    So far, I am disappointed with the appointment scheduling process. I do not know what the standard procedure is, but I was immediately placed on hold, spoken to with an attitude, and rushed. I am considering canceling the appointment. I plan to call the employee's supervisor to help her improve her customer service.

    More than a decade ago, I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Mary E. Rausch. Although I was under her care for a serious fertility condition, stage IV endometriosis, I felt treated like a number rather than a person. She rushed through every appointment I had with her. She showed little patience or compassion and continued IVF treatment despite privately admitting to a colleague that she knew it would not work. This approach wasted time and resources and increased the emotional toll of the fertility process. Fortunately, I eventually switched to another fertility physician who took time to understand my condition and provided an effective solution. Thanks to that doctor, I now have three beautiful children and will always be grateful for their care and expertise. I share my experience as a warning to others about Dr. Mary E. Rausch. If you seek compassionate and competent fertility care, I suggest exploring other options. Your journey deserves a physician who listens, cares, and provides treatment that brings genuine hope and progress.

    Dr. Singh is an outstanding physician and person who truly goes above and beyond for patients. I am now 30 weeks pregnant with my triple-rainbow baby after IVF at Northwell Manhasset, where the team always made me feel well cared for and heard!

    The worst experience. The RE provided no useful information or recommendations and expected you to research and direct your own protocol. They seemed unwilling to give direct answers or recommendations to avoid responsibility. All they did was push useless treatments on you, and when an attempt failed, they made no adjustments to improve the outcome, only saying, “Well, let's try again and see!” Unless your insurance covers only this clinic, consider a more modern, efficient, and personalized practice with doctors who genuinely care and take responsibility for their treatment recommendations. I paid far too much and deeply regret wasting both money and, especially, time here.

    This office operates very much like a factory, with almost no communication with doctors once you become a patient. I have now switched physicians and learned that not every IVF clinic treats patients this way.

    Please go elsewhere, especially if you are paying out of pocket. Despite above-average prices, treatment is not personalized. The doctors use the same cookie-cutter protocol for everyone. They also do not give direct answers or opinions, perhaps because of liability. Why consult a doctor who cannot offer useful information or advice? They say, ‘Maybe we will have better luck,’ without changing the protocol. I do not regret trying treatment, but I regret choosing this clinic and proceeding a second time despite so many warning signs because I was inexperienced and desperate. Fortunately, I switched clinics and succeeded on their first attempt. Ladies, advocate for yourselves and do not waste your time and money here!

    This place is terrible. It is the worst fertility clinic you could choose. Do not waste your time. Everything is rushed, yet each visit involves waiting an hour to be seen. My wife and I had an awful experience with the doctor we met; she was irritable and had a bad attitude. Stay away. This place is terrible, and I do not understand how it remains open. They care only about money.

    A disaster. They never call when they are supposed to. You have to call to ask about the next step, but there is no way to get through because they never answer the phone at this office.

    My wife and I were referred to Northwell Fertility in October 2023, and it has been a long journey. Dr. Singer and all the nurses and staff at the Manhasset office have been wonderful. They are always caring, considerate, and kind. Dr. Singer has also been very attentive and always takes our questions by email, phone, and text seriously. My wife and I both have endometriosis, and he cared for each of us with tremendous patience, compassion, and empathy. He and his team are always attentive and respond to any question or concern as quickly as possible. After my miscarriage and biochemical pregnancy, Dr. Singer referred me to an immunologist and hematologist for further testing to rule out other problems. He performed every possible test and made sure I felt confident in our team's decisions. He and his team are truly the best, and we could not have found a better fertility team. I am now nearly 8 weeks pregnant, thanks to his hard work and dedication.

    Dr. Goldman is amazing! She is a dedicated physician who continually strives for excellence. She loves her work, and it shows. Everyone at Northwell Fertility treats you like family. Dr. Goldman's nurse Karen is exceptional! She is always cheerful and ready to answer any question. Whatever treatment you are undergoing, she makes you feel comfortable and reassured. I highly recommend them to anyone on this journey.

