Do not come here! Terrible facility. As a cash-paying patient, I had one failed IUI and the entire process was awful. There was no guidance or communication. When my IUI failed, they did not request follow-up. They treated me as a simple transaction and showed no compassion. The complete lack of communication makes this place feel like it operates out of someone's garage. The doctor seemed completely disengaged and offered almost no feedback. When my husband asked for advice on improving his sperm count, all he could say was "no." On the day of my first IUI, the doctor condescendingly said the sperm count was low and our chance of success was small. When I asked whether we should postpone, he dismissively said, "No, it is still worth trying," showing no confidence in the procedure he was about to perform. I later spoke with the doctor's wife, who serves as finance director. She promised a discount on my next IUI and said she would reduce my laboratory fees, which she never did. Recently, when I told them I had insurance coverage for up to 6 IUIs, they gave me the runaround for three weeks and ignored my emails and calls about insurance verification. Finally, after the front desk representative confirmed my coverage, the finance director called to say they did not accept insurance for IUI because they had "no reimbursement contract" with the insurer. Instead, she offered me a cash IUI for $1,200. How convenient that they quickly offer cash discounts but will not work with patients who have full coverage. This facility wasted my time and money. They are dishonest and clearly do not know how to run a professional medical practice. Fertility treatment is a vulnerable journey, and playing with people's emotions and lying to them is unforgivable. Absolutely shameful.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Green Valley Fertility Partners. We began our IVF journey in January 2024 and were delighted to welcome our beautiful baby girl in October 2024. Every staff member was outstanding, from reception and the back-office staff to the nurses, medical assistants, and of course Dr. Fisch, who guided us through this extraordinary journey. We will always be grateful that we found this clinic and hope to begin the process again in 2026.

We began our journey last May, and it was honestly the best experience. The doctor not only determined my wife's health condition but also helped us become pregnant. We officially graduated today. I am very happy and excited, but also sad to leave the staff and our doctor. Thank you again for everything. We will miss you often, but we will see you again.

I give GVFP 4 stars because of the main person who helped us through a difficult situation—Ivy. Overall, it was probably a 3.5. Ultimately, we shifted our care elsewhere for better overall communication. Dr. Fisch is knowledgeable and found and removed my polyp. He did not pressure us into IVF, though we did seem to be discussing what future care might look like. His NP was very kind and cared for me attentively before and after my hysteroscopy. From the beginning, there were communication issues with the front office, clinical staff, and billing. It is a smaller office with great potential, but I believe the staff need more training and that prior authorization work should be assigned to someone other than the front desk staff.

Stay away from this place! At every visit, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the doctor that left me feeling ignored and disrespected during an emotionally difficult time. The doctor frequently interrupted me, rushed through appointments, and showed almost no compassion or patience when I asked important questions about treatment. After a failed egg retrieval, we were told we would have a follow-up with Dr. Fish to discuss what went wrong, what went well, and the next steps. However, it took nearly two weeks to schedule the call. I had to follow up repeatedly and even ask to speak with a manager before getting an appointment. When Dr. Fish finally called, he refused to answer our questions, responded sarcastically, and abruptly hung up. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a doctor. Afterward, Dr. Fish's office manager and wife, Melissa Fish, called to apologize. She explained that he was angry because he felt we were blaming him for the failed cycle. This was especially confusing because we were simply trying to understand what happened so we could make an informed decision about trying again. We wanted clarification, not blame. Melissa offered us two options: a discount on another IVF cycle or a small refund. We chose the refund because I no longer felt comfortable entrusting my body or care to Dr. Fish. What should have been a supportive and transparent process instead felt cold, confusing, and at times condescending. I left appointments feeling more anxious and dismissed, which is the last thing anyone needs when entrusting a provider with such a private and sensitive journey.

My experience with Green Valley Fertility Partners was amazing. From the beginning, Dr. Fisch made us feel completely at ease. He always explained everything clearly, often answering questions before we even asked. His knowledge and confidence reassured us throughout the entire in vitro fertilization (IVF) process. The staff were equally outstanding. Everyone we met was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Kensey at the front desk was always welcoming and made us comfortable from the moment we walked in. Johanna managed our schedule and guided my wife on when and how to take each medication. She was a lifesaver, and her organization and support made the process much easier. What could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience became hopeful and supportive because of this team. We sincerely thank Dr. Fisch, Kensey, Johanna, and everyone at Green Valley Fertility Partners for supporting us throughout. I highly recommend them to anyone considering IVF or fertility treatment. You will receive excellent care.

