Dr. Hatch is passionate about helping patients achieve their dreams of building a family. Her warm and approachable manner puts patients at ease. Her approach is both encouraging and thoughtful, and she personally understands the challenges and successes her patients experience. Her own infertility journey began when she was diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency. After several attempts to become pregnant, she was fortunate to have two boys.
Dr. Ilene Hatch has more than 20 years of experience practicing reproductive medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of Southern California. She then completed a four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center. Dr. Hatch further specialized in reproductive endocrinology and infertility by completing a board-approved fellowship at the University of Southern California. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is dual board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Her clinical interests include polycystic ovaries, premature ovarian insufficiency, poor ovarian response, and the use of donor eggs. Dr. Hatch is an assistant clinical professor at UCI. Dr. Hatch's commitment to excellence has led to a marked increase in success rates.