    I hesitated to write about Dr. Landay Goldman because I knew I might then have to compete with all of you for an appointment. But I am so grateful that I must share the joy she and her team brought me. Fertility care involves every emotion. It is deeply personal, yet unfamiliar and confusing. Dr. Landay Goldman handles this exceptionally well. She makes the process safe, welcoming, and transparent, which I believe reflects who she is. I met her by chance at a women's health seminar. (Thank God and my best friend D for the opportunity! Yes! Amen!) She looked wonderful online, but in person she was even better than I imagined. Our first meeting felt like talking with an old friend about my life and goals. That may sound unusual, but when you consider the conversations and experiences involved in fertility care, you want someone who cares. She is thorough and kind. She explained every step and translated all medical terms into language I could understand. Any treatment can leave you feeling vulnerable. You may have blood drawn, receive injections, undergo ultrasounds, undress, or have surgery, while your mind fills with questions, worries, doubts, hopes, and expectations. You want to feel safe and respected. I wondered whether that care would end with her. The good news is that her entire team is wonderful, especially when you are just beginning! Special thanks to Laura, Doreen, and Sepora! At every appointment, I received the respect I deserved. In a fertility clinic, many people may access intimate parts of your body, and you want to feel protected and respected. The rooms were always warm, clean, and prepared, allowing me to relax and focus. The center runs efficiently. I have visited many clinics and am accustomed to waiting, but this clinic moved quickly. Once, when I had to wait, they brought snacks and drinks and apologized. The snacks were good too—apple juice, whole-grain crackers, water, saltines... everything! I do not know what treatment you are considering. If you are thinking about a fertility clinic, you likely hope to have children someday. People say it takes a village to raise a child, while biology says it takes two people to conceive one. What is remarkable about Dr. Landay Goldman and her team is that their support and care formed the beginning of that “village.” For me, it brought a sense of wholeness to the process that I never expected. Knowing that I, my future child, and my family were prepared gave me much to reflect on because I had a strong support team behind me. Listen—I have a wonderful gynecologist, so I delayed visiting a fertility clinic because I thought I did not need one. But a fertility clinic is not only for a lack of resources; it can also be the beginning of everything. The excellence of this team is remarkable. Our path to building a family was not easy. We faced complex genetic issues and often felt there was little hope. It was an extremely stressful and anxious time, but Dr. Zimmerman and her entire team gave us what we needed most: hope. Dr. Zimmerman is not only highly knowledgeable but also caring, patient, and empathetic. She always made us feel reassured. She patiently explained every step, answered every question, and guided our decisions with expertise and compassion. We always felt we were receiving the best possible care. The nursing team was equally exceptional, and we are especially grateful to Valerie, who consistently went far beyond her responsibilities.     Terrible staff who genuinely do not care about patients. We saw them two years ago while trying to conceive. They recommended bloodwork. Because my work situation was sensitive, I explained that I could not leave during work and needed it done before the weekday began. They promised to send the lab order. I woke early and took my daughter to the lab, but they had not sent it. I contacted the office from the lab and received no response, wasting my time. When I followed up, they did not care that they had forgotten. I eventually completed the HSG they ordered and became pregnant immediately. I called because I was bleeding continuously, but they said I was no longer their patient because I was pregnant. That made no sense: I went to them to become pregnant and conceived after their HSG order. With a history of miscarriage and having recently moved back to the island, I struggled to find an OB, yet the fertility clinic refused to see me despite heavy bleeding early in pregnancy. Fast-forward two years: they claimed they do not offer a patient portal, although I have an email from two years ago with a temporary portal login. I followed their instructions and submitted a medical-record request on June 26. They said it would take no more than 10 days. Staff were rude whenever I called for updates. Why does your email ask for 24–48 hours for a status update if you become annoyed when patients call? Around day 7, a staff member said they had not even submitted my request. On day 9, she said, “Well, we are within the 10-day window.” On day 12, there were still no records. I explained that I had an appointment at a new fertility clinic and needed them; she said she would expedite it. The records arrived on day 16. The doctor also has no bedside manner. Rude, rude, rude. Do not waste your time! They lack compassion and cannot do their jobs properly.

