After graduating from Auburn University, he earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1987. After a one-year internal medicine internship at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, he transferred to the University of Mississippi for an obstetrics and gynecology residency. After completing residency in 1992, Dr. Fox completed a two-year fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He received numerous awards and academic honors throughout his training.

During medical school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Dr. Fox was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society in his third year. He became board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology in 1995 and earned subspecialty certification in reproductive endocrinology and infertility in 1997. Dr. Fox serves as medical director of Advanced Reproductive Specialists/Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine.

Dr. Fox has written chapters on endometriosis, treatment of female infertility, and treatment of male-factor infertility for several obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive endocrinology books. He has also published numerous articles in respected professional journals. Dr. Fox remains actively involved in research with University of Florida residents and regularly presents important clinical studies on current infertility issues locally and nationally.

Dr. Fox belongs to numerous professional organizations, including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, Society of Reproductive Surgeons, Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, RESOLVE, and Endometriosis Association.

In addition to helping couples achieve their desired outcomes, Dr. Fox is a highly skilled laparoscopic surgeon with a strong interest in endometriosis and pelvic pain. He also works with patients to investigate potential metabolic causes of infertility, such as polycystic ovary syndrome and insulin resistance. Other interests include diminished ovarian reserve, PMS, and recurrent pregnancy loss.

Dr. Fox is happily married and the proud father of five children: Madison, Michaela, Magnolia, Millicent, and Maddox. He and his wife, Felicia, an obstetrician-gynecologist, have spontaneous triplets, giving him unique insight into this particularly stressful potential outcome of infertility treatment. An avid athlete, he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and other outdoor activities with his family. He also enjoys collecting antiques and photography.

Dr. Yoo was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. I am giving one star because of the office staff. More than a month after my consultation, the surgical scheduler delayed calling to arrange surgery. By then the schedule was full, and I was told I would receive a call when scheduling reopened. In month 12, I received a call but was told I needed preoperative clearance before scheduling. My PCP found this strange because scheduling normally comes first. After obtaining clearance, I left several voicemails and asked the receptionist whether the scheduler was available. More than a week passed with no return call. I asked to speak with the office manager but never received a call. When I reached someone, I was told they needed to speak with another person before responding. I asked whether they could pencil in a placeholder, but they said no and promised to contact me immediately. When no one called, I contacted reception and was told the scheduler was out of the office. The office staff's lack of professionalism is embarrassing, and I am frustrated that these people obstruct patient care.

I have never been treated better than by this staff. They are all extremely friendly and kind and always go above and beyond to ensure I receive care! This is especially important because I am an outside-monitoring patient. Leah is pure gold and is especially good at responding by email. If you need services or outside monitoring, JCRM is the place to go!

I am happy to share that our journey succeeded on the first try. Now that he is here, I can share my experience with others on this journey. My experience with JCRM could not have been better. I was nervous about the process because I had never needed IVF before. From start to finish, every staff member was wonderful, and I never felt judged for being older. I followed every recommendation they made. I focused on the calendar and tracked each medication and when to take it. Receiving mail-order medication went very smoothly. I never ran out or had similar problems; I simply stayed on course. I understand that not everyone will have the same journey, experience, or outcome we were fortunate to have, but I strongly recommend JCRM if you are looking for a clinic. Go in with an open mind and accept that they will give you the best chance of success. That means various laboratory tests, starting medications you would not normally take, and completing procedures to correct problems you may not have known you had. Patience is essential! Thank you, JCRM. I truly believe he would not be here if you had not given us a chance to try. I will always be grateful to the entire staff. Little Mateo is absolutely perfect in every way!

