RMA was truly a refreshing experience for my wife and me. Jennifer was wonderful and guided us through the entire treatment process with genuine compassion and kindness. This was our second time under Dr. Laderman's attentive care, and he again showed an angelic level of concern. The entire RMA team demonstrated unmatched professionalism and sincere support. We are honored to be part of the RMA family and deeply appreciate their efforts to make treatment as smooth and comfortable as possible. Thank you, RMA!

Working with RMA has truly been one of the best most seamless experiences when there are so many moving parts to the IVF process. From Jen, to Dr. Lederman, to every single nurse I’ve spoken to, it has been nothing but the most supporting, patient, and caring team to work with. Since the start they made me feel comfortable, and everything felt personalized for me to receive the best care. We cannot thank Dr. Lederman and the team enough and I would highly recommend RMA for their quality care!

I highly recommend Dr. Gerber and her team at RMA Westchester. From the first consultation, she made us feel comfortable and confident in her care. Thank you to the nurses, especially Jordin, and phlebotomist Susanna, who always made me smile. Dr. Gerber always made me feel heard, and whenever I had questions, she provided detailed explanations and the reasoning behind her recommendations. Thank you to everyone on her team for providing a warm, welcoming experience during a difficult time. I would definitely recommend RMA Westchester and Dr. Gerber to anyone in need.

‘I had an exceptional experience at this doctor's office! From the moment I walked in, the office staff were very friendly and welcoming. The nurses were knowledgeable and helpful and put me at ease. What truly stood out was the excellent service from my coordinator, Jennifer. She was extremely responsive, promptly answering my emails and going above and beyond to help with my needs. My doctor, Dr. Lederman, was also wonderful. He took time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood my care plan. His expertise and bedside manner were truly impressive. The phlebotomists were also consistently amazing, making an otherwise stressful experience remarkably comfortable. Overall, I was deeply impressed by the care and compassion shown by everyone in this office. Highly recommended!’

Great clinic! RMA provided consistently supportive care from start to finish. Dr. Lederman was knowledgeable, and my coordinator Jen Ciappetta was extremely helpful and organized throughout the process. Nurse Katie was wonderful, and Nicole and Jenny were especially kind and reassuring during frightening moments. Every nurse I interacted with was pleasant and easy to talk to. The front desk staff were approachable and always attentive. The entire team was efficient, compassionate, and truly dedicated. Highly recommended!

My partner and I chose RMA New York after an unpleasant experience at another clinic. From the moment we met Dr. Gerber, we knew we had made the right choice in trusting RMA to help us build our family. We worked with fertility care coordinator Jennifer, who was very supportive, carefully answered all our questions, and guided us throughout the process. We are very grateful to all the RMA staff and nurses, especially Jordyn. It was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

I used RMA (Mt. Kisco) for egg freezing. It was my first time, so I do not have much to compare it with, but my case was straightforward and the overall experience was good. The process ran like a well-oiled machine. Do not expect extensive guidance, but their communication and instructions were clear. After every call—special thanks to the excellent nurse Nicole—they sent a detailed email with the next steps. I had my egg retrieval yesterday, and it went smoothly with almost no side effects. I am happy with the outcome and with the service RMA provided, which was the part within their control. It is an expensive investment, and I am glad I chose RMA.

We are extremely grateful to RMA NY Westchester, especially Dr. Lederman and his team. After an unpleasant experience at another clinic, my husband and I chose RMA NY. From our first conversation with Dr. Lederman, we knew it was the right choice. Dr. Lederman is exceptionally thorough and thoughtful, and he impressed us throughout treatment. I am also grateful for his personalized care and attention. Every time I saw him, he made me feel like his only patient that day. I cannot praise him enough and am very thankful he was my doctor. Our coordinator, Jennifer Ciappetta, was responsive and helpful. She always answered our questions and kept our schedule under control, giving us one less thing to worry about. The nurses, especially Nicole and Katie, were excellent and reassuring. Phlebotomists Susana and Maya were also very kind. I truly could not have asked for a better experience, and we will always be grateful to Dr. Lederman and RMA NY for helping us grow our family and achieve our dream.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. The staff were so poorly coordinated that when scheduling appointments, you had to ensure everyone agreed and that things followed the provider's instructions. There were billing problems, and you had to confirm that services RMA said were covered really were covered by insurance. After multiple failed pregnancies, the doctor did not investigate the reasons and instead encouraged us to keep trying... We eventually went to another provider, who identified several potential problems RMA had missed on the initial scan and even commented on the poor quality of RMA's original images. After repeating some outpatient procedures, we succeeded quickly. I am glad others have succeeded at RMA, but my experience here was terrible and showed me the problems in healthcare: you are just a number, and instead of receiving high-quality care, your problems and failures are used for profit. The issues we experienced set us back by at least several years. If you encounter the same problems, I urge you to seek a second opinion or find another provider.

