I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! From the moment I walked in, every staff member showed tremendous kindness and professionalism. They provided extensive information to help me make the best choices for myself and were extremely supportive throughout treatment. Any question or concern I had—about costs, medications, appointments/scheduling, symptoms, or anything else—received a prompt and thorough response. I am very grateful to Dr. Collins and the entire team!

All the nurses, doctors, and staff were kind, helpful, responsive, and thoughtful. Dr. Ogden gave us expert medical information and helped develop a treatment plan, including a backup plan when my health changed. I am deeply grateful to all these amazing women for comforting and encouraging my husband and me throughout the journey. Thank you.

It is a long story, so I will keep it brief. Dr. Pritts was terrible. She not only prescribed the wrong medication but also accused me of making someone cry. Yes, I asked her to explain so I could apologize, but she could not explain anything and immediately changed the subject. She also stood by during my panic attack while giving me an infusion. Her communication was poor as well. Fortunately, I ultimately brought home my daughter, and I am grateful for that. My husband and I were treated with extreme disrespect. I understand there is now a different doctor, and I sincerely hope they are a thousand times better—more caring, respectful, and responsible. 0/10, absolutely not recommended.

Our experience at WiF, Wisconsin Fertility Institute, in 2022 and early 2023 was wonderful, and Dr. Pritts went above and beyond! When we were preparing for a second child in 2025, I completed the required bloodwork and planned to try conceiving naturally before considering fertility treatment. Wisconsin Fertility Institute told me that my AMH was low and that many women with an AMH this low might choose more aggressive fertility treatment. I was confused because everything I found online indicated that my AMH was high. Knowing I am not an expert, I consulted four other doctors, including two fertility specialists. All confirmed that my AMH was slightly above average for my age. I thought the Wisconsin Fertility Institute doctor may have misread the result, but when I raised the issue, she said the other doctors were wrong because ‘they do not know how to interpret fertility laboratory results like I do.’ One month later, we conceived our second child naturally. If you choose Wisconsin Fertility Institute, I strongly recommend also consulting another reproductive endocrinologist to confirm your diagnosis.

I was very satisfied with their professionalism and success rate throughout the egg-freezing process. I only wish I had come here sooner instead of wasting time elsewhere. The doctor provided a detailed treatment plan and guidance throughout. The nurses and care team appeared highly professional.

The first time we met Dr. Collins, I knew she was the doctor we wanted beside us on our fertility journey. We had met other doctors before, but none made us feel as supported and heard as Dr. Collins did. She made it clear that we would face everything together and that she would do everything possible to help us. Thanks to Dr. Collins, we are now fortunate to have two wonderful children.