I want to review my experience as an outside-monitoring patient. At first, I was very nervous about starting a remote cycle at a new place, especially after hearing that people sometimes receive poor treatment because they are not "their patient." That was absolutely not the case; everyone at JCRM was wonderful, from the front desk and phlebotomists to the nurses and doctors. I especially enjoyed working with Dr. Hearn. She was kind and supportive during IVF, and you could feel that she was truly cheering for you. Nicole, the ultrasound technician, was also wonderful. But the absolute highlight of this office is Leah. Leah is the best. Please give Leah a raise! She is why my outside monitoring went so smoothly. She is extremely responsive, always answered my emails quickly when I needed an appointment, and did not mind refaxing everything countless times when my clinic had trouble receiving documents. She was truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you to everyone at JCRM for creating such a positive experience during this stressful time.

Find another clinic. For this important life event, you deserve better than JCRM. This practice is disorganized and communicates poorly at best. They use paper records, and care team members do not remember, do not know, or confuse your details at every visit. Throughout the process, the care team tells you to ‘call them,’ but calls are never answered or returned. There was a typo in the dosage on my medication instructions, causing significant confusion and creating a potential danger. For several early-morning appointments, I arrived on time before the staff, the building doors were locked, and they again did not answer the phone. I had to advocate for myself and coordinate my own care throughout the process. They may simply be severely understaffed, but understaffing leads to mistakes and added stress during an already confusing and stressful time. For this important life event, you deserve better than JCRM. There are better clinics with more staff, greater transparency, and care coordinators. I almost forgot that while I was naked on the operating table waiting for my egg retrieval to begin, the clinical staff made an inappropriate joke about giving parents the wrong eggs and sperm in the operating room.

Avoid. The doctors and nurses are wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind professionals. However, if you cannot wait over thirty minutes only to be transferred to a voicemail box that does not accept messages, go elsewhere. For three weeks I have tried to schedule surgery and completed every difficult requirement. Now that the team must contact me to schedule, I suddenly cannot reach anyone, even a live representative. Their customer service is absurd, and I would not recommend this place to anyone with an urgent medical need. I only need a scheduling call, but they could not manage it within a month. I leave voicemails every few days and have sent three portal messages, but no one cares enough to call back.

I don’t even want to think about what would’ve happened to me if I hadn’t found Dr. Fox and the team at JCRM. If you are like me and struggled for decades trying to find a doctor who would listen, please see Dr. Fox, I cannot recommend him enough. I am almost 5 months post-laparoscopy and have noticed a drastic difference in my quality of life. I feel like I have my life back. Endometriosis is scary and it may feel like life as you know it is over but the specialists and their staff here will be there to help you along the way, judgement free. You can tell that they love helping their patients and genuinely care. They will help you advocate for yourself even when you find it hard to. I am so thankful to have found this wonderful team when I did, you all are doing amazing work and changing lives for the better. Thank you for all that you do.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Fox and his team. I had seen a different doctor who did my hysterectomy. Once that happened she found endometriosis in my body cavity and said she removed it all. She did not. I had severe pain a few months after and was referred to Dr. Fox. He got me ready for surgery and also found that I had a pelvic floor hernia. I got to meet with another doctor that works with Dr. Fox, Dr. Atkinson. I had surgery and he found three hernias during surgery and repaired them. Doctor Fox removed all of the endometriosis and both of these changed my life. I'm no longer living in constant pain, and i feel better than I've felt in years. Thank you Dr. Fox and Dr. Atkinson for all of your help and amazing work you have done for me!

The experience was great at first. However, my messages always took a long time to receive a response. I sent one on the 9th, received a confusing reply on the 15th, and am still waiting for another response. It feels as though they do not communicate with one another or do not review your situation carefully before replying. It is incredibly frustrating. This is not the first time a message has taken this long to receive a reply. I absolutely love Kelsey and only communicate with her because everyone else I have contacted seems confused, even though my chart explains everything clearly.

My daughter had surgery two weeks ago. On Friday morning, July 11, 2025, she began urinating blood. She called the doctor's office, and later that day she developed mouth sores and notified the office again. No one has called her back. Animals receive better treatment. Although she is an adult, I am still unhappy.