After six years of infertility, my wife and I began treatment at RMA in January 2025. We recently graduated from RMA and want to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Lederman and his team. Jennifer C. was always happy to answer our questions, and her quick responses 👌🏽 reassured us. She was also consistently friendly. Thank you so much for helping us achieve our dream of having a family.

I wasted hours trying to determine whether insurance covered my initial consultation here. Calls disconnected, holds were long, and promised callbacks never came. I tried more than ten times, but no one would help. I am confused by this organization and frustrated by my experience. So cruel!

From my first day at RMA, I was treated like family. Every question my partner and I had was answered from our initial consultation until graduation from RMA. Dr. Laterman's team was wonderful, there from day one and always making me feel welcome. Without RMA and Dr. Laterman's team, I would not be 6 months pregnant with my miracle baby today...Thank you for everything you have done for me and my growing family. I fully recommend RMA as the best fertility clinic in New York...We will return for our other embryos. Thank you again...Much love, the Cruz family...

First-rate, attentive service. We initially consulted a large healthcare network/hospital/university in Connecticut, but they were not welcoming at all. Fortunately, they referred us to RMA. RMA supported us throughout and helped us understand health insurance policies and payment. Everyone we met was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Our son was born two weeks ago. Thank you, Dr. Lederman and team.

The office staff were very polite, and I never had an unpleasant interaction with anyone at their Westchester–Mount Kisco office. Things moved quickly, but the financial department aggressively said the cycle could not begin until payment was received, although we had already started everything. When I asked the office/front desk about the cycle, they said all information should be in a “welcome packet” emailed to me, but I never received it. After one intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycle, the outcome was poor and my overall fertility actually declined. I repeatedly contacted staff to ask what to do but never received a response, even now, three months later. My period essentially disappeared for the first time for 83 days, yet RMA never contacted me and still has not. Only with help from a holistic practitioner in Texas did we identify a possible issue and support my body so my period returned after 83 days. RMA does not provide personalized care. Honestly, I would not be surprised if they did not even remember I was a patient. If you have visited a “fertility/infertility” clinic before, you will find every clinic provides identical care despite every woman needing individualized treatment. In my experience, unless you can afford and are undergoing IVF, which we are not, they do not truly care about or value you as a patient because IUI is less profitable. This was my third and final clinic seeking help unless I can find one that truly provides personalized care.

Although IVF has been an emotionally and physically challenging time, Dr. Lederman and his entire team at RMA Mount Kisco have been caring and supportive throughout the entire process. Jen C has answered all of our questions and has helped (and continues to help) make this experience much easier and less stressful. She is always available via email (or a phone call) to answer our questions and and provide a caring response. All of the nurses (especially Nicole) have returned phone calls and eased my nerves on several occasions. The ladies at the front desk and the phlebotomists always greet me with a smile and are also very helpful. My journey isn't over yet, but I'm thankful to be at RMA with Dr. Lederman and his team to support me (and my partner) as we continue on our IVF path.

I have been Dr. Lederman's patient since 2020, and he is an excellent physician. He is compassionate, kind, and respectful and explains everything thoroughly. He is very attentive. I am truly grateful to him for helping me become a mother!

I sincerely thank Dr. Lederman and his medical team at RMA Westchester for their support during my IVF treatment. IVF involves many steps, and Dr. Lederman, his coordinator Jen, and all the clinical staff remained organized and attentive throughout. Dr. Lederman was meticulous in optimizing the treatment plan to give patients the best possible outcome, which I greatly appreciated and which ultimately produced a very positive result. I also want to give special thanks to the phlebotomists in Mount Kisco—I have never had such easy blood draws—which is especially noteworthy given the many blood tests required during IVF. Thank you, RMA!

