Dr. Briana Rudick, United States
Briana Rudick, MD, directs the Third-Party Reproduction Program at Columbia University Fertility Center and is actively involved in community initiatives supporting the LGBTQ community. She is involved in all aspects of third-party reproduction, including fertility care for same-sex couples, reciprocal IVF, egg donation, and gestational surrogacy. Dr. Rudick joined Columbia University in 2011. After completing her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Pennsylvania, she completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Rudick has studied the effects of vitamin D on fertility and treatment outcomes and has written editorials on the importance of fertility education for young women. Her research on egg freezing has been featured in numerous journals, blogs, and magazines, including Cosmopolitan. She currently reviews manuscripts for Fertility and Sterility Reports, a leading journal in her field, and received a Top Reviewer certificate in 2020 for her contributions. She believes that combining a holistic approach with advanced scientific and medical fertility treatments can create a more satisfying experience for many patients and empower them to make the best fertility decisions for themselves.
