    They do not even deserve one star.

    The CGFI team and staff are outstanding. They supported us at every step. Their instructions are very clear and concise, which some people may mistake for indifference. We had positive experiences with everyone there and cannot imagine using anyone else. I would give more than five stars if I could.

    I know my treatment here was a long time ago, but nothing seems to have changed. The reception staff were rude. I told Dr. Hawkins I was nervous, and she tried to reassure me that it would be fine. During my intrauterine insemination (IUI), a group of students walked past the room and looked inside because the door was open. I felt violated and will never return. Save your money and go to a better clinic. That $6,000 could have been spent at a better facility in Atlanta or Tallahassee. Update: I called the number provided, reached voicemail, and never received a response.