    I sat in the waiting room for over an hour during my lunch break. Staff were talking with a patient receiving bloodwork, loudly discussing retirement and how she could not decide which state to retire in for nearly 30 minutes—clearly unrelated to the blood draw. They continued their personal conversation while I waited patiently during my limited break. I was the only person in the waiting room. When I approached for an update, staff initially pretended not to see or hear me. I appreciate nurses’ hard work, but leaving me without an update while having a personal conversation was unprofessional and frankly disrespectful. I regret even scheduling the appointment.

    Dr. Mullin and everyone on her team are wonderful. I am always seen within 15 minutes of walking in, and by my second visit everyone knew my name. I received so much care and support, and they were genuinely happy whenever they called with good news. After one failed transfer, I am now in my third trimester, so I truly thank God 🙏

After months of trying to conceive, Dr. Mullin and her team provided not only expert care but also genuine compassion and encouragement at every step. From the first consultation, I felt heard, respected, and supported. Dr. Mullin, the nurses, and the staff were always available to answer questions, making a potentially overwhelming fertility journey feel manageable and hopeful. They took time to create a plan tailored to my body and journey, and thanks to their efforts, I am now pregnant! I will always be grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and tireless work to make dreams come true. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that truly cares, this is the place.     If I could give this clinic 12 stars, I would. Dr. Mullin and her entire staff, from the front desk and ultrasound technicians to the nurse practitioners and nurses, are exceptional healthcare professionals and exceptional people. You will not feel as though you have entered a baby-making factory. You will feel valued and heard and receive all the support needed for this emotionally challenging journey. You are not alone; this team is available by phone or email to answer questions nearly seven days a week. Words cannot express my gratitude for the Mullin team's professionalism, intelligence, compassion, and kindness.

    When my husband and I decided to start a family, we chose IVF with genetic testing because we carry a hereditary condition that would give a naturally conceived child a 50% chance of being affected. While searching for a doctor, a close friend highly recommended Dr. Mullin's clinic. They made egg retrieval straightforward and supported me throughout by phone, during clinic visits, and in every other way. They were my strongest source of support and encouragement. IVF is not easy, but with help from Dr. Mullin's team, my husband and I felt we were making the right decision for our family's future health. I now adore our healthy, happy 10-month-old son. In the near future, we will transfer another embryo we previously froze so he can have a healthy sibling. Many thanks to the nurses—Kathy, Leslie, and Erin—the ultrasound technician Regina, medical assistant Daniella, nurse practitioner Katherine, receptionists Robin and Trevina, and of course Dr. Mullin. They are the best fertility team, and I will always recommend them.

    Insensitive! The worst! Do not waste your time or money. Such a scam! Not to mention the rude and curt attitude of every employee except Nick—the only one who showed me compassion as I cried and tried to understand why 7 months of excellent Sonos, monthly cycles, bloodwork, and labs could not result in any prescription. I have been here for 7 months, completing tests/labs, seeing a PA, undergoing Sonos and genetic testing, all out of pocket. Then I received an additional $3,000 laboratory bill that was never mentioned during the consultation! They simply told me I had to start over to receive any type of fertility prescription because Dr. Sam Roman was no longer with them! How is this right? I am truly back at square one, having lost even more money and time, which is critical for a woman my age. This is heartbreaking and wrong on every level!

