Although the quality of care I received from this practice was high, I feel deeply misled about the cost of treatment. I was told in advance that all upfront costs could be reimbursed through insurance because my policy covered infertility at 100% and RRC was an in-network provider. I was told RRC was collecting a “deposit” and that I could submit the portion they did not send to insurance. After 8 months of working with insurance, all of that proved inaccurate. RRC charges a flat “amenity” fee that is not contracted with insurance. Therefore, you cannot seek reimbursement, despite their financial counselor assuring me that you could. If I had better understood my out-of-pocket costs, I would not have undergone the procedure. Make sure you thoroughly verify in advance any insurance information they give you, and do not assume it is accurate.

Writing this because I wish someone would have told me to not go here. RRC made my infertility journey worse than it ever had to be. This office made an already hard time so much worse by the lack of communication. No one at the office knows you, even after 2 rounds of IUI, an egg retrieval and FAILED embryo transfer, I had to explain my situation every time I called. Which was exhausting when trying to get things done. I work at a hospital that required me to get FMLA for all of the appointments and blood work I needed while experiencing a miscarriage from our embryo transfer. They refused to fill out the paperwork because I was having a “spontaneous abortion,” and I wasn’t technically going through treatment. Even though they wanted me to come in for bloodwork every other day to watch my hcg go down and ultrasounds to make sure it was an ectopic. From the get go it was stressful. At the first IVF appointment they took my blood pressure and it was high. (I was nervous) Instead of giving me a minute and rechecking it, they said I had to see a doctor to get signed off to start IVF treatment. I didn’t meet the doctor until the day of my egg retrieval. Like in a gown about to go back for the procedure and they just figured out we had never met the doctor. She was also rude to her nurse/ tech trying to help her during the embryo transfer. That whole process was stressful. I had to pee so bad and they were running behind because of the amount of transfers they were going in one day. They required me to get a children’s vaccine before treatment as well. Which they did not offer or point me in the right direction to receive the vaccine. Since I don’t see a pediatrician, I finally went to the health department who gave me the vaccine. The amount of hoops you have to jump through. They don’t want to be liable for anything. I got the feeling this office is just about making money. Zero empathy for their patients. We ended up taking our embryos to BlueSky fertility and I now have a 2 month old baby. The first transfer at bluesky stuck and the treatment there was unmatched. I highly suggest going to BlueSky! We went with RRC because they had an opening and I didn’t want to wait. I wish with all my heart I would have waited and went to Bluesky to begin with. Our experience there was so nice. I had a nurse that knew me and my transfer was a breeze. They made everything so easy. The experience was amazing.

I have not even been here yet, and they have already charged me a $58 rescheduling fee. That makes sense, but the woman I spoke with was rude. I then asked to speak with someone else, and that person was equally disrespectful. I sincerely hope my review changes after my first visit, especially if I am going to drive 3-4 hours to this location... I will update after I am seen:

We worked with the nurses at RRC and Dr. Brabec for a year and a half and had a very positive experience! We received first-rate care without having to travel to another city. The nurses and staff were wonderful (Cheyenne, Becca, Jessie, and many others). We ultimately completed one round of IVF, and our child was born last month. Dr. Brabec knows how to give patients the best chance of success and showed tremendous care and empathy. The office is beautiful. The examination rooms have comfortable lighting and soothing music. If you are seeking fertility support, I highly recommend RRC.

I have mixed feelings about this clinic. They performed our initial testing and four rounds of medicated IUI, but we ultimately chose another IVF clinic, IVFMD in Irving, Texas, which we loved. RRC certainly helped us on our journey, but it was not the smoothest, kindest, or most collaborative experience with Dr. Brabec or the nurse practitioner. When we discussed IVF, they were also unwilling to support our pro-life beliefs or even retain our poorly graded embryos.

I just visited them today, and it was wonderful! Michela and Marg were very helpful and kept us informed about what they were doing. I was impressed and felt comfortable discussing my concerns and questions with them. See you next time—I will be back next week!

Everyone at this clinic—the front desk, nurses, and doctors—was very helpful, and their care felt genuinely personal. I always felt comfortable asking any question, even silly ones, and they answered patiently and thoroughly without ever making me feel small. They understand how difficult this process is and truly try to make it better. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling.