After having tried to conceive for a while, I decided it was time to seek fertility treatment. Upon doing some research, I came across RMA and their positive reviews. Let’s just say, I was not disappointed ! From the first moment I stepped foot into their practice, I was warmly greeted and felt like I was in good hands. What I especially appreciated was the prompt responses I would receive from the nurses ( A special thank you to Nurses Jen,Nicole and Ariel). Dr. Lederman was kind, professional and undoubtedly competent. Thank you for being part of our fertility journey ! We are excited for our bundle of joy , who is due summer of 2026 :)

Queer people, beware! My experience with RMA was deeply harmful. First, look at their Google reviews: they thank people for positive reviews but ignore negative ones and make no effort to resolve the issues. What does it say that they speak only to people congratulating them while ignoring those hurt by bad experiences? My complaints are: 1) A doctor touched me without consent, because apparently they see women's bodies as objects. 2) Poor medical care. No one explained the medications' side effects or expected effects. For example, no one told me that hormones can cause insomnia, leaving me to search online at 4 a.m. to understand what was happening to my body, as if I had not paid them over $20,000 for guidance. 3) Extremely unprofessional communication. Every instruction email from the nurses contained spelling errors, and even the clinic address was wrong. 4) They are nearly impossible to reach. Even after paying so much, you have to call a number answered by a woman in Asia, who sends a message to the New York office so someone can call you back. I live a few miles away yet had to call the other side of the world to hear from the RMA across the street. Is that personalized service? My two biggest complaints are: 5) Their discrimination against and unfair treatment of LGBTQIA+ people is appalling. RMA's marketing intended to “prove” how LGBTQIA+-inclusive they are is just marketing. Accepting LGBTQIA+ people and learning how to care for them well are different things. Luring people in with promises of inclusion and then bombarding us with exclusionary language is cruel. You do not need to pretend you are good at treating LGBTQIA+ patients. Just say, “We accept you, but know nothing about you,” so we can find someone who does. Claiming expertise, drawing in vulnerable people, and then treating them as outsiders is despicable. How many times was I told that the partners of “all women” should not ejaculate after egg retrieval? Emails discussed vaginal intercourse with my male partner. One male doctor asked what my husband thought about my treatment. I am a lesbian with no cisgender male partner, and they knew that. This mattered greatly to me and was why I came here. I told the manager, Kim, who promised to change the wording. At my second checkup a month later, nothing had changed. Have you visited RMA's website or seen its LGBTQIA+ section? The difference between how they market themselves and treat patients is unbelievable. RMA needs serious LGBTQIA+ training. Their emails assume mainstream norms without considering how those norms exclude minorities or the emotional harm of being erased. This is also terrible medical and cross-cultural practice. 6) My final complaint: I could not reach anyone to file a complaint except by calling the Westchester Human Rights Commission. I sent 5 emails and called 5 times, with no response. I tried to explain that I felt marginalized, that my experience was far from inclusive, and that RMA's language about me, my body, and my plans left me discouraged about myself and my future. No response. Since RMA does not respond to negative reviews to learn how it can help, I doubt it will respond to this one. I suppose this is who RMA is. I do not believe they truly care about their patients, especially queer patients. I strongly recommend that queer people seek care elsewhere. Any female patient using RMA should be prepared for a doctor to enter the room and perform examinations before introducing themselves, asking for consent, or explaining what they are about to do. What does it take to get a call back and be treated like a person? What does it take for them to reach out, show that they care, and genuinely want to learn how to do better?

Where do I begin?! Dr. Gerber is an amazing person and physician! We visited several nearby clinics before finding RMA and Dr. Gerber. She was the first doctor who truly listened to our concerns and carefully reviewed my records. She identified many issues other clinics had missed and helped us move forward with an approach tailored to my body. She is a wonderful doctor and the only one at any clinic we visited who could be reached by email and would reply and return calls! We had never experienced that before. She also helped with related health concerns and quickly found nearby doctors so I could get the care I needed. The 2.5-hour trip was absolutely worthwhile! Head nurse Jordan is also amazing! Every interaction with her was kind, patient, and helpful. She always answered my questions thoroughly and made time to assist us. My care coordinator, Jen Ciappetta, was always very helpful with prescriptions and sending them to my pharmacy. Overall, everyone on her team and throughout RMA is wonderful, and we highly recommend them!

