**Update: Aside from the fact that we were unsuccessful and what happened afterward, this was generally a positive experience. Once our final cycle was confirmed unsuccessful and I was officially no longer a patient, I felt forgotten and cast aside, left grieving with nowhere to turn. This is not entirely their fault, but it would be helpful if the clinic offered resources for patients who, after years of trauma, do not succeed and end up in debt without a child. This was our third clinic and our best experience and cycle so far. The entire team was caring, personalized, and thorough, with prompt and warm communication. Although we came from out of state, we felt more at home than at any previous clinic. Thanks to Dr. Lu, Dr. Nejat, and everyone else at Generation Next, we are more hopeful than ever and now closer to our rainbow.

I had a wonderful experience at Generation Next Fertility Center. My doctor was Dr. Lu, but I met all the doctors there, and they were all lovely. Before going to Generation Next, I had visited three other clinics and had poor experiences at all of them. Generation Next gave me the personalized attention I needed. The doctors, nurses, and clinicians worked together well. I never felt rushed when speaking with the doctor. Dr. Lu gave me plenty of time to ask all my questions and review everything. She was friendly and funny, as well as highly professional and intelligent. A member of her team always listened to the calls so they could review details, follow up on action items, and help if I thought of another question later. I appreciated that after every appointment or call, I received a follow-up email with all instructions in writing. This was very helpful when managing so much information and wanting to confirm that everything was done correctly. If I had a concern and wanted the doctor to call, she always tried to fit me in that day and sometimes called unexpectedly just to check on me. At other clinics, I rarely saw a doctor and spent weeks trying to reach one. The staff were friendly and helpful, making this clinic feel very different from others. I highly recommend Generation Next to anyone who needs a reproductive endocrinologist. A fertility journey can be long and complex, so you need a clinic you trust and where you do not mind spending substantial time. I hope this helps someone!

I was very nervous about going to a fertility clinic and what they might say about why I had not become pregnant. I was genuinely amazed by the service here—from the doctors and medical assistants to the front desk and billing staff, everyone was kind, understanding, compassionate, attentive, and thorough. I attended this clinic for a year and never heard a rude remark or microaggression from anyone! I felt the care was world-class. Dr. Sekin was my doctor, and she was wonderful; I recommend her very highly. She is intelligent, evidence-based, compassionate, and holistic in her care. She often performed my ultrasound scans herself and answered every question in an evidence-based, professional, and warm manner. I am extremely grateful to her and for this positive fertility experience! There is even a small grand piano in the lobby, and they let me play while waiting—so wonderful! Thank you, gen Fertility. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the outstanding staff and doctors at Generation Next Fertility Center. From the moment I entered, I was treated as an individual. Dr. Sekin made me feel empowered and validated all my concerns and questions. She is an exceptional doctor. I never felt overwhelmed by information or ignored. This place truly prioritizes women's health and feelings. Being able to come in before work was very helpful. The staff respect your time, and you never feel pressured or rushed. I am a particularly sensitive patient during certain scans, yet no ultrasound technician ever made me feel uncomfortable or uneasy. They all have magical hands. Everyone was always kind and gentle. The receptionists greeted me by name whenever I checked in. Now that I have graduated from the clinic, I appreciate the staff and Dr. Sekin even more, because this level of professional ethics and values is uncommon in many OB-GYN and doctor's offices. We had a wonderful experience with Generation Next Fertility! They were highly supportive at every stage of the process. I felt genuinely cared for and appreciated their collaborative model, which seemed unique compared with other clinics we had used. I received outstanding one-on-one care from Dr. Nejat and Dr. Broussard. It was also wonderful to visit a clinic closer to us in Connecticut, since they have a well-run center in Hartsdale. We are extremely grateful that our transfer succeeded on the first attempt. Our FET experience was wonderful, and the room was filled with positive energy! After several failed rounds of IVF and FET with another physician, I came to GNF. My fertility acupuncturist recommended Dr. Nejat, and I cannot express my gratitude because I now have an 8-month-old daughter. They were able to see me immediately, and all their staff were wonderful. My veins are difficult, so blood draws can be challenging. Two staff members were especially skilled at drawing my blood in one attempt, and they always made sure one of them did it. My egg retrieval was very successful, and Dr. Nejat performed very thorough testing before our FET. My first FET succeeded, and if we decide to have another child, I will return to GNF.

