She provided excellent guidance and an introduction, even explaining everything in German to ensure I fully understood the process from the start. Special thanks to Dr. Steinberg, who explained the entire process professionally and consistently assisted with every technical aspect. His expertise was very reassuring. I am also grateful to the embryologist, who patiently explained every step in detail. And special thanks to my dear Ana Portillo, the best nurse! Ana answered all my questions and personally handled all administration and coordination between the egg bank and surrogacy agency, always recommending the best options. She was highly professional, and her exceptional humanity, kindness, and thoughtfulness made this emotional process much easier. The entire team exemplified outstanding patient care. Thank you for everything.

We had an excellent experience at FI Los Angeles! From arrival, the team kept us fully supported and informed. Nurse Ana was knowledgeable, warm, and always ready to answer questions; she truly put us at ease. Special thanks also to Cindy, who was wonderful and helpful throughout. Dr. Steinberg’s expertise was essential—thanks to him, I am now nearly 5 weeks pregnant! We are very grateful for the entire team’s professionalism, care, and encouragement. Unfortunately, as others have mentioned, some staff members are very rude and unprofessional. A clinic in Spain offers the same service.

I rarely write reviews, but I believe patients considering this clinic should know the full experience. I traveled from Utah specifically to see Dr. Steinberg because of his strong reputation and the clinic's leadership in IVF and gender selection. Given how emotionally, physically, and financially challenging IVF is, I deliberately chose what I believed was the best. Unfortunately, communication was chaotic and inconsistent from the start. Instructions were often unclear, follow-up was inadequate, and I frequently had to ask for information that should have been provided proactively. Clarity and consistency are essential during IVF, and this clinic did not meet that standard. Throughout treatment, I did not feel supported or heard. My concerns were dismissed, explanations were rushed or incomplete, and there was little continuity or accountability in my care. The process felt transactional rather than patient-centered. My interactions with Anna were especially disappointing. She consistently seemed cold and at times even rude. My questions were met with impatience, and I often felt belittled rather than supported. This lack of professionalism was deeply disappointing in a process that requires tremendous trust and openness. After our second failed transfer, we received no phone call, no check-in, and no expression of concern for what we had just experienced. Given the physical toll, emotional trauma, and enormous expense—$40,000 at that point—the lack of follow-up felt extremely cold and unprofessional. That was the final straw. IVF is more than a medical procedure. It is personal, exhausting, and emotionally demanding. Patients deserve clear communication, care, and compassion, and to feel that their treatment truly matters. Unfortunately, we did not receive that here. I hope this feedback prompts serious reflection and improvement, especially in how patients are treated during their most difficult moments.

This was the best experience I have ever had. I am very grateful to Dr. Steinberg and Nurse Anna. They were helpful, patient with questions, and kind throughout. Anna was especially outstanding: highly responsive, an excellent communicator, and always able to explain everything clearly, making the process very smooth. She was gentle and considerate and put me at ease. Dr. Steinberg was also excellent. I greatly appreciated the comprehensive genetic testing he offered. His expertise and manner were outstanding, and he always made me comfortable during ultrasounds. He also gave me practical guidance on what to do and avoid during testing. We were completely satisfied with every part of the experience and highly recommend them!!!

I just had a terrible experience. I called for basic information, and the doctor’s assistant, Diana, answered. She was extremely rude, possibly because I have an Indian accent, and actually said, ‘I do not know why you are asking so many questions.’ Please avoid this clinic. If you have any self-respect, do not consider them.

This place is amazing. My wife and I visited several times during the pregnancy. The staff were always welcoming. Sunita made the greatest impression on us. She was very supportive, honest, approachable, clear, and informative. My wife and I asked for her at every visit. She remembered us, followed up on personal matters we had shared, and provided emotional support with the utmost professionalism. We will certainly miss her and her team as we adjust to a new model of prenatal care. I highly recommend this place. A perfect 10! I only wish we could remain here throughout the pregnancy.

Dr. Kofinas genuinely cares about his patients. He is extremely detail-oriented and will carefully find the cause of infertility even when other doctors cannot ❤️

Absolutely terrible! I called for a friend who does not speak English, and the woman who answered was hostile and rude! It is unbelievable that someone like that is allowed to represent the company on the phone. I cannot imagine how they treat clients using their services, especially for something like this.