I have been a longtime patient at Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine, and I can honestly say Dr. Christopher Lipari is the best fertility doctor I have met. His expertise, compassion, and genuine care made this challenging journey deeply meaningful. The entire staff supported us and truly treated us like family. I have referred many women here because I know firsthand how important it is to have a team that listens, guides you, and stays beside you at every step. Every situation is different, but JCRM is committed to exploring every possible option to help you realize your dream of having a child. Infertility is not easy. After two stillbirths, I did not give up. With Dr. Lipari and his excellent team beside us, we overcame each challenge. Ultimately, we changed direction and chose frozen embryo transfer, welcoming our miracle baby, Raine Lorenn. Although she was born at only 23 weeks and weighed just 1 pound 2 ounces, she is now thriving and is a true testament to God's grace. She was born on August 12, 2024. We will always be grateful to Dr. Lipari and the entire JCRM family. To anyone beginning this journey, stay encouraged, trust the process, and pray for your womb. I appreciated Dr. Fox's consultation and knowledge of endometriosis, but I want to address the front desk, which accounts for the two-star rating. The first person who answered my call took 45 minutes to collect my information. She said my appointment required a $100 deposit that would go toward my copay or additional insurance costs. Although this was somewhat higher than my other specialist copays, which range from $25 to $75, I agreed. I then received a $143 bill, for a total of $243, and was told this was my balance because I had not met my deductible. I did not understand because although I had not met my deductible, I had never paid $100 out of pocket for other consultations or specialist visits. I had also never received an additional bill for a consultation after paying a deposit or copay in advance. Even with good insurance, this is expensive. I wish the scheduler had told me the $100 deposit would not cover everything so I could have prepared. Overall, the information was misleading, and I am still waiting for an itemized bill explaining why the cost exceeded $100. This brings me to the overall surgical estimate. I understand surgery is a significant expense, especially before meeting a deductible, but you are expected to pay $200-300 for an ultrasound, a $1,000 surgical deposit, and then $4,000 in advance on the day of surgery? This should have been disclosed from the beginning. I have not had surgery since childhood, so please be patient. I was disappointed to learn that payment plans or financing are not accepted. I also wonder whether the deposit will have hidden fees, as with the first appointment. I hope the front desk can communicate more effectively and the clinic will work with middle-class patients. If circumstances change or I can arrange a payment plan, I will do everything possible to address this life-altering pain and schedule care. I hope there are no more hidden fees.

Dr. Fox is a smart doctor, but he is HORRIFIC with time management (2+ hrs behind schedule), create vague notes and has no sense of internal organization. Was very disiterested and distracted during our appointment with him.

Dr. Lipari deserves five stars. He performed my endometriosis surgery, and I felt he was very attentive. However, the clinic is in terrible condition and communication could not be worse, which makes me not want to return.

I left a voicemail to schedule an appointment, but after more than a week I still could not reach anyone, so I completed the appointment form on their website. Someone called the next day, but I missed the call. I called back less than a minute later. The woman who answered said she was going into a meeting and needed about 20 minutes to review my information. She promised to call back at 10:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. that same day. She never called, so I scheduled with another organization.

Good luck getting them to return your call or message. If I were not about to transfer care, I would switch clinics. The doctor is excellent, but the nurses are terrible. After spending so much money, I should not have to wait more than two days for a response, only to feel the nurse has not reviewed my chart. IVF treatment is extremely time-sensitive and affects hormone levels, yet these nurses provide no reassurance!

