After two heartbreaking years and two miscarriages, I wanted to find the cause of my recurrent pregnancy loss. My regular obstetrician's office did not support testing to give my husband and me a complete picture of our fertility, so I contacted FCLV. I appreciated their extensive testing of both of us. Dr. Bedient was outstanding, compassionate, and thorough, ensuring we understood everything. She explained all our options, and together we decided to try naturally for one year before alternatives. She recommended vitamins. In month 11, we conceived! After my positive test, the office arranged blood work the next day to confirm the pregnancy and establish baseline hormone levels. When progesterone was low, Dr. Bedient prescribed supplements. At each appointment, hCG, estrogen, and progesterone were tested, and the coordinator emailed results within hours the same day. After repeated losses, I expected the worst, but felt reassured by three ultrasounds at weeks 5, 7, and 9. I appreciated this close early monitoring, since regular obstetric clinics often wait until weeks 8-10 for the first ultrasound. I truly felt cared for and that they wanted this pregnancy to succeed as much as we did. Everyone, including coordinators, receptionists, phlebotomists, medical assistants, ultrasound technicians, and Dr. Bedient, was always amazing. Thank you, FCLV. We sincerely appreciate your care!

Although the staff were friendly when discussing issues, the scheduling process across several companies and the large volume of paperwork were difficult to track and manage. Red Rock Fertility was smoother and made simple services such as blood work and hormone testing easier to schedule. They simplified the process, and I recommend choosing them.

Where do I begin with this clinic! Dr. Kay truly won my heart and made my husband and me comfortable throughout the process. I graduated today and am sad to say goodbye to her and all the wonderful women at the clinic, from Colleen and Betsy to the lovely Ms. Reina. Everyone I named made each visit meaningful. If you are attending because of male-factor infertility, such as a husband's vasectomy reversal or vasectomy, Dr. Kay knows exactly what to do. She raised my husband's sperm count to the required level, and we are delighted to announce that I became pregnant after our first transfer. Dr. Kay, you gave us a family of our own. Do not consider another fertility clinic; this is the only one you need. Thank you so much!

This fertility center truly broke my heart. I cried so hard I could barely breathe. Customer service was excellent, the doctor was wonderful, and everyone was kind. My husband and I had been trying to conceive, and I was diagnosed with endometriosis and underwent extensive treatment. I recently began a new job with IVF benefits. We found this clinic and completed all preliminary tests. I repeatedly explained that I wanted to conceive soon, had limited funds, needed insurance to cover as much as possible, and that my husband and I were building a home. Everyone said they understood. We paid for all preliminary testing and consultations. At our final consultation with Dr. K, we discussed beginning IVF. Finance then sent a large bill stating that our insurer did not work with the clinic and we needed to pay about $16,000 out of pocket. It was heartbreaking. From the beginning, we clearly said we needed to know the costs and whether insurance covered the procedures. We were told it did, with only a small copay, which seemed manageable. Learning only after completing the process that our insurer had never covered this clinic was shocking. I believe the clinic and staff are wonderful, but the failure to communicate upfront left us heartbroken and frustrated. Had we known the truth initially, we might have approached this differently.

Honestly, this clinic broke my heart at the start of my IVF journey. They use a surgery center for all procedures, and that center is out of network with every insurer. The clinic's owner also owns the surgery center and deliberately uses it to profit from people trying to use their insurance benefits. I switched to NFC, which, according to the CDC website that tracks statistics, has the best results of any clinic in Nevada, and the experience was amazing. They are honest about costs upfront, and everything is done in-house. I strongly recommend NFC over FCLV.

This hospital's service is terrible. They prescribed many medications I did not need. The technology is also poor. I sent the medical staff more than 100 messages, and they never replied. They are simply the worst hospital in the world! Terrible—they are awful, and the service is appalling!!!!

Like other companies, FCLV told us they were in my insurance network. After more than five months of consultations and testing, we were extremely frustrated to learn that they outsource their laboratory and surgical services, placing the most expensive services out of network with every insurer. I have excellent fertility benefits, so there was no way we would pay $16,000 for services fully covered elsewhere. We transferred to Nevada Fertility Center, which thoroughly verified insurance coverage for all services from the start.