My husband and I recently began our Generation Next journey with Dr. Luk. We will fly from Oregon to New York specifically to see them. We could not find care we trusted in our home state, and a friend had amazing results with Dr. Luk. It will be a journey, and traveling out of state when initially needed will be somewhat difficult, but we believe it is completely worthwhile because they will care for us and give us the best chance through this process. So far, they seem absolutely incredible and have lifted our spirits during this overwhelming time. Dr. Luk has the best energy. She radiates happiness, which is honestly important for everyone during this period. You can also tell that she truly loves her work and patients and puts them first. She is also extremely intelligent; just look at her credentials and portfolio! Dr. Luk’s ‘CA,’ Sanjna, is also very attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She has been extremely helpful with all the paperwork and insurance information, which can be overwhelming. The finance team, reception team, and everyone else have been excellent from the beginning. would like to thank the entire Generation Next Fertility team for the care they gave us throughout the entire process. We've had two egg retrievals and two transfers. We've been very lucky, and with that second transfer, if all goes well, we'll have our rainbow baby in February. Dr. Luk was our main Dr. during the journey, she listened to our case, our requests, and our ethical concerns. She respected our position at all times, always advising us on the best medical option. She's a very pragmatic and straightforward doctor. Calls with her are brief, but she's very informative. She's also available to schedule a call if you have any questions or something happens. Dr. Nejat performed both egg retrievals and my SIS, he is very professional, polite, and respectful doctor. I felt very comfortable with him throughout all three procedures. Dr. Seckin performed both of my transfers. I really liked her confidence, the way she explained the procedure, and the care she took throughout. The clinic team is always available to resolve any issues you may have, at any time. They are all very nice and supportive, special mention to all the ultrasound tecnitians and CA. We came from another clinic very unhappy, and we couldn't leave more satisfied.

I highly recommend Generation Next. I recently graduated from the care of Dr. Luk and the rest of the team, and I already miss them and wish they could continue caring for me through the rest of my pregnancy. Like any large organization, there were occasional minor communication issues, but I have never encountered physicians as responsive, flexible, and caring as those at Generation Next. Doctors in Chicago gave up easily, but this team took a chance on me, and it was all worthwhile because we ultimately succeeded. The clinic staff are knowledgeable and caring. Whenever I contacted them or a doctor—not the answering service—I received a response. Dr. Luk made a point of asking whether I had concerns and worked with me to develop a plan. Everyone was confident without being arrogant and always willing to answer my questions in detail. They made my trips to New York easier than I expected. As an anxious patient, I felt reassured and safe. I will always be grateful to Dr. Luk and her team for their help and support in enabling me to have a biological child as an older single mother.

This review is well deserved and long overdue. Words cannot express our gratitude to Dr. Hade and the GNF team. Simply writing this makes me emotional. My husband and I entered the clinic hoping to find answers. Our best friend specifically recommended Dr. Hade because he had helped her through her own journey. From the moment we met him, we felt his warmth, compassion, extensive fertility knowledge, and meticulous care. We learned that because of my age and a specific genetic condition, my chance of becoming a mother was very low. Dr. Hade never gave up. Because my odds were poor, I underwent several heartbreaking and painful IVF attempts that ended in failure. But he never stopped encouraging us to keep going. Using his extensive knowledge, he tried different medical approaches, and after nearly four years—nearly four years of losing almost all hope—we finally had the most miraculous, beautiful, precious baby girl. I still cannot believe I became the mother of this beautiful child at age 43. Dr. Hade was right: “In some cases, all it takes is one healthy embryo.” That was true for us. We were finally fortunate to have one healthy embryo that could result in a pregnancy. Over the years, we attended many appointments and sometimes felt sad and hopeless, but he and the GNF team always made me feel understood and cared for. They never pressured us and were always professional and compassionate. They became a very special part of our life journey. We sincerely thank Dr. Hade and Generation Next Fertility! I am now 21 weeks pregnant with my first IVF baby—my first child was conceived through IUI—all thanks to Generation Next Fertility. I went through two IVF journeys with them, and although IVF is not always easy, I am extremely grateful to everyone at GNF for helping me build confidence in the process. This is a long-overdue review of our 2022 experience at GenerationNext. We went for an evaluation after a recent miscarriage. The doctor, whose name I believe was Dr. Hade or Dr. Hades, gave us many statistics about success rates and related topics. It felt like they were simply trying to build an IVF sales pipeline. We asked about the necessary steps and the typical number of attempts, but they offered no rough estimate, only more statistics. Five months later, we conceived naturally and delivered a healthy baby. Even now, we look at each other and feel grateful that we did not fall for the sales pitch. We were very fortunate!

