Dr. Tiffany Justice is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and the subspecialty of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. An experienced and highly qualified physician, she focuses on a personalized, team-based approach to helping patients overcome infertility. She found an ideal setting for this work with the skilled fertility specialists and staff at Fertility and Endocrine Associates.

Dr. Justice earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed a four-year obstetrics and gynecology residency and a three-year fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility in the University of Louisville Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health. Dr. Justice is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and Endocrine Society.

Dr. Justice has consistently been named a Louisville “Top Doctor” by her peers in the Louisville medical community. Throughout her career, she has received several awards for compassionate patient care and teaching. She is honored to serve residents of the region and help them achieve their dreams.

    I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Kraus. It took me 6 years to become pregnant, with various tests and uterine surgery, and now I am 20 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy! Forever grateful to this clinic! 🩵🩵

    I cannot recommend Fertility and Endocrine Associates highly enough. I became Dr. Kraus's patient after several cycles at a different clinic, where I often felt confused, overwhelmed by conflicting information, and somewhat hopeless. Dr. Kraus is compassionate and knowledgeable. She truly took the time to review and understand my medical history, thoughtfully answered all my questions, and created a protocol that gave me my best retrieval results ever. She completely changed our prognosis, and we are forever grateful. In a field where patients are often bombarded with options and statistics or treated like numbers, Dr. Kraus's clear, sensible, and optimistic approach and the personalized care I received were a breath of fresh air. The entire staff is wonderful, friendly, and highly professional. I always felt well cared for and was finally able to stop worrying and trust the process.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot adequately express how grateful I am for the incredible care provided by Fertility Endocrine and Associates. From our first appointment, the staff made us feel welcome and supported. Their experience, warmth, and compassion were evident at every turn, making a sometimes confusing and difficult fertility journey much easier. Dr. Kraus is truly an expert. She took the time to explain every procedure and answered all our questions patiently and clearly. The nurses and staff are also first-rate. We felt we were in the hands of skilled professionals who genuinely cared about our journey. Dr. Kraus believes in an evidence-based approach, which we found very helpful after visiting another clinic that encouraged many add-on and questionable treatments. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that combines expertise with genuine warmth and care, I wholeheartedly recommend Fertility Endocrine and Associates.

    Posting this now because I forgot a few months ago 🙃 I 100% recommend the Fertility and Endocrine Center; the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Everyone there is very kind and goes out of their way to provide answers and help. We cannot thank APRN Lauren Sloane and her team enough for helping us. It was the smoothest process we could have imagined. We are currently due in July 🩷 and cannot wait to share photos of our baby girl with the team.

    I am unsure how to rate my experience at Fertility and Endocrine Associates. There were wonderful moments and very bad ones. Lauren was excellent, explained things clearly, gave me many options, and was very informative. I adore her and hope to continue seeing her. Testing was fairly simple, and unlike other fertility clinics, we did not pay much out of pocket. Before treatment, they ran tests and called with good news: I was pregnant. After several more tests, they called to say I was not and the result was a false positive. I was not angry at first, though I became angry later; I was stunned and hurt by the nurse's casual attitude. The experience affected me deeply. How can a fertility nurse carelessly tell a woman that she is not actually pregnant because of their error? I felt it was handled terribly. I know this is an emotional environment and they are trying, but I felt like another patient to call so they could finish a task, without considering what they were saying. I cannot recommend or discourage this clinic. Your outcome may be better, as every experience differs. This is a difficult road where it is easy to be hurt, so be careful. You must advocate for yourself and your future family.

    I cannot give a better review because they poorly manage patients who bring an interpreter. The interpreter must be certified in clinical terminology, and the person they recommend charges $60 per hour. Update your automated email system because it does not specify this. A poor experience; I missed my appointment today.

    They will not help me. They seem desperate for money, so I am looking elsewhere because they will not wait for me to save enough for treatment. They want money, not patients.

