Dr. Vidali and his staff are wonderful. Everyone helped the process run smoothly. When we had questions, they replied to my emails almost immediately, even in the afternoon or evening. They never made us feel like a burden. Dr. Vidali was sent by God. Before we found him, my 15-year-old had seen nearly every specialist. He was the only doctor who listened to my daughter and made her feel validated. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

BRI was a light during our darkest time. I began low-dose fertility treatment in 2019 and had my first miscarriage. I then tried 1 IUI, 2 rounds of IVF, and 2 embryo transfers, all resulting in miscarriages. In January 2021, I consulted BRI. They performed extensive testing and developed my protocol. We completed an embryo transfer in April 2021 and welcomed our beautiful miracle, a baby boy, in December 2021. After 4 miscarriages, I thought carrying my own child was no longer possible. But my instincts told me I had to at least try BRI, and I am grateful I did. I also want to add that at 9 weeks pregnant, I slipped down the stairs. I was hospitalized with a severe hematoma and anemia and needed a blood transfusion. The hospital called Dr. Vidali and explained the situation because I was very worried about the baby and all the medications that had helped me reach that point. Dr. Vidali responded promptly day or night, weekday or weekend. He reassured me and explained everything while I was frightened. If you want exceptional care, go to BRI. Thank you, BRI team!

I went to Dr. Vidali for excision surgery to treat endometriosis-related pain that had persisted for more than 20 years, and I am grateful that I did. Dr. Vidali and his team were very courteous, respectful, and empathetic. I was amazed by his ability to listen to my concerns and the trust he placed in me. I felt heard. His surgical plan was very detailed and transparent. He collaborated with general surgeon Dr. Raccuia and urologist Dr. Larish on my case. When I woke from surgery, I immediately felt relief from the pain I had experienced every day. One week after surgery, I stopped all pain medication, and after 3 weeks, I felt better than ever and could walk more than 12K steps a day! I trusted Dr. Vidali, Dr. Raccuia, and Dr. Larish to restore my health, and they delivered seamlessly. I am extremely grateful to them and feel very fortunate to have been a patient of three knowledgeable and helpful surgeons. Thank you, Dr. Vidali and team.