I had a wonderful experience at Green Valley Fertility Partners. Dr. Fisch was very attentive and explained every step of this extremely stressful treatment process in detail. Kensi at the front desk was warm and friendly at every visit. Joanna was very helpful throughout and proactively contacted me whenever I had questions. All clinical and nursing staff were excellent and consistently professional. During such a long and stressful treatment process, it was wonderful to find a clinic that works hard to make care convenient for patients. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

Dr. Fisch is amazing! Highly recommended!!! My husband and I originally planned to use another fertility clinic, but a friend recommended this one after an excellent experience. We switched and noticed the difference in care from the first appointment. With his and his team’s help, we were fortunate to have our baby, who is now two months old. 💙

We had struggled with infertility and wanted answers and solutions, so we scheduled a consultation. Dr. Fisch explained the entire process. We learned that insurance would cover one IVF cycle but not an out-of-pocket management fee, and we decided to begin. I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), so IVF seemed like a good option for pregnancy, though the doctor hesitated to confirm whether I had PCOS. During stimulation, my hormone levels and follicle counts at each follow-up looked good. At retrieval, 17 eggs were collected; 10 were mature and 8 fertilized, which was a good number. By day three, however, they stopped developing, leaving us with nothing. We were surprised, confused, and devastated by the failed retrieval. The doctor said it was due to poor egg quality. Yet after only a partial cycle, our fertility insurance benefit was nearly exhausted. Another retrieval would be out of pocket, and the stimulation medications had consumed much of our benefit. The most disappointing part was the “unexplained infertility.” They did not investigate the underlying cause of my poor egg quality and instead quoted a high price to try again. During the consultation, Dr. Fisch said IVF success rates were 70%-80%, while the clinic manager said 40%-45%, showing significant internal miscommunication. They repeatedly said the problem was egg quality, as if I had burned a batch of cookies. I am 35 and relatively healthy, have had one live birth, and conceived successfully a year ago before unfortunately miscarrying. IVF seemed promising, and although I knew it was only a chance, we did not expect this outcome. I felt they were focused on moving patients quickly into IVF cycles. The staff were friendly and did help us, but the doctor's advice did not feel sound, and in the end we felt like a number. Rather than determining why my egg quality was poor and addressing it before another round, they encouraged a second retrieval costing thousands out of pocket with no assistance and gave us false hope. I have decided to see an endocrinologist to address my PCOS, hoping it will support our future fertility. The endocrinologist was surprised the doctor had not ordered more hormone blood tests, so that is now being addressed. If we pursue IVF again, we plan to go elsewhere. The process felt like a roller coaster, with one message followed by another, while all our emotions were caught up in it.

Dr. Fisch is absolutely amazing!!! He made the entire treatment process easy to understand and ensured that all my questions were answered at any time. I could always reach him, even on weekends. Joanna is wonderful too; she is very kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Honestly, his entire team is fantastic!! They all made me feel at home. Thank you to all the staff—you are amazing!!!!!

I know everyone's fertility journey is different, but our experience with Dr. Fisch and his team was truly excellent. From the beginning, we felt supported, fully informed, and genuinely cared for. We ultimately became pregnant, and although we are excited to move on to our OB-GYN, we honestly already miss this team. We are very grateful for everything they did for us and highly recommend this clinic to anyone on a fertility journey.

My fertility journey began at another well-known medical institution, but I felt overlooked and communication was poor across the staff, so I knew I needed a clinic that truly listened rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. From the warm front desk to the attentive care from the clinical staff and Dr. Fisch himself, everything felt more personal and reassuring. Dr. Fisch listened patiently to my concerns and tailored a treatment plan to me. He never made unrealistic promises; instead, he clearly explained every possibility and set reasonable expectations, which put me at ease. I truly can't say enough good things about Green Valley Fertility Partners. Because of them, my husband and I are expecting our baby girl through IVF. The whole team was always so kind and gracious through our infertility journey and helped us feel informed and understand our options. Communication was always prompt and they answered every question we had with patience and understanding. Infertility is a heartbreaking journey, but they made the financing, managing medications, and scheduling visits all so simple in a complex situation. We are forever grateful to have found this clinic and for Dr. Fisch in helping us have our miracle baby. We look forward to working with them again for future embryo transfers!

Dr. Fisch has worked another miracle! From 2018 to 2022, we visited every clinic in Las Vegas without success until we switched to Green Valley Fertility Partners. By 2022/8, I was pregnant with my daughter. When she was a year and a half old, we began trying for a second child, and a year later we were pregnant again! We love that Green Valley Fertility Partners feels like a warm, comfortable boutique clinic rather than the crowded, noisy fertility clinics elsewhere in town. We appreciate being able to schedule afternoon monitoring visits, while other clinics offer ultrasounds only at 7 or 8 a.m. We also love that Dr. Fisch personally attends every ultrasound and even calls with fertilization results, embryo development updates, and beta-hCG results. We love this clinic and doctor and would definitely return if we decide to have a third child!