I walked into a fertility clinic expecting empathy, professionalism, and support. Unfortunately, Dr. Celeste Brabec gave us none of these. My boyfriend and I went to Reproductive Resource Center for fertility guidance. We were hopeful, open-minded, and eager to understand the steps needed to build a family. This was especially sensitive for us because I had a traumatic miscarriage last March, followed by a D&C, misoprostol, and then another D&C for retained tissue caused by a bicornuate uterus. I expected empathy, professionalism, and support, but Dr. Celeste Brabec provided none. During the visit, Dr. Brabec asked about smoking, alcohol, and marijuana. I honestly told her I use marijuana at night to help me sleep. Without offering guidance or asking follow-up questions, she immediately said, “That causes miscarriages.” As someone who had experienced a miscarriage, I found this cold, shocking, and completely lacking in compassion. She then asked about my medications. I explained that I take Prozac, trazodone, and occasionally alprazolam for panic disorder, all prescribed and taken as directed. Even when I explained that I had stopped them during my last pregnancy, she showed no understanding or acceptance. Even more inappropriate was the timing of her questions. While I was undressed, uncomfortable, and undergoing a speculum exam and ultrasound, she asked for details about my miscarriage and D&Cs. I was visibly uncomfortable and in pain, yet instead of pausing or showing understanding, she rushed me and said she “needed paper and a pen.” This lack of bedside manner was shocking. After the exam, we sat down again. She said my heart-shaped uterus was not a major concern, contradicting what my OB-GYN had told me after my miscarriage. This left me confused and uneasy. When discussing my periods and PCOS, her questions were vague, and she became visibly impatient when I asked for clarification. What upset me most was that she refused to treat us because of my marijuana use, even though I clearly said I would stop for treatment. She then made an inappropriate assumption that we looked “tired” and had driven there after using marijuana. This was completely false, deeply unprofessional, and offensive. I was shocked that a healthcare provider would make such accusations simply because I had honestly disclosed using marijuana at night for sleep. We felt judged, dismissed, and humiliated—the opposite of how any couple seeking fertility care after the trauma of miscarriage should feel. Instead of compassion, we received assumptions, frustration, and a complete lack of empathy. This experience left us deeply upset, especially after all the physical and emotional pain we had already endured. I will not return to this clinic or recommend Dr. Brabec. Bedside manner and respect for patients matter, especially for vulnerable people simply seeking guidance and hope.

Every service at RRC was excellent. Dr. Brabec and his team were outstanding and highly professional, from the initial paperwork through egg retrieval day. The team was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend trusting this team with your reproductive health :)

I could not find this information on the website, but they require patients to meet a certain BMI threshold or they refuse treatment. I do not recommend this practice for same-sex couples. We have no known fertility issues, yet they told us that intrauterine insemination (IUI) has a very low success rate. Those statistics apply to patients with fertility problems, not same-sex couples. If we had not previously had a successful IUI elsewhere and did not already have frozen sperm, she certainly would have pushed us toward IVF, which costs more. She also tried to prescribe an unnecessary plan involving stimulation injections and medication even though we have no fertility problems. I do not trust her expertise, especially in treating same-sex couples.

I do not usually write reviews, but Rebecca Brabec and her team deserve recognition. IVF can be stressful and uncertain, but from the beginning they made sure I felt comfortable and supported. They explained every step clearly and answered every question without judgment. Rebecca is highly skilled, and her team is equally kind and considerate. I am sincerely grateful for their care.

Are they running a scam? I paid in full with cash, yet they also submitted a claim to my insurance company to collect more money. Is that not double billing? When I called, they passed me from one person to another. They never apologized or acknowledged the error. I wonder how many patients they have deceived into paying unnecessarily. The only reason I gave two stars is that the test results came back quickly.

Her office did not communicate important information promptly. During our process, her office told us they would not proceed because ‘it was too complicated.’ She and her staff wasted our time and money.

Incredibly thoughtful and sensitive staff. They made me feel like family throughout the process. I appreciate Dr. Brabec's direct approach. She is highly intelligent, honest, and straightforward, as you would expect from a specialist. The office is beautiful and comfortable. I am very satisfied with my experience at RRC.
