As one of the leading U.S. authorities on ovarian function, Dr. Antoni Duleba’s care is driven by innovative research and advanced technology. His meticulous dedication to women’s health is matched by his compassion and commitment to patients.
Dr. Duleba is professor and director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in the Department of Reproductive Medicine at the University of California, San Diego. He is also an adjunct professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Yale School of Medicine. A nationally recognized expert in polycystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis, he has authored or coauthored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications.
Dr. Duleba earned his medical degree and completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He completed reproductive endocrinology and infertility research at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut, and remained on its obstetrics and gynecology faculty for 14 years. At Yale, he conducted pioneering research that remains influential and gained extensive experience in IVF technology.
Before joining Reproductive Partners Fertility Center San Diego and UC San Diego, Dr. Duleba was professor of reproductive endocrinology and infertility at UC Davis Health System and treated patients at California IVF Fertility Center through a UC Davis affiliation. He has been board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology since 1995 and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility since 1997. He has received National Institutes of Health research funding and is a founding member of the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy, certified in advanced operative laparoscopy and hysteroscopy since 1995.
Dr. Duleba enjoys family time, skiing, scuba diving, and working toward a private pilot’s license.