    Dr. St. Roman himself is wonderful—personable, knowledgeable, and kind—but his staff are terrible. My wife has undergone 7 IUIs and 1 IVF embryo transfer. The doctors and nurses repeatedly gave her false hope, saying she should be pregnant because she is young and healthy. The nurses and Dr. St. Roman were never aligned, and my wife received different instructions from everyone in the office. A nurse said to take medication once daily; a month later, the doctor said she should have taken it twice daily. My wife underwent multiple procedures with different doctors rather than the one she was most comfortable with, Dr. St. Roman. My wife is completely exhausted by this office because appointments do not happen as promised. One day, a nurse gave medication instructions but did not know what medications my wife was taking when she next visited. Do they even read her chart? The latest issue occurred two days before my wife’s first embryo transfer. The office said they would call the next day with the appointment time for the following day. Of course they never called, leaving my wife extremely anxious about whether she had an appointment. This was not the best way to enter a first IVF cycle. We called repeatedly, but no one answered until the morning of her appointment. By then she was completely stressed, which I am sure does not help a woman become pregnant. As if fertility treatment does not cause enough anxiety, this office continually adds to it. We have gone there for over a year and repeatedly faced these problems. It may be time to find a new doctor.

    Your office billed me June 2026 for a procedure that was never done back in May 2024. Way to go for committing fraudulent billing and using somebody’s struggles with infertility in trying to get money. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!

    They sent me bill after bill without any explanation. I had paid in full before surgery. Since then, I have received additional bills for several hundred dollars and contacted their billing department at least 20 times. I called, left voicemails, sent letters and emails, and submitted requests through their website. No one responded. They called back once, but I missed the call. After that, they never answered me again.

    Do not go to this clinic. Dr. Bennett was fine, but everything else was a disaster. From our first call, we asked specifically about embryos created at another facility, and they firmly said yes, even mosaic embryos could be transferred into their tissue bank. Great, so we proceeded. The sonographer was gentle and kind, and the nurses were acceptable, but everyone else was a major disappointment. Billing had difficulty reviewing my prior records, even though all the information was included in the records we and our previous clinic had submitted. They repeatedly said the needed information was missing, forcing me to reread everything and point out exactly where it appeared before they would proceed. We should have left then, but decided to continue because we had already started. Because of our unusual circumstances, they forced me to pay out of pocket to see their geneticist. It wasted 90 minutes for many reasons, most importantly because he never mentioned that Northwell does not accept mosaic embryos at all. This was another issue they should have disclosed proactively. The phlebotomists were unskilled, stuck me several times, and left me bruised and sore for weeks. The clinic is dirty and outdated, and not at all comforting. Most unacceptable of all, they told me that under their frozen embryo transfer policy, my mosaic embryo could not be transferred directly to me and that a segmental mosaic embryo had to be transferred first. Fine, we would try that. The next day, we were shocked to learn that they also said mosaic embryos could not be transferred into their tissue bank at all. They had ample opportunity to tell us but said nothing, and we wasted substantial time and money because they were not honest from the beginning. Doctors are unreachable, bureaucracy is everywhere, the quality of care is poor, and the charges are outrageous. Do not waste your time or money here. An apology cannot fix this. Buyers beware.

    My wife and I came here a few months ago. This place is a cash grab offering little, if any, actual medical assistance or treatment. My wife needed to be checked after two miscarriages. My appointment was quoted at $700, but quickly became more than $2,000 because I also had bloodwork. Then why was I quoted $700? The doctor did nothing for my wife, who still has major issues that required other doctors to step in and provide actual healthcare. Stay away unless you enjoy throwing money away.