My son is now three months old, and I am deeply grateful for their attentive care and expertise in making this dream possible. The doctors have good credentials, and I believe they have adequate IVF experience, but I cannot say the same for other team members. For example, nurses need to be more cautious and careful during blood draws. I believe the finance department deliberately avoids providing itemized charges. You receive an $8,500 invoice with no details, explanation, or breakdown. Payment is essentially completely opaque. If you use insurance, the clinic quickly exhausts your available benefits, according to other patients' reviews. If you pay out of pocket, the clinic overcharges you, and the finance department cannot provide an accurate itemized invoice. Another issue is embryo testing and embryo quality assessment (PGT-S). Results are sent in a clinic-written email, with no medical report or embryo photos—again, no transparency. They once sent three of our embryos for testing, but only one produced a result. The other two had no result, yet finance neither refunded the testing fees nor provided future credit. I strongly recommend that the clinic owners visit their home countries of Hong Kong, Iran, and Turkey. Visit reputable clinics there and see how they provide patients with PGTS results and detailed invoices. GNF is in the heart of Manhattan, but its professionalism is certainly below that of reputable fertility centers in Taiwan and Turkey, and likely below those in the other countries mentioned.

I went to GNF as an outside monitoring clinic, and they were great! Never felt de-prioritized as an outside patient, which I was worried about. Scheduling appointments was easy, staff was super nice, and they sent results promptly to me and to my clinic.

I would never recommend this clinic. They do not have patients' best interests at heart. Dr. Hade knew I had only one usable egg and no problems with natural ovulation—I ovulated on schedule every month—yet pushed me to undergo IVF. He even tried to convince me that I needed an egg donor and major surgery or I would never become pregnant. He spoke so confidently that I believed him. However, nature proved him wrong. Just two months later, I conceived naturally, carried to term, and delivered a healthy baby. Now, more than a year later, the clinic has suddenly sent me a confusing new bill demanding more money. This clinic is unprofessional and clearly cares only about profit, not patients. A very disappointing experience.

I transferred from a doctor in Miami to Generation Next. I was able to complete monitoring with my existing obstetrician, Vieve Wellness, then fly to New York for egg retrieval and transfer. The entire process was very smooth. The clinical staff and Dr. Hade were excellent, and I was very pleased with the laboratory results.

I graduated from this clinic two months ago and want to recognize the staff, rather than the doctors. I had been a patient since 2021, and throughout that time, every staff member I encountered was consistently kind, professional, and caring. I never saw a bad day affect how they treated me, which speaks to the positive environment they have created. The clinic also operates efficiently. It opens at 6:45 a.m., and I could complete all monitoring within 15 minutes without taking time off work. If we missed their call during the day, the team also sent an email with clear follow-up instructions, which was helpful. That said, I want to express concerns about the doctors, particularly the lack of bedside manner. During my recent frozen embryo transfer, I never saw or spoke directly with Dr. Lu, not once from preparation through graduation. Having undergone IVF before, I knew what to expect, so it did not trouble me greatly. However, this degree of detachment from the doctor is unacceptable for new patients who need reassurance, support, or direct communication.

