They do not deserve one star, but I cannot give zero. I read every review here, and the recurring theme is terrible office staff. Considering how much we pay, you would expect kindness and understanding. Office manager Laura is rude and unprofessional. Dr. Harper, I suggest you pay attention to these reviews because your practice clearly has a problem, and your failure to address it makes it seem that you do not care about your patients. My wife has endured enough stress. I recommend choosing another fertility clinic!

This doctor is the worst. His instructions are unclear, and he is unwilling to explore new options with patients. I hope he changes in the future. This post will likely be deleted.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Harper and his nurses, especially Taj! Without them, I would not have given birth to my beautiful daughter a few months ago. Dr. Harper is informative and understanding. He cares about his patients and their best interests. His nurses are wonderful and make you feel comfortable despite how difficult the process can be. Many have undergone IVF and other procedures themselves, so they truly understand what you are experiencing and can offer excellent advice. They also respond quickly when you have questions. I recommend them to anyone who asks!

Many thanks to Dr. Harper, Taj, Lynn, and everyone else at Huntsville Reproductive Medicine. Secondary infertility is a challenging road, and we felt very well cared for here. They communicated quickly and developed a plan for every obstacle we encountered. We are extremely grateful that they helped us successfully grow our family this year!

I am very satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Harper and his staff. My nurse Taj was informative and helpful while explaining every step of the process. We began with IUI and proceeded to IVF after unsuccessful attempts. Our second transfer succeeded after the first IVF transfer failed. This was such a blessing because we had only 2 viable embryos, and we welcomed a healthy baby this summer! It was a long journey, but entirely worthwhile. Dr. Harper and his nurses are knowledgeable and patient. The infertility journey can be extremely stressful, but never give up!