    My Biased Fertility Journey at Northwell Health Fertility in New York City I am a victim of Northwell Health Fertility. By sharing my nightmare at this facility, I hope to help others—especially women of color, whom I believe do not receive the same treatment they need. All women, particularly women of color, should know about Northwell Health Fertility. ...Unfortunately, this is where the nightmare began. I completed all required exams, bloodwork, and other testing. Several weeks after being told that prior authorization had been sent to my insurer, I received an email containing the planned protocol for my IVF cycle. A nurse called with instructions on when to begin medication, and I followed them. Two days before my ultrasound and bloodwork, I was shocked when a nurse called to say the prior authorization had only just been sent and would take at least 3 weeks for approval. This should have been completed two months earlier. When I asked why it had not been done sooner, the person responsible said she had been on vacation for two weeks and was the only employee who handled prior authorizations. I was told that proceeding without authorization meant calling finance and paying thousands of dollars out of pocket; otherwise I had to wait indefinitely. Remember, I had already begun medication according to my IVF protocol! The doctor decided I had to remain on birth control longer than planned until insurance approved treatment. When we finally proceeded, my body did not respond at all. My follicles remained nearly the same size and did not grow. The doctor said I may have been “over-suppressed” because I stayed on birth control longer than she intended while we waited for authorization. I was penalized for the Northwell Health Fertility staff’s carelessness. The first failed protocol exhausted my $10,000 lifetime maximum for fertility medications. I had to pay out of pocket the second time and believe I spent about $15,000 in total. I do not usually play the “race” card, but I firmly believe race is why Northwell Health Fertility handled my case this way from the start. When I spoke with the facility director, Dr. Christine Mullin, she was cold, impatient, and uncompassionate, then ignored many of my emails and messages. Nancy Banks and Danielle Vaknin were equally cold and lacking in compassion. This facility harmed me financially, mentally, emotionally, and physically. I firmly believe some women of color are treated differently there. Even if you have not faced infertility, I hope you can understand the pain of those who do: injecting extremely expensive fertility medications, undergoing frequent ultrasounds and repeated bloodwork, enduring traumatic egg retrievals, and, if fortunate enough to obtain viable embryos, facing stressful transfers. Then comes the heartbreak of learning you are not pregnant. When a facility like Northwell ruins my IVF cycle by failing to follow the prescribed protocol and refusing responsibility, I feel victimized again. To fulfill the dream of motherhood, you need a facility with experienced, skilled doctors and nursing staff. I did not receive that at Northwell Health Fertility. You will read different reviews, but ask who wrote them. Will you be among the fortunate patients who receive the care they need and paid for, or will you be treated unfairly and with bias, then bear the consequences as I did?

    Dr. Singer and his entire team are truly outstanding. From the moment we met them, we felt deeply cared for—not only as patients, but as people. Their medical care was excellent and led to our first pregnancy, but what stood out most was the compassion, empathy, and genuine partnership they showed us throughout. Dr. Singer, Ali, Sunshine, Mimi, Sari, and everyone else on the team patiently answered every question, created clear and flexible plans, and communicated honestly, making us feel that we were truly in this together. Even during moments of disappointment or delay, which were not their fault, the team showed endless kindness and understanding. We felt seen, supported, and cared for throughout the process. Despite countless injections, blood draws, scans, early mornings, and uncertainties, we genuinely looked forward to every appointment. Even graduating to obstetric care felt bittersweet, which shows how wonderful the experience was. From a practical standpoint, waits were never long, communication was smooth, a doctor was available by phone around the clock for questions, billing was clear and transparent, they worked well with insurance, and scheduling was very convenient. If you are considering fertility treatment at Northwell, I cannot praise them enough. We are incredibly grateful to have found this team and cannot imagine going through IVF with anyone else. Thank you for everything! We will definitely return for baby number two!

    A close friend visited this clinic a few months ago and had a terrible experience. The front desk and medical staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Patients arrive feeling vulnerable, but instead of showing concern, the staff seemed to use that vulnerability against them. There is no privacy here. Staff openly gossip about patients, which is not only disrespectful but raises concerns about HIPAA compliance. There was no proper follow-up or continuing care. One woman at the front desk had a terrible attitude, and the medical staff's behavior felt abusive, including rude and improper use of a needle while chatting with others. This violated her trust and made her feel unsafe. Overall, this place left my friend feeling disrespected, neglected, and mistreated. No one should experience this in a healthcare setting.

