    You can request an MD, or if scheduling is a problem, ask your regular OB-GYN to perform procedures such as SIS. This is the only way to ensure the procedure is professionally performed by someone with full medical training in obstetrics and gynecology. For convenience, others are often assigned to perform these procedures here, but you need someone who can quickly recognize and manage any complications. It is not worth taking shortcuts with health and fertility care.

    Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I am extremely happy with my baby girl. Thank you to Dr. Griffin and the entire Boston IVF team.

    I have called and left messages many times but never received a return call. I only want to know how much IVF costs. Someone recommended that I try this place, but no one answers the phone. I live far away, about a 4- or 5-hour drive, so all I can do is call, but no one ever answers.

    Dissatisfied—my case should have been submitted by the medical coder as a medical diagnosis, but it was submitted under fertility. After many calls trying to correct it, no one responded to me, time after time. They missed the window for submitting the medical correction. When I spoke with the office manager, she said they could offer only a 60% discount, which was still unacceptable to me. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere so you are not taken advantage of. They add multiple codes to your account, increasing your bill, and then insurance denies it. Interestingly, the doctor here referred me to Washington University for a medical procedure with Dr. Omurtag. The procedure cost $30,000, and my out-of-pocket cost was $0.

    Without question, this was the best reproductive care we received in two years. Not only were all my wife's questions and concerns thoroughly addressed, but her confidence in the future was restored. We are very grateful to Dr. Stephanie Green and the entire Boston IVF staff.

    Can’t even get the staff to answer the phone to schedule an appointment

    Communication with this clinic was extremely difficult from the start. We quickly spent thousands of dollars, only to be told, ‘I don't know why you cannot get pregnant; only God knows.’ They were happy to take our money, though. Nearly eight months later, we are still receiving bills, despite being told insurance would cover everything and we would owe nothing, and we have not returned. They even sent me a bill requesting advance payment for a procedure. Very disappointing.

    So far, my experience at this clinic has been very good. It was recommended by someone I know. They always respond, although usually near the end of the day, and they always answer my questions. It is definitely much better than the clinic I had originally planned to visit.