I am very dissatisfied with the service at this center. Our doctor recommended that we see a fertility specialist, but poor communication, technical problems, and unprofessional staff affected the experience. Initially, we had difficulty reaching the clinic, with several calls unanswered. After several days someone finally responded, and we paid the initial consultation fee. However, creating a profile and uploading documents involved repeated technical problems. Despite multiple attempts, the clinic claimed it had not received our files. When we sought help, Ashlei Newton was unhelpful and rude. Rather than offering support, she curtly told us to solve the problem ourselves and showed no willingness to help. The clinic's disorganization, poor communication, and unprofessional staff left a bad impression. For a healthcare provider specializing in emotionally challenging fertility issues, this lack of care is unacceptable.

I previously received care at another fertility clinic, but it pales in comparison with FCLV’s service, expertise, and professionalism. Dr. Shapiro is clearly both a dedicated student and a master of his field, while Dr. Kay created a comfortable and trusting environment for my husband and me during major procedures. Beyond the doctors, the entire FCLV staff made me feel very welcome and well cared for. Corine at the front desk was extremely kind and thoughtful and always gave me extra support whenever I needed it. Marina was always a friendly, kind presence whenever I had blood drawn. Renee and Carla were both kind and patient, guiding me through every ultrasound and answering all my questions. Yessi was thorough and always checked to ensure I completed each procedure smoothly, which I deeply appreciated. Finally, Julie was an excellent resource and very knowledgeable throughout our financial discussions. Overall, my husband and I are extremely grateful to the FCLV team for helping us achieve our dream and making us feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the process. Last but not least—it worked! We are pregnant! Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about the FCLV staff. When you walk in, Corine is always a breath of fresh air and warmly welcomes patients. The medical assistants are very friendly and always ask how my day is going. Anosha is a keeper! Carla and Renee are also always friendly and do their best to be quick and efficient. Every member of the phlebotomy team is among the best I have encountered. Marina is the sweetest. I am very grateful to the staff for making an intimidating experience much easier.

I began my fertility journey at FCLV in late 2024 feeling completely broken—as though my body had failed and what I had always wanted might never happen. My start at FCLV was difficult, but everything changed when Laura became my coordinator. Although she was not my original coordinator, she completely transformed my fertility journey. Laura calmly handled all my concerns, breakdowns, and endless questions. She was professional, kind, and incredibly patient. Her support was essential during an otherwise very difficult time. As my journey progressed, everyone I met treated me with kindness and compassion. Marina, the phlebotomist, was always gentle and warm. Veronica at the front desk handled check-in and checkout efficiently while making me feel welcome; I always enjoyed talking with her. The MAs in the back were efficient and friendly and never made me feel rushed. Sonographers Renee and Kaylee were compassionate and knowledgeable, always explaining everything patiently and answering our questions. They made the hardest parts of the process manageable and far less frightening. Nurse Jamie also deserves special thanks. She always responded promptly with my test results, greatly reducing the stress and uncertainty of the process. Knowing I would not have to chase answers meant more than I can say. Of course, I also thank Dr. Shapiro for her hard work and for being such an important resource for women on their fertility journeys. Your care and expertise made a lasting impression on me. I will never forget my experience at FCLV. I am sincerely grateful to everyone who helped me reach this point. I cannot wait to meet my baby in February 2026, and I will always remember where this journey began. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

It was a major decision for me to go there. At the seminar, I also saw how difficult it was for other pregnant women who had miscarried to approach her (Dr. Bedient). After meeting with me, the doctor referred me elsewhere, but her unqualified psychologist colleague, Teri F Belmont, did not understand my situation. Her attitude made me feel that the doctor had booked the appointment with her colleague without sharing any of my information. She treated me dismissively, mocked my private life, and made comments about it. The more uncomfortable I became, the more excited her colleague seemed, provoking and insulting me verbally. This is not an exaggeration; her conduct was shockingly irresponsible. Although the doctor later spoke seriously with me and believed my situation was unsuitable and unlikely to succeed, wasting money was secondary. The emotional and physical harm is why I believe they owe me an apology. Her colleague seemed so arrogant that even her apology consisted of insisting that she was professional and that the problem was entirely my perception. Dr. Bedient’s bedside manner was great, but be careful if she sends you out to Teri F Belmont who is a “psychologist????????!!!!!!!!!!” , she mocked me, gave me disdainful looks and made ridiculous comments like “but you haven’t really been with a man” after asking me how many boyfriends I’ve had and laughed , the FIRST thing she asked me is if I’m a “widow”? and many other out of line behaviors or rude attitude