I am a new patient, and my experience has been excellent so far. The entire team is warm and friendly, which means so much when you are experiencing infertility. Bella is wonderful and always answers my calls patiently and kindly. The nurses are thorough, attentive, and caring, and Dr. Hearn is very approachable. At every visit, I feel heard and supported. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Fox. He is an excellent doctor, and I am grateful to have been referred to his practice. We have visited the Jacksonville and Gainesville offices and had telehealth consultations, and we were treated with great respect each time. Every staff member we met was outstanding. Dr. Fox takes time to listen carefully to his patients' concerns. He performed my laparoscopic surgery and did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout. With the help of Dr. Fox and his team, we overcame dual-factor infertility and are now preparing to try for another pregnancy. I highly recommend JCRM, 1000 out of 1000! Update: I have never experienced the clinic failing to return a call or delaying an appointment. They have even fit me into additional time slots or called to offer canceled appointments to reduce how long I had to wait for results.

If I could give Dr. Lipari a million stars, I would. Dr. Lipari makes you feel as though you are his only patient. He is the most ethical doctor I have ever met! From the first time I met him, I knew I had found the best doctor. After trying to conceive for more than a year, I finally sought help. On the first day we reviewed my lab results, he said that certain values made him confident I had endometriosis, likely explaining why I could not become pregnant. He also took my concerns about polycystic ovary syndrome seriously and never dismissed me. My symptoms turned out to be relatively mild, but I do have PCOS. My gynecologist had refused to treat me because my menstrual cycles were “normal.” I am now nearly three weeks post-surgery and feel wonderful, with noticeable physical changes. The operation went very smoothly. On surgery day, he met with my husband and me beforehand and never made us feel he was rushing to operate. He patiently explained everything we needed to know. I was so nervous that my mind went blank, so I did not think of much, haha. Dr. Lipari never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed to discuss this difficult subject and painful period of my life. He always reassured me and patiently explained the treatment best suited to each person. I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Lipari.

We began our infertility journey at JCRM in Panama City, Florida, in 2021. After three IUIs and three IVF cycles, we finally welcomed our baby in 2025. Both IVF attempts failed. He performed surgery for my endometriosis and afterward said I needed IVF. Both attempts failed, cost a great deal of money, and came with no explanation. No one cared about me; I simply longed to have a child. 😒 I am disappointed and frustrated. No one cares about my feelings or my pain. They only want money!

I recently transferred here from another fertility clinic. Dr. Fox and his team are wonderful. Dr. Fox took the time to thoroughly evaluate me for endometriosis. I was diagnosed and had surgery last week. At my previous clinic, I underwent multiple intrauterine inseminations (IUIs), embryo transfers, and other treatments without becoming pregnant. They told me the problem was my embryos, and my pleas to investigate possible health issues before my final embryo transfer were ignored. I did not want to keep repeating the same thing while expecting a different result. Even if I still do not become pregnant after my final embryo transfer, I believe my body will be healthier and my quality of life will improve 💕 I am glad I finally found the courage to advocate for myself and trust my instincts. I wish I had done it sooner, but I am grateful it happened.

My experience at JCRM was a nightmare. JCRM focuses more on “standardized treatment” than on patients’ individual needs when developing treatment plans. Their protocols are one-size-fits-all. My first IVF cycle was canceled midway through, yet they did not consider changing the protocol for my second cycle. I should have recognized that as a warning sign. The second cycle produced no usable embryos, and they simply told me we could “try again” next time. From the beginning, I had clearly asked them to do everything possible because I had diminished ovarian reserve. After the second cycle, I completely lost confidence in their medical care and chose an out-of-state clinic. The difference was remarkable. The new clinic listened carefully, created an individualized protocol, and I ultimately obtained usable embryos and conceived naturally. If you have specific health needs or concerns, JCRM is not the right clinic for you. The staff lack compassion and do not communicate promptly. For example, when I cried after receiving bad news in the internal waiting area of the Jacksonville office, they told me to “be quiet.” After receiving the news, a staff member handed me an injection and told me to give it to myself in the restroom, although I had never injected myself before. JCRM also had my embryos’ genetic testing results for several days without contacting me. I learned they had the results and called repeatedly, but did not receive a response until a week later. In short, if you are investing your time and resources in this process, please take my review seriously. This is not a game, and if I could do it again, I would never choose JCRM.

