    We had a supportive team of doctors and nurses who helped us through the process of becoming pregnant. They were kind, knowledgeable, and straightforward about information and expectations. I felt prepared for everything we went through. We had several unsuccessful IUI cycles, then succeeded with one IVF cycle; we now have a little boy.

    They charged our insurance twice and also charged me the same amount. Then they were completely careless and unconcerned about whether the embryo transfer succeeded. They implanted the embryo incorrectly, and it ultimately died because of how it implanted, but afterward they would not let you try again.

    Dr. Schoyer and her team were excellent throughout our IVF journey. They were very kind and thorough about everything and kept us informed and sane during the process.

    Dr. Schoyer and her outstanding team helped us conceive a healthy, beautiful baby girl. I could not have found a better doctor or team. She is exceptional. She was honest throughout the process and did not sugarcoat what we would go through. She is very professional. In the end, it was all worth it. I highly recommend this doctor.

    Very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. My appointment was at 10:30, and the nurse called at 10:23 so we could check in early. The doctor then called late, and I had to leave. When I saw her missed call, I called back, but no one answered. I left a voicemail on the nurse line and never heard back.