Our experience at this fertility center was absolutely wonderful. Everyone, from the doctors to the staff, was excellent, attentive, and considerate. I am so glad I found Dr. Bedient to treat my uterine scarring. Dr. Bedient is an outstanding, highly knowledgeable, and skilled physician. We felt very well cared for throughout treatment. I am happy to say that after Dr. Bedient successfully removed the scar tissue, we conceived. Dr. Bedient and the fertility center monitored me closely during early pregnancy, and I recently graduated from their care! I highly recommend Fertility Center of Las Vegas and Dr. Bedient for all your fertility needs!

Every time I walk into FCLV, all the staff are warm and friendly, but Kaylee makes me especially happy every time. Kaylee always makes me feel comfortable and at ease, and she always has a bright smile. Today was our final ultrasound at FCLV, and we finally saw our baby's head and little hands, which made us so happy. This place is wonderful; you will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend FCLV and Dr. Bedient! I began preparing for IVF late last year, and from day one the staff communicated exceptionally well, which is crucial during IVF because everything is time-sensitive. From egg retrieval to transfer and every appointment in between, my experience was excellent. Dr. Bedient is kind and welcoming while also setting realistic expectations. The staff here truly are the best; everyone is friendly and attentive. Whenever I had a question or concern, I could reach a member of the team right away. I am now pregnant, all thanks to Dr. Bedient and her excellent team! I would never go anywhere else!

We had a terrible experience. It started well, but once payment was received, the staff became very cold, and Dr. K showed no compassion for our concerns. They connected us with their affiliates at Ovation and Luminary, then expected us to contact them and ask questions ourselves. Fertility Center of Las Vegas expected us to do their work and had no interest in guiding us through the process or procedures. When we expressed concern and said we did not understand the process, they said it was not their job to manage the partners they had referred us to. When we told them we knew nothing about IVF and wanted their guidance, they said we were the problem, and afterward we were treated like outcasts. More than once, we were left in the waiting room for over an hour while people who arrived after us left before us. In the end, Dr. K did not even shake our hands or congratulate us. At our final ultrasound, she came in, spoke for only two minutes, and left. When we then raised our concerns with the ultrasound technician, she confirmed that their facility did not help patients through the entire process and that it was our responsibility to resolve matters with the partners they assigned to us. This was my first pregnancy. Instead of making the process memorable and exciting, they made it so painful that we dreaded entering the facility for blood tests or ultrasounds. Even when we communicated directly with Dr. K about our concerns, she still told us we were the problem, which was devastating. I waited to write this review until we had removed our remaining two healthy eggs from their storage. It is deeply upsetting that they deliberately disregarded our concerns and made the whole process feel so cold and uncaring.

Dr. Bedient and her team are absolutely amazing!! Dr. Bedient tailors treatment to your needs. She stays with you through every step of infertility, and every appointment feels like meeting a close friend. She helped make our dream come true: we have two beautiful children and another on the way, all thanks to her and her team. The FCLV staff are unmatched. They always greet you with a smile and remember your name even after treatment ends. Phlebotomist Marina stayed with us throughout four years of treatment and made blood draws effortless! Betsy, the preoperative/postoperative registered nurse, is simply the best! Her smile is infectious, her warmth is unmatched, and she takes wonderful care of us every time we see her. I will truly miss appointment days, strange as that may sound for a doctor's office! Words cannot express our gratitude to Dr. Bedient and the entire FCLV staff for helping us create such a beautiful life!

