she has an amazingly efficient office staff who make the many steps and appointments that come with IVF seem like a breeze. They did all the thinking and planning, i just followed instructions and showed up when I was supposed to. Thank you Dr. Arya and the entire Precision IVF staff!