    I cannot thank Lauren and Lindsey enough. They became like family to us. They not only supported me patiently but also wiped away my tears and encouraged me to keep going, even when I wanted to give up. Infertility is one of the hardest things I have ever experienced, but I would not have wanted to go through this journey at any other clinic or healthcare facility. I will always be grateful to them. On June 14, 2025, I welcomed my precious baby boy through intrauterine insemination (IUI). I know my husband and I could not have made it through this long journey without them. At this clinic, you are more than a dollar sign, a patient, or a number. Everyone treats you like family♥️

    We graduated today! 🎓💕 Many thanks to Dr. Tiffany Justice and her wonderful team for making this dream come true. I highly recommend them—an absolute 10/10 experience for anyone looking to start or grow a family. Dr. Justice was very kind and patient and allowed me to express my emotions freely, even while I was on the exam table. She made sure our transfer of care went smoothly and took time to explain every detail, leaving my husband and me completely confident and cared for. I also appreciated seeing an actual doctor at every appointment. I do not know whether this is typical when transferring care, but it mattered greatly to me. When my husband and I first began transferring, we tried other local clinics. I do not mean to criticize them, but it was discouraging to be told I would see a doctor only on transfer day or if there was a problem. Although the other clinic's staff was very kind, I prefer one-on-one communication with a doctor and real-time explanations while Wanda, the handheld ultrasound, captures images, rather than only receiving a portal message that cannot assure me everything is fine. Thank you also for keeping our baby's sex a secret! We cannot wait to welcome our first baby in June 🤍🤍 I am endlessly grateful to Dr. Justice for helping us reach this moment!

    Please avoid this fertility clinic and doctor. They do not put patients first and seem focused only on IVF and its financial benefits. Dr. Kraus was arrogant and dismissive, ignoring my report of a continued positive pregnancy test after surgery. She insisted my remaining fallopian tube was blocked at both ends, although my results clearly showed it was patent. Despite my history of dominant ovary removal, stage 4 endometriosis, diminished ovarian reserve, and ongoing fertility problems, Dr. Kraus refused to renew medications that had worked before, claiming they were ineffective solely because she thought they were. This was her personal judgment, not a conclusion based on my history or experience. Her refusal to listen or support my fertility goals was extremely unprofessional. If you want a doctor who values your input, respects your experience, and works with you, this clinic is not the right choice. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

    Forever grateful! After trying for several years, we finally came to this clinic. The first time we met Dr. Justice, we knew God had led us to the right place. Dr. Justice is the kindest, most compassionate, and caring doctor I have ever met. Every time I visited, I felt very well cared for. Dr. Justice is extremely intelligent and exceptionally thorough, and she truly understands the best treatment plan for each patient. She is wholeheartedly committed to providing the best medical care. Whenever possible, she held my hand. She listened carefully and showed tremendous passion and knowledge. She never rushed and made sure we did not hurry through any treatment, even when I felt we should move faster. She is a truly gifted doctor. Her team is equally outstanding. They care deeply about their patients and always made us feel thoroughly supported. I also appreciated that Dr. Justice personally saw me throughout the process, apart from a few ultrasounds performed by her nurse practitioners, who also made me feel comfortable. We had prayed for this moment for so long. We know we could not have reached this point without God’s guidance or met Dr. Justice, who helped us welcome our first baby. We cannot wait to try again for our second baby! Thank you to Dr. Justice and the reproductive endocrinology team for bringing us this beautiful miracle. God bless!

    Dr. Justice at Fertility & Endocrine Associates is patient, compassionate, smart, and thorough. I came to her after three years of struggling with another Fertility Clinic with no results.     My wife and I tried different approaches for years without success until we met Dr. Justice at Fertility & Endocrine Associates. At our first visit, she created a practical plan and kept us informed at every stage. Within a few months, we began IVF and successfully retrieved and fertilized eggs. We are now in the second trimester and could not have made it this far without Dr. Justice. We tried other doctors, and Dr. Justice is the best!

    Dr. Justice is an excellent physician. She is meticulous, conscientious, compassionate, and highly skilled. Throughout fertility treatment, she kept in contact and ensured we always knew what was happening. She promptly informed us of protocol changes and explained why and how they were made. I had spent three years at another fertility clinic amid confusion, uncertainty, and no results. Dr. Justice’s clinic operates very differently. She gave my care greater attention and immediately designed a sensible new protocol. I am delighted to say we are now expecting a baby, all thanks to Dr. Justice.