The quality of care was acceptable for my situation. I am satisfied with the outcome and grateful that treatment revealed a condition that may have contributed to our difficulty conceiving. My interactions with Dr. Luk were not pleasant. I believe she is an excellent reproductive specialist, but over time it became clear that she did not understand our specific situation well. When we asked specific questions, she often deflected with general concepts, such as saying we were only 5 years old, without answering. We would have appreciated a simple 'I don't know' so we could continue at a more suitable clinic. Dr. Broussard, the clinical director, was very helpful with our case and had a much better bedside manner. The main reason for this review is the finance department. I rarely leave negative reviews, but not warning others would feel wrong. My case required PGT-SR testing. The quoted price was high, which surprised me, although I knew the testing was expensive. Weeks later, the laboratory accidentally sent me the invoice, and I learned the clinic was trying to charge me more than $12,000 for laboratory fees that were actually around $6,400. I challenged this, but the clinic repeatedly insisted that $12,000 was correct and the laboratory invoice was wrong. Only after I cited state and federal law and demanded an itemized bill did the operations director call, disclose the actual cost, and apologize for their serious 'mistake.' IVF is difficult enough for any patient. Dealing with unnecessary financial problems was the worst part, and I no longer trust this clinic. If it were truly a mistake, one email could have confirmed it and said I was wrong. If I had not persisted, I do not believe they would have corrected it.

I graduated from GNF last week and am incredibly grateful for the experience. Everyone—from the doctors and nurses to the ultrasound technicians and front-desk staff—was wonderful. I transferred from RMA, which felt like a factory, and the difference at GNF was remarkable. GNF felt more personal and thoughtful. Monitoring wait times were considerably shorter, and they even apologized for delays, something I never experienced at RMA. My reproductive endocrinologist was Dr. Seckin, the gentlest, most considerate, and caring doctor. She listened carefully to my concerns about severe pain from stimulation medication at RMA and adjusted my treatment plan so that I had no pain under her care. A GNF nurse even arranged an in-person demonstration of how to mix the stimulation medication, whereas RMA had simply sent a video and left me to figure it out, which felt very impersonal by comparison. After my endometriosis excision surgery, Dr. Seckin provided meticulous care. She contacted my surgeon, obtained his recommendations for my stage 4 endometriosis and severe diffuse adenomyosis, researched his recommended medication, and developed a personalized downregulation protocol to prepare me for transfer. After the transfer, when the ultrasound technician could not clearly see my uterus, she immediately stepped in and switched from a transvaginal to an abdominal ultrasound. Dr. Seckin was beside me throughout: answering questions by video call, performing my retrieval and transfer, personally calling with transfer updates, and attending my final ultrasound before graduation. We could not have reached this point without Dr. Seckin and the entire GNF team. Thank you!

This IVF clinic is absolutely terrible. We completed several treatment cycles at this clinic under Dr. Luk and Dr. Hade, and they missed multiple serious conditions, including: • Balanced translocation • Adenomyosis • Endometriosis • Varicocele • DNA fragmentation • Egg and sperm quality issues • Reproductive NK-cell issues • And more After we shared our experience with friends and they told others, Dr. Luk sent lawyers to silence us.

I had an excellent experience at Generation Next Fertility. Every step was clearly explained from beginning to end, and the entire team made me feel supported and cared for. The clinical assistants were kind and went out of their way to help, always answering my questions and offering guidance. Dr. Luk was amazing! GNF has been the best place for our treatment over the past year. Dr. Nejat's team, along with the other phlebotomists and ultrasound technicians, were warm, attentive, and impeccable throughout. The facility has everything needed, including a laboratory, ultrasound, and operating room. Although we needed several visits each week, the environment was comfortable, beautiful, and efficient. We are happy to graduate soon but will also miss them!

