Dr. Stephanie Gunderson, United States
Dr. Gunderson earned her bachelor's degree in biology from St. Norbert College in Green Bay. She was a cheerleader for both St. Norbert College and the Green Bay Packers. She remained in Wisconsin for medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she received the Brenner Award for Excellence as an OB/GYN student. She continued her training there in obstetrics and gynecology and received the Kleiger Resident Research Award.
Dr. Gunderson completed subspecialty training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Washington University in St. Louis. Her fellowship research focused on sperm physiology and the use of new technologies to diagnose and manage male-factor infertility. She is the lead author of several peer-reviewed publications, a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and a reviewer for the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics.
Dr. Gunderson, her husband, and their daughter are pleased to return to the Midwest, be closer to family, and rejoin the Milwaukee community. She looks forward to helping couples achieve their fertility goals.