Unfortunately, my experience at the Fertility Center of Las Vegas was very disappointing, and I feel it is important to share it so other women can make informed choices. I began my journey full of hope, accompanied by French coordinator Romain Taillandier and monitored by Dr. Kaye. Everything went well until egg retrieval. Sadly, none of the embryos survived. At that point, I received a technical explanation of the results but no genuine human support, and the message itself lacked tact. What happened next was most shocking: when I told Romain I was unsure whether I could continue, he went silent. There was no follow-up, no email, and no acknowledgment. Even my final message to Dr. Kaye went unanswered. No one checked on me after this setback. Most importantly, no one had discussed the possibility of failure. I felt I existed while I was a “profitable” patient, but once there was no prospect of another payment, I no longer deserved a response. Such behavior is unacceptable during an IVF journey that is so intimate, painful, and hopeful. I do not question the standard of medical care, but the complete lack of humanity and compassion deeply marked my experience. A fertility center should understand that behind the numbers are women, their stories, and their dreams of motherhood. I sincerely hope this testimony is read and understood and helps other patients choose a place where compassion extends beyond the introduction.

Hello, I wanted to write a review because before beginning this journey, I was anxious and constantly reading reviews. I have been coming to this center for some time. I am 23 and my husband is 25. At first, I worried the doctors would dismiss our concerns and say, "You're young; everything is fine." Fortunately, our insurance covered all testing, and we were assigned to Dr. Kaye. She is wonderful, as is the entire team. They listened carefully to all our concerns and helped us rule out every possibility. We ultimately chose IVF. I am currently undergoing ovarian stimulation and will have egg thawing next week. From the beginning of this journey through IVF, every receptionist, midwife, ultrasound technician, and phlebotomist has been wonderful and kind. Everyone created a safe, calm environment, which was very important because I have severe anxiety. The clinic is a 45-minute to 1-hour drive from home, and anyone familiar with IVF knows I have to go at least every other day. Even with the long drive, it is completely worthwhile because the staff are excellent from the moment I enter through the blood draw and ultrasound. Dr. Kaye is also very thoughtful. Knowing we live far away, she arranges consultations, results discussions, and treatment planning through Zoom. I have rambled a little, haha, but I highly recommend this clinic: 10 out of 10!

This was the best decision of our lives! My husband and I have been together for 16 years and were unable to conceive naturally. A friend referred us to Dr. Shapiro, and we decided to try IVF. It worked on the first attempt, and we have just welcomed a healthy, beautiful daughter weighing 8.3 pounds and measuring 20.8 inches! Everyone at the clinic was very kind and professional. From the beginning, our experience at this fertility clinic was exceptionally compassionate. The entire team was thoughtful and made us feel cared for at every step. Dr. Bedient was wonderful—she patiently answered all our questions and explained the entire process in detail. She made sure we understood what to expect and was always thorough when explaining lab results and medical reports. Although this journey was not easy, having such a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor was invaluable. Every staff member played an important role in making the experience as smooth as possible. The IUI, IVF, and pregnancy coordinators were always responsive, organized, and happy to answer our questions. The staff at Ovation and GSSC were consistently warm and welcoming. Special thanks to ultrasound technologist Renee—she made me feel calm and comfortable at every ultrasound. She was with us throughout the journey, and her kindness and reassurance meant so much. After a poor experience at another clinic, I found Dr. Bedient and the FCLV team. From the beginning, Dr. Bedient and the team were very thorough and informative, leaving me with almost no unanswered questions throughout IVF treatment. The clinic's flexible hours allowed me to complete my cycle without missing work. The staff were wonderful, especially Veronica at the front desk, who opened the doors at 5:55 a.m., as well as Emily, Betsy, Marina, Renee, and Jamie! Dr. Bedient created an individualized treatment plan, called to discuss my cycle, and even came to the clinic on her day off to perform my embryo transfer. She considered my personal history and diagnosis rather than giving me a generic, one-size-fits-all protocol. I would recommend FCLV to anyone experiencing infertility. Thank you all again!

My partner had a terrible experience with fertility testing here. We had to call repeatedly to ask about follow-up results. After the testing, there was no follow-up at all. We had to keep calling, usually leaving messages, to get any further information. They said another company would contact us to discuss the results, but we never heard from anyone. They gave us a phone number, but it did not work. I cannot understand the disregard and lack of professionalism we experienced. This approach to patient care is deeply frustrating and upsetting.

