I was hopeful at my first consultation but have been disappointed since. It is difficult to reach my doctor. I can contact only a nurse, and they usually dismiss me or tell me to wait until my next consultation a month later to ask questions. When I tried to schedule an appointment to speak with my doctor, they booked it more than 6 weeks out even though I am a current patient. I have received conflicting information and had to remind nurses of my medical history. I expected my doctor to perform my IUI, but a nurse did it without prior notice. At present, I would not recommend BSF, but I will update this review with my progress over the next two months.

Our experience has been excellent so far. The staff are always very responsive and quickly answer any questions. Pricing is transparent up front, which is wonderful if you know how expensive fertility treatment can be. After all testing was completed, Dr. Riggs was personable, knowledgeable, and caring during our overview visit. I highly recommend this clinic.

You almost never actually see Dr. Riggs, and when you do, he is extremely condescending. Their billing department is terrible and does not know what it is doing.

The staff are all very friendly, but I have experienced nothing but problems since becoming a patient: long waits, incorrect information, and a lack of follow-up. My experience there makes me want to receive any future care elsewhere. I would not recommend them.

Thanks to Blue Sky Fertility and its wonderful team, I am finally pregnant! I am so grateful to all the nurses and Dr. Riggs. Hailey is such a bright light and greeted me with a smile at every appointment. That makes such a difference during fertility treatment. I highly recommend Blue Sky Fertility. :)

Imagine spending considerable time and money on repeated testing because endometriosis and epilepsy make pregnancy high-risk, only for Blue Sky to stop the IUI plan at the end. They had my wife's neurologist's records and notes almost from the start, yet only after extensive testing did they decide to stop based on neurological information they had all along. The nurse case manager was the only positive part, helping resolve major communication problems between Blue Sky and the Natera laboratory. If you choose Blue Sky, I hope your experience is good rather than a terrible, time-consuming, expensive mess that could easily have been avoided.

Edit: The laboratory director and laboratory assistant were both extremely helpful. When information was communicated incorrectly, they were outstanding and very helpful, even staying up late to care for me. I was initially frustrated, but their kindness and genuine concern for clients left a deep impression on me. [The secretaries here do a terrible job. The information I received at the desk differed from what I was told by phone.]

When asked about embryo transfer, they said they do not accept embryos from other fertility clinics.

Look no further—Blue Sky is outstanding. From the welcoming patient coordinators and helpful billing team to the excellent nurses, especially Katie 😉, skilled doctors, and our favorite sonographer Ashley, every interaction was exceptional. We are very grateful for such professional and caring support!

So far, I have consistently been disappointed with the service here. Unfortunately, the front desk has never provided a warm or friendly experience. After examinations and scans, they have never offered me any cleaning supplies, which I find strange. Although I was hopeful when I first arrived, over time it has begun to feel as though their main focus is money.

Nurse Aubrey was very kind and polite, but unfortunately, after my consultation with her today, I was told that my insurance, Cinga Insurance Network, would not cover the Blue Sky program. I was disappointed because I had been excited to begin the process. The staff were wonderful.

As I prepared to begin an IUI or IVF journey, I underwent an HSG here. It was a painful and traumatic medical experience. My doctor told me, "Do not search online, because you will never be able to do it." That suggests they know how bad it can be, but why must it be that way? I had researched beforehand and knew that for some women it causes mild discomfort, while for others it causes severe pain, and you cannot know until the procedure. Like most women at fertility clinics, I desperately wanted a family, so I agreed because IUI or IVF could not proceed without it. The pain during the procedure was unbearable. I gripped the table and cried continuously, but they did not stop. The nurses looked grave before beginning and knew it would be bad, but only said, "A little more," while I cried helplessly. No one offered to stop or provided effective pain relief; I was only prescribed ibuprofen beforehand. I could barely move because of the pain, so the images were blurred and virtually unusable. Afterward, I was left alone to "recover" beside bloody gauze and a frightening, brutal-looking tenaculum or speculum. Instead of returning me to the main waiting area, they took me out through a back door, as though they did not want anyone to see my face. It felt inhumane and deeply damaging. The experience was so traumatic that I chose not to continue fertility treatment, and I still grieve that decision. I share this so others can be better informed and advocate for themselves. Ask for genuine pain management and compassionate care. No one should endure that pain or fear, especially from a medical team that should do no harm.

I completed three IVF cycles at Blue Sky Clinic, but unfortunately my success rate declined after each egg retrieval. Although many staff members were kind and friendly, when you invest tens of thousands of dollars in something as important as building a family, you expect the clinic to provide the highest standard of medical care in every area. I initially chose this clinic because of its strong advertising and good local reputation. However, after looking more closely at its laboratory standards, I discovered that the lab was not CAP-accredited. This raised concerns for me about oversight, quality control, and accountability in embryo handling, an extremely critical part of IVF. Ultimately, I decided to transfer to another clinic that had a CAP-accredited laboratory from the outset. Since making that decision, my success rate has steadily improved, and more importantly, I feel much more secure and reassured. Knowing that the laboratory follows the highest standards for accuracy, safety, and quality has made a tremendous positive difference throughout my treatment. Every patient's experience is different, but I strongly encourage anyone considering IVF to look beyond marketing and take the time to evaluate a laboratory's credentials and standards. It is a crucial part of the process that should not be overlooked.

Words cannot describe how wonderful Blue Sky Clinic is. They were kind and compassionate throughout our infertility journey. We started with many questions and ended with a sweet baby on the way. The process took about a year, but every day and every dollar was worth it. I highly recommend Blue Sky Clinic. Trust them with your journey—you will not regret it!

I am looking into which insurance plans are accepted here. The website says Blue Cross Blue Shield, but when I search for the doctor's name, it says the insurance is not accepted here.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Blue Sky Fertility. The process was challenging and emotional, but everyone here made us feel supported, cared for, and truly valued as patients. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable, compassionate, and encouraging, and even the registration and billing departments were outstanding. Everyone was positive, patient, and friendly, even though we know we had countless questions and requests along the way. Special thanks to Anna in billing, who truly went above and beyond for us. We were having trouble understanding and verifying our fertility benefits, and she personally called to help us confirm everything. Her kindness, dedication, and willingness to help lifted a huge burden during an already stressful time. Special thanks also to our nurse, Ashley, who patiently addressed all my questions and concerns and responded quickly, easing my anxiety. From beginning to end, you can feel how genuinely this clinic cares about its patients. We are extremely grateful to the entire staff for their support, positivity, and compassion. We highly recommend them to anyone experiencing infertility or seeking fertility treatment. When you choose Blue Sky, you choose peace of mind!
