Dr. Dominguez is a recognized expert in reproductive medicine, in vitro fertilization, and laparoscopic surgery. She earned her medical degree from George Washington University, completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, and completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Dominguez has held faculty positions in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of California, San Diego, the University of New Mexico, and Emory University in Atlanta. A distinguished reproductive endocrinologist, she has earned the respect of her colleagues, published more than 80 scientific articles, chapters, videos, and abstracts, and received multiple teaching awards throughout her career. Dr. Dominguez is dual board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

    I had a male sample analysis done here. The sample collection room you can enter with your spouse (Room 829A) was filthy. It looked as though it had not been cleaned for months: the shelves and pictures were covered in thick dust. The walls, floor, and shelves were splattered with bodily fluids (you know what kind!). There were greasy handprints on the wall beside the sofa. There was also hair, dirt, and dried bodily fluid on the floor. I cannot believe this was in a hospital. I will never return.

    Dr. Kosasa helped us conceive our son, and we will always be grateful. He took exceptional care of both my husband and me throughout the process.     While working with another clinic in California, I used Pacific In Vitro for outside monitoring. Pacific In Vitro was an essential part of the process and made everything, including communication, as smooth as possible. Their staff were exceptional. They quickly learned my name, recognized me, and knew my latest updates and next steps as if I were one of their own patients. Dr. Dominguez was also extremely supportive and reassuring. Special thanks to Rick, who even made blood draws easy and enjoyable! I feel very fortunate to have been part of their team and to have had such a wonderful experience. Mahalo!

    Dr. Kosasa and his team (nurses and staff) were supportive throughout our entire process. We do not live on Oahu, but Dr. Kosasa and his team was able to seamlessly correspond on all medical needs and updates. Emails and phone calls were always replied to as well as coordination for prescriptions and medical exams. Together, we were able to have our miracle baby! Extra appreciation goes to Mrs. Mari, she helped to spearhead our IVF journey and continues to support us with the process. Thank you so much Dr. Kosasa and your team!

    Going through fertility treatments is an emotional rollercoaster. We had our share of painful ups and downs with egg retrieval fails and implant miscarriages, but the team at Pacific In Vitro was always our anchor. They worked tirelessly to come to a resolution, and we are now blessed with two beautiful boys. Dr. D is phenomenal and the best in her field—knowing she performs her own procedures herself gave us so much reassurance. No matter what heartbreaks or hopes you are carrying, this staff genuinely goes through it with you.

    Dr. Dominguez is a name I will never forget, and I will always thank God for her. She loves and cares for her patients. In 2016, after a series of intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles at Tripler, I first spoke with her at a seminar and immediately felt at home. She is loving, hardworking, and patient—the best doctor I have ever met. She tailors treatment to your condition instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach. She is exceptionally attentive, and thanks to her we have our beautiful baby. We are deeply grateful. Years have passed, and I even wondered why I waited until now to leave a review 😊. We love you, Dr. Dee.

    I do not even know where to begin praising Dr. D. Before I was ready to have children, my OB-GYN referred me because she knew I would have trouble conceiving and recommended seeing a specialist. Fortunately, I did, because it took six months to get an appointment and another six months of procedures to prepare my body for IVF. From testing, tubal ligation, two egg retrievals, implantation, bleeding that required two months of bed rest, and dealing with insurance, it was a long journey. The final result was amazing. I have a beautiful, healthy girl and another baby on the way. As a side note, I swear IVF babies are healthier. She is perfect in every way, which is not surprising because they selected the best embryo for implantation. Dr. D and her team were always supportive. They are very busy, so it helps to be proactive and persistent about scheduling and asking questions.

    I highly recommend Dr. Dominguez for reproductive endocrinology and fertility treatment. Before consulting her, I had read 6 books and completed 8 months of fertility acupuncture. I had already spent a great deal of money with little result. Needless to say, I was frustrated and distrustful by then. When I met Dr. Dominguez, the first thing I did was bring a list of questions—1 page, 12-point font, single-spaced. She handled it very professionally. I know other doctors who might have dismissed my list, but Dr. D took time to answer every question. She was highly professional, empathetic, encouraging, and direct. She discussed her plan, and we began immediately. My baby is now 2 months old. I owe this to God and Dr. D. A few drawbacks: 1. The wait for Dr. D can sometimes be long. I was always roomed on time but then waited 30 minutes for her. 2. Check carefully that Dr. D's office accepts your insurance. PS: Dr. D's staff are very kind. Chantel called me on her day off on Saturday, or perhaps Sunday, to share the good news! I loved that she was just as excited. Bernie was also very kind and reassuring. PPS: I met a woman who told me Dr. D was the fourth RE she had consulted. She had undergone several rounds of IVF with previous doctors. Dr. D successfully helped her have a child, who was only three months old when I met her. She regretted not finding Dr. D sooner. Fortunately, Dr. D was my first RE. 5 stars because the outcome far outweighed the negatives.

    My experience with Dr. Dominguez and her staff was the best I have ever had. I was very nervous and anxious about my first IUI, but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

    Dr. D is without question one of the best doctors I have ever seen! Every time we saw her for infertility treatment, we moved another step forward. She, her office team, and the nurses are wonderful. Highly recommended—I love them!

    The doctor and staff are the best! I went to another fertility clinic on Oahu, but they did nothing to identify the problem and did not take me seriously as a patient. I was fortunate to find Dr. D, and because of her, my husband and I now have two sets of twins. She gave me the family I thought I could never have because of PCOS. I absolutely recommend Dr. Dominguez!