RMA is truly wonderful. All the doctors, nurses, and coordinators are very kind and a pleasure to work with. I am especially grateful to Dr. Gerber, who helped me tremendously throughout my fertility journey. She was warm and understanding and gave me great support through several intrauterine insemination (IUI) attempts and my ultimately successful in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle. I am glad I chose this clinic, and I now have a lovely baby! Special thanks to her nurse Jordyn, who was always warm and friendly, patiently answered my questions, promptly emailed progress updates, and called with test results. Coordinator Jen was also very helpful with ordering medications and explaining the next steps. Overall, I highly recommend RMA and look forward to working with their team again soon!

If you are in need of help to build your family, RMA Mount Kisco and Dr.Lederman is who you want to work with. A specific genetic disease brought us to IVF and after multiple egg retrievals and a transfer we have a healthy baby boy to remind us that miracles do happen. Dr.Lederman is the absolute best doctor, so patient, kind, intelligent and trustworthy. The staff are also just as amazing, Jen does an amazing job coordinating everything you need to get you started and helps answer any questions along the way. Nurse Nicole was a highlight for me as well always so kind when giving any news whether it was bad or good! Truly the BEST team I could have ever wished for and already excited to come back for baby #2.

Words cannot express my gratitude to the entire care team at RMA Mt. Kisco. From the moment I began treatment, I felt supported, heard, and genuinely cared for by everyone involved. My coordinator Caitlin S provided tremendous guidance and reassurance throughout the process. The nursing team, including Jordyn, Nicole, Rachel, and Kylie, consistently went above and beyond to make what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and caring. The front desk staff were always warm and friendly, especially Alia, who was unfailingly kind and helpful. I am also very grateful to the team behind the scenes, who play an essential role in patient care. My financial advisers Alex C and Jen C were very supportive in managing treatment costs, while phlebotomists Miah and Jackie made even routine blood draws comfortable and easy. I sincerely thank the operating room team, especially Sabrina, Maddie, and Jenny, for their tremendous support through several cycles. Dr. Gerber was outstanding throughout the process. She was always available to answer my questions and patiently explained every step in detail. I also thank Teresa on the genetics team, who helped identify one of the main causes of my fertility difficulties. I highly recommend RMA Mt. Kisco to anyone seeking a fertility clinic with a compassionate, attentive, and dedicated team to support them through this vulnerable journey. The care I received here was unmatched.

I hope you have coffee nearby because this will be long, but it is a wonderful story. Everyone knows IVF was never part of our plan, but I have been receiving care at RMA since I was 17. Dr. LEDERMAN has always been my physician, and I can tell you...I would cross the country again and again to work with him. He pays exceptional attention to detail, and his team, Nicole and Jen, gave me the best support and care. Next, a special thank-you to the blood-draw team and the front desk! Maddy, Tiffany, and the woman at the front desk of the White Plains clinic...the three of you made me feel incredibly special at every visit. Even the smallest gesture, an extra smile, the quiet laughter we shared, or a compliment on any silly item of clothing I wore—everything about you made me feel relaxed, happy, and at ease. I love every member of this team and hope they know how special they are. They made monitoring easier and made the entire process much easier. Thank you for your kindness. You have done so much for me and deserve even more! Sincerely, Dariella