Unfortunately, visiting this clinic ultimately wasted our time and money. Dr. Kay herself was good during the consultation, and I have no criticism of her, but our overall experience with the clinic was very disappointing because it provided misleading information about insurance coverage from the beginning. To reduce treatment costs, I specifically selected and purchased an insurance plan covering 6 lifetime IUI cycles. Before making the appointment, I repeatedly asked whether the clinic accepted my insurance and whether the relevant procedures were covered. They repeatedly assured me that they did, that the clinic was an in-network provider, and that it was a Tier 1 preferred provider, which should have made treatment more affordable. However, when we were finally ready to begin our first IUI cycle and received the estimate, we learned that although the clinic was technically in-network, all procedures required for IUI, such as sperm washing, were performed by a third-party laboratory. This laboratory does not accept most insurance plans, including mine, and works only with Progyny, Maeven, and United Healthcare. As a result, each IUI cycle would cost us nearly $1,000 out of pocket instead of the $60 specified by our insurance plan. Despite my repeated questions about coverage, this critical information was never disclosed beforehand. We had already become hopeful about having a baby soon when we learned this, and it was heartbreaking. We were forced to delay our plans and start over with another clinic, all of which could have been avoided with honest, transparent communication from the beginning. This information should be disclosed when patients ask whether a clinic accepts their insurance, not when they are about to begin their first treatment cycle. Transparency about insurance and third-party services is essential in fertility care, and this clinic handled it very poorly.

I am incredibly grateful to the wonderful FCLV team and their outstanding physicians, Dr. Bedient and Dr. Kaye. From the beginning, working with them and coordinating my treatment plan was a pleasure. I am 28 and trying to conceive, so I went to this clinic for help. Nearly three weeks have passed since I had an online consultation with the doctor that lasted less than 10 minutes, yet I have received no information about a follow-up treatment plan. The clinic staff only sent me price lists and fee details while providing such poor patient service, which feels very disrespectful. This is not free; I am paying for this service. You cannot treat patients' emotions this way.

I do not recommend FCLV. They have a very one-size-fits-all approach. My valid questions about the timing of my protocol were dismissed. I was told by Dr. Shapiro that ovulation did not matter in a modified natural cycle, and that progesterone timing was all that mattered. While that may be true in an artificial transfer cycle, the purpose of a natural or modified natural embryo transfer is to synchronize the transfer with ovulation and the body's natural hormonal sequence. Ovulation is a fundamental part of that process, not some irrelevant event. I know nothing is ever guaranteed in IVF, but the transfer ended up being unsuccessful, and his timing very well could have been the main variable (especially since the other factors were favorable - it was an embryo that was highly graded and PGT-A tested normal). I was hoping for an individualized discussion about whether a different approach might be appropriate in my case for my only remaining embryo, especially since my only infertility diagnosis is blocked tubes and I have a long history of regular cycles and ovulation. Instead, I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Ultimately, I did not feel supported or confident moving forward with Dr. Shapiro. I went on to do a completely natural cycle with another doctor. That cycle was timed based on my ovulation, and it was successful on the first try. They also prescribed me a lot of extra meds that were never used, which cost me thousands of dollars. They are still sitting in my refrigerator, and it would be illegal for me to try and resell them or give them to someone else in need.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Bedient. I am so glad we found her. We experienced three miscarriages in just six months, and honestly, I felt hopeless and believed we would never be able to have a child. When you are struggling, it is difficult to see any hope; the feeling is suffocating and isolating. We knew we needed more help, and although my doctor tried to refer me elsewhere, I had an inexplicable trust in Dr. Bedient, and my choice proved correct. She performed every test I was prepared to advocate for. We had heard of many people having to fight for certain tests, but that was never the case with Dr. Bedient. She patiently answered all my questions and recognized my grief and fear from the first consultation. Miscarriage is unbearable and devastating. Everyone at the fertility center was wonderful and showed tremendous patience as we tried to cope with our emotional pain. I felt heard and understood, which is essential with any form of infertility. She performed my hysteroscopy with great care, leaving me with almost no pain afterward, and helped diagnose me with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). We ultimately chose monitored ovulation-induction cycles with medication. I lost my fourth pregnancy during the second cycle but became pregnant again during the third. As I write this, I am approaching 13 weeks, a stage we never imagined reaching. The baby is healthy, and we are incredibly grateful. Throughout the entire process, she was the most compassionate and considerate doctor I had ever met, and we truly did not want to leave. I do not know whether we would have reached this point without Dr. Bedient. If we want a second baby in the future, we will definitely choose her again.