Ladies and gentlemen reading this, if you are looking through reviews to determine whether this clinic meets your needs, truly cares about your dream of having a baby, or is merely a business that takes your money and treats you like a product on an assembly line, rest assured. I can confidently attest that this clinic has the most caring, kind, and compassionate nurses, doctors, and staff. I worked with Dr. Lipari, whom I deeply respect, and Nurse Casey. Over the years, they have done so much for me. They always answered my questions patiently, never made me feel rushed, and truly listened to and addressed my concerns. At this clinic, I underwent tubal reversal, ovarian stimulation, intrauterine insemination, and IVF. Although I am still awaiting the outcome, that does not diminish the hard work they put into making my dream come true or the fact that they want me to have a miracle baby as much as I do. They will do everything possible to identify the cause of your infertility and offer scientifically supported, effective solutions. Words cannot describe how wonderful this organization is—every single person is amazing. You deserve the best on this extraordinary journey, and this is it. They will advocate for you, care about you, never give up on you, and never treat you like a source of money. They genuinely care about you!

From my first telehealth appointment with him, I knew he would take excellent care of me! I have seen him both through telehealth and in person. Over the past year, I saw several doctors who seemed indifferent to my concerns. I was then referred to Advanced Reproductive Specialists in Panama City, and they completely exceeded my expectations. The three women in the office were extremely kind and compassionate and made this journey far better than I imagined. Terri Bishop stood out in particular—she was attentive and thorough and truly made me feel heard for the first time. During my initial telehealth appointment, she spent two full hours speaking with me and showed an unmatched level of care. Although they can provide care only to a certain point in pregnancy before referring you to an OB-GYN, I was genuinely sad after my final appointment because I knew I would not find another provider as wonderful as they were. I highly recommend them!

We had the most wonderful experience with the staff here. Terri always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. She consistently made us feel comfortable and confident about the decisions we needed to make. I appreciated how quickly her team provided a treatment plan, ordered medications, and made changes when needed. We loved walking in, being recognized by the entire staff, and feeling that everyone was invested in our care. We drove from Pensacola for treatment and will gladly do so again when it is time to transfer any future embryos.

I took time to think carefully about what I wanted to say about this practice. I went to them after test results showed blocked fallopian tubes. After a telehealth appointment with a doctor in Jacksonville, they scheduled me with Terri at the Panama City office, which is close to my home. That is where things went downhill. Terri initially seemed friendly, but she was very judgmental and pushed her own agenda without truly listening to my concerns. She first told me my BMI was high at 41 and that the only way to lower it was a keto diet, but not a normal one. The document she gave me described an extremely restrictive, high-fat diet. When I explained that previous health problems made a high-fat diet unsuitable because it made me ill, she replied, "We will try it anyway." Over the next two months, she repeatedly told me I must have food-related childhood trauma because I disliked foods such as avocado and should force myself to eat them anyway. She also suggested therapy. When I said I would not do that because I had no trauma, she said I needed weekly appointments with her so she could monitor my nutrition. That was only part of it. They also said my A1C was too high at 6.1 and that I needed an endocrinology appointment before they could schedule surgery. After I called several local endocrinologists and was told my A1C was too low for them to accept me as a patient, Terri finally relented and said my primary care doctor could clear me. I obtained clearance and asked to be placed on the surgical schedule, having also lost weight and lowered my A1C, only to be told they had no surgery appointments at all. They made me go through all of this, said they had planned for two months, and then claimed they had no appointments. The team at Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine does not care about you as a person. They care only about their agenda and making you follow it. Believe the other negative reviews. I wish I had. I eventually told them I was changing providers and found one I had to pay out of pocket, but the experience was far better. That provider requested my records from Jacksonville in the 12th month of last year and still has not received them. Thankfully, I had copies of most records and could provide them, but I still had to repeat some tests because they could not be bothered to send my records. Run far away from this place. I would give zero stars if I could.

