Do not go here. They billed my medical insurance, then my infertility insurance, while we also paid cash for the cycle. When I called about it, the lead financial coordinator chose to argue with me instead of properly addressing my concerns. The IUI failed, which may simply have been due to me, but how dare they treat anyone this way, especially after patients spend thousands of dollars with them. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Akhil Shah at SRM Kirkland. He was kind, explained things clearly, and always answered our questions well. We could not have asked for more. We needed someone to talk us through the IVF process, and Nurse Peggy was always kind and patient enough to listen. We love you all! I had a daughter through IVF, and she is our blessing from SRM.

The nurses here are kind and professional, but parking is somewhat difficult.

I could not reach a real person by phone to schedule an appointment. I tried the website chat with no response, then texted with no reply. There was not even an option to wait on hold; every prompt led to a dead end. I tried other prompts hoping to reach someone and found a woman whom I called twice, but she never returned my calls. I would love to write a great review of one of their doctors, but I cannot even schedule an appointment. This is a frustrating and terrible way to introduce someone to your practice when they are already going through a difficult time that requires this type of care.

I had a wonderful experience here. I went to the wrong place, which was my mistake, but they still found a way to fit me in. That was so thoughtful, and I was very impressed!

I promised myself I would write a review because I was sometimes very disappointed with this clinic. Despite that, the overall process went reasonably smoothly, and my care team, including Dr. Akhil Shah and Jaycie, as well as the clinic staff, were very kind and professional. My frustration mainly came from poor communication, particularly through the portal and the documents distributed to me through the website. I repeatedly emphasized that I needed to schedule work a month in advance and that my job often requires me to be away for several days at a time, yet information was always provided piecemeal, never as an overall plan or timeline. The information was also confusing, mixing general guidance with details specific to me. The general information did not clearly indicate what did not apply to me and was therefore misleading. They also provided duplicate or nearly identical materials with slight differences. My portal quickly became overloaded with documents, with no indication of which of three locations they had been placed in, and the file names were unclear, forcing me to open each one to learn what it contained. Finding previously provided information was a nightmare. I never received a schedule covering more than two weeks. I understand there are many unknowns, but some plan is better than none! I had to change my work schedule three times, and once I received the schedule for the following month only one week in advance and got it completely wrong. It caused needless anxiety and confusion. Some tests must be performed at the Seattle clinic, but I only saw the doctor once. The Seattle clinic was also frustrating because it has several waiting rooms. I checked in at the wrong one, but the front desk did not record it, and I only learned this when another front desk called to ask whether I was coming to my appointment. Apparently, they had not seen that I had checked in at the other room. They should also install a weekend call button for building access, because I again had to search through a disorganized collection of documents for the entry code. I also had communication issues at the Kirkland clinic. Once, I waited in the wrong room because no one told me to leave. Another time, I waited in the lobby for bloodwork only to discover that I did not need it. I personally saw a woman leave without having her blood drawn while staff were looking for her, and I am sure no one had told her that she needed the test. As for IVF, I think it is absurd to have women inject hormones themselves at home. Each injection method is different, and aside from giving me a sharps container and several online instructional videos, the clinic offered no support. During my first injection, I nearly fainted from the stress. When I complained about the process to my nurse navigator, she reminded me that hormones can make people emotional! (I was already extremely angry about this before starting hormones, thank you.) The clinic downplayed the entire process.

I am extremely disappointed with SRM Fertility. Although I explicitly requested every necessary test before transferring my final two embryos, the doctor negligently omitted the crucial thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) test. My embryos did not implant, and only later did results show my TSH was 5.8, a level at which transfer should not have been attempted. SRM consumed three and a half years of my time, money, energy, and emotional strength, leaving only negligence and pain. I would never recommend SRM for IVF.

I sincerely thank Dr. Zhao and Jessie for their support, coordination, and attentive care throughout my IVF treatment. After an extremely painful and disappointing experience at POMA, working with the SRM team was completely different. Every member of SRM was professional, kind, candid, and highly supportive throughout the process. IVF can be emotionally overwhelming, but the SRM team always helped us feel reassured, informed, and genuinely cared for. We consistently felt that everything was under control, which gave my family and me great peace of mind. Today, we officially completed IVF treatment, and we are incredibly grateful for everything the SRM team did for us. When we are ready for our second baby, we will definitely choose SRM again. Thank you so much for helping us build our family!

I called to schedule an appointment, but the number appeared to route to a front desk employee who was not in the office. The staff member sounded as though she was on the road, communication was difficult, and the scheduling process took about 40 minutes. The appointment also appeared to be arranged on her personal device. At the same time, I could see that the Everett location had front desk staff present, which made me question why the appointment could not be scheduled directly in the office. Overall, the experience was inefficient and did not meet professional service standards.