As I write this review of Dr. Bedient, I feel frustrated and shocked after seeing some unfavorable reviews. I feel compelled to address some criticism Dr. Bedient received for referring certain clients to psychologists who apparently were “not a good fit.” As a doctor of neuropsychology, I must acknowledge that not every client is a good fit for me, and vice versa. Unfortunately, clients are sometimes treated unfairly. I know Dr. Bedient to be kind and professional, and she recommends appropriate clients based on her judgment. We cannot blame a good doctor who made a reasonable referral simply because of an isolated negative experience with another clinician. I found Dr. Bedient several months ago when I was 48 and struggling to find a specialist who could help with my fertility concerns. Over the previous three years, I had met many IVF doctors and fertility specialists, but none compared with Dr. Bedient in skill, knowledge, and kindness. I live in Michigan and initially worried that communicating with Dr. Bedient would be difficult, but she remained in contact by email and telehealth until I arrived in Las Vegas. When I met her, I could not help hugging her because she made me feel so comfortable. I had been eager to meet her. The consultation and procedure went very smoothly, and I am sincerely grateful. I highly recommend her to all women, especially those over 45 who are seeking options beyond assisted reproduction. She is truly exceptional. Thank you, Dr. Bedient, and thank you to your excellent team! I have since referred many women to her and will continue doing so because it is difficult to find a fertility specialist as skilled, kind, and considerate as she is. I felt that she had no intention of helping me. I am extremely disappointed with her and this clinic. They made me feel as though I had learned nothing, while still expecting me to pay for IVF. We spent considerable money and time on medical procedures that should have been covered, only to reach the same conclusion: pay for IVF.

I began my fertility journey with FCLV in 2020. Dr. Bedient was not my original doctor, but for some reason she seemed to perform every procedure I scheduled, including IUIs. She made me feel so safe and comfortable that I eventually asked the office to make her my permanent doctor. During my 5 IUI cycles, 2 resulted in pregnancy but ended in miscarriage, and Dr. Bedient supported me throughout. After my miscarriage, she performed my D&C and was very patient and warm. Her bedside manner is what drew me to her most. All doctors are qualified, but it is rare to find one who makes you feel truly cared for, especially during fertility treatment and everything that follows. During IVF, she responded to my emails within hours, sometimes even on Sundays. IVF can be mentally exhausting and filled with anxiety and fear about everything that could go wrong, but Dr. Bedient was always the calm in the storm for me. Even when I had only one viable embryo after retrieval, she simply said it only takes one, which reassured me greatly. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and had my first obstetric appointment with my regular doctor today, so I guess it really does only take one. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Bedient for helping me fulfill my wish for a second child. The past two years were the hardest, and she was with me through everything—miscarriages, D&C, retrieval, transfer, the whole journey. I highly recommend her to anyone hoping to grow their family.

I saw mixed reviews, but I want to assure anyone considering Dr. Bedient that she was the most attentive, knowledgeable, and caring doctor I could have asked for during my infertility journey. I began receiving care at Fertility Center of Las Vegas around spring 2023. I initially had another provider who was also good, but I had one appointment with Dr. Bedient in between. That interaction alone was enough for me to switch to her. She thoroughly explained all expected care and procedures, took time to address every concern, and appeared to provide individualized care. I was fortunate to have a successful IVF cycle. I had several procedures with Dr. Bedient and can say she is highly skilled in her field.

Dr. Bedient has a good bedside manner, but be careful if she sends you to Teri F Belmont, a ‘psychologist????????!!!!!!!!!!!!’ She mocked me, looked at me with contempt, laughed after asking how many boyfriends I had had, and the first thing she asked was whether I was a ‘widow,’ along with many other inappropriate or rude behaviors.