This clinic has made me feel welcome since my first appointment. The entire team is wonderful. Tammy at the front desk is very kind and courteous and always responds to emails and calls. Courtney is kind and knowledgeable; she made me comfortable and was very helpful with blood draws, medication management, and insurance information. Dr. Terry is amazing! She knows what she is doing, is very attentive, and always recommends the right treatment. Dr. Terry and Dr. Fox were the only doctors during years of infertility who recommended surgery for endometriosis. I became pregnant 1 month after surgery and am overjoyed. They are by far the best fertility clinic you can find. Highly recommended!

This clinic's policy is completely absurd. I called to schedule a new-patient appointment and check insurance information. The woman said I needed to register through the Jacksonville office. I called, and that employee said registration required a nonrefundable $100 fee. When I asked whether my insurance was accepted, she said they would tell me only after I paid the $100. Otherwise, I would have to find out myself. I was prepared to pay, but first wanted to confirm that my insurance was accepted so I could proceed with scheduling. They refused. They will do nothing unless you pay $100. Completely absurd.

Terry Bishop and the entire staff at Advanced Reproductive Specialists in Panama City are outstanding, and I highly recommend them. I am deeply grateful for their genuine kindness and care. I have never felt that a healthcare provider or clinic cared for me as sincerely as this clinic does. Every woman here is wonderful. They went above and beyond for me. I strongly recommend them. You need a provider who truly listens to you and your concerns. You need a clinic willing to do everything possible to help. You definitely want Terry Bishop at Advanced Reproductive Specialists. Again, I highly recommend this clinic. Every experience here has been excellent.

I strongly recommend that anyone experiencing infertility meet with Terri Bishop CNM! With her help and that of the excellent doctors at JCRM Jacksonville, we became pregnant on our first IVF transfer at age 47, one year ago this month. We are very grateful that Advanced Reproductive Specialists and JCRM gave us the opportunity to receive infertility treatment at our age when other clinics would not. Everyone treated us with the utmost respect and kindness and always made us feel welcome, comfortable, and like family. I believe meaningful experiences like this deserve to be shared. First, I sincerely thank everyone at the Panama City office. They are kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to be around, which matters when you visit often. My wife and I tried several IUI cycles. Unfortunately, they failed, but this was not the medical team's fault; my body simply did not respond as hoped. After another consultation, Dr. Lipari suspected endometriosis, which had been mentioned before. The team respected my wish to try conceiving naturally before surgery, though I occasionally regretted waiting. When Dr. Lipari performed surgery and confirmed stage 3 endometriosis, everything finally made sense. Things can improve from here. I am very grateful to Dr. Lipari and the staff. They are professional, listen patiently, and made it easy for us to voice concerns and ask countless questions. If you want a professional team that genuinely cares, this is the place.

During a surrogacy through an IVF clinic in Colorado, I received outside monitoring from Terri and her clinic. I have never felt so well cared for. They were exceptionally thoughtful, friendly, and professional. I experienced a missed miscarriage, then resumed monitoring after my second transfer. From reception and the lovely person who drew my blood to Courtney and Terri, every team member was wonderful. I will miss coming here and receiving such attentive care. I will never forget this Mother's Day, thanks to Dr. Lipari, nurse practitioners Terri and Courtney, and Tammy, the wonderful nurse at Advanced Reproductive Center, because it was my first Mother's Day as a mother! In fact, last Mother's Day I learned that my little one was coming into the world, all thanks to this clinic. They made an anxious pregnancy much easier, patiently answered my endless questions, and explained complex medical concepts to my husband and me in terms we could understand. He performed my endometriosis surgery and then recommended IVF. I tried twice, and both cycles failed. He explained nothing and never said why. No one cared about my feelings, pain, longing for a child, or everything I sacrificed. There seem to be no qualified doctors anymore; everything is about money. They have no conscience and do not truly try to help young couples become parents. I am so disappointed 😒 We spent all our savings and got nothing. Now he recommends IVF again but offers no hope of success. It is all about money, and they only want to take everything you have.