I am still on my fertility journey with GNF and remain hopeful and prayerful that it will succeed. I felt compelled to write tonight because, regardless of the outcome, my husband and I feel fortunate to have found this place and these people. I had what felt like an urgent issue today, and both Dr. Hayde and Dr. Luk ensured it was handled promptly. My primary doctor, Dr. Seckin, is away but still took time to respond and email me. They prioritized my condition, which I truly appreciate. My first frozen embryo transfer (FET) failed, but I feel they are doing everything possible to help the next one succeed. Their response today ensured I never felt forgotten or ignored. IVF is unpredictable and exhausting, so feeling cared for and supported at every step is comforting. I am not an easy patient: I am proactive, want to know everything, and want to ‘help,’ yet they always make me feel my concerns matter. I hope they see this and know how much it helped me. —J.L. *Update*: After three frozen embryo transfers (FET), we finally succeeded. I began treatment at GNF in April 2024, and my son was born in July 2025. For context, we had unexplained infertility. My ovarian reserve was good, and my husband's sperm quality was also good. We tried various methods before succeeding with a completely natural, unmedicated cycle timed to my menstrual cycle. After two failed IUI cycles, we had planned another IUI, but Dr. Seckin said my conditions looked excellent—earlier cycles had persistent fluid—and suggested another frozen embryo transfer. Thank God she followed my advice ❤️ We knew we could conceive, but chose GNF because a previous pregnancy ended unsuccessfully due to medication and there was a long interval before another pregnancy. I hope my experience helps others.

I was initially an outside-monitoring patient, but I loved going to Generation Next for monitoring. The entire team was kind and remarkably efficient. After graduating and visiting several OB/GYN offices, I realized how good our Generation Next experience had been. There was almost no wait, and the skilled phlebotomists made every blood draw nearly painless. Other OB/GYN offices left severe bruising, and I missed Generation Next greatly. Other clinics say my veins are deep and hard to find, but that was never a problem here. The sonographers were also gentle, and examinations did not hurt. I love this clinic!

🚨UPDATE [December 24]: Issue Being Resolved🚨 Following my previous feedback, the financial manager contacted me directly today to apologize for the July 31 billing error and work toward a resolution. They provided a withdrawal confirmation number and advised that the balance would be removed. Although it is disappointing that progress took six months and multiple escalations, I appreciate that the company has finally taken the necessary steps to correct the record. I am currently waiting for the final bill showing a $0.00 balance, which they noted may take some time to process through the insurance company. I hope this concludes the matter, and I will provide a final update once the account is officially cleared. ************************************ BILLING ERRORS!! My experience with the billing department has been terrible, and this has continued for months. It began in July... and it is now almost October!! I was incorrectly charged for two bills. One was a fee for canceling an IVF cycle... Please note that I never even started IVF! The other was for initial bloodwork. If I understand correctly, “initial” means at the beginning of treatment, so why would I have initial bloodwork halfway through treatment? I have been going back and forth with billing. They have made me work incredibly hard so they can keep my money. I should not have to research insurance codes or review bills myself. This is absurd. Now they are telling me one of the bills was downgraded. Please—neither bill should exist. On the day they charged me for canceling IVF, I was actually receiving PRP injections, which I had already paid for... unfortunately, because they did not work at all. I hope this is resolved before December. I just read a review very similar to my experience. I find it ironic that someone from the office responds to every negative review, just as they will respond to this one. They say they will work to ensure it does not happen again, which sounds good. But clearly, it is still happening. I think they need to work harder to prevent this from recurring. This should not happen during the journey. Do better. Oh, and Dr. Hurd is very nice.