If you are looking for the right fertility clinic, Green Valley Fertility Partners (GVFP) is the place to go! My wife and I had an excellent experience at GVFP. We both underwent IVF and had very good results. We are thrilled to announce that our daughter will be arriving soon, all thanks to Dr. Fisch and his outstanding team at GVFP. Dr. Fisch has tremendous experience in reproductive medicine. My case was complex, but he knew exactly how to achieve the best possible outcome. We often saw families in the waiting room who had traveled from out of state for treatment at GVFP, which speaks volumes about the clinic's exceptional standard of care. The facility is also beautiful, spotless, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. From reception to the embryology lab, the entire team was excellent. Every team member was warm, friendly, and professional, and showed us genuine care and consideration throughout our year of treatment. Dr. Fisch is wonderful! He always explained every step patiently and thoroughly and answered all our questions. We were fortunate to receive care from both Dr. Thayer and Dr. Fisch. She is highly knowledgeable and supported us greatly throughout the process. My wife needed an uncomfortable procedure, and Dr. Thayer held her hand throughout, which meant so much to us. Both doctors were exceptional in their skill and manner. Joanna, the clinical assisted reproductive technology coordinator, was also a pleasure to work with. We were always happy to see her. She patiently explained how to use our medications and answered all our questions. The nursing staff were also wonderful. Mariza and Taylor were always so kind, and I would say they must be the best phlebotomists because we could barely feel the needle. The anesthesiologists also took excellent care of us and kept us very comfortable during procedures requiring sedation. The financial team was first-rate as well. Melissa and Jenny were always helpful, understanding, and supportive. They worked closely with us to maximize our budget and insurance coverage and consistently offered excellent guidance based on their extensive experience. We truly enjoyed our many conversations with them. We were also deeply impressed by the embryology team. It was clear that our embryos received meticulous, expert care. My wife and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this clinic and to have been cared for by such an outstanding team. In fact, graduating was bittersweet because we had visited so often and loved seeing the staff. We will definitely return when we are ready for our second child!

If you are looking for an excellent fertility doctor, look no further. My husband and I did not start trying to conceive until I was 39, so we expected an uphill battle. From the beginning, however, Dr. Fisch and his outstanding team put us at ease. One of the greatest benefits of choosing a smaller clinic with one reproductive specialist is the attentive, personalized care. Dr. Fisch and his team quickly got to know us and our fertility journey. He personally handled our appointments, ultrasounds, and all necessary testing, and at the end of every visit he patiently answered all our questions, often before we even asked them. He is highly knowledgeable, reassuring, and always able to address our concerns. I truly felt cared for and treated like his most important patient. Dr. Fisch is meticulous, thoughtful, compassionate, and very approachable. He called us personally on several occasions, which meant so much during such an emotionally intense treatment process. Fertility treatment can be stressful and invasive, but Dr. Fisch and his entire clinical team, including the nurses and anesthesiologists, always did everything possible to keep me comfortable and reassured. Beyond his clinical expertise, Dr. Fisch has an admirable bedside manner. He is kind, patient, and genuinely supportive. He and his wife Melissa made me feel like more than just a patient. We also loved the reception staff and nurses. Everyone was warm, helpful, and supportive throughout our visits. Joanna was always available to answer questions and ease our anxiety, and we are very grateful for her kindness and support. We cannot speak highly enough of Green Valley Fertility Partners, Dr. Fisch, and the entire team. Dr. Fisch made both my husband and me feel comfortable, and we had a son on our first attempt. That was more than ten years ago, and we are now looking for him again.

This review is definitely long overdue 😂 Thanks to Dr. Fisch and his friendly staff, my husband and I were able to conceive through IVF. We were fortunate to need only one cycle, and now we have a beautiful boy who is 4 years old! Hence the late review. 😂 We are very grateful for Dr. Fisch's knowledge and experience in such a difficult field. My husband and I were not young during this process. I was 39 and 40 while trying to have a child, and my husband was also older. We are so grateful that we decided to try IVF and chose Dr. Fisch. Hope was not lost, even after nearly 10 years of trying before we had our son. 🥰

Do not use this doctor. He repeatedly lied to us, was condescending, and showed no consideration for cost. He lied about our insurance coverage and then said he did not handle insurance. He falsely claimed success with low-level mosaic embryos, having abandoned everything before February and then trying to tell us he had achieved success. At one appointment he recommended HGH, and at the next he called it experimental. IVF is difficult enough. Find someone who genuinely cares about you and keeps their promises.

My review will probably be considered very outdated, but I still feel it is worth posting. In 2006, my husband and I began trying to start a family. After two miscarriages, I was referred to Dr. Daneshmand, who I believe now practices in San Diego. At age 29, this fertility doctor told me I needed two egg retrieval cycles because my egg count was low for my age. We prepared to take out another mortgage on our home to fund the procedure. Sadly, I became pregnant a third time and had a third miscarriage. We were fixated on the proposed treatment until a family member suggested a second opinion. We then sought a second opinion from Dr. Fisch! He said I did not need IVF and started me on Clomid on days 3-7. I produced 3 eggs each cycle but did not become pregnant. On the fourth cycle, we decided to combine Clomid with IUI. On 5/5 this year, my twin daughters turned fourteen!!! They are about to enter high school and are very healthy. Because of my success, I referred two friends to Dr. Fisch, and both also conceived twins. When I thought there was no hope, Dr. Fisch gave me hope. He did the same for my friends. I highly recommend him! I have been blessed to be a mother of twins for many years, all thanks to Dr. Fisch and his staff. Thank you!!!

I just finished treatment at Dr. Fish Hospital with Kevin at Planet Hollywood. It was an exhilarating experience. The refreshing feeling of the fish nibbling at you is beyond description. I have been doing this for about 29 years, beginning in Turkey, for the health of my feet, and this session was by far the best!
