Victoria S. Jiang, M.D., brings extensive expertise and a sincere commitment to guiding patients through fertility care with compassion and personalized support.
Dr. Jiang completed her OB/GYN residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta and her REI fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston. She serves as co-chair of the SREI Associate Member Board and is active on the SREI Interactive Media Committee and PCRS Social Media Committee. Her work also includes applying artificial intelligence to fertility care and embryology, a field in which she has authored numerous studies and presented worldwide.
Dr. Jiang's warm personality creates a welcoming, supportive environment. Her creativity and resourcefulness guide her approach to complex clinical situations as she seeks the best options for patients. A curious, detail-oriented physician, she provides care at SGF Atlanta's Marietta location.
Outside work, Dr. Jiang enjoys travel, new cultures and cuisines, hiking, scuba diving, skiing, and gardening. At home, she relaxes by cooking, baking, completing puzzles, and spending time with her husband, son, and two cats.

My husband and I had an excellent experience here. Dr. Kanter is knowledgeable and kind and went above and beyond to help us at every step. Our nurse Carla always responded positively to every question and provided so much support! I also loved working with Erica, Wendy, and Angie. They showed me genuine care and kindness. Thank you all for the hugs and encouragement!
Before coming here, I was a patient at another fertility clinic where I felt they saw only money when they looked at me. My experience at Shady Grove was the complete opposite. I felt they genuinely cared about my husband, me, and our journey. If you want high-quality care from providers who truly listen and support you, Shady Grove is an excellent choice.

Dr. Kanter is wonderful, and so is Angie, the nurse/laboratory technician in Marietta! The front-desk employee is too—I forgot her name, but she is always so kind and pleasant.

I would describe my experience at SGF Marietta as wonderful and seamless. Dr. Jessica Kanter and her team are outstanding. Dr. Kanter is a highly skilled specialist who is compassionate, kind, and encouraging. Under her care, I felt I had not only a doctor but also a sister and a friend. She understood what I had experienced before coming to SGF and did everything possible to ensure things went smoothly.
Nurse Cara was equally excellent in following up on my treatment plan and quickly answering my questions. Medical assistant Angie was very friendly, and receptionist Linda was very supportive. I felt warmth and hospitality at every appointment. My appointments were quick, with no wasted time.
I have visited several fertility clinics, but Dr. Jessica Kanter and her team at SGF Marietta made a positive difference for me.

I had a wonderful experience at Shady Grove Marietta! Dr. Jiang and my nurse Katie responded promptly and were extremely supportive whenever I had questions or needed help. Their attentive care and compassion made this difficult and emotional time much easier.

Terrible experience and extremely unprofessional. Our doctor, Dr. Jaing, went on leave without notice, and our patient care specialist, Marina, also took two weeks off without telling us. When we tried to schedule follow-up care, we were told we had to change doctors and restart the entire process. We could not reach anyone on the doctor's team and only learned about their leave from other staff. I do not object to people taking leave, but advance notice would have reassured us while navigating an unfamiliar process. We had a procedure there and received no follow-up care or attention afterward. We still do not know the outcome. Absolutely not recommended!

From our first phone consultation to the graduation ultrasound, SGF showed my husband and me tremendous care and affection. We were fortunate to work with Dr. Kanter, the best doctor we have met. She is always joyful and brightens my mood whenever she enters the room. Throughout our difficult fertility journey, she provided expert clinical advice and encouragement. She felt like a friend, not merely a doctor. I love the small staff at the Marietta office; they always replied promptly and kept my appointments organized. Special thanks to nurse Carla, who was always kind and quick to respond, and phlebotomist Angie, who gave us the warmest hugs! Because of them, we are so excited to welcome our baby boy this fall. If we begin another fertility journey in the future, we know where to go. Thank you, SGF! 💕

I left this clinic feeling extremely happy. Dr. Kanter and the entire Shady Grove Marietta team made our fertility journey so much easier. After a poor experience at RBA, my first visit with Dr. Jessica Kanter was an enormous relief. Dr. Kanter took time to understand my husband and me, our family-building goals, and where we were in the process. They did not pressure us into IVF or other invasive procedures we did not feel ready for. Instead, they created a treatment plan, responded promptly, and patiently answered every question. I recommend this clinic to everyone I know!

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Shady Grove Fertility for the exceptional care and support they gave my husband and me from the very beginning. We were fortunate to have Dr. Jiang as our physician. She is highly knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I felt completely at ease in her care and trusted her throughout the process. My nurse, Katie, was also amazing. She was so thoughtful and cheered me on like a friend. After so many visits, Shady Grove Marietta felt like home. Although I have now ‘graduated,’ I cannot wait to return with my baby to meet these ‘miracle workers.’ I love this team!