Edited Review on 2/5/26: This facility continues to disappoint. I continue to have issues with this company and this time for the oocyte annual storage billing. Reducing back to 1 star. In January 2024, it was confirmed that I would receive the first year of storage complimentary after the difficult experience and this review. Unfortunately, they did not properly notate my account and attempted to bill me for $1,000 on October 2024 and I once again had to contact them for them to fix their mistake. In 1/8/2026, I called GNF because I didn't receive any bills for the annual storage even though it should've been past due. My impression is that it was an oversight and they forgot to bill me until I called to remind them. I asked them to check my insurance again for coverage and emailed on 1/28/2025 to confirm that insurance covers the annual storage. However, I received a call on 2/4/2026 at 10:42am EST about an outstanding bill and needed to contact GNF to fix my account again. Edited Review on 1/12/24: I appreciate that Generation Next Fertility's customer service department reaching out after the original review I provided. They genuinely seemed to care about taking ownership of the situation and changing their communication after taking my review into consideration. As a result, I have updated this to 3 stars. Original Review from 12/7/23: Overall disappointing experience. They add to the stress of the whole egg retrieval process with incredibly poor communication throughout the whole process and after. I was originally not going to write a review but this is continuing after my egg retrieval date. I was sent emails without the following throughout my egg retrieval process: - Instructions for medication to pick-up from the pharmacy that I should NOT have been picking up so soon in my retrieval process (the pharmacist caught this error). - Emails without proper timing instructions of when medication should be injected and no instructional video attachments. - Repeated emails requesting payment when I already notified the Finance department that I would remit payment during my next visit that they acknowledged. - Attempt to over bill me without notification of any changes to the original invoice. - Text message for payment when I was never invoiced for any outstanding balance(s). - Documents to sign without access code and then harassing me to sign after they email me the code. I told them that I just received the access code and I would take the weekend to review the 24+ page agreement, and they continued to bother me while in-person and via email. I echo the sentiments that some previous reviewers disclosed: - I was told that the agreed upon amount would cover everything except for anesthesia and the initial visit. This is important to me bc I was paying out of pocket. However, I continued to get billed for extra items that the doctor herself said would not incur extra charges. - They are impersonal. This place is run like a factory. -The doctor is only available for the first appointment and the doctor was 30 minutes late to the follow up appointment. Btw, they billed me $150 for a "40 min" appointment - Doctor was only there for 10 minutes. - The website is not user friendly. - As of today 12/7/2023 at 2:51pm EST, someone called my mobile from their office number and ask for me by name in Chinese. When I said that I do not speak Chinese, they said sorry and hung up on me. I have NEVER spoken Chinese to anyone there. Why would they call me and speak Chinese - this is discrimination. I wish I had chosen a different clinic. I read the apologies that were written for the poor reviews as a response from this clinic. When I previously addressed some of these concerns with them over email, they would sometimes respond and other times they were ignored. Those written apologies for these reviews are much nicer than anything I've seen in my inbox.

I am deeply grateful for the care I received at GNF. Before starting IVF, I completed four timed-intercourse cycles and two IUI cycles. Comprehensive testing finally gave us a clear diagnosis and allowed us to proceed successfully with IVF. My first egg retrieval produced 10 euploid embryos, and fortunately my first frozen embryo transfer resulted in a healthy baby. Throughout the process, Dr. Seckin listened carefully to my wishes, answered every question, and made me feel genuinely involved in each decision. The entire team was excellent. The front desk responded quickly, answered calls promptly, and helped reschedule appointments when needed. The clinical assistants were efficient and organized and consistently followed up by email and phone with clear instructions and next steps. The ultrasound technicians and phlebotomists were quick and kind, making each visit both caring and efficient. The embryologists were also highly skilled and excellent communicators. I truly felt I was receiving expert, attentive care and strongly recommend Dr. Seckin to anyone undergoing fertility treatment. Thanks to them, I am now holding my two-week-old daughter.

Exceptional experience with Dr. Luk and the Generation Next team I am profoundly grateful for the care Dr. Luk provided during my fertility journey. My experience with her was exceptional. We had experienced multiple failed embryo transfers at other clinics and IVF centers. Dr. Luk carefully reviewed our records. We discussed a uterine evaluation, and she recommended a repeat biopsy and a different treatment protocol. She provided individualized care and thoroughly explained every available test. She was compassionate, meticulous, and attentive. What impressed us most was Dr. Luk's dedication and communication. She always returned our calls promptly and kept us informed at every stage about our progress and treatment plan. The clinic staff were also excellent: whenever we called, they responded quickly, and we received all test results promptly. My husband is also a physician and was equally impressed. He appreciated not only Dr. Luk's clinical expertise but also the reception staff and the smooth, efficient workflow. The entire process went smoothly, and the care we received gave us complete confidence. After multiple failed transfers, we finally achieved a pregnancy with our last embryo. I want to share my wonderful experience at Generation Next Fertility. From the beginning, the entire team, including receptionists, nurses, ultrasound technicians, clinical assistants, and doctors, welcomed me warmly and made me feel reassured and supported. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Seckin, who helped me overcome a thin uterine lining and guided me to a successful pregnancy. Dr. Nejat performed my egg retrieval and collected 29 eggs, an excellent result. Dr. Luk performed my only embryo transfer, which was successful, and I will always be grateful for that moment. After every visit, the clinical staff patiently answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. They always left me feeling confident and reassured. Communication at this clinic is excellent; even on weekends, messages were answered within a few hours, which is invaluable during such an emotional process. I began treatment in September and was pregnant by February. I am deeply grateful to this remarkable team for their dedication, care, and unwavering support throughout the process.