I want to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Lederman and the entire RMA New York team for completely changing my life. My IVF journey was not easy. It was emotionally painful, physically exhausting, and sometimes overwhelmingly discouraging. There were moments of hope and moments of fear, and at one point I even wondered whether I would ever become a mother. After my first IVF cycle failed, I was devastated and seriously considered giving up. That was when my social worker, Jennifer Chiappetta, stepped in and supported me with empathy, patience, and unwavering encouragement. She did more than fulfill her duties; she accompanied me through a confusing time. She listened when I felt overwhelmed, comforted me when I felt discouraged, and gently encouraged me to try again when I wanted to give up. Her support made me feel understood and seen and kept me from feeling alone during one of the most vulnerable times of my life. I am incredibly grateful that I followed her encouragement and decided to pursue a second IVF cycle. Today, I am a proud mother, and my son Prince is seven months old and thriving. Every smile, milestone, and moment with him reminds me of the miracle created by faith, perseverance, and an excellent medical team. Thank you to my nurse Nicole and every member of the care team. Your kindness, professionalism, and compassion brought me great comfort. Thank you, Dr. Lederman, for your exceptional expertise and selfless dedication. And thank you again, Jennifer, for giving me tremendous hope when I needed it most. My family is incredibly happy. God worked through this medical team to make me a mother, and I will always be grateful. With sincere thanks, A proud and grateful mother

Dr. Gerber was always professional and reassuring when I needed it. You truly changed my life, and I will always be grateful!

I do not know where to begin, but thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did to help me reach this point. This journey was not easy, and I could not have made it without your support, guidance, and care. Because of you, I can finally experience what I have always dreamed of. Your kindness, patience, and dedication mean more than words can express. I will always be grateful for everything you did to make this miracle possible. Special thanks to Dr. Gerber, Kylie, Jordan, Caitlin, Madison, and Aaliyah for being with us throughout, giving us so much love and support at every visit, and making us feel like family. Thank you for believing in us and walking this path with us—it means everything. —The McLiverty family

No one wants to go through this. It takes an enormous physical and emotional toll, but the RMA team will do everything possible to help you. I had two egg retrievals at their Mt Kisco clinic—special thanks to Jen, Nicole, Sabrina, and Ali—and the nurses and staff took exceptional care of me. Their compassion and consideration were unlike anything I had experienced. They even remember details about you and your family. They often called to check on me, which meant a great deal. Most of the women there have also gone through this process. They understand and can explain everything in detail. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had them with me during this difficult time.

Amazing!!!! Dr. Gerber is absolutely wonderful and makes you feel calm and reassured! All the nurses, Nicole, Kelly, Rachel, Alex, and Jordan, are fantastic!!! They truly care and are genuinely present for you! All the coordinators, Caitlin, Jen, and Jenna, are wonderful too! They made my entire process so easy. The front-desk staff in Mount Kisco and White Plains are also the kindest people! Lisandra, Aliyah, Allison, and Amanda, I love them all! From the operating-room technicians and nurses to the recovery-room staff, everyone was excellent! The embryology team is a dream! Sam Maguire made my egg transfer so easy; I love her! RMA in New York City and throughout Westchester County is absolutely the best!!!

Words cannot express how wonderful my experience at RMA Westchester was. Dr. Gerber, Jordyn, Jenna, Miah, Suzanne, and Caitlin in the operating room supported me tremendously throughout my fertility journey, and Ricky is the best embryologist! Their attentive care made me feel completely reassured. IVF is a long and difficult process, and they helped me manage the anxiety of egg retrieval and two successful transfers. My husband and I will always be grateful to them for helping us have two beautiful babies and complete our family. Every staff member consistently treated me with respect and made me feel heard and understood. My angels.

While a Clomid cycle was successful in achieving pregnancy, the process was marred by errors including being given incorrect instructions for a trigger shot that a nurse corrected. Most concerning, however, was the management of my early pregnancy. My progesterone dropped 75% in one week (from 15.1 ng/mL to 3.71 ng/mL) while I was experiencing active spotting. Despite this clear red flag, the Dr. dismissed the drop as 'not a priority,' insisting only hCG mattered. When my husband and I confronted her about this lack of intervention, she gaslit us, stating she 'couldn't really say if a pregnancy is failing.' The lack of transparency was so profound that I actually found out I was likely miscarrying by inputting my own bloodwork data into an AI tool, which immediately flagged the 3.71 level as a clinical emergency, something my own specialist refused to do. In a specialized fertility setting, you expect proactive, evidence-based intervention, not a 'wait and see' approach that ignores critical data. I would caution anyone looking for a doctor to make sure it's one who listens to their patients and intervenes early. A 3.71 progesterone level should never be ignored.
