Dr. Isela Robertshaw, United States
Dr. Isela Robertshaw, United States
From an early age, Dr. Robertshaw was fascinated by science and the complexity of the human body. She understands that patients may have seen many physicians before consulting a fertility specialist and wants them to feel heard and valued. She begins by listening to their stories, then personalizes care to their specific needs.
Dr. Robertshaw is excited by rapidly advancing technologies in reproductive endocrinology. She continues to study new methods that preserve fertility for delayed childbearing and create options for people diagnosed with cancer. She believes these developments give patients choices and hope for the future.
In addition to celebrating her patients' successes, Dr. Robertshaw enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Robertshaw earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Her special interests include fertility preservation, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), recurrent pregnancy loss, oncofertility, diminished ovarian reserve, and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