I recommend JCRM to everyone I can! In 2023, Dr. Fox performed surgery for my endometriosis, and two years later I still have no pain from endometriosis or adenomyosis. He performed a presacral neurectomy, which restored my quality of life. Dr. Fox also recognized that I needed help from a general surgeon, so they performed the surgery together. My nurses were wonderful and very kind. They made me feel at ease and were excellent at explaining what was happening in my body. If you have endometriosis or adenomyosis, you should definitely seek care here!

I do not think surgeons receive enough recognition for the pride, precision, and care they bring to their work, especially someone like you who truly values both the craft and the outcome. When I came to you, my condition was considered stage IV endometriosis, or what you called “stage V” because of its complexity. I was told surgery should take no more than an hour and a half, perhaps two hours. But from the beginning, you understood how deeply I wanted children, so you did not rush. You worked patiently and meticulously. What could have been a quick operation became a seven-hour journey of dedication and skill. That choice to prioritize the outcome over time changed my life. You respected my wishes, treated me with patience and expertise, and cared for me with genuine concern for your patient. Today, I am free from pain and discomfort and no longer fear that I may never become a mother. Because of you, I am now a mother of two and soon to be three: three beautiful legacies and living proof of your dedication. Dr. Fox, thank you for everything.

Hello, Dr. Fox, I have been in persistent pain since the surgery, so I had a transvaginal ultrasound. I was told that my right fallopian tube is filled with fluid because of the surgery you performed last June, in June 2024. I also have a cyst on my left ovary that caused torsion. They now recommend removing the fallopian tube, which would leave me with only one and limit my fertility. I am devastated because you knew I underwent the myomectomy and endometrial ablation so I could have children. I hope you understand that you have taken away my dream of becoming a mother.

Unfortunately, problems between patients and receptionists/nurses have led to negative reviews of Dr. Fox. Dr. Fox is an excellent, professional, and highly skilled surgeon. My experience with him was wonderful. I highly recommend him!

My recent experience with Dr. Fox was deeply disappointing. I was told my fibroid might become cancerous, yet when I asked about a second opinion, the doctor dismissed it as unimportant. The lack of empathy and urgency was shocking given the seriousness. When discussing my weight and exercise, he dismissed my request for strength-training guidance because I was “already doing it.” This felt condescending and unhelpful. When I requested a dietitian referral, I was told the doctor could fill that role, leaving me unsupported and confused. When I urgently asked about alternatives to surgery, I received vague suggestions such as “maybe medication could help,” with no clear direction or follow-up plan. The lack of clarity and commitment to addressing my serious health concerns was profoundly frustrating. I left feeling my concerns had been ignored. The doctor proposed routine blood work over the next six months without any urgency, making my case seem like a source of ongoing insurance billing rather than a genuine health concern. Finally, despite asking me to arrive 30 minutes early, Dr. Fox was more than 45 minutes late. This wasted my time and compounded the sense of disrespect for my schedule and health. Overall, I do not recommend Dr. Fox. The lack of bedside manner, empathy, and proactive care left me feeling dismissed and anxious. I will seek a second opinion elsewhere.

Dr. Fox and his team are absolutely amazing! For more than 15 years, I fought with other gynecologists and primary care doctors for a solution to my pain, discomfort, and now infertility. In addition to my diagnosed PCOS, Dr. Fox identified a rare form of endometriosis. He was very caring and understanding and even shared my frustration with my previous doctors. I am now 3 weeks post-surgery and feel wonderful! I never knew what it was like not to be in pain so severe that I fell to my knees crying. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Fox and his staff for listening and correcting my problems. I look forward to continuing fertility treatment with his help, knowing I am receiving excellent, compassionate care!