    I recently had an appointment with Dr. Aluko and had an excellent experience. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived at the clinic, and all my questions were answered patiently. I felt comfortable during the visit and would definitely recommend them to others!

    This clinic's care team really needs to improve its bedside manner!! Especially the nurse, Ali or Alexandra Ayoub. She is rude and arrogant and makes you feel that every question is an inconvenience. We froze embryos here a year ago and were very happy, but our experience when we returned for further treatment this year was completely disappointing!! I did not see Dr. Singh once throughout the entire process. He is a good doctor, but his team is terrible. I was treated like a cog in a machine, just a number. To think that I once recommended this place to friends. I received multiple emails from the care team with conflicting information, leaving me confused and stressed. They never remember your history, do not bother to read your chart, and it is impossible to reach anyone. Appointments are canceled at the last minute, and Ali calls to tell you rudely that the doctor is unavailable, without any apology! I felt like a charity case they did not want to deal with. Women and men undergoing this treatment are already under great stress. Treating such patients like a burden is completely unacceptable! We transferred our embryos and care to an IVF clinic in New York and could not be happier!! I would not recommend this clinic to anyone!!

    Dr. Singh and his entire team are amazing. After infertility care and multiple failed treatments at other clinics, this was the only clinic that truly helped us. All the nurses—Abby, Sunshine, and Mimi—were warm and friendly and made me feel at home. I never felt like a burden or just another patient… Their experience, knowledge, and care are first-rate, and I highly recommend them.

    I saw Dr. Aluko for a second opinion and am very glad I did. Dr. Aluko listened carefully to my concerns, clearly explained the treatment options, and made me feel confident in the plan. The entire Northwell Health team was outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout. I felt respected and well cared for, and they truly helped resolve my problem.     After the doctor gave me my test results, I felt discouraged and believed my IVF journey was over. I later researched egg count and IVF and learned that IVF could still be possible. If your results are not what you hoped, seek a second opinion. Do not let this facility end your dream of motherhood. Always seek a second opinion.

    It has been an honor to work with Dr. Singh and the fertility team at Northwell Health, and I am so glad we chose them for this journey.     I had the best experience with Dr. Singer and his team. After completing 4 difficult cycles at another high-end NY clinic, I was already exhausted when I first walked through the doors of Northwell Fertility. I am AMA and have DOR, but Dr. Singer never treated me as a problem case. Honestly, the experience at Northwell is incomparable. Dr. Singer and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional, but they also genuinely care about every patient. You feel this from reception to blood draws and the nursing staff—I could go on and on. I strongly encourage anyone beginning a fertility journey to start with Dr. Singer and his team!

    Dr. Aluko at Northwell is wonderful! She always patiently ensured I understood every step of the process and supported my preferences. She provided data to help me form realistic expectations about how medication and other supportive measures might work for me during intrauterine insemination (IUI). The clinic staff were also friendly, welcoming, and supportive, and they celebrated with me when things went well. I felt well cared for by a professional medical team. I am also very grateful to the responsive administrative staff, who coordinated with my insurance company to ensure all expenses were covered and approved despite the tight treatment timeline. I recommend this clinic and Dr. Aluko without hesitation!

    I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Lauren Ursillo and highly recommend her. From the moment I entered her office, I felt at ease. After multiple miscarriages, I was naturally nervous, but Dr. Ursillo's warm and friendly bedside manner immediately reassured me. She listened carefully to my concerns and answered every question patiently and empathetically, helping ease my fears. The clinic staff are wonderful—everyone is friendly, professional, and punctual. The clinic itself is clean, tidy, warm, and welcoming, making each visit pleasant. Dr. Ursillo's meticulous, thoughtful, and compassionate approach was enormously helpful throughout treatment. She communicates readily and always tells me test results as soon as they are available, sometimes the same day.