The GNF staff are always kind, responsive, and available by email or phone, even on weekends and evenings. Several times when I urgently needed medication, they contacted my insurer and specialty pharmacy to keep everything on track. Fertility treatment is rarely easy, but they made me feel fully supported, and I always looked forward to appointments. Their monitoring hours are also more convenient and flexible than at many clinics. I am now 20 weeks pregnant thanks to GNF. Graduating from the clinic was both happy and sad because I had grown accustomed to such excellent care. I will always be grateful to GNF for giving me the chance to welcome my first child this year.

I wish I could review Generation Next's physicians and administrative staff separately. Five stars for Dr. Hade and his team! He is highly skilled and patient, and my treatment results have been very good so far. His team always provides clear follow-up instructions, and the clinical staff are attentive and keep me well informed throughout treatment. The finance department, however, is a completely different story. Our bills have contained repeated errors. Almost every time, we have had to follow up several times to remind them to bill insurance and apply my clinic payments to specific charges. They often list payments as ‘unapplied credits,’ making it impossible to tell what has already been paid and what is a new charge. Every aspect of billing is extremely cumbersome. This makes an already expensive and stressful treatment process even harder, forcing patients to scrutinize every bill and correct mistakes. I have not been in the office for over a month, yet I received two calls this week saying my bill was overdue. There is a new balance on my account, but I have not received a statement since April 6, when I paid in full. Today I again had to ask them to generate a statement. Demanding payment without an itemized list of services is absurd. If I could rate the financial department separately, I would give it zero stars.

I was about to begin IVF treatment at Generation Next Fertility, but I did not need to because I became pregnant! I spent several months visiting their Manhattan office and mostly the Westchester office at the Fortune Building. My doctor was Dr. Lu, who was knowledgeable and helpful. I had weekly ultrasounds at the Westchester clinic. I believe the sonographer's name was Dee, and she was amazing. Dee made every visit feel special and handled everything promptly and on time. I wish I could have had Dee throughout my entire journey. Also, my billing experience and interactions with the rest of the team were always excellent; they answered my questions promptly. I recommend their services. Thank you 👌

I want to share my experience with Dr. Janelle Luk. From the beginning, our concerns were repeatedly dismissed and even mocked. She ignored all our questions and gave us a hard sales pitch just to bring us in. Afterward, we never saw her again, not even on the day of the embryo transfer. We truly regret ever entering her office. Because this was our first IVF cycle, we trusted everything she told us. Despite our repeated requests, she refused to recommend any relevant testing or evidence-based treatment options. When we raised concerns, her communication was poor, dismissive, and at times even manipulative. After we decided to seek care elsewhere, we never heard from her again.

I met Dr. Luk a year ago, when navigating complex financial and medical issues was difficult. Dr. Luk spent a great deal of time explaining every step of the process and the possible diagnoses. From egg quality and endometriosis to other possible factors, she made sure I understood every detail. She explained that endometriosis is very complex and that although I might have it, it could not be confirmed without laparoscopy. I sincerely appreciate her spirit, honesty, and clear communication throughout the process. The path was not easy—our first embryo transfer failed, but we then had an endometrial biopsy to check for inflammation. The biopsy results also helped determine the menstrual cycle. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional medical team that supported us along the way. Initially, my husband and I hoped to try the least invasive approach to natural conception, but we soon realized there might be an issue with egg quality or the gametes. After careful consideration, we chose IVF. Dr. Luk patiently explained the potential causes of the various issues we faced and referred us to other pelvic floor specialists. Fortunately, we did not need any procedures beyond IVF. Dr. Luk is truly one of a kind—a highly skilled doctor whom we were very fortunate to have guiding us. Thank you to Dr. Luk and her entire team for their unwavering support. Thank you for making me a parent. Thank you for believing in me when every other doctor had given up on us.
